  • Companies are reluctant to disclose information because of trade secret and corporate identity For the same reasons, logistics companies do not want to operate in the form of a community In urban areas, the loading of vehicles is 100% as the quantity of goods transported is too much. In mountain areas, however, the load condition of the vehicle is not 100% because of the low quantity of goods transported Therefore, the transportation costs will increase as the cost of transport increase, the competitiveness of firms will also decline In this paper, we studied a simulation to measure driving time and volume of cargo according to the change of the quantity of goods transported in the mountain area According to the research results, we got a conclusion that the proposed method makes the operation time be less and the volume of cargo increase compared with the existing operation method.

  • 본 연구에서는 기업의 경영이념이나 특성 등을 시각적 이미지로 표현하는 CI(Corporate Identity) 심벌마크의 설계 및 평가를 위해 Hybrid 감성공학기법을 적용하였다. 먼저, CI 심벌마크에 내재된 기업의 시각적 이미지를 분석하기 위하여 SD평가를 실시하였으며 CI 심벌마크의 디자인 요소와 기업이미지와의 상관관계를 분석하기 위하여 정통적인 감성공학적 접근방식에 해당하는 순향성 감성공학기법을 적용하였다. 최종적으로는 CI 심벌마크의 디자인 요소로부터 기업이미지에 대한 고객의 감성을 자동으로 평가할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하기 위하여 역향성 감성공학기법을 적용하였다. 구축된 시스템은 CI 심벌마크의 설계를 지원함으로써 설계에 소요되는 시간과 비용을 효과적으로 줄일 수 있는 유용한 도구로 장차 이용되리라 기대된다.

  • The purpose of this article is to explore the modern branding - its nature, history, originality, spirit and value to consumers. In particular, graphic design of the brand is an important component in terms of the modern European culture. The scientific novelty of the work implies the study of the contemporary design, which widely embraces the sphere of cultural and social life and can contribute to the development of progressive phenomena in society, as the design can literally be defined as a rethinking, a search for new meanings. The design itself is a versatile means of communication at the level of feelings and meanings. One of its main goals is the harmonization, and even formation of perception of the world, creation of new images or rethinking the essence of ordinary things.   • With the advanced localization followed by the settlement of the local autonomous systems, every city has faced new realities that it is inevitable to change its environment and image designs which have been uniformly made without consideration of its characteristics. Accordingly, they have failed to effectively achieve the development goal which make them distinctive.. The identity of a city means an image rather than its attribute. It can be drawn only when the city has its own municipality as well as the superiority to others. For Corporate Identity(CI) to function effectively as a comprehensive medium of communication, We should take into consideration all the situations which surround the city. It should be emphasized on the culture and environment oriented image. To do so we first of all have to analyze in detail the current situations and characteristics of the city. Hence, this paper tried to propose the strategies of making the CI which expresses the unique identity and communication of the city applying the CI program which have been used as the way of business management. The creation of the CI of the city takes the following steps. First, find the potentials for the image of the city through the survey of its resources. Second, provide the motive for citizens to actively participate in making plans with a dear vision for the improvement of the city image, physical development and so on. Third, provide with the events and the projects for specialized goods of the city to strengthen the ability of delivering the information, to design the city image and the street environment of the city. Fourth, apply the communication design system to use actively the administration organization, to enhance the citizenship, and to differentiate the city image. To do so, a variety of efforts should be followed to integrate and promote the regional culture, develope the structure and the facility functions of the city connecting those factors effectively. The establishment of the city identity is required a variety of activities to make the environment of the city, and the agreeable residential environment for a better life by differentiating the characteristics the city has.

A Study on the Social Integration Model of Multicultural Families : Focusing on the Role of Local Social Capital and Social Enterprises (다문화가정의 사회통합모델에 관한 연구 : 지역사회자본과 사회적기업의 역할을 중심으로)

  • Recently, as the number of foreigners residing in Korea has increased, Korea is preparing to enter a multicultural country. This study was conducted to present a social integration model for the purpose of solving the social problem of social integration of multicultural families. The purpose of this study is as follows. First, this study examines the role of local social capital for social integration by improving the quality of life of multicultural families and increasing their intention to participate in society. Second, the purpose of this study is to examine the effects of multicultural family members on the formation of local social capital, subjective quality of life and social participation intention, focusing on the role of social enterprises. To achieve the purpose of this study, members of multicultural families living in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province were selected as samples, and responses to local social capital, subjective quality of life, social participation intention and social identity were collected through structured questionnaires. A total of 363 valid questionnaires were tested for the relationship between variables through the structural equation model. The analysis result of this study is that first, human social capital and corporate social capital of members of multicultural families have a significant positive effect on subjective quality of life. Second, it was found that the corporate social capital and community social capital of members of multicultural families had a significant positive effect on the intention to participate in society. Third, it was found that the subjective quality of life of members of multicultural families did not significantly affect their intention to participate in society. Finally, it was found that social identity plays a partly controlling role when community capital of multicultural family members affects their intention to participate in society. Through this analysis result, it is expected that it will play a meaningful role as basic data for policy proposals for social integration of multicultural families.

  • In the I950s the German firm Braun began to pursue a policy of uncompromising modem design for products aimed at the upper reaches of the market. Dr. Fritz Eichler as a head of design with Hans Gugelot and Otl Aicher in the Graduate School VIm developed the guide line of Braun Design strategy as the foundation of the corporate identity programme. In 1955 Dieter Rams joined the staff, and was largely responsible for establishing the formal characteristics of Braun Design and its further development. In the mid-1950s complete product programme of the firm Braun began to be re-designed, and these undoubtedly hit the market. New design line of the firm Braun, was an exclusive avantgarde movement at that time, which became to be the epitome of the idea of an objectifiable "Good Form". By the result in the 60s and 70s, when Braun product program was completely re-designed to the new line, Braun Design had a decisive influence on the design scene of the world. Braun Design is essentially functional and concrete, which depends on perfect fulfillment of purpose, precision, safety, durability, the quality of the product and, more recently, environmental compatibility is similarly balanced and unified approach, eliminating every unnecessary detail and concentrating on ordering essential elements. elements.

Brand Identity and Architecture of the 4 Comprehensive Programming Channels (종합편성채널의 브랜드 정체성와 브랜드 체계)

  • This research aims to analyze the characteristics of the channel brand components, identities in accordance with the organizational strategies of the programmes, and brand structures of the comprehensive programming channels. The channels promote themselves mobilizing a variety of channel brand components and, ecxept Channel A, JTBC, TV Chosun, and MBN coined its names which are reminiscent of their parents corporations. The organizational strategies of the programmes are related with the channel identities. TV Chosun, for instance, branded themselves as 'conservative advocate' while focusing on news programs, and Channel A also takes conservative bias strategy focusing on the news programmes, especially after the 2012 presidential election. JTBC, however, organizes drama and entertainment programmes intensively being equivalent to that of terrestrial broadcasting programmes, and MBN positioned neutral and center with the news and cultural programmes. Referring to the brand architecture, which reveals the structural system of the brand, it is argued that TV Chosun and MBN take the integrated corporate brand strategy, while JTBC tries to mix and balance the brands of the parent corporation and its own independent one. Channel A, exceptionally, doesn't take a name of its parent corporation 'Dong-A'. In conclusion, it is argued that the comprehensive programming channels utilize and take the parent corporate brand, mixed brand, and independent brand in accordance with the brand power and circumstances of their own parent corporates.

  • This is a study related to CI and BI, focusing on the change of an organization: a corporation. The organization of a corporation, in order to achieve the goal of an organization, get the injection(labor, technology, resources) and send it out to society by transforming them into a form of products(goods and services). While this production means the organization plays a social part for the accomplishment of a goal of the society, it indicates the society exerts influence on the process of setting the goal of an organization. On the other hand, a society influences the existence of a corporation through need and change directly or indirectly and in order to adjust to this, a corporation adapt the form of the organization to the need and change of a society. This study presents the causes of change from CI to BI according to the organizational changes of a corporation and theoretical basis through Elbin Toefler's "The Adaptive Corporation".

  • 본 연구는 가전제품의 제품군과 그 기능들에 따라 차별화 가능한 인지적, 감성적 '청각 사용자 인터페이스 디자인 가이드라인(Auditory User Interface Design Guideline)'을 마련하고, 가전제품의 작동기능 정보와 직관적으로 연합 가능한 청각신호(auditory signal)를 제작할 수 있는 지침을 제시하여 GUI 중심의 제품 설계에서 한 차원 확장되고 사용자의 다중감각적 특성이 적용된 디자인 방법을 실무에 적용하고자 하였다. 특히 AUI 에 대한 체계를 확립함으로써 브랜드 정체성(Brand Identity) 및 기업 이미지를 제고할 수 있다는 목적을 함께 고려하였다. 이러한 연구가 필요했던 이유는 가전제품에 대한 소비자의 심적 모형(mental model)과 감성 측면에서의 접근에 대한 요구 때문인데, 이는 AUI 의 체계적 적용이 아닌 임의적 연결(mapping)으로 인한 버저(buzzer) 청각신호의 짜증(annoying) 발생이 빈번한 사례들에서 출발한다. 또한 GUI 의 변화와 수준에 미치지 못하는 AUI 의 업그레이드 필요성과 가전제품에서의 감성 마케팅 경향을 반영하는 의미를 지니고 있다. 이와 함께 멀티미디어 환경의 급속한 확산으로 다중감각적 정보제시(multimodal display)가 요구되는 상황에 걸맞은 시도이다. 본 연구는 특정 가전제품이나 특정 기능이 지니고 있는 인지적, 감성적 차원의 속성을 청각신호(auditory signal)의 다양한 속성들로 유발하는 관계를 추출하고, 이를 형성하는 기본 메커니즘에 대한 경험적 자료를 제시하여, 가전제품의 AUI 디자인에 유용한 가이드라인을 제공하고자 하였다. 그러나 본 논문에서는 연구의 구체적이고 세부적인 결과보다는 전체적인 계획과 진행과정의 절차를 소개하여 관련분야 연구 진행의 참조적 틀을 마련하고자 한다.

Effects of Perception of Job Characteristics on Innovation Behavior and Innovation Resistance

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to clarify the role of decoupling between job characteristics, innovation behavior, and innovation resistance in order to seek ways for companies to survive and grow continuously through innovation activities in various uncertain situations. Research design, data and methodology: A total of 263 valid questionnaires were collected and used for analysis for employees working at the company. For the analysis, simple and multiple regression analysis, and 3-step mediated regression analysis were conducted using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0. Results: First, it was found that skill variety, task identity, autonomy, and feedback increase decoupling, and decoupling increases innovation resistance. In addition, it was confirmed that decoupling had a mediating effect between job characteristics and innovation resistance excluding task significance. Finally, it was found that task significance and feedback increase innovation behavior, and decoupling and task identity increase innovation resistance, but feedback can alleviate innovation resistance. Conclusions: As a result of the analysis, the fact that job characteristics excluding task importance have a positive effect on decoupling means that there are two sides of job characteristics perceived by employees. In other words, it means that the results of analysis on the jobs that the company assigns to its members may not be effective. In addition, decoupling, a phenomenon that seems to be accepting on the outside, but perceives that it is negative on the inside, means that there is a possibility to reject innovation. Therefore, prior to carrying out innovation activities, companies should give clear job specifications and meanings for the job and give them autonomy when assigning jobs to their members. In order to provide appropriate feedback, the company must design, operate, and provide feedback. It was found that there was a need to review the overall effectiveness. In addition, efforts such as strengthening corporate-level fairness, maintaining psychological contracts, and realizing authentic leadership should be preceded to reduce decoupling.
