  • This study try introduce a cell manufacturing form and to make the productivity in a conveyor line manufacture for the customer requirement and market change. The case research from JIT theory that made the model to make a productivity enhance through the cell line in a conveyor line and U-line. This research was subject with a cosmetics manufacture company, therefor we can raise the quality enhance, personnel expenses and reduction of delivery effectiveness in a stroke types of industry consequently.

  • ERP는 전사 비즈니스 프로세스의 자동화와 통합을 지원하고, 업무 수행에 관한 방대한 데이터를 기록하고 있다. 최근에 학계와 재계는 ERP 비즈니스 프로세스의 성과 개선과 컴플라이언스 강화를 지원할 수 있는 프로세스 마이닝에 많은 관심을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 이러한 관심은 SAP ERP와 같은 외산 ERP를 채택한 대기업의 비즈니스 프로세스 분석과 개선에 한정되어 있다. 사실, 외산 ERP에 비해 국산 ERP는 이벤트 데이터를 기록하고 관리하는 역량이 부족하다. 그러므로 국산 ERP에 프로세스 마이닝을 적용하는 것은 큰 도전과제이다. 이러한 도전과제를 극복하기 위해 본 연구는 프로세스 마이닝을 활용하여 국산 ERP의 프로세스를 분석하고자 한다. 이와 함께, 본 연구는 국내 화장품 제조기업의 사례에서 배운 교훈을 토론할 것이다. 본 연구의 결과는 국산 ERP를 채택한 국내 중소기업의 경쟁력 강화에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대되며 중소기업 ERP 구축에 투입된 한국 정부의 막대한 투자가 성과를 내는 것에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

일개 화장품 제조업체 근로자의 소음 인식도와 청력역치 조사에 관한 연구 (A study on recognition of noise and hearing threshold among workers in a cosmetics manufacturing factory)

  • To identify the relationship between types of job classification (typical and atypical) and the levels of recognition of noise and the hearing threshold shift, a total of 457 workers in a cosmetic company were studied utilizing a questionnaire and the audiometric hearing test. The results were analyzed by factor analysis, t-test, and general linear model, as appropriate. The results showed that atypical workers had higher level of noise recognition but had lower levels of hearing ability, noise exposure, and the knowledge on hearing loss prevention, compared with those of typical workers. The high noise level group of typical workers showed higher threshold shift levels than that of atypical workers. Significant differences were found at 4 kHz for both ears and in right ear only for hearing threshold shift after adjusting age.

  • 본 논문은 개인 맞춤형 화장품 제조산업을 주력으로 하고 있는 도입기업에 제조데이터를 기반으로 설치된 스마트 팩토리를 신규 구축하였다. 기존 CGMP(Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practices)기반 아날로그로 관리하던 서류 및 데이터들을 데이터답게 사용할 수 있도록 수집, 관리 및 분석하는 시스템을 구축한 사례를 기반으로 작성하였다. 이를 위해 인공지능 스마트팩토리 플랫폼인 LINK5 MOS(Management Operation System)와 POP(Point Of Production) 시스템 도입, PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) 데이터 수집, 바코드 리딩 시스템 등을 대거 적용하여 생산 현장에 모든 데이터를 실시간으로 수집할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하고, 모니터링 시스템 및 현황판 도입 등으로 데이터 확인 및 조회할 수 있는 시스템을 구축한 사례를 기반으로 작성하였다. 또한 이번 프로젝트를 기반으로 하여 신규 비지니스 클러스터 공간 형성을 목표로 하고 있다.

한국화장품 구매 선호도에 관한 연구 - 국내 관광객을 중심으로 - (Study on Korea cosmetics purchasing preferences - Focusing on domestic tourists -)

  • The most rapidly growing manufacturing could be cosmetics industries due to this phenomenon. In this study, the cosmetic distribution structure not to mention Korea, Asia's largest market, China and Japan are based on references. Purpose of study is to provide a basis for marketing strategy through the research process and results. Korea cosmetics market has been exerting a tremendous power of LG Household & Health and Amore Pacific as a major company. Cosmetics industry is rapidly booming around the mid-priced brand through internet shopping, TV shopping, and road shops. Cosmetics preferences were analyzed targeted at tourists by distributing questionnaire to 1500 in road shop and Myeong-dong from September 14 to October 13, 2013. The answers for the questions of the most awareness cosmetic brands in Korea are appeared in order of Laneige, Innisfree, The Face Shop. The satisfaction of the use of Korea cosmetic are 61.85% and the reasons are that in a variety of color cosmetics are 32.58%, the reaction of around that you look prettier are 29.34%. Therefore purchasing products are 49.14% of the color cosmetics and 24.93% of the functional products. Within the result of the survey, although the quality versus the price for the Korean cosmetic brands has been competitive advantage over yet from the advertising of Korea wave stars, the foreign purchasers have been willing to buy the color cosmetics and high-end performance products being the research and development of the continuously higher quality of the performance if the preceding even if being more expensive purchase price.

중국 라오즈하오(老字号) 화장품기업 시에푸춘(謝馥春)의 발전모델 연구 (Analysis on Development Model of China Time-honored Brand Cosmetics Company XieFuchun)

  • 라오즈하오(老字号)란 오랜 역사를 지닌 제품, 기술 또는 서비스를 가리키며, 중국 전통문화 배경과 깊은 역사유산을 갖고 있으며, 사회적으로 인정받아 우수한 평판을 형성한 브랜드를 의미한다. 일부 라오즈하오는 발전하고 있지만, 일부 라오즈하오는 생존의 위기에 직면하고 있으며, 중국 정부와 사회는 다양한 지원정책을 발표하여 지속적인 발전을 위해 노력하고 있다. 현재 한국에서 라오즈하오에 대한 연구가 매우 부족하기에, 본 연구는 중국 화장품브랜드 시에푸춘(謝馥春)의 역사, 현황, 경쟁력을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 시에푸춘은 중국 최초의 화장품 기업으로서, 전통문화를 계승한 제조기법을 가졌으며, 현재 상당한 시장 점유율을 유지하고 있다. 5-Forces 모델을 활용하여 시에푸춘의 경쟁력을 분석하고, 라오즈하오 기업에 대한 시사점과 발전모델을 제시하였다.

  • My company develops, manufactures injection mold and produces thin-walled cosmetics and food containers. Without high quality and low production cost, it is hard to compete in the market. To be competitive, a company has to utilize mold with as many cavities as possible to lower manufacturing cost. Eject plate abrasion and deformation cut down mold lifespan, troubles during injection lower productivity and foreign substances in molds cause abrasion. This study focuses on how to improve mold life and productivity, and to slow down mold abrasion.

국내 OEM/ODM 화장품 제조기업의 생산계획 및 효율화를 위한 분산형 MRP시스템 개발 (Development of Distributed MRP System for Production Planning and Operation in Korean OEM/ODM Cosmetics Manufacturing Company)

  • Up to date cosmetic OEM/ODM (original equipment manufacturing/original development manufacturing) industry receives attention as a future growth engine due to steady growth. However, because of limited research and development capability, many companies have employed commercial management platforms specialized for large-sized companies; thus, overall system effectiveness and efficiency is low. Especially, MRP (material requirement planning) system introduced originally in 1970s is employed to calculate the requirement of the parts. However, dynamic nature of production lead time usually results in incorrect requirements. In addition, its algorithm does not consider the capability of the production resources. Also, because the commercial MRP system calculates all subcomponent for fixed period, the more goods have subcomponent, the slower calculation is. Therefore, conventional MRP system cannot respond complicated situation in time. In this study, we will suggest a new method that can respond to complicated situations resulting from short lead time and urgent production order in Korean cosmetic market. In particular, a distributed MRP system is proposed, that consists of multi-functional and operational modules, based on the characteristic of the BOM (bill of material). The distributed MRP system divides components (i.e. products and parts) into several fields and decrease the problem size; thus, we can respond to dynamically changed data any time. Through this solution, we can order components quickly, adjust schedules and planned quantity, and manage stocks reasonably. In addition, a prototype of the distributed MRP system is presented in this paper, in which ERP (enterprise resource planning) sever data is associated with an excel spreadsheet via MSsql. System user interface is implemented by a VBA (visual basic for applications) tool. According to a case study, response rate for delivery and planning achievement rate were enhanced about 20%, and inventory turnover was also decreased. Consequently, the proposed system improves overall profit.

  • While the medical supplies have positive functions such as extending lifespan, recovering health, and preventing diseases, they also cause unexpected tragic consequences due to their side effects, and the magnitude of such damage inevitably increases due to the mechanism of mass production, mass distribution, and mass consumption of those medical supplies. Therefore, needless to say, the optimal way to prevent or reduce such damage is rather through medical supply manufacturers' producing non-defective products, or through the government's controlling production and sales of medical supplies with more aggressive exercise of regulatory authority on medical supply manufacturers, than through a remedy by a legal relief after using medical supplies. In this case, although the victim died due to the defect of the cold medicine, 'CONTAC 600', the drug company's responsibility to cover damages was not recognized because a defect could not be found in the then-manufacturing process. Thus, while pharmaceutical companies are gaining economic profits by producing and selling a medical supplies, if they do not take any remedy measures for the victims of their products' side effects, the victims have to use medical supplies under their own responsibility of taking a risk, and they have to accept the full damage of the potential consequence. Therefore, to remove such absurdity and contradiction, and to practically remedy the victim of medical supplies' side effects, the pharmaceutical side effects remedy project pending in the the Drugs, Cosmetics and Medical Instruments Lawneeds to be actively implemented.
