이태리 섬유산업(纖維産業)의 고부가가치화(高附加價値化) 전략(戰略)에 관한 고찰(考察) - TEXTILE DESIGN을 중심(中心)으로 - (A Study on the Strategy Highvalue-added in Italian Textile Industry - Focusing on Textile Design-)

  • Over the past, the Korean Textile Industry has been able to establish as one of the most competent textile producer of the world. Today, however, with rapidly changing market requirements, the Korean Textile Industry is requested to improve systems for highvalue textile's market. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to propose suggestions for the strategy recommendations in the Korean Textile Design, researching on the highvalue-added Como Textile Design in Italy. As we analyzed them, the bases of their global success are as follows. 1) Participating in the making of the Global Trend in textile design market, Italian design companies lead to move international market influentially. 2) Dividing target depending on the country's textile market, Italian design companies build up their global marketing capability to increase design sale's effect. 3) Organizing and Participating in the international textile design show and fair, Italian companies attempt to set up Italian image creation as the global advertising. 4) Ensuring an adequate supply of human resource, Industry, Labor Unions, Government and Academy have a cooperative relationship to assist each other. In the basis of the above mentioned, we can suggest the strategies to accelate improvement and development in the Korean Textile and Textile Design Industry. 1) It needes to establish a monitoring system for current information in the International Textile Design Industry. 2) It needs to start building up Korean textile companies global marketing capability to produce adaptable design in market's request. 3) It needs to study and to find our traditional motifs continuosly for creating modern design following the recent Design Trend. Finally, It needs to have a close relationship between industry and education to establish human resource for the Korean Textile Industry's future success in the global market.

화순 운주사의 문화원형을 활용한 텍스타일 디자인개발 (The Development of Textile Design by Using Prototype of Hwasun Unjusa)

  • In Honam province, the cultural prototype are largely unknown to the people, also the research on this subject are scarce, the artistic excellence, somewhat under evaluated, both in our country and internationally. It is imperative that we develop the modern design using this prototype. thereby apply it to many areas of cultural products. We should extend the dimension not only to the local festival but also to the mass production resulting in the commercial gains. The Unjusa Buddha festival for promoting the public relation would be greatly benefited by using the concept of the temple, the local prototype, by which we expect to create a ingenious textile design pattern, coinciding with the main purpose of this study. The ancient material around Unjusa come to be the subject of our textile design by way of selecting the most remarkable ones of heritage among the materials of Unjusa. In the long run, the harmonious contrast of both traditional and modern image were sought in this study. Designed patterns were edited using Adobe Photoshop CS3, a multi-purpose graphic program and were simulated in the towel for visual presentation. The design is of two kinds, the one is of the free style using combinations of reclining Buddha, stone Buddha, stone pagoda, and geometric patterns freely not to be standardized. The other one is mixing of lotus pattern, reclining Buddha, and geometric patterns. These designs were applied delicately on the towel, necktie and handkerchief, and the various colors were suggested by the 6 color ways. The brilliance of our traditional cultural property should be noted by these designs and I hope that this study would be a help to develop our cultural prototype and make a product of using the outstanding heritage.

국내 프로 여자 농구와 배구 유니폼의 디자인 분석과 개선방안 (Design analysis and improvement of Korean women's basketball and volleyball uniforms)

  • This study aims to integrate sports uniform design into fashion as an effective communication means by analyzing the uniforms of women's pro basketball and volleyball teams in the country. As part of the research method, a literature review was conducted on the domestic pro sports background and women's basketball and volleyball uniforms. For empirical research, an analysis was performed of the uniforms of 12 teams in total: six women's pro basketball teams and six women's pro volleyball teams in the 2013~2014 league. The following results were obtained. First, in terms of formativeness, sleeveless shirts and shorts are basic in both basketball and volleyball. However, there are remarkable differences between the two. Shirts in volleyball are tighter, with the body figure visible, and shorts are shorter in length than those in basketball. Most basketball uniforms have a V-neckline and are collarless, while volleyball uniforms have a standup collar in all teams. Second, both basketball and volleyball apply the representative color of the sponsoring company and the team's typical color, but common colors, such as blue, navy, and white, are used in many teams, which fails to represent a uniquely differentiated image. Third, the logo or symbol of a sponsor is excessively applied to both basketball and volleyball uniforms. This downgrades the uniform's own esthetic features. Fourth, a fashionable uniform design, that reflects the bodily characteristics of women and the characteristics of the sports game would be a beneficial communication tool for all the tiers to become involved in participation and entertainment.

태권도 이벤트의 안전관리 개선 방안 (A Study of Improving Safety Management in Taekwondo Events)

  • 태권도는 전 세계 208개국에서 8,000만의 인구가 수련하는 글로벌 스포츠로 발전하였다. 한국은 태권도의 모국으로서 국내에서는 국제 태권도 이벤트가 수시로 개최되고 있다. 태권도 콘텐츠의 이미지 만큼 중요한 것은 이벤트 시설에 대한 운영 계획 및 관리 일 것이다. 특히 참가자에 대한 안전관리는 그 무엇보다 중요하며 국제 이벤트가 많은 태권도의 경우 외국인 방문객도 많으므로 시설 및 행 프로그램에서의 안전 관리가 중요시될 필요가 있다. 이 연구에서는 태권도 이벤트 관련 경력을 지닌 전문가와 함께 심층면담을 실시하였다. 심층 면담을 바탕으로 국제 태권도 이벤트의 안전 관리 문제점을 분석하고 이를 타개 할 수 있는 개선 방향을 제안하였다. 이들 연구의 결과를 중심으로 제안하는 태권도 이벤트 안전관리의 개선 방향성은 제1범주인 선수 안전 영역에서 중요시 되는 문제는 안전 및 상해 관련 체계구축에 관한 개선의 요구이다. 그리고 제2범주인 관람객 안전 영역의 핵심 개선 방향은 전문 인력 확보 및 예산확보이다. 또한 제3범주인 시설 안전 영역에서 중요시 되는 것은 시설 안전 인증제 도입의 제안이다.

컴퓨터 시각을 이용한 고속 터널 유고감지 시스템 (Vision-Based Fast Detection System for Tunnel Incidents)

  • 산악지형이 많은 우리나라는 자연환경 여건상 터널 수요가 많고 안전한 운영을 보장 할 수 있는 터널 유고감지 시스템에 대한 필요성도 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 터널 내 유고 상황을 실시간으로 감지하여 터널 사무소에 전달 터널의 안전한 운영을 도울 수 있는 터널 유고감지 시스템을 제안 하였다. 제안한 시스템은 차 영상 기법과 같은 단순한 영상 분석 알고리즘을 사용하여 시스템의 신속성을 높였으며 유고의 종류 보다는 유고상황의 발생여부를 정확히 판단하데 중점을 두어 시스템의 정확성도 확보하였다. 또한 영상 분석 장치 한 대당 네 대의 카메라를 수용할 수 있게 함으로써 시스템의 비용적인 측면도 고려하였다. 그리고 카메라의 대수에 따라 영상분석 장치를 추가함으로써 카메라 대수에 관계없이 시스템의 확장성을 용이하게 하였으며 터널 유고상황 정보를 웹에서도 접근 가능하게 하여 원격지의 다른 터널 시스템과의 연동 등의 추가 확장성도 고려하였다. 구현된 시스템을 실제 터널에서 실험한 결과 터널 내에서 발생한 장애물, 정지 사고차량, 차량 정체 지체, 사람 이륜차, 연기 화재, 조명 이상, 역 주행 등의 유고상황을 모두 실시간으로 정확히 감지하였다.

  • 유니버시아드 대회와 같은 대형이벤트의 성공적인 개최는 국 내외 관광객의 대량 유업효과, 개최국가와 지역의 이미지 개선효과 이외에도 대회준비를 위한 사회간접시설의 조성으로 인한 지역경제 활성화를 도모하는 등 많은 외형적인 변화를 가져온다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 1997년 무주에서 개최된 동계 유니버시아드대회가 개최지역인 농 산촌지역에 끼친 파급영향을 다측면적인 관점에서 분석하기 위하여 종단적인 시간비교연구를 실증적으로 수행하였다. 그 결과 지역주민들이 지각하는 동계유니버시아드 대회의 파급영향은 개최지역의 관광산업과 지역개발분야에서는 투자효과가 큰 것으로 나타났으나, 지역경제의 활성화 측면에서는 그다지 크게 성공적이지 못한 것으로 분석되었으며, 또한 개최지역인 덕유산국립공원의 자연환경에 피해를 준 것으로 평가되었다.

센서스 지도제작을 위한 지리정보데이타베이스 구조연구 (Design of The Geographic Information Database Structure for Census Mapping)

  • 본 논문에서는 지리정보데이타베이스 구축과정에서 자원이 많이 소요되는 벡터화 작업을 최소화하면서도 센서스지도제작 업무를 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 데이타베이스 구조에 대해 연구하였다. 센서스지도의 기본이 되는 전국지형도를 스캐닝하여 래스터자료형태로 저장하고 센서스작업을 위해 필요한 조사고경계 등의 일부자료 항목에 대해서만 벡터형태로 변환하여 이를 문자형태의 각종 관리정보와 결합시킴으로써 지도의 제작 및 검색시 필요한 요소들을 추출.결합할 수 있는 구조로 데이타베이스를 설계하였다. 센서스용 기본지도들은 데이타베이스내부에서 논리적으로 한장의 커다란 연속지도(Continuous Map)로 구성할 수 있도록 타일(Tile) 형식의 저장 구조를 갖게 하였고, 이미지자료와 벡타자료 그리고 이와 관련된 문자 속성정보들의 연결 미 통합을 위해 다중계?(Multi-Layer)구조를 갖게 하였다. 또한 축척이 상이한 지도의 종류에 따라 서로 다른 계층구조를 가지면서 물리적으로 분리된 데이타베이스 구조를 갖도록 하였으며 이들간의 연결을 위해서는 소축적 데이타베이스가 대축척 데이타베이스의 색인(Inedex)데이타베이스 역할을 하도록 설계하였기 때문에 사용자 관점에서는 전체가 하나로 통합될 수 있게 하였다. 상기 방법에 의하여 센서스매핑시스템을 구축할 경우, 예산, 인력 및 비용 측면에서 괄목할 만한 기대효과를 예측할 수 있었으며, 활용면에서도 고품질의 실용적인 지도제작이 가능한 것으로 나타나, 향후 본 시스템이 실제 구축되면 각종 통계조사는 물론, 통계자료를 이용하는 각 기관 및 개인에게 다양한 정보를 제공할 수 있게 될 것이다.

뮤지컬 '지킬 앤 하이드'에 나타난 무대의상 디자인 연구 - 선과 악의 캐릭터를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Stage Costume Design for the Musical Jekyll and Hyde - Focusing on the Nature of Good and Evil -)

  • The costume in musical is an important visual factor that contributes to the level of stage completion by for the character and overall atmosphere of the whole play. Besides, as if it is has a fixed times in the drama, it has to produce to consider an opinion of producer to express the theme, atmosphere of a play and especially in the period adventure drama, to revive as it is historical dress, there is not creation at stage of today. This research is studied into the stage costume of the musical 'Jekyll and Hyde' an adapted to express image of good and evil in the one character. For this research, it researched costume of Victoria period in England, study character of main actor by analysis of the play in an original work, examine the stage costume of the musical 'Jekyll and Hyde' performed in the inside and outside of the country. In the musical stage costume, by character difficult of stage costume, factor of design feature divided to good and evil and compare feature design of stage costume, research new design express method to consider musical acting, moreover through designing and producing the costume to be suitable for the content of the work. This research consists of research and actual production of work, study of documentary records, collection and analysis of overseas performances, news releases, video material and internet research were the methods of this study.

조르지오 아르마니의 디자인 특성에 관한 연구 - 2001~2006년 S/S를 중심으로 - (A Study on Design Features of Giorgio Armani - Focused on Designs from 2001 to the S/S 2006 -)

  • What enabled Armany to grow into a world fashion designer is based on two factors : postmodernism of the new spirit of the times and the fashion industry of Italy, his mother country. That is, his capability to connect the spirit of the times with his works and use local advantage for his works led him to be a maestro of fashion circles. Founding on his outstanding ability, he established his own world of unique design, where his philosophy of design remained. This philosophy was a distinctive character from other designers. Since he was founded on this philosophy, his own features that other designers can't imitate are dissolved in his designs. Armany is very suggestive to our design circles which look for globalization of fashion. A fashion designer should look straight at the fact that the final aim of fashion is to satisfy customers who buy it. In addition, he should recognize that understanding customers' demands and developing products with his fashion style in accordance with them are the way to success and study new things continually by setting up the direction of the future based on the recognition. It is essential to cultivate sensitivity to create a new beauty from a basis just like Armany expresses modern women's image by harmonizing rationality and functionality, the existing male features, with female pliability adequately. As well, the analyses of design made by Armany are thought to be helpful in reestablishing fashion design education so that unique design styles may be maintained and future-oriented international fashion products may be produced.

현대 에스닉 패션(Ethnic Fashion)의 특성 분석 (The Analysis of the Present Ethnic Fashion's Major Characteristics)

  • Reason for contemporary ethnic-look's remarkable world popularity is viewed as due to counteraction of disordered world conditions such as war, terror, and economic depression. These conditions led people to desire the returning to primitive human society where freedom and peace are preserved. The background of ethnic look emergence is influences of post-modernism, eastern and western culture hybrid, and ecology. This study will mainly focus on the analysis of present ethnic fashion trend and, with following to this, their images will be analyzed and categorized. The result of ethnic trend, especially that of Asian's and African's, from 2000 to 2005 is like this: representative Asian ethnic fashion tendency is focusing on Japanese and Chinese. In Japanese style, oversized silhouette was derived by Kimono and wide belt was appeared by influence of Kimono's Obi. Chinese ethic style are analyzed as adapting feministic silhouette and details from Chinese traditional clothes, Chipao. Additionally, in some of the Chinese ethnic-look, there are mixtures with Japanese, North American, and African's images. Mixing with pop images and ancient ones are also emerged. In the African ethnic look, people used colorful cloth and new materials which is considered as integration of primitives and modern science. From the study, it is possible to conclude that current modern ethnic fashion can be defined as blends with one country's image to the other, mixture with new technology, and acceptance to the multi-national folk fashion. These trends are widely revealed and extended in the world fashion. In the following result of the analysis, there were four outstanding images lying underneath in the present ethnic-look. That is eclectic, traditional, natural, and mysterious images.
