In this study, we analyzed the application of flipped learning in the untact online classes, focusing on thr social and engineering subjects of universities. Due to the unprecedented situation of COVID-19, the professors and learners were unable to conduct the face-to-faceclasses, and the existing flipped learning classes were analyzed separately from the social and engineering subjects. In particular, the results of this study will provide the basic data on the direction of post-corona-era university classes in that it can increase the effectiveness of flipped learning if it is linked to the flexibility of the university's academic system such as intensive course.

The data economy' is growing rapidly with the corona era. The quantity and quality of digital data is increasing rapidly. The domestic data industry needs a variety of data manpower, but there is still a shortage of high-quality data manpower. The data manpower in high demand is the development manpower, but the data business manpower is needed to increase the added value of the data industry. The role of a data trade manager that creates high core value among data business personnel is attracting attention. This study derives the job definition of the data trade manager, the necessary knowledge and skills, and the educational content necessary for the training course through Delphi research. In order to validate the results of the research, the study try to verifies the role of data trade managers. This study can be used as a theoretical basis for an educational model that is the basis for training data manpower, and can be used to establish a manpower training policy in the future.

As the global economy stagnated due to the Corona 19 virus from Wuhan, China, most countries, including the US Federal Reserve System, introduced policies to boost the economy by increasing the amount of money. Most of the stock investors tend to invest only by listening to the recommendations of famous YouTubers or acquaintances without analyzing the financial statements of the company, so there is a high possibility of the loss of stock investments. Therefore, in this research, I have used artificial intelligence deep learning techniques developed under the existing automatic trading conditions to analyze and predict macro-indicators that affect stock prices, giving weights on individual stock price predictions through correlations that affect stock prices. In addition, since stock prices react sensitively to real-time stock market news, a more accurate stock price prediction is made by reflecting the weight to the stock price predicted by artificial intelligence through stock market news text mining, providing stock investors with the basis for deciding to make a proper stock investment.

Korea's ancestral culture has limited travel and contact due to Corona (COVID-19). In addition, Korean ancestral culture meets in person to commemorate the deceased. In this paper, we propose a non-face-to-face metaverse memorial platform service that can commemorate the deceased and perform ancestral rites in the cyber world (virtual reality) by applying the metaverse technology. The services proposed in the study consisted of a remembrance hall that displays the life story of the deceased, a ancestral hall that conducts ancestral rites for the deceased, and a deceased pavilion that checks the remains and wills of the deceased. In addition, the virtual reality device (HMD: Head Mounted Display) set the teleportation and content resolution to 4K to minimize dizziness. In particular, the priests applied interaction technology to provide an immersive service for ancestral rites between family members. The researched memorial hall metaverse service is a metaverse-based platform service that allows anyone to commemorate the deceased as a family unit in a non-face-to-face state rather than face-to-face.

The use rate of M-pass(transportation card for foreigners),developed and sold to provide convenience to foreign tourists, was only 0.0051 % of visitors to Seoul over the past five years. Even this poor sales fell to the 0.024 % level in 2020 due to COVID-19. The cause of the sluggish performance was that the Ministry of land, Transport and Maritime Affairs and the card issuer excluded transportation operating organizations, and problems such as poor public relation, irrationality in pricing, and limitied number of sales locations appeared. In order to solve this problem, the research result showed that business strategies such as the establishment of a digital marketing system, realistic pricing, and the establishment of a mobile sales system that fit the trend, as well as the development of new product that reflect the participation and opinions of all related organizations are necessary. It is expected that this study will not only provide convenience to foreign Seoul tourist in the age of Post Corona, but also help improve the management of subway operating organizations.

Recently, the concept of zero trust has been introduced, and it is necessary to strengthen the security elements required for the next-generation security control system. Also, the security paradigm in the era of the 4th industrial revolution is changing. Cloud computing and the cybersecurity problems caused by the dramatic changes in the work environment due to the corona 19 virus continue to occur. And at the same time, new cyber attack techniques are becoming more intelligent and advanced, so a future security control system is needed to strengthen security. Based on the core concept of doubting and trusting everything, Zero Trust Security increases security by monitoring all communications and allowing strict authentication and minimal access rights for access requesters. In this paper, we propose a security enhancement plan in the security control field through a zero trust security model that can understand the problems of the existing security control system and solve them.

In 2022, we can see the real estate market in Korea going down. Corona 19 and the Russian invasion of Ukraine are cited as the biggest causes for this. These two problems ignited the economic recession, causing prices to fall and subsequently raising exchange rates and interest rates. Due to the aforementioned problems in the previously active real estate market, the number of actual transactions has decreased, resulting in a decline in the real estate market due to high interest rates. Data provided by the public data portal, KOSIS, and the Seoul Metropolitan Government were collected through Logstash, transferred to Elasticsearch, and visualized inflation, exchange rates, and loan interest rates using the dashboard function provided by Kibana, to analyze causes and derive results. In addition, three specific apartments in Nowon-gu and Jongno-gu, which have the highest number of actual transactions in Seoul, are selected and the actual transaction prices that change every month are displayed in the Data Table.

Due to the spread of Corona 19 around the world, Infectious Disease Medicine and New Medical Devices such as Diagnostic Agent are being rapidly developed and launched, and for the fast supply and demand of these, each country has eased import regulations or has implemented policies for fast approval(NIDS, 2020). On the other hand, New Developed Medical Devices that are not related to New Infectious Diseases, they are still entering the market through strict licensing and licensing regulations, such as delay and cancellation in the test inspection process, etc. Therefore, This Study specialized in the government-managed laws encountered when New Medical Devices enter the market, derive Factors influencing the Strength of Regulations, analyzes the Strength of Regulations, and proposes a Regulatory Response Framework. The Research Method was conducted by Literature Research, was applied by Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA) Method, Expert Interview(1st): Idea Collection, Expert Interview(2nd): Validation, and Priority through the Application Process of FMEA Method. A Method of Quantifying the Intensity of Regulation was proposed by multiplying the Impact of the Influencing Factors for each stage of regulation and the Burden Impact for each type of Regulatory Affairs to find the Importance of the Regulatory Factors and multiplying the Severity of the Regulatory Impact. The Implications are that major overseas countries and the Korean government are actively responding with Special Regulatory Policies and Mitigation Policies for fast licensing of New Developed Medical Devices in accordance with Corona 19. It is expected that the direction for improvement of regulations and measures to respond to regulations will be implemented so that a more proactive and preemptive response to the regulatory process of the licensing policy for New Devices can be achieved.

After the 2020 Corona 19 pandemic, consumers' online consumption is increasing rapidly, and non-store online retail channels are showing high growth. In particular, social media is gaining its status as a social media market where direct transactions take place in the means of promoting companies' brands and products. In this study, changes in consumer behavior after the Corona 19 pandemic are different in choosing online shopping media such as existing online shopping malls and SNS markets that can be classified into open social media and closed social media when purchasing agri-food online. We tried to find out what type of product is preferred in the selection of agri-food products. For this study, demographic characteristics of consumers, perceived risk of consumers, and dietary lifestyle were set as independent variables to investigate the effect on online shopping media type and product selection. The summary of the empirical analysis results is as follows. When consumers purchase agri-food online, there are significant differences in demographic characteristics, consumer perception risks, and detailed factors of dietary lifestyle in selecting shopping channels such as online shopping malls, open social media, and closed social media. Appeared to be. The consumers who choose the open SNS market are higher in men than in women, with lower household income, and higher in consumers seeking health and taste. Consumers who choose the closed SNS market were analyzed as consumers who live in rural areas and have a high degree of risk perception for delivery. Consumers who choose existing online shopping malls have high educational background, high personal income, and high consumers seeking taste and economy. Through this study, we tried to provide practical assistance by providing a basis for judgment to farmers who have difficulty in selecting an online shopping medium suitable for their product characteristics. As a shopping channel for agri-food, social media is not a simple promotional channel, but a direct transaction. It can be differentiated from existing studies in that it is approached as a market that arises.

Amid the rapidly changing logistics environment and demand changes in the post-corona-19 era, the importance of the cold chain logistics sector is being highlighted. The scope of cold chain is not limited to food, but is expanding to various fields such as pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and flowers. The demand on the storage and transportation of corona vaccines is rapidly increasing. The rapid increase in domestic low-temperature facility construction and renovation may lead to the saturation of the cold chain related industry in the future and slow growth. In preparation for this, it is necessary to accumulate infrastructure know-how using IT technologies, and to consider entering into the UN procurement market as a potential niche market, by taking advantage of Korea's recent global status. The demand for cold chain in the UN procurement market is increasing mainly in underdeveloped countries, and it is expected to continue to grow. In this paper, the capabilities of domestic cold chain related companies were analyzed, domestic and overseas cold chain logistics market trends and overseas market entry status were investigated. An in-depth survey was conducted to present strategies for domestic cold chain logistics related companies to enter the UN procurement market.
