Tilting train can pass curve at higher speed without affecting passenger comfort by tilting Carbody. But the centrifugal force proportional to square of velocity increases the track lateral force. This is the one of the problems to be solved when applying tilting train. The one countermeasure we selected the light weight design by applying distributed traction EMU system and light weight materials such as FRP. The other countermeasure was to adopt steering bogie concept in order to reduce the guiding force on Curve track. This paper describes the design study of self steering mechanism applied to the Bogie for 180 km/h Korean Tilting Train(TTX), which was done as a part of the Korean National R&D project.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to review the academic development of school health system and projects implemented in Korea since 1945. Methods: This study analyzed and reviewed literatures to find out the process of the development of school health system and projects implemented in Korea. Results: The history of school health in Korea since 1945 could be divided into three periods according to the development of school health system and projects; countermeasure period (1945-1969), support period (1970-1999), and innovation period (2000~). The major school health system and projects were focused on the health screening and prevention, health management and support, and health promotion for each period. Conclusion: School health system in Korea has been set successfully due to school health law(1967) and school meal law(1981), and various countermeasure, support, and innovation projects had implemented during last 60 years.

Many children have died (Heat stroke deaths) in the U.S. after being left alone in cars during hot weather, especially summer season. According to related report, more than 800 children have died of heat stroke from being trapped in a hot car since 1998. The regulation party, government has started to make not only technical regulation to prevent tragedy but also legislate to punish. However the 75% of accident has occurred unintended by their parents. So punishment is not the best solution for this case. So in this study, we analyze the trend of regulation and technology to save occupant who remained back seat. And finally we propose a countermeasure to prevent heat stroke deaths.

Recently data centers are being established or expanded according to IT industry development. A data center must be to install emergency generator. In case of the data center located the densely populated urban area, the operating noise of an emergency generator can be the cause of complains. In this case, in order to establish an effective and economical measure and quantitative and thorough review is needed by noise & vibration specialists. To achieve this, in this study, it is suggested noise reduction measure using noise measurement data and 3D noise analysis method.

We try to study the plan to deliver the message of the hope and common peoples are diligent and we can buy the real estate in work if we make efforts hard that relieve an real estate price and analyze a timex situation. In this study, a documentary survey, face mapping, and stability analysis were performed on the collapsed colluvial soil slope. The purpose of this paper is to identify the cause of slope failure and determine slope stability for similar areas. Boring samples were extracted from the slump and laboratory tests were performed to find out the cause of slope failure. In addition, the limit equilibrium method was used in order to determine the stability of the slope. As a result of this investigation and the analysis of data, the type of collapse and cause of slope failure have been shown to have a strong correlation with the natural geographical and geological features which make up the collapse profile of the study area. These results will help to develop guidelines for formulating countermeasure methods.

The geology of the study area is composed mainly of conglomerate, sandstone, and shale and basalt. It is a rock that has been observed to move relatively recently through various brittle deformation and various stress fields during the recent period. To form a gentle terrain with severe crushing. The slope is located at the intersection of the Taegok Fault in the north-northeast direction and the Bukok Fault in the western north-west direction, and many faults, fault zones and fracture zones of various sizes are developed in the rock bed. In this study, the geological characteristics of the slope are investigated and the countermeasure method is suggested. It is suggested that periodical measurement and analysis should be performed by installing a measuring instrument according to each structure for safety management of the surrounding roads and grounds during construction or reinforcement by the countermeasure method for the slope of the study area.

This study was conducted to explore pending issues as an obstacle factor in the library growth and progress through measurement of Korean and Chinese College undergraduates' perception on the library, and suggest its countermeasure to that the study result showed that their perception to the library's social and cultural function was low, so the library's cultural events need to be consolidated to enhance perception, and the Korean student's study zeal was lower than Chinese, and amny students did not go to the library, but an incentive is needed to escalate the strength of course study or the library availability. Also a countermeasure should be established such as a class link project through continuing specialized librarians' training strengthened, users' group education for the satisfaction enhancement and validity of the information service users.
