  • Christian education for the world after COVID-19 needs to use rapid changes in the surrounding situation as an opportunity to overcome a new crisis so that the church can achieve its educational mission. If the biggest dilemma in the post-Corona era is that there is no authoritative educational prescription anywhere, the most reasonable option for church education in this situation is to emphasize and cultivate learners' ability to flexibly cope with rules that are completely different than before COVID-19. As a natural result of the crisis, Christian education needs to be more interested in the trend of social change in the pandemic era(glocalization, digital transformation, economic inequality, educational environment change, church crisis) and actively reflect its contents in education. In addition, while operating a mobile(or online) church school that combines offline and online, there is an urgent need for an innovative transition to a core church school where certain church schools and churches cooperate with each other, a church school that guarantees a safe learning space, and an ecological church school that is interested in education dealing with climate change and ecology.

To this end, a survey was conducted on 181 people who completed social welfare field practice courses, and the final research results are as follows. First, the operation situation of practice institutions in the era of With COVID-19 was the highest when they were conducted together with 'face-to-face, non-face-to-face', and student satisfaction was positive when partial non-face-to-face practice education was conducted. Despite repeated shutdowns due to COVID-19, the degree of participation in face-to-face services was more than 9 times and the number of supervision was more than 6 times, and many responded that the quality of supervision, a social welfare field training institution, was "generally high." Second, as a result of examining the level of practice performance, trainees, and training institutions, there was a significant relationship between training institution factors and practice performance, and third, as a result of examining how the university, trainees, training institution factors, and practice performance. Therefore, in order to derive the results of social welfare field practice in the era of With Corona, programs to promote and strengthen non-face-to-face exchanges at the university level are necessary, and an education system that also provides non-face-to-face practice guidance suitable for the With Corona era. • With Covid-19, the era of Untact has arrived. Online is bound to develop because face-to-face has become difficult among the threats of the Corona virus. Even in this era, even worship services to God have been offered online. Teenagers, the generation most accustomed to online, seem to easily adapt to online worship. Online youth worship is expected to continue even in the post-corona era. If so, the theological reflection on whether online youth worship is possible is necessary. Through theological reflection, we need to secure theological justification for online youth worship, and strive to make it a better and more accurate online worship service. Online worship tailored to the eye level of youth and online worship that meets the spiritual needs of youth should be planned, prepared, and implemented. This paper presented the theological justification for online youth worship by looking at the definition of worship, elements of worship, places of worship, and history of worship. In addition, while examining the characteristics of adolescence, it suggested why online youth worship is important and necessary. Then, in order to plan online youth worship that is more advanced and more accurate than the online worship currently being conducted in each church, the reality of online youth worship was presented by examining the purposes, contents, and methods of online youth worship.

In addition, related issues on news media and social media were detected based on text mining techniques to engage environmental changes surrounding the library. Key issues were derived from 1,852 news reports on the library related to the Corona 19 situation and 227,983 tweets related to the library during the Corona 19 epidemic. Through this, implications were derived: prolonged 'Untact' situations, increased e-book lending, improved expectations for online services and librarians, and re-conceptualized library space. In addition, the direction of future services was discussed by selecting representative examples of library services provided in the non-face-to-face (untact) situation and dividing them into books, services, and spaces.

  • As of this moment, we are tracing people who are closed contact with Covid-19 patients and trying to block the spread of Covid-19 through diagnostic tests. However, the incubation period of the confirmed case is two weeks, and it takes a lot of human resources, time, and money to trace the routes of the confirmed case. In particular, as the number of confirmed cases have been increasing, the cost for finding closed contacts and blocking them in advance exponentially have almost reached the limitation of the budget. In finding closed contacts, all citizens must record an electronic access list every time they visit an amenities such as a store or a restaurant. This is likely the invasion of the privacy of personal location information. In this study, we designed a system that keeps one's location in real time, it will download the movement information of the confirmed case which is collected by KDCA, and it will notify the user when there is an overlap. Moreover, then guide for diagnostic test in advance will be used. The proposed method can solve the difficulty of recording in an electronic access list when visiting a store, and it can block infringement of privacy without providing personal information from KDCA.
