In our country it develop damage reduction and prediction technology for prevention the danger of the rockfall and landslide which is repeated yearly. And it constructs integrated and efficient the misfortune management system it will be able to manage. So we will accomplish aims that is the rockfall and landslide damage occurrence reduction.

The interest about noise and vibration which occurs in buildings is increasing by a living level elevation recently. Particularly, the vibration which occurs from the elevator cage of the building is possibility of damage to the users of the building continuously. So, the purpose of this study is to suggest of measuring results to the vibration that occurs from the elevator cage and propose the countermeasure of it.

During normal operation of 100% FP Reactor power(TBN/GEN output:690MWe), several times of acceleration phenomena has been generated on the turbine generator-of Wolsong #1 NPP. It was concluded that the acceleration occured following big sudden drop of the terminal voltage of main generator due to AVR potentiometer fault. The cause of turbine acceleration is reviewed with a several records and demonstrated by computer simulation, also presents a countermeasure of its trouble.

The investigation of subsynchronous resonance by utilities has resulted in proposed and applied method to mitigate or eliminate SSRdamage to turbine generators. Many papers presented various methods and devices that can be used as countermeasures for the SSR. This paper introduced the availability of Superconducting magnet energy storage as an countermeasure for the SSR in the capacitor compensated transmission line.

민간자율규제와 정부개입의 최소화의 조율은 업계의 자율규제를 기본으로 하여 정부의 법 정책적인 보호 및 규제를 병행하여 해결하는 것이 바람직할 것이다. 특히, 소비자 보호 및 개인정보보호에 관해서는 업계의 충실한 자율규제를 촉구하고, 정부의 개입이 불가피하다면, 보다 명확하고 구체적인 조건과 범위 내에서만 허용되어야 할 것이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 전자상거래 관련 국제규범 형성의 전망을 중심으로 국내 전자상거래 규범 형성과정에 있어서 정부의 대응방안을 제시하였다.

Product liability as a process has developed significantly in the United Kingdom and the United States of America. The rapid introduction of product liability has recently been a prevalent phenomenon, as global changes arising from rapid development in science and the economy have resulted in a highly interconnected world economy. This thesis was established, based on current literature and business consulting cases in the position of companies, and is one of the operating subjects in a system for legal responsibility in manufactured products.
