의복이미지와 화장이미지에 관한 기존 연구 분석 (An Analysis of Previous Researches on Clothing Image and Make-up Image)

  • The purpose of this study was to review the previous researches, analyze the clothing image, the make-up image and compare the analyses of clothing image and make-up image. The previous researches of clothing image and make-up image were reviewed in 6 kinds of Journal. The results of previous research review and analysis were followed as : Measuring mean of image are used to similarly that semantic differential technique and summated rating technique. Attention to proposed researcher abstraction image in make-up image, but there is problem that this hard to explain objectivity of image abstraction. There are a lot of occasions that 4 or 5 image factors were extracted by factor analysis. The make-up image researches that presented image stimulus were more than study that do not present. Image words were classified which were compiled words have similar sub image. Grace, activeness, lively. unique, modernity attractive, feminine. sexy and ripeness clothing images were classified factors. which were representative clothing image. Elegance, Sophisticate. romantic, natural, modern and youthfulness make-up image for factor were representative make-up image factors. However the problems were found that some representative image factor included the sub images which were different from some factor image. Compared with representation image words, same image words were used to not agree what clothing image and make-up image. Standardization of word should be made that show that clothing image and make-up image.

여자 대학생의 의복 추구 이미지와 소재 선호에 대한 연구 (The Study on Desired Image and Fabric Preference of Woman College Student for Apparel)

  • This study was intended to identify the desired image and fabric preference of woman college student for apparel and the relationship between these variables. Data were collected by questionnaire distributed to 260 woman college students through August to September of 2000. After eliminating incomplete questionnaires, 236 were analyzed. The most desired image was neat, and the most preferred fabric was natural fiber textile in fiber contents and light and soft in fabric sensation. The avoided image was masculine, and the negative sensation was heaviness. As a result of factor analysis, 7 factors -cute, intellectual, animate, neat, mature, sporty, sexy- were determined in image. And 8 factors -soft, durable, flat, rigid, light, bulky, heavy, pliable- were determined in fabric sensation. These factors explained large percentage of variance respectively. Multidimensional scaling was employed to analyze the relationship between desired image and fabric preference. Two dimensions were accepted to interpret the relationship. One of the results showed the closeness among the natural fiber textile, lightness, durability and natural image. And the short distance among the blended textile, elasticity, warmness and sporty image was presented.

크리스찬 디올 메이크업의 감성 이미지 분석 - 메이크업과 패션의 감성 이미지 비교 - (Analysis of Sensibility Image of Christian Dior Make-Up - Comparison of Sensibility Image between Make-Up and Fashion -)

  • This study analyzed image components of make-up image between fashion and advertisement of Christian Dior, also, this study examined, compared and analyzed their aesthetic characters. Then, it researched whether brand image was shaped exactly as the same method or not. The study was theoretical and established method; using more than a graduate student-major in clothing and make up, survey$(2004.5{\sim}6.)$ and SPSS 10 program statistics method. As the results, in Dior fashion and make-up, this study analyzed the factors of shape, color, material and texture, and both of them indicated the aspects of chic, classic, gorgeous and romantic image. Also, consumers understood them as a same image. This demonstrated that Christian Dior fashion and make-up have been shaping toward a same image as a same meaning.

  • Present avartar market is expanding with rapid development of the internet and its contents. Therefore, apparel industry is experimenting PPL by providing their products with avartar. Objectives of this study are to investigate about the avartar's fashion products efficiency on casual garment advertisements to study about the effect of avartar's clothing image provided by apparel industry and investigate about the effect of avartar's fashion product on apparel advertisement for fundamental data on the avartar's fashion marketing.

현대패션에 나타난 차이니즘(Chinesm)에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Chinesm on the Modern Fashion)

  • The purpose of this study is to reviews the Chinesm expressed in the modern fashion world after the year 2000, and underlines the characteristics of Chinesm, as the Chinese fashion market is getting bigger and becomes the cynosure of the world. The method of this study is by research on precedence as well as related researches in Korean and foreign books. The results were as follows. First, the Chinesm recreates the historic motive which is the traditional costume, ornaments, or make-up etc. to maintain the harmony between the modernity and the past, preventing from following or mimicking. Second, the Chinesm expresses the combinational and harmonious manner with the combined image on the Chinese original symbolic factors mixing with the foreign spatial-temporal elements, the various styles of wear and decoration, and the different images to have the natural or equivocal relationship with one another. Third, The Chinesm magnifies the feminine atmosphere to express the sensual image by using effectively the traditional design factors, which is tight silhouette, coverture, and exposure. Fourth, the Chinesm professes the pro-naturalism embracing the human without conflicting with the human nature. It seems possible on the new value mixed with colors, materials, or patterns, etc.

생활한복의 착용 상황에 따른 이미지와 구매의도 (Casual Hanbok's Image According to Wearing Situation and Purchasing Intention)

  • The purposes of this study were to identify the differences of the Casual Hanbok's image perception according to wearing situation and to certify factors affecting the Casual Hanbok's purchase. Self administered questionnaires were used. The subjects were 596 women in Chonbuk Province and done during August. 2002. Proportion, percentage, mean, factor analysis, ANOVA and multi-regression were done for data analysis. The results were as follows ; 1. Factors in the Casual Hanbok's image perception were fashion, elegant, comfort, innovation and tradition. The total variences were 53.84%. Especially tradition and innovation factors were very Important. 2. Casual Hanbok's perceived image in formal situation were higher in factors of fashion, elegance, comfort, innovation, and tradition than the perceived image in mind. And the image of informal situation was higher in factors of fashion, elegant and innovation than the perceived image in mind. 3. Purchasing intention was affected by the Casual Hanbok's fashion, elegance, innovation, and tradition, and their influence was 18.10%. Casual Hanbok wearing frequencies affected the purchasing intention significantly.

나폴레옹의 초상화를 통한 사상적 조류 변화에 따른 복식 변화 고찰 (A Review on the Costume Changes According to Ideological Transition through the Portraitures of Napoleon)

  • This thesis aims to analyze the costume changes according to the ideological transition through the portraits of Napoleon Bonaparte. This study selected 32 color pictures of Napoleon, which was taken during his time as a general to his ascension as Emperor (1785-1815). The study qualitatively analyzed the traits and costume elements in view of the items, color and ornaments of the costume, while studying the effects of the ideological transition. The costumes of Napoleon were categorized into three parts: general, governor and Emperor. Firstly, Napoleon most frequently wore the navy uniforms when taking the portraits as a general. The uniform gave Napoleon the image of strength, youth and intelligence, which reflected the ideology of enlightenment. Secondly, the red-colored administrator uniform, combined with a military coat with culotte, was worn to make the governor look intelligent, which would ascribe to the ideological demand of the enlightenment. Lastly, his portraits as emperor showed him in long white tunica, combined with red-colored coronation cape ornamented with embroidery, ermine fur, and the crown of laurel. This costume denoted both the enlightenment and also the neoclassical trend aspiring for the return to the Greek and Roman era. In this way, the portrait of Napoleon might be expected to reflect the periodical change of the ideology through describing the transition of the costumes. It might be evident that his image of the strong general changed to that of an intelligent governor, which was in demand when the enlightenment idea became popular. When Napoleon became the emperor, his image changed into that of a Roman emperor, which implies that neoclassical ideas were used as source of influence.

테마파크 캐릭터 코스튬의 특성 (Characteristics of Character Costume in the Theme Park)

  • The purpose of this study is to research on concept, consisting factors, and specialties of theme park' character costumes to understand better about character costumes as well as to establish fundamental research data. The characteristics of character costumes in the theme park are as follows. First, theme park' character costumes are personified so that visitors may feel friendly and have emotional communication with them. Specially, costume that anthropomorphize an animal(85.3%) and silhouette of lozenge style(86.8%) dominated the highest weight. Animal figures are walking upright and wearing human's clothes. They communicate with visitors using mime actions. Second, various types of body proportion is applied to highlight the characteristics of character costume. Most character costumes are applied with unrealistic body proportion. This unrealistic body proportion give abnormal image and looks funny. The important factor is size of their head. Especially, 3.5 body proportion(78.9%) is general. Third, simplification, exaggeration, shrinkage, and modification are other factors. Simplification is applied differently by parts. Pocket, collar details are simplified to clarify the character's image. More simplification can lead to ommission. For their head, peculiar parts look stand out but other parts are simplified to stress their characteristics. Exaggeration is used with shrinkage to give strong impression to visitors. Forms are broken intentionally and they are modified. They look impressive because they are not harmonized. It is unexpected image and induces humor and familiar feelings. Matter of stylization includes exaggeration, shrinkage, modification and movement of actors that have tangible factor of character costume.

한국의 이미지를 이용한 의류상품개발 모델의 연구 -청바지와 티셔츠를 중심으로- (A process of developing experimental Korean image fashion items focused on jeans and T-shirts)

  • This study is a process of developing experimental Korean image fashion items that can appeal to the younger generation. The sample models are focused on jeans and T-shirts. This project had two goals. First, giving chance to the students of Konkuk-University of producing fashion items adopting Korean image in university venture company. Second, contributing to Korean image fashion market if the items have been proved to have competitive power through the market of Konkuk-University and it's cooperated company. The research is restricted within ornament techniques of Korean traditional dress and its ornament's element, they are patchwork wrapping-cloth(Chokakbo), embroidery, gold and silver foil on cloths, and transcription. Such Korean image elements are graphic patterned as 30 jeans and 50 T-shirts and eventually evaluated by 100 university students majoring in garments. The evaluation scale contains repletion of Korean image, possibility of market, and preference. Through this process, 6 jeans and 7 T-shirts were produced.

패션 리테일 엔터테인먼트 구성 요소가 점포 이미지와 점포 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Factors of Fashion-Retail-Entertainment on Store Image & Store Loyalty)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among fashion retail-entertainment, store image and store loyalty. Two hundred eleven who female college students living near Seoul area participated in this study. Two hundred sample used for data analysis. For data analysis, frequency, factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used. The results were as follows: First, fashion retail-entertainment had 4 factors such as shopping environment, sales service, dining facilities, and others. Store image composed of psychological image, merchandise mix, customer service, and advertising exposure. Store loyalty had 3 factors; cognitive loyalty, intentional loyalty, emotional loyalty. Second, retail-entertainment factors had positive influences on store image and store loyalty. Third, store image had positively affected on store loyalty. Based on these results, successful strategies for fashion retail-entertainment business would provide.
