$20{\sim}30$대 여성의 피부 타입 측정에 관한 연구 -국내.외 화장품 회사의 피부 측정방법의 비교를 중심으로- (The Research on the Skin Type Test of $20{\sim}30's$ Women -Focused on the Reliability of Skin Type Test Questionnaires-)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the skin type of $20{\sim}30’s$ women that use skin type test paper of cosmetic companies and usual using condition for the cosmetics. The result is as follows; The research target is $20{\sim}30’s$ woman in Seoul area, around capital city area and Geonra province, we surveyed the difference among the group, after dividing the groups with job, monthly income. As the result of research on the usual using cosmetics and cleansing products, $20{\sim}30’s$ woman mostly have toilet water, lotion and foam type cleansing product and use them. As the result of consciousness of skin type combination skin type is 46.1%, dry skin type is 23%, oily skin type is 15%, sensitive skin type is 9%, normal skin type is 7%. To compare results of skin type test paper of cosmetics companies with consciousness of skin type, result of skin type test paper of cosmetics companies was different consciousness of skin type. The result of skin type test paper of B company is same as consciousness of skin type is 31.2% and this result among cosmetics companies was appeared high ratio. Among the results from 3 companies, the rate that all result for 1 person's skin type are accord, is just 8%. 2 companies among them have matching rate of 42%. Most of all, each results of skin type test paper of cosmetics companies was appeared difference. This result show the problem of objectivity about skin type test paper of cosmetics companies that they using it.

Selection Factors for Distribution Partners for the Market Entry in Southeast Asia

  • Purpose - This study analyzed the success strategy of Korean small & medium cosmetics exporting companies to enter the Southeast Asian market. Research design, data, and methodology - The independent factors are classified into firm capacity, financial factor, institutional factor, and operational factor. The results of the selection of distributor partners of cosmetics related export companies as a were classified as financial performance and non - financial performance. In order to analyze this, 65 Korean small and medium export companies were recruited through structured online questionnaire for 44 days from September 18, 2017 to October 31, 2017. These data were analyzed by frequency analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis using SPSS. Results - The Cronbach's alpha coefficient was found to be 0.846. Factor analysis between variables revealed that the eigen value exceeded 1 and was considered valid. As a result of the correlation analysis between the variables, the financial factor and the corporate's competence showed the highest correlation with 0.774. Conclusions - Among the factors influencing the financial performance of the exporting firms, the factors influencing the financial performance of the exporting companies are the factors that influence the non - financial performance rather than the financial performance.

국내화장품기업의 사회공헌활동(CSR)에 대한 사례분석 (A Case Study on Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) of Domestic Cosmetics Companies)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 화장품기업의 사회공헌활동에 대한 사례를 분석하여 향후 관련활동이 더욱 효과적으로 지속될 수 있도록 하는 방향을 제시하는 데에 있다. 연구방법으로는 선행연구와 개별기업의 사회적 책임활동에 대한 사례(사보, 공개정보, 담당자와의 면담 등)를 통하여 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 도출된 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 화장품기업의 사회공헌활동은 교육, 사업, 의료 보건, 환경보호, 문화 예술, 기부 등 매우 다양하게 수행되고 있다. 둘째, 기업의 사회공헌활동 및 다양성은 기업규모와 연관성이 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 사회적 기업과 전문기관과의 협업을 통해 사회공헌활동의 효과가 배가될 수 있다. 넷째, 사회공헌활동에 대한 전략적 접근과 체계적인 홍보, CEO의 책임의식 등이 관련활동에 주요 영향을 미치는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 화장품기업의 사회공헌활동이 보다 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 방향을 제시하였다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있겠다. 아울러, 향후 국내 외 화장품기업의 사회공헌활동에 대한 비교분석의 필요성도 제기된다.

The Growth and Change of Korean Cosmetics Market in Distribution Structure

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the growth and change process of Korean cosmetic market that has grown more than three times since 2000. It also examined how the growth and decline of the cosmetics brands are related to the change of the cosmetic distribution structure. Research methodology: This study tried to classify the change of the Korean cosmetics market into four stages based on the market sales information. It analyzed the sales information of Korean cosmetic companies and the relationship with the sales of the brands by distribution channel. Results: One-brand store channel had played a leading role in the market growth, and multi-brand stores have grown and a number of brands also grew through that channel since 2013. Since 2016, multi-brand stores have continued to grow and have dominated the market beyond one-brand store channel. Conclusions: The changes in sales of domestic cosmetics companies have been classified based on the distribution channel type in four stages: the emergence of one-brand store, the growth of one-brand store channel, the growth of multi-brand store channel, and the decline of one-brand store channel. In conclusion, multi-brand store channels have recently grown in the Korean cosmetics market, and this trend is expected to continue.

국내 시판중인 일부 화장품의 중금속 농도에 관한 연구 (A study on heavy metal concentration of cosmetics on the market)

  • This study aims at providing the fundamental data on the field of cosmetics by comparing heavy metal concentration in terms of domestic/foreign products, items, companies and colors. This study has determined the concentration of chromium, lead, mangagnese, nickel, copper and vanadium in cosmetics such as moisturizer, concealer, foundation (Ivory-yellow), compact powder (Ivory-yellow), lip colo. (Red, brown), eye shadow (Red, brwon and dark green) and eye liner (Black) manufactured by five domestic cosmetic companies and five foreign cosmetic companies on the market. The samples have been collected in cosmetic stores in Pusan from Dec. lst 1996 to Jan. 3lst 1997. The results are as follows : 1. The heavy metal concentration in cosmetics was $2.420{\mu}g/g$ for chromium, $0.82{\mu}g/g$ for lead, $4.49{\mu}g/g$ for manganese, $1.69{\mu}g/g$for nickel, $0.53{\mu}g/g$ for copper, and $51{\mu}g/g$ for vanadium, respectively. 2. Lead and vanadium concentration were significantly higher in domestic cosmetics than foreign cosmetics(p<0.05). 3. The mean(GM) concentrations of heavy metal were different significantly (p<0.01) when classified with cosmetic items. The highest means shown at eye shadow in $Cr(14.96{\mu}g/g),\;Cu(1.32{\mu}g/g),\;V(1.28{\mu}g/g),\;and\;Ni(8.30{\mu}g/g)$, compact powder in $Pb(2.50{\mu}g/g)$, eye liner in $Mn(90.62{\mu}g/g)$. 4. The mean(GM) concentrations of heavy metal were different significantly (p<0.01) among colored cosmetics. The highest mean concentration of Cr, Ni, Cu and V were dark green-colored cosmetics, that of Mn was black-colored cosmetics, and that of Pb was ivory yellow- colored cosmetics.

미백화장품 국내외 시장경쟁력 확보방안 연구 (The research of the way to gain domestic and foreign market economy force of whitening cosmetics)

  • 세계 미백화장품시장은 복합된 기능을 포함한'복합기능성화장품'시장으로 빠르게 넘어가고 있다. 또한 고기능성화장품시장인 코스메슈티컬시장은 복합기능성화장품 시장과 함께 성장하고 있다. 더불어 복합기능성화장품 시장에서 미백기능을 포함한 천연화장품 시장은 전세계에서 성장하고 있다. 전세계 기능성화장품 유통채널은 '미용과 디지털(Beauty and Digital)'을 통한 디지털 커뮤니케이션(digital communication)이다. 글로벌 기업들은 브랜드와 소비자 사이에서 새로운 공간에 관계를 추가하고 있다. 그렇기에 전세계적인 미백화장품 유통 채널의 변화현상은 기존과 다른 공간에서 고객과 소통될 수 있어야 한다는 중요성을 시사를 할 것이다. 국내 미백화장품시장은 2015년 기준 연평균성장률 -3.61%로 감소하고 있다. 반면에 복합유형시장은 연평균성장률 33.28%로 지속적인 성장을 나타내고 있다. 국내 미백화장품시장은 2008년 이후로 기존의 방문판매 중심의 유통채널에서 변화되었다. 특히 온라인채널은 오프라인채널 대비 약1/6 수준이지만, 2014년 기준으로 온라인쇼핑의 전년대비증가율이 27.1%를 나타냈다. 향후에는 오프라인의 판매비중과 비슷해지거나 뛰어넘을 것으로 예측된다. 미백화장품의 유통채널은 변화하고 있고, 온라인 유통채널은 성장하고 있어, 국내 기업들은 새로운 미백화장품 유통채널과 기존의 오프라인 채널을 동시에 공략하는 전략이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 신규기업의 미백화장품시장 진출 시, 기존의 미백화장품시장보다 복합기능성화장품 내의 천연화장품으로의 진입을 고려해야 할 것으로 판단된다. 국내 미백화장품 시장 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서는 브랜드 차별성을 확보하거나 유통채널의 변화를 추구하여 기업과 고객이 새로운 공간에서 커뮤나케이션을 구축할 수 있는 진출방안을 모색할 필요가 있다.

화장품 쇼핑성향에 따른 구매결정요인 차이 연구 (A Study on Purchase Decision Factors in Cosmetics Shopping)

  • The objective of this study is to provide basic marketing data that is useful for domestic cosmetics companies by investigating purchase decision factors in cosmetics shopping. To this end, a mobile survey was conducted with a total of 300 men and women, aged 20-30, residing in Seoul and the surrounding Gyeonggi province. The collected data was analyzed by using SPSSWIN 21.0. Next, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed. The results outlined consumer's purchase decision factors and suggest retailers should focus on services, such as additional events and samples, convenience of the shop itself, training salespeople to be kind and informative, promotion and services by carefully choosing models and celebrities to advertise and encourage impulse purchases, increasing product quality, improving their reputation in SNS, improve the perceived reliability of the shop by stocking famous brands prominently, advertisement, promotion and being reliably trendy and being reliably trendy. However, product loyalty was not an important factor consumers aged 20-30, these people are using SNS a lot so buy a wide variety of products. In this way, the cosmetics companies should establish marketing strategies in line with consumer habits.

화장품회사 서포터즈의 뷰티제품평가 콘텐츠가 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Supporters of Cosmetics Company's Beauty Product Evaluation Contents on Purchase Intentions)

  • 본 연구는 화장품회사의 서포터즈로 활동하는 뷰티인플루언서가 인스타그램 콘텐츠를 사용하여 소비자들의 화장품 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 이를 위해서 화장품회사 서포터즈로 활동하는 뷰티인플루언서의 제품평가 콘텐츠에 노출된 소비자들의 인구학적 특성이 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 중점을 두었다. 연구자료 설문지는 총 237부 15개 항목을 설문조사 하였고 자료분석은 빈도분석, 요인분석, 독립 t 검정과 ANOVA, 다중 회귀분석을 수행하였으며 분석을 위해 SPSS 23.0을 사용하였다. 특정 계정 HAJIN_21 뷰티인플루언서의 인스타그램 콘텐츠를 통한 제품소개에 따른 구매의도를 연구한 결과는 성별은 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 않았고 최종학력은 구매의도에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 끼치는 것으로 조사 되었다. 이에 최종학력이 구매의도에 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 나아가 본 연구가 화장품회사 서포터즈를 활용하는 홍보 방향의 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

화장품 ISM(In-Store Merchandising)에 있어서의 POP 활용사례 연구 (A Study on POPs Application Cases in ISM(In-Store Merchandising) for Cosmetics)

  • The purposes of this study were to compare and analyze application cases of POP(Point of Purchase) in each ISM(In Store Merchandising) for domestic and imported cosmetics. to present basic data for setting up effective marketing strategies according to types of ISM. The results were as follows : 1. In the Department Stores, counselling comers for customers were located at all domestic and imported cosmetics. A small quantify of new release cosmetic items were displayed in order to elevate those added value in most cosmetics floors excepts Estee Lauder. 2. In the Discount Stores, most cosmetic items were displayed in category or in color for customers to choose those easily. 3. In the Cosmetics Specialties. display for show case couldn't be accessible by customers and cosmetic items were disordered because too many itmes from various companies were displayed

  • This objectives of this research was to look into the actual state of fashion wearing purchase and makeup purchase to recognize the interrelationship between fashion and makeup styles by selecting words used for fashion image and cosmetic style. Such study can offer basic materials for choice of makeup style by each fashion style. Most information on fashion and cosmetics were obtained through the internet. However, a lot of information on cosmetics were also obtained through TV. Therefore, if fashion companies use both internet and TV for advertising, more effect on purchasing might be obtained. The design and color are important standards for selecting clothes. However, the quality and price of clothes are essential standards for purchasing cosmetics. Therefore, for fashion companies, they need to pay more attention to design and color. However, for cosmetic companies, they need to take notice of quality and price. When image words were extracted, fashion images showed the following words: natural, romantic, elegance, casual, and avant-garde, while makeup images showed romantic-casual, elegance, avant-garde, and natural. Regarding the interrelationship between fashion style and makeup style, natural and casual fashion style were harmonized with natural makeup while romantic fashion style was associated with romantic makeup. The fashion style of elegance and avant- garde was associated with elegance makeup. Therefore, similar images were found between fashion and makeup styles.
