The 84m discharge line of moisture separator reheater(MSR) in Kori-2 had been suffered by excessive vibration from the beginning of power generation. In 1993, a complementary measure was taken to reduce the vibration level by adding several supports in the MSR pipeline. However, the piping vibration was beyond the allowable limit and an appropriate countermeasure was required to prevent the fatigue failure of the pipeline from the abnormal vibration. In this study, the vibrational characteristics of MSR pipeline and the countermeasure for abnormal vibration was investigated. Among the several vibration reduction methods, piping layout change by smoothing the pipeline was applied to the MSR pipeline in Kori-2. Applying the countermeasure, the vibration level was found to dramatically reduce from 17cm/sec to l.0cm/sec at the full-power operation condition.

In recent years, unmanned underwater vehicles(UUVs) have emerged as viable technical solution for conducting underwater search, surveillance, and clearance operations in support of mine countermeasure missions(MCMs) because of her autonomy and long time endurance capability. It is necessary for UUV for MCM system design to define system specification from various configuration alternatives. This paper introduces a simulation model for mine countermeasure mission effectiveness analysis and presents some simulation results under various tide conditions for validation of the proposed simulation model.

The randomized projective coordinate (RPC) method applied to a pairing computation algorithm is a good solution that provides an efficient countermeasure against side channel attacks. In this study, we investigate measures for increasing the efficiency of the RPC-based countermeasures and construct a method that provides an efficient RPC-based countermeasure against side channel attacks. We then apply our method to the well-known $\eta_T$ pairing algorithm over binary fields and obtain an RPC-based countermeasure for the $\eta_T$ pairing; our method is more efficient than the RPC method applied to the original $\eta_T$ pairing algorithm.

This paper presents harmonic countermeasure establishment considering the influence of the communication obstacle by harmonic. Generally, We are not considered The communication obstacle in the influence countermeasure. But, In this paper, We used IT that is a communication obstacle exponent and designed a filter that was satisfied IT exponent The filter will minimize the influence of the communication obstacle by harmonic. The method considered IT is applied to design a filter in the area with a communication power supply.

When the trains are passed the station, a serious force is applied to ground and the caused vibration is propagated to the area of the station by the ground and rocks. The caused vibration brings about the operation interruption of the equipment which is sensitive to the vibration, or will bring about the structural damage of the station. In this study, to investigate the vibrational evaluation of railway station by the train service, the vibration simulation was performed and analyzed the effect of the vibration isolating countermeasure. From the vibration measurement, all trains that passed through the station exceeded the vibration criteria. Therefore, the vibration isolating countermeasure was established and the vibration simulation was performed.

Globalization of consumption, expansion of cross border e-trade, increase use of internet and mobile have led to rapid growth of world e-commerce particularly in Asia and emerging markets. Impacted by Korean wave, online export is continuously increasing, yet Korea is experiencing severe e-commerce trade imbalance. Export growth rate and ratio of Korean small companies are relatively low from OECD member countries. Therefore, Korean government is currently emphasizing on vitalization of online export to China to resolve trade imbalance and to increase export of small companies. To propose detail measures to vitalize online export to China, this study is focused on export customs clearance procedure of Korea and import customs clearance procedure of China in view of online export company. Also suggested countermeasure plan and analysis for the new tax revision plan related to e-commerce which implemented on April 8th 2016. This study have grouped countermeasure plan by short term plan of firms and long term plan of the government. As for the short-term countermeasure plan for firms, first, comparison analysis of tax rate on products is need to decide type of e-commerce strategy; second, if planning to start e-commerce business to China, sales possibility and certification check is necessary; third, through preparation of customs clearance document is needed; last in order to obtain price competitiveness, new logistics strategy and packing development is required. As for the long-term countermeasure plan for the government, I have suggested cooperated bonded logistics service for small businesses and operation plan of show room for promising Korean products.

The purpose of this study is to find the exact state of cyberbullying and the countermeasure for it. cyberbullying is characterized by having the wideness, the anonymity and the intellectualization unlike the harassment of off-line. The result of this study, the cyberbullying is increased through the e-mail, cellular phone, and website around the teenagers. In particular, the cyberbullying has appeared mainly among the same age friends, it is proved that injurers inflict the harassment mainly at their own place and the ratio of the harassment by one self is higher than many. In addition, it is quite probable that the injurer-student who inflicts the harassment in off-line also can do it in on-line and to attack the cyberbullying is easy to find by the student who is indulged himself in internet use. Therefore, it is presented that the countermeasure in educational side and systematic side on this study. First on the educational side, there are presented the practice of the preventive education against the cyberbullying, expansion of the preventive schools for the cyber ethics and cyber crime and strengthening of the guideline for students in cyberspace. Second on the systematic side, there are presented the appointment of various committee, to strengthen the protection of damaged students, preparation of laws for cyberbullying, expansion of information office for internet addiction, improvement of the system for the school custodian and to extend the operating for cyber clearness school.

Purpose: Most people are worried about contracting COVID-19, which in turn increases anxiety that they may have contracted COVID-19. Therefore, this study examines the effect of restaurant safety consisting of hygiene, store management, and countermeasure on trust, anxiety, satisfaction, and revisit intention. Research design, data and methodology: The data were collected from 537 consumers who had experiences of visiting a restaurant within the last 2 months and analyzed with SPSS 28.0 and SmartPLS 4.0 programs. Result: The hygiene, management, and countermeasure had a significant positive (+) effect on trust. Restaurant hygiene was found to have a significant negative (-) effect on anxiety, but countermeasure had a significant positive (+) effect on anxiety. Meanwhile, management did not appear to have a significant effect on anxiety. Trust was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on satisfaction and revisit intention. Anxiety was found to have a significant negative (-) effect on satisfaction but had no significant effect on revisit intention. Finally, satisfaction was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on revisit intention. Conclusions: As a result of the study, this study explained the safety of restaurants in the COVID-19 pandemic environment through the protective motivation theory.

For settlement of safety supervision and prevention agains industry's accident, first, it needs to design and manufacture for safety of machines and tools, second, it must safety foundation of machines and tolls and sticking of safety facilities, third, it must be wear of protective device in operations. Then it needs to fit countermeasure founding and continuous safety education and itself inspection control that analysis and study the point at issue of safety.

The AC induced voltage on underground pipelines not only do harm to workers and instruments, but also cause big trouble in some case. This paper gives the mechanisms, examples, and countermeasure for the AC induced voltages which are caused by the resistive coupling between the grounding system of the 22.9kV distribution power system and the underground pipeline.
