지질자원 기술의 상업화 커뮤니케이션 전략 및 메시지 연구 (A Study on the Communication Strategy and Message for Geo-Technology Commercialization)

  • 본 연구는 지질자원 기술을 활용하는 우리나라와 미국 기업들의 커뮤니케이션을 비교 분석함으로써, 지질자원 기술관련 기업의 커뮤니케이션 현황과 메시지 전략이 어떠한가를 고찰하고자 하였다. 우리나라의 지질자원 기술을 활용하는 기업들은 기업 자체, 기업활동, 기업의 제품 등에 관한 정보를 외부 공중에게 알리는 방법으로 광고 커뮤니케이션을 많이 사용하고 있지는 않는 것으로 파악되었다. 이들 기업들의 광고는 주로 소비자를 타겟으로 하고 있으나, 광고 모델을 적극적으로 활용하지는 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 다양한 공중들과의 커뮤니케이션을 위해 필수적으로 웹사이트를 운영하고 있다. 미국의 지질자원 기술 활용기업들도 우리나라와 마찬가지로 광고 커뮤니케이션을 많이 활용하지는 않고 일반 소비자를 타겟으로 하고 있었다. 이들 기업들은 일반 광고모델을 보편적으로 활용하고 있으며, 다양한 정보를 웹사이트에서 적극적으로 제공하고 있다. 이러한 현황분석을 통해 향후 지질자원 기술을 활용하는 기업이나 조직들의 커뮤니케이션 전략과 집행에 대한 제언을 도출하였다. (1) 구체적인 이미지 정립을 위한 광고전략 필요, (2) 지질자원 기술에 대한 이해를 높이기 위한 메시지 개발, (3) 다양한 광고 크리에이티브 구현, (4) 일관된 광고 컨셉과 메시지 필요, (5) PR 차원에서의 웹사이트 고려, (6) 다양한 이해관계자들을 위한 메시지, (7) 웹사이트 내 다양한 메시지 제공 등이 이에 해당된다.

묵가적(墨家的) 입장에서 바라본 기업의 사회적 책임과 역할 (Mozi's View on Social Responsibility of Corporation)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 최근 화두로 대두되고 있는 기업의 사회적 책임에 대한 내용을 고대 중국의 철학자인 묵자의 사상에서 살펴본 것이다. 또한 글로벌한 기업환경 속에서 기업이 지닌 핵심 속성을 기존의 접근방식과는 다른 시각으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 현대사회에서 기업이 추구하는 이(利)에 대한 개념은 다층적 점진적으로 진화해가고 있다. 기업이 고속성장을 이루어내는 만큼 기업이 추구하는 가치의 실현도 중요하게 논의되고 있다. 급격하게 변하는 경영환경 속에서 기업의 가치추구를 지나치게 자신의 입장에서만 추구하다 보니 기업 활동에 대한 인식이 부정적으로 비춰질 수밖에 없다. 그러다 보니 기존의 기업 활동의 방식을 탈피하고 새로운 경영철학으로서의 철학을 요구하게 된 것이다. 그리고 기업의 사회적 책임이라는 방식으로 사회 구성원들과 함께 살아가고자 전략을 전환하고 있다. 이러한 기업의 경영 전략을 고대 중국의 철학자 묵자(墨子)의 핵심사상인 겸애(兼愛)를 중심으로 접근하였다. 묵자가 언급한 겸애는 철학적 사상의 박애나 다른 유사한 개념들보다 심층적 사상을 내포하고 있다. 겸애는 단순히 행위나 도덕원리로서의 결과론적 접근이 아니라 서로 사랑하고자하는 내적 동기(겸상애(兼相愛))와 서로의 이익을 공유할 수 있는 원리(교상리(交相利))를 포함하고 있는 것이다. 이처럼 기업이 지속가능한 가치를 추구하기 위해서는 기존의 절대적 가치를 추구하기 위한 방식을 재고해보고, 묵자의 겸애사상을 기반으로 한 철학적 전략을 수립할 것을 제언하고자 하였다.

Uncertainty, Corporate Investment and the Role of Conservative Financial Reporting: Empirical Evidence from Pakistan

  • The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of conservative financial reporting on investment during uncertainty. It was assumed that during uncertainty conservative financial reporting can play an important role to improve investment decision-making. For our analysis, data sets from 2005-2020 of nonfinancial companies are used. To measure the impact of conservative financial reporting in the non-financial sector of Pakistan, Khan and Watts' (2009) model is applied. "Prospector" and "Defender" Business strategy is applied for measuring firm-level uncertainty. Investment is measured by adding the change in fixed assets (property, plant, and equipment). To check the robustness of conservative financial reporting, Givoly and Hayn's (2000) Negative Accruals measure is applied. To measure the robustness of uncertainty, environmental scanning and alertness technique is applied. According to environmental scanning and alertness technique, companies are divided into two groups named 'inert' and 'alert'. 'Inert' are those firms that are not scanning their environment, and 'alert' are those firms who continuously analyze their environment. The empirical estimations support our hypothesis. The empirical findings provide the proof that in the wake of uncertainty conservative financial reporting may facilitate to take optimal investment decisions in the developing economy of Pakistan. Our results provide critical and practical implications for investors, researchers, and standard setters.

The Role of Visual Communication for Emotional Marketing Strategy

  • Purpose: Visual communication is the act of using elements and components that can be seen. Some of the elements include images, illustrations, drawings, and videos. The purpose of this research is to check if there is the meaningful role of visual communication for emotional marketing plan. Research design, data and methodology: The present author firstly tried to obtain prior knowledge based on numerous previous literature through qualitative content method, investigating and searching related topic in 'Scopus' and 'Google Scholar' which is one of the most famous database. This methodology has already been proved the credibility and conformability by prior researchers. Results: The current study looks at four basic aspects that will assist in analyzing the findings and results from different peer-review articles. The section will cover social media, videos, podcasts, and ads. Conclusions: Several studies also affirmed that increased use of the internet and internet for marketing causes psychological issues among adolescents. Only adults should view some of the marketing ads, but if they pop into an adolescent browser, it may cause some harmful effects. Therefore, the study concluded that moderation of online visual adverts should be done to ensure only the targeted customers view the advert.

How to Boost Workers' Motivation in the Supply Chain based on the Difference between Wholesale and Retail Market

  • Purpose: Increasing their motivation and job satisfaction, employees in the distribution channel may be better able to interact with consumers and provide a more satisfying experience. Thus, increasing employee engagement in the supply chain necessitates a complex strategy considering the distinctive features of wholesale and retail markets. This study investigates how to boost employees' motivation in the supply chain based on the difference between wholesale and retail market. Research design, data, and methodology: The prior study analysis is a useful tool to take a look at relevant previous works via a significant screening and selecting strategy. The Key words based on the topic of the research have used, such as 'Employee Motivation', 'Supply Chain', 'Wholesale' and 'Retail' worker. Results: The findings of this research strongly indicates that motivating employees is essential for the efficient operation of supply chain activities as they continue to expand and become more complicated. The supply chain's two main segments are the wholesale and retail markets, each with distinct characteristics. Conclusions: This research focused exclusively on the factors that motivate supply chain workers, ignoring job satisfaction, corporate culture, and managerial style, which may affect employee motivation. These factors also have the potential to impact employee motivation and should be considered in subsequent research.

IPA를 활용한 제조기업의 중대재해처벌법 대응방안 수립 (Establish Manufacturing Firms' Response Strategy to the Serious Accident Punishment Act Using IPA)

  • Purpose: In this study, we proposed a plan to establish and implement a safety and health management system by utilizing corporate resources so that manufacturing companies can effectively respond to the Serious Accident Punishment Act. Methods: We identified critical factors and response strategies necessary for manufacturing companies to respond to the Severe Accident Punishment Act effectively and surveyed employees working at the company regarding their importance and performance. Results: In this study, we presented a method of strategically constructing the response strategies (20) shown in previous studies by matching them with the company's resources (leadership, organization, budget, education, and awareness). In particular, leadership refers to the ability of managers who can prevent serious accidents by carrying out safety and health security obligations to avoid safety and health hazards or risks to employees in the business or workplace that is controlled, operated, and managed. Conclusion: Based on the manager's firm leadership, the system's purpose and direction must be accurately set and sufficiently communicated to members. In addition, for companies to identify and improve risk factors on their own, a Process approach must be established to improve execution by referring to legal standards together with field managers and supervisors.

  • In the trend of concentrating on the consumer driven experience market as a new marketing concept according to the improvement of life standard and the change of consummation pattern, SPA brand has applied experience marketing strategies to the market successfully to be grown constantly with consumer secure and production of business benefit through brand image and positive consumer attraction. Therefore, this study aims to research the experiential representation element and attribute in the competitive Global SPA brand space due to the sustainable growth from the recent domestic fashion market based on the strategy type of the experiential marketing. Thus, the experiential marketing strategy type was drawn based on the experiential marketing and the theoretical reflections of Global SPA brand, and the SPA brand space was classified depending on the attribute of the commercial space for making the framework of case analysis, so it was progressed as the method of analysis through the experiential representation attribute in the SPA brand space. The marketing strategy and representation for advertising the image of company and product message by the SPA brand should be planned, so successful application of the experiential marketing to the shop is connected to the corporate interests, and forming the meaning more than space by impressing on the consumers the brand and arousing the emotional experience of the consumers and meeting the consumers' a variety of needs had effects on forming a lasting relationship between the brand and consumers. Therefore, this study is expected to be an opportunity to vitalize the domestic SPA brand behind the competition with the Global SPA brand.

Selection Factors for Distribution Partners for the Market Entry in Southeast Asia

  • Purpose - This study analyzed the success strategy of Korean small & medium cosmetics exporting companies to enter the Southeast Asian market. Research design, data, and methodology - The independent factors are classified into firm capacity, financial factor, institutional factor, and operational factor. The results of the selection of distributor partners of cosmetics related export companies as a were classified as financial performance and non - financial performance. In order to analyze this, 65 Korean small and medium export companies were recruited through structured online questionnaire for 44 days from September 18, 2017 to October 31, 2017. These data were analyzed by frequency analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis using SPSS. Results - The Cronbach's alpha coefficient was found to be 0.846. Factor analysis between variables revealed that the eigen value exceeded 1 and was considered valid. As a result of the correlation analysis between the variables, the financial factor and the corporate's competence showed the highest correlation with 0.774. Conclusions - Among the factors influencing the financial performance of the exporting firms, the factors influencing the financial performance of the exporting companies are the factors that influence the non - financial performance rather than the financial performance.

인지지도분석을 활용한 AI SW 인력양성 정책분석 (Policy Analysis on AI SW Human Resources Development Using Cognitive Map Analysis)

  • For the government of president Moon's AI SW HRD policy, he proclaimed AI democracy that anyone can utilize artificial intelligence technology to spread AI education for the people of the country. Through cognitive map analysis, this study presents expected policy outcomes due to the input of policy factors to overcome crisis factors and utilize opportunity factors. According to the cognitive guidance analysis, first, the opportunity factor is recognized as accelerating the digital transformation to Covid 19 if AI SW HRD is well nurtured. Second, the crisis factor refers to the rapid paradigm shift caused by the intelligence information society, resulting in job losses in the manufacturing sector and deepening imbalance in manpower supply and demand, especially in the artificial intelligence sector. Third, the comprehensive cognitive map shows a circular process for creating an AI SW ecosystem in response to threats caused by untact caused by Corona and a circular process for securing AI talent in response to threats caused by deepening imbalance in manpower supply and demand in the AI sector. Fourth, in order to accelerate the digital circulation that has been accelerated by Corona, we found a circular process to succeed in the Korean version of digital new deal by strengthening national and corporate competitiveness through AI-utilized capacity and industrial and regional AI education. Finally, the AI utilization empowerment strengthening rotation process is the most dominant of the four mechanisms, and we also found a relatively controllable feedback loop to obtain policy outputs.

기업의 SNS 마케팅 활동이 이용자 행동에 미치는 영향: 페이스북 팬페이지 애널리틱스를 중심으로 (The Effect of Corporate SNS Marketing on User Behavior: Focusing on Facebook Fan Page Analytics)

  • 소셜네트워크서비스(SNS)의 성장과 함께 다양한 형태의 SNS가 등장했다. 상호작용성, 정보 교류, 엔터테인먼트 등 다양한 이용 동기를 바탕으로 SNS 이용자 또한 빠르게 증가하는 추세이다. 그중 페이스북은 대표하는 SNS 채널로서 기업에서도 페이스북 페이지를 활용해 홍보 채널로 활용하기 시작했다. 이를 위해 운영 초기, 기업은 팬 수 확보에 나섰고 그 결과 최근 기업 페이스북 팬 수는 많게는 수백만에 이를 정도로 늘어났다. 기업의 목표는 팬 수 확보를 넘어 콘텐츠를 통해 고객에게 기업 브랜드 이미지를 재고하고, 나아가 소통하는 수단으로 활용하고 있다. 이를 평가하는 주요 수치가 바로 본 연구의 종속변수에 해당하는 페이스북의 '좋아요', '댓글', '공유', '클릭 수' 등이다. 해당 수치 달성을 위해 콘텐츠 제작에 대한 고민이 선행되어야 하는데, 본 연구에서는 콘텐츠 제작 고려 사항을 3가지로 나눠 독립변수를 구성하였다. 콘텐츠 소재, 콘텐츠 구조, 메시지 스타일 등이 페이스북의 이용자 행동에 미치는 영향을 회귀분석을 이용해 분석하였다. 종속변수의 경우, 콘텐츠상에 모든 이용자의 행동 '전체 클릭 수'로 설정하였다. 본 연구에서는 각 독립 변수를 기존 연구 문헌을 통해 정의하고, 종속변수에 미치는 영향을 분석하였는데, '전체 클릭 수'의 경우, '자사연관', '실생활 관여도', '격식 x 관여도' 등의 변수가 유의미한 영향을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 통해, 콘텐츠 목적에 따른 최적화된 콘텐츠 전략을 제시함으로써, 기업 페이스북 운영자와 콘텐츠 제작자의 운영, 제작 전략에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.
