국가이미지와 제품구매의도 실증분석: 미국소비자를 중심으로 (An Empirical on the Korean Image and Product Purchase Intention: Focus on the American Customers)

  • The image of Korean products in the US market and attitudes toward Korean companies and brands have very high purchasing value, but there are many doubts about the image of Korea. However, previous studies have shown that national image, product image, and brand attitude have a positive effect on consumers' purchase intention. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Korean image and Korean brand image on purchasing Korean products in North Texas area. As a result of this study, the effect of the national image on Korean corporate image was not significant, and the effect of the national image on Korean brand image was not significant. However, the effect of the corporate image, purchase intention, brand image, and purchase intention is significant. In this study, US consumers do not perceive the correlation between Korean national image, Korean corporate image and brand image, and it is analyzed that Korean products are purchased mostly because of corporate image and brand image.

Distribution of BehavioralIntention: Analysis of Service Innovation, Corporate Image, and Customer Satisfaction

  • Purpose: This study investigates the direct effect of service innovation and corporate image on distribution of behavioral intention and the mediating effect of customer satisfaction on these relationships. Research design, and methodology: The study was conducted through using a questionnaire as a research tool. The data were collected from 444 banking customers who used mobile banking services in Thailand. The data were analyzed through using the structural equation model (SEM). Results: The results demonstrated that service innovation and corporate image had a statistically significant effect on distribution of behavioral intention. Customer satisfaction did not mediate the relationship between service innovation and distribution of behavioral intention. On the other hand, it was found to mediate the link between corporate image and distribution of behavioral intention partially. Conclusions: These results emphasize the significance of strategic marketing practices in shaping customers' perceptions of organizational image, which can subsequently influence their satisfaction with the services. Furthermore, this study highlights the role of service innovation in creating perceived values for customers, leading to a positive attitude toward the services and a higher intention to use them.

사회적 책임활동이 브랜드자산과 소비자태도에 미치는 영향 연구 (The Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility Activities on Brand Equity and Consumer Attitude)

  • Purpose - The use of corporate social activities to implement the concept of corporate social responsibility enhances brand equity and attitude, and strengthens economic competitiveness. In areas such as mobile communications, companies take the responsibility of protecting customers and enhance the quality of the mobile communication service, helping to make an effort to obey the regulations of the public trade order and fair trade agreement, enabling a healthy society through communication with elderly living alone or youths without parents, and enhancing marketing strategies. Research design, data, and methodology - To test the hypothesis, a survey was conducted. The surveyed population includes people who use the big three mobile communication services. The survey was conducted from October 4th to October 14th, 2013. A total of 500 survey questionnaires were circulated and 483 were collected; out of these, 32 were excluded due to missing or incomprehensible information. The data was analyzed with SPSS 18.0 via frequency analysis, trust analysis, search factor analysis, relationship analysis, confirmation factor analysis using AMOS 18.0, and structural equation model analysis. Results - Research on corporate social responsibility has been frequently conducted recently. Companies are perceived as social constituents satisfying the social desires of people in addition to customer needs. Further, companies are returning profits to society to satisfy community needs, because there is greater emphasis on the social responsibilities of companies. Companies' social responsibilities should include marketing strategies and the identification of customer needs. This study shows that social service activities influence brand value, which influences customer attitudes; therefore, social service activities indirectly influence customer attitudes. In order to increase customers' purchasing intention, it is essential to improve brand image via social services and provide a distinctive quality of service. Conclusions - This research has used the purposive selection method in the empirical analysis to identify the effect of social services on brand value and customer attitude. Therefore, this study revealed that businesses, whose ultimate objective is to improve customers' purchasing intention, should promote their brand equity through corporate social responsibility activities and offer a distinct service quality. Limitations in the progress of research were found and future indications to overcome these limitations are suggested as follows. First, survey responders had a limited understanding of social responsibilities; therefore, this concept needs to be explained to people first. Second, the research was done on people who live in Daejeon; thus, it is not representative of the entire country. The research has to be repeated with people in other cities. Third, there is a limitation in the study because the purposive selection method was used on Daejeon customers. In the future, a more precise selection of the population is needed. Fourth, Daejeon has unique geographical and size characteristics. Thus, customers in Seoul and other areas may display different characteristics and research on them may reveal different findings. Therefore, again, this study has to be repeated in other areas.

사회책임적 광고 및 사회책임적 패션광고에 따른 소비자의 브랜드 태도 변화에 관한 연구 (The study on the change of consumer brand attitude resulting from the levels of exposure to socially responsible advertisements and socially responsible fashion advertisements)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate how Socially Responsible Advertisements and Socially Responsible Fashion Advertisements affect brand attitudes, dependent on the level of consumer recollection. The following is a summary of the main findings. Corporate Socially Responsible Advertisements had a positive effect on the behavioral attitude of consumers. However, Socially Responsible Fashion Advertisements more positively affected the emotive attitude. Considering the consumer's recollection, the influences of Socially Responsible Advertisements and Socially Responsible Fashion Advertisements on Brand Attitude were investigated. In the case of Socially Responsible Advertisement, the cognitive attitude factor, that is the rational aspect of consumers, induced a favorable response, whereas, in Socially Responsible Fashion Advertisements, the emotive attitude factor had the highest level of influence on consumers.

스토리의 주체에 따른 브랜드 스토리텔링 광고효과 (The Effect of Brand Storytelling based on the Subject of Story)

  • 본 연구는 스토리의 주체에 따른 스토리텔링 광고의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 스토리 없이 정보만 제공하는 비스토리텔링, 스토리의 주체가 기업(주)인 기업스토리텔링, 고객인 고객스토리텔링인 세 종류의 라디오 광고를 제작하였다. 이를 고등학교들에게 노출시킨 다음 광고 제품기억, 광고태도, 광고에 대한 감정, 제품구매의도, 광고 구전의도를 종속변인으로 측정하였다. 연구결과 제품명에 관한 기억은 기업스토리텔링 광고가 가장 효과적이었으며, 이는 스토리가 포함되지 않은 메시지에 노출된 집단과 유의한 차이를 보였다. 고객스토리텔링과 비스토리텔링 간의 태도에 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 광고에 대한 긍정적 감정에 있어 고객스토리텔링과 비스토리텔링, 고객스토리텔링과 기업스토리텔링 간에 유의미한 차이가 있었으나 기업스토리텔링과 비스토리텔링 간에는 차이가 없었다. 비스토리텔링이 광고메시지에 대해 가장 부정적인 감정이 높았으며 고객스토리텔링이 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 고객스토리텔링과 비스토리텔링 간에 구매의도에 차이가 있었으며 구전의도에 있어 고객스토리텔링이 비스토리텔링, 기업스토리텔링에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났다.

사내기업가정신과 구성원의 직무만족 및 이직의도에 관한 다수준 분석(multi-level analysis): 사내기업가정신의 영향력과 조직신뢰의 조절효과 검증 (Multi-level Analysis of Corporate Entrepreneurship and Employees' Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention: Analysis of HCCP Panel Data)

  • 본 연구는 2017년도 인적자본패널(Human Capital Corporate Panel; HCCP) 자료를 사용하여 사내기업가정신의 효과성을 분석하였다. 사내기업가정신이 기업의 성과로 연결되는 과정에서 주요한 연결고리인 근로자들의 태도는 그동안 자료수집 및 분석방법의 한계로 인하여 대부분 개인 및 조직수준에서 단일수준으로 연구되어 왔다. 사내기업가정신과 구성원의 태도 사이의 관계를 위계적 선형모형(hierarchical linear modeling)을 활용한 다수준분석(multi-level analysis)을 실시하여 변수 간의 관계성 추정에 정확성을 높였다. 또한, 사내기업가정신이 구성원의 태도에 이어지는 과정에서 조직수준의 조절효과에 대해 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 사내기업가정신은 근로자의 조직에 대한 태도인 직무만족 및 이직의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 이 과정에서 조직신뢰는 사내기업가정신과 직무만족의 관계에서 조절역할을 수행하는 것으로 나타났고, 사내기업가정신과 이직의도의 관계에서는 조절역할을 수행하지 않았다. 즉 조직차원의 사내기업가정신은 구성원의 태도에 미치는 중요한 영향변수임을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 시사점, 한계 및 향후 연구과제 등에 관하여 논하고자 한다.

Optimizing Business Opportunities: The Evolving Landscape of Smart Cities in South Korea

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the essential factors contributing to the growth and success of smart cities, providing a comprehensive analysis of key elements that are crucial in fostering the development of smart cities. This study explored the impacts of technology-driven applications, corporate involvement, the role of experts, citizen co-creation, city-led strategy governance, and sustainable urban practices on overall attitudes towards smart cities. Additionally, the study examined the impact of overall attitude on the growth trajectory of the smart cities and satisfaction. Research design, data and methodology: To collect data, this study employed an online survey conducted by a reputable research organization. Data analysis involved the use of factor analysis, ANOVA, and regression analysis. Results: This study unveiled significant impacts of technology-driven applications, corporate involvement, the role of experts, citizen co-creation, city-led strategy governance, and sustainable urban practices on the overall attitudes. Furthermore, it demonstrated that the overall attitude significantly influences the growth trajectory of smart cities. Conclusions: This study identified key driving factors for smart city development, suggesting that the consideration of sustainable urban practices emerges as the most significant factor influencing the growth of the smart cities.

  • It is not uncommon to witness brand image transference which is a development of corporate image from a collection of individual brand images. The brand image transfer process is the influence of consumer attitudes toward certain brands on overall evaluation of the company. To understand the image transfer process, we examine the influence of brand level evaluation on overall company evaluation through food and beverage consumer products in China, where active competitions among global brands exist.

  • 본 연구는 CSR광고의 모델 속성(가치부합성, 매력성, 전문성, 신뢰성)이 기업태도에 영향을 미치는 가를 알아보았다. 또한 CSR광고의 모델 속성과 기업태도에 있어 메시지 진정성의 매개 역할을 검증하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, CSR광고모델의 가치부합성, 매력성, 신뢰성은 CSR광고의 메시지진정성에 정적인(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, CSR광고모델의 매력성, 전문성은 기업태도에 정적인(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, CSR광고모델의 가치부합성, 매력성, 신뢰성과 기업태도의 관계에 있어 메시지 진정성의 매개역할을 검증하였다. 본 연구결과는 CSR광고를 제작할 때 모델의 가치부합성, 매력성, 전문성이미지를 갖는 모델을 선정하는 것이 효과적이라는 시사점을 제공하였다.

디자인과 경영 콘텐츠학습 태도를 기반으로 한 기업 경영자 교육의 효과 연구 (Effect of Design & Business Content Class on the Improvements of Learning Attitude for Corporate Learning Program)

  • 본 연구는 기업의 경영자 교육 효율 재고를 위해 학습태도 모형을 실증하는 연구이다. 이를 위해 연구자는 긍정심리학을 기반으로 분류된 학습자의 성격강점과 학습 친화력 강화와 학습태도 개선의 인과 관계를 검증하였다. 최근 기업들은 온 오프라인 경영자 재교육을 통해 기업의 생산성을 높이려고 시도하고 있다. 연구자는 디자인과 경영분야 교과목을 접목하여 학습태도에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하고, 경영자 교육에 함의를 논의하고자 하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 첫째, 온라인과 오프라인 수업은 공히 학습자 성격강점이 친화력강화에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 친화력강화도 온라인과 오프라인 수업학습태도 개선에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 온라인과 오프라인 수업은 모두 학습자 성격강점이 학습태도 개선에 직접적으로 유의미한 영향을 주지 못하였으며, 따라서 친화력 강화 변인이 매개변수 역할을 함을 확인할 수 있었다.
