기업상담에 대한 기업경영 전문가의 인식과 활성화를 위한 마케팅믹스 연구 (The Perception of Corporate Management Experts on Corporate Counseling A Study on Marketing Mix for Revitalization)

  • 기업상담이 기업수익에 기여하고 근로자의 효과적인 복지향상이라는 연구결과들로 많은 기업들이 운영 및 도입하고 있는데 상담을 제공하는 기업입장에서 연구한 자료는 부족하여 기업상담에 대한 인식과 활성화를 위한 마케팅믹스에 대해 기업경영 전문가를 대상으로 연구하였다. 연구문제로 첫째, 기업상담에 대해 기업경영 전문가들 간에 인식의 차이가 있는가? 둘째, 기업상담 활성화를 위한 중요한 마케팅 7P믹스는 무엇인가? 셋째, 마케팅 7P믹스에 대해 기업경영 전문가들 간에 중요도에 대한 차이가 있을 것이다. 양적연구를 통한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 기업경영 전문가들은 기업상담의 도입의향과 필요성에 대해 긍정적 인식을 지니며 분야별로는 생산관리보다 마케팅이 높았다. 상담모델은 외부모델을 선호하며 대상기업으로는 중견기업과 중소기업을 대상산업으로는 서비스업과 제조업을 선택하였다. 주제로는 대인관계와 직무스트레스 등이라고 인식하고 있다. 둘째 가격믹스, 제품믹스, 사람믹스, 프로세스믹스 등이 중요한 마케팅믹스라고 인식하고 있는데 기업은 가격믹스를 가장 중요하게 생각하고 있다. 셋째 촉진믹스와 프로세스에서 기업경영 전문가들 간에 차이가 나타났는데 마케팅은 촉진믹스를 재무관리는 프로세스믹스를 중요하게 인식하고 있다. 그러나 이를 제외한 믹스들은 분야별 차이가 없어 마케팅믹스에 관한 인식은 유사하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해 기업상담에 대한 인식 및 활성화를 위한 마케팅믹스의 시사점을 기업측면에서 제시하는데 의의를 둔다.

기업상담 대상자의 상담 선택기준에 의한 유형분석: 마케팅 믹스 7P를 근거로 (Types of Workplace Counseling Recipient by Selection Criteria of Counseling Services: Based on Marketing Mix 7p)

  • 본 연구에서는 기업상담 대상자를 상담 선택요인으로 유형을 구분하고 하위유형에 따라 인구통계학적 및 상담이용관련 특성, 직무소진, 상담에 대한 태도에서 차이가 나타나는지 살펴보았다. 연구를 위해 서울·경기지역회사 중 기업상담 서비스를 도입한 회사의 상담 경험이 없는 직원 398명을 대상으로 하였다. 군집분석 결과, '사람·제품 중시 집단', '사람·제품·유통 중시 집단', '사람·제품·서비스전달과정 중시 집단'으로 구분되었다. 그리고 하위유형에 따라 인구통계학적 및 상담이용관련 특성, 상담에 대한 태도에서 차이가 나타났는데, 주로 주니어 계층들은 '사람·제품 중시 집단'에 속해 있고 나머지 두 군집은 시니어 계층들로 구성되었으며, 추후 전문가의 도움이 필요할 때 상담 받을 가능성이 높을 것으로 예상된 집단은 '사람·제품·서비스전달과정 중시 집단'이었다. 또한 하위유형에 따라 직무소진에서도 차이가 나타났는데 '사람·제품 중시 집단'이 가장 직무소진이 큰 것으로 나타나 상담이 시급한 대상임을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 하위유형에 따라 중요시 하는 상담서비스 선택요인과 대상자의 특성을 고려해서 차별화된 홍보 전략을 기획하는데 시사점을 제공한다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과에 대한 의의와 향후 연구에 대한 제언 등이 논의되었다.

4차산업시대에 상담코칭전문가의 인식에 관한 현상학적 연구 (A Phenomenological Study on the Recognition of Counseling & Coaching Experts in the Fourth Industrial Age)

  • The purpose of this study is to help Counseling & Coaching(C&C) service and marketing by understanding C&C professionals' perception about the fourth industrial age. The qualitative research method of phenomenology was utilized in this study. In-depth personal interviews of 5 C&C Specialist with more than 10 years of experience in the C&C service setting were conducted using the records from May, 2018 to July, 2018. Content analysis was done using the Colaizzi' phenomenological method. The results based on the data analysis, 20 descriptive statements and 5 themes were confirmed. The 5 themes were as followed; 'A growing interest', 'Psychological burden of change' 'New hope through convergence', 'Do not move to action', and 'Think about new strategies'. This study helps to recognize counseling coaching professionals who are preparing for the fourth industrial age. The results can be used as a starting point for identifying the knowledge ecosystem and activating the counseling coaching service in the fourth industrial age.

병원 간호조직의 내부마케팅, 직무만족, 조직몰입 간의 관계 (Relationships among Nurses' Internal Marketing, Occupational Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment)

  • Purpose: This study investigates nurses' organizational commitment, internal marketing, and occupational satisfaction depending on their age, martial status, clinical experience and income. Methods: The subjects of this study were 350 nurses from six hospitals in Jeolla-do. The t-tests were used to analyze the differences in internal marketing, occupational satisfaction, and organizational commitment depending on their age, marital status, career, and income. The relationships among internal marketing, occupational satisfaction, and organizational commitment were analyzed by the path analysis. Results: The results of this study showed that organizational commitment was correlated with age, clinical experiences, and income, but not significantly associated with martial status. Education and training policy, benefit system, and fairness of the internal marketing were influencing factors on occupational satisfaction. These factors were correlated with organizational commitment through occupational satisfaction. Conclusion: This study addressed the relationships among nurses' internal marketing, occupational satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Based on the results, it is suggested that hospital organizations introduce more diverse incentive policies to enhance nurses' occupational satisfaction and organizational commitment.

우리나라 IT산업 수출지원 제도의 평가와 향후 과제 (A Study on the Evaluation and Future Directions of Export Promotion Program in Korea's IT Industry)

  • Korea's economy has shown recovery since the global financial crisis in 2008. In the year 2010, Korea's export volume reached US D 467.4 billion and Korea is one of the main producer of IT equipment, electronics, ship-buildings, chemicals and automobiles. In particular, IT industry is one of the largest portion in Korea's export industries. The reason of the performance is that we develop innovative products to overseas markets and continued it. Also, there has been export support or promotion scheme in Korea. In this study, We need to evaluate the current system of export support and derive future challenges. This article has been studied to investigate relationship between export promotion and export performance. So, We classify export promotion program into 7 group(IT package, Market pioneers, Overseas exhibition, consultation invited buyers, International IT market research, Small Business IT export counseling center, Overseas marketing online) and the export performance was considered as the dependent variable. So the result are as follows. Factors on IT package, Market pioneers, overseas exhibition, International IT market research have been identified as influencing. and consultation invited buyers, Small Business IT export counseling center and Overseas marketing online have been identified as unimportant factor. So, We have to develop those Factors(IT package, Market pioneers, overseas exhibition, International IT market research) in the direction of strengthening the development of export support scheme.

치과코디네이터 업무 및 인식에 관한 조사연구 - 치과의사를 제외한 기타 인력을 중심으로 (A Research on Service and Awareness of Dental Coordinators by Manpower at Dental Care Service Institutions - Centering on Manpower Other than Dentists)

  • To analyze dental hygienists and other manpower at dental care service institutions where a dental coordinator was working among about 200 dental care service institutions in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province, and Incheon as of June 2005 for contents of training for dental coordinators, opinions of qualification of dental coordinators, present and future services provided by dental coordinators, and awareness of dental coordinators and to provide basic data about future services, roles, and cultivation of dental coordinators, a survey was conducted and 216 copies returned were analyzed, obtaining the following results. 1. 83.8 percent needed an educational program for dental coordinators as an educational content; 41.7% had awareness of the educational content; and 83.8 percent insisted that over the intermediate level of curricula should be taken. Dental coordinator cultivation institutions identified included the institution under the control of the Korean Dental Hygienists Association and the education center for the department of dental hygiene; 76.9% insisted that an appropriate qualifying examination should be necessary. They suggested the central government department and the local government as a certification institution; 39.4% insisted that financial support for the education should be provided by financing education alone. Only 28.7% experienced dental coordinator education and 73.1% hoped to serve as a dental coordinator. They were found to expect a rise in payment(64.4%) and in the title(46.8%) after completion of the educational program. 2. 66.2% saw a dental hygienist as the most appropriate for a dental coordinator; clinical career (39.4%) and practical capacity(29.2%) were suggested as requirements for a dental coordinator; and a period of over three years(47.2%) was suggested for appropriate dental career. 3. Dental coordinators' present services included 'reservation management' for customer management, 'staff service training' for organization management, 'understanding of customer reception attitudes and actions' for self-management, 'hospital information management' for hospital marketing, 'acceptance' for hospital affairs management, and 'hospital environment management' for hospital facilities management; their future services included 'acquisition of ability to use a foreign language' for self-management, followed by 'staff service training' for organization management, 'training and counseling' for customer management, 'acquisition of counseling capacity' for self-management, 'complaining customer reception' for customer management, and 'marketing strategy implementation' for hospital marketing. 4. After comparing dental hygienists and other manpower in terms of dental coordinators' future services, dental hygienists showed interest in 'acquisition of ability to use a foreign language,' 'staff service training,' 'complaining customer reception,' and 'acquisition of counseling capacity' while other manpower showed interest in 'acquisition of ability to use a foreign language,' 'document data management,' 'acquisition of basic service manner,' 'acquisition of counseling capacity,' 'manpower management,' 'establishment and evaluation of a marketing strategy,' and 'education and counseling.' 5. As for awareness of dental coordinators, they were thought of as helpful in improving image of a dental clinic; it was found that continuous training should be necessary to develop dental coordinators' capacity; dental coordinators' services should be important and contribute to patients' qualitative satisfaction.

Network Analysis on Communication of Welfare Policy Using Twitter Data

  • This main purpose of the study is to identify social network of communicators sharing information on Bokjiro for publicizing welfare policy. This study employs NodeXL pro to understand networks and their role in the social network. The data for social network analysis was collected from Twitter for a week. The result of the analysis shows that the social network of communicators on Bokjiro does not have many nodes. It also has an independent network with high possibility of information distortion. Little communicators have controlling power in information flow in one way of communication. According to the result, it is not effective for marketing strategy of welfare policy in providing online information through Bokjiro. The study suggests that the government should use the transactional approach to marketing based on agent-oriented activity focusing on the exchange relationship between information providers and demanders in an age of networked intelligence.

경기 일부지역 영양교사의 직무만족도, 업무수행도와 만족도, 업무수행을 위한 지식.기술의 요구도 및 자기평가 (Job Satisfaction, Work Performance, Work Satisfaction, Perceived Needs and Self-Evaluation of Knowledge and Skills of Nutrition Teachers in Gyeonggi Area)

  • The purpose of the study was to examine job satisfaction, work performance, work satisfaction, perceived needs and self-evaluation of knowledge and skills of nutrition teachers. Survey questionnaire was administered to 106 nutrition teachers in schools of Gyeonggi area. Subjects were categorized into high- or low-job satisfaction group, and study variables were examined by job satisfaction group. Overall job satisfaction was high, with a mean score of 14.9 out of 20. High-job satisfaction group had more favorable perception regarding human relations and workplace atmosphere compared to the counterparts (p < 0.001). Work performance, examined by 12 items, was not significantly different between the two groups. However, satisfaction regarding specific work of nutrition teachers was significantly different by job satisfaction (p < 0.001). High-job satisfaction group responded that they had more knowledge and skills in areas such as food purchase management, food sanitation and safety management, equipment and facility management, nutrition education, nutrition counseling (p < 0.01), and general management & marketing (p < 0.05). High-job satisfaction group also indicated that nutrition teachers need to have more knowledge and skills than the counterparts, regarding food purchase management (p < 0.001), nutrition education (p < 0.01), nutrition counseling, general management and marketing, and teaching practices (p < 0.05). In addition, study results showed significant positive correlations among study variables. This study suggested that job satisfaction of nutrition teachers might be increased by having favorable human relations and workplace atmosphere, increasing satisfaction with specific work of nutrition teachers, and by increasing the knowledge and skills required for the work of nutrition teachers.

  • 코로나 19에 환대산업의 언택트 마케팅과 서비스의 발전 방안과 관련하여 환대산업 서비스 분야의 심층 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 언택트 기술을 활용한 비대면 서비스를 위한 키오스크 도입, 사전예약, 결재시스템과 가능한 셀프서비스와 룸서비스를 활용한 서비스 개선에 대한 필요한 시기이다. 또한 언택트마케팅 판매 채널 강화를 통한 다채널 시스템 구축을 통한 인스타그램, 페이스북, 유튜브, 블로그, 1인 온라인 방송과 라이브 커머스를 온라인 통한 판매 채널 다각화로 언택트 마케팅에 대한 문제를 해결하기 위한 상품구성이 현재 주목을 받고 있는 지금 환대산업에서도 실시하는 것이 필요하다. 소비자 간의 교류창구를 통한 상품 구매에 관한 전자상거래가 정보, 문화, 트렌드를 공유하는 플랫폼이 대중화됨에 따라 소비자의 소비패턴은 더욱 다양해질 것이며, 서비스 교육의 중요성이 중요한 시점에 마스크 착용 의무화와 기본 관리인 비대면 서비스 상담, 발열 체크부터 시설물 내부에 소독기 설치, 인적사상 기록과 전사적인 교육 시스템으로 언택트 마케팅과 융합된 새로운 서비스 제도와 도입과 정책 수립이 필요하다고 판단된다. 이러한 결과는 언택트 시대에 서비스 교육의 중요한 요소 인식과 언택트 마케팅의 차별화된 시스템 구축과 언택트 판매 채널 확대, 비대면 상담 서비스 실시, 사전예약과 재택근무 도입이 절실한 부분으로 인식 되었다. 특히 무료로 인식됐던 인적서비스가 프리미엄 하면서 서비스 차별화와 중요성이 재인식되었으며, 언택트 시대 환대산업의 질적인 서비스 측면과 마케팅 채널 다변화를 제시에 대한 나아가야 할 발전방안을 제시한다.

학교 및 병원 영양사의 직무분석 : 인적특성의 요인구조 비교 (Job Analysis of School and Hospital Dietitians : Factor Analysis of Human Attributes)

  • This study was mainly done by factors analyzing to find out the structure and the dimension of the results of a previous study; analyzing the school and hospital dietitians'human attributes needed for successful job performance(Song 1998). The results were as follows: 1) Through factor analysis, the 12 knowledge items were categorized into 4 groups ; ‘basic knowledge of food and nutrition’, ‘knowledge of clinical nutrition and diet therapy’, ‘knowledge of medial science’, and ‘knowledge from experience and common sense’. These 4 knowledge factors were more frequently used and importantly recognized by hospital dietians compared with school dietitians. 2) The 38 skill and ability items were categorized into 7 groups ; ‘ability of program development and research’, ‘ability of counseling and nutrition education’, ‘ability of production control and facility management’, ‘ability to use computer’, ‘ability to cooperate with others’, ‘ability to manage consignment marketing’, and ‘ability of managing situations and informations’. Different skills and abilities were required for each group. 3) The 11 personality items were categorized as 3 groups ; ‘respoinsibility and sincerity’, ‘positive personality’, and ‘affirmative and inquisitive personality’.
