Flat TR용 핵심 쿄아의 제조와 동작 특성 안정화 연구 (Study on manufacturing and operating characteristics of Magnetic cores for Flat TR)

  • The flat transformer, typically, has a number of parallel single turn secondary windings. Each secondary winding is coupled to the same primary winding. Therefore, the current in each secondary winding is equal to the ampere-turns in the primary winding, and to each other. These characteristics are particularly advantageous where parallel rectifiers are used. The windings share the current equally, with no need for ballast resistors or other added components. In this study, the ferrite magnetic core samples of Mn-Zn system for the Flat transformer are manufactured and the electrical and magnetic characteristics of its tested. The density of sample FO2-2 sintered at $1350^{\circ}C$ is $4.00kg/m^3$, which shows the good microstructural state. The initial permeability and saturation flux density of FO2 at room temperature is 2700 and 510mT, individually. The power loss of FO2 samples at 250kHz have been ranged $350kW/m^3$ to $80kW/m^3$ with temperature. And the minimum power loss of sample FO2-2 showed at $70^{\circ}C$, which property seems very positive to apply for a flat transformer.

Effect of Crystallization Treatment on the Magnetic Properties of Amorphous Strips Based on Co-Fe-Ni-B-Si-Cr Containing Nitrogen

  • Co-Fe-Ni-B-Si-Cr based amorphous strips containing nitrogen were manufactured via melt spinning, and then devitrified by crystallization treatment at the various annealing temperatures of $300^{\circ}C{\sim}540^{\circ}C$ for up to 30 minutes in an inert gas $(N_2)$ atmosphere. The microstructures were examined by using XRD and TEM and the magnetic properties were measured by using VSM and B-H meter. Among the alloys, the amorphous ribbons of $Co_{72.6}Fe_{9.8}Ni_{5.5}B_{2.4}Si_{7.1}Cr_{2.6}$ containing 121 ppm of nitrogen showed relatively high saturation magnetization. The alloy ribbons crystallized at $540^{\circ}C$ showed that the grain size of $Co_{72.6}Fe_{9.8}Ni_{5.5}B_{2.4}Si_{7.1}Cr_{2.6}$ alloy containing 121 ppm of nitrogen was about f nm, which exhibited paramagnetic behavior. The formation of nano-grain structure was attributed to the finely dispersed Fe4N particles and the solid-solutionized nitrogen atoms in the matrix. Accordingly, it can be concluded that the nano-grain structure of 5nm in size could reduce the core loss within the normally applied magnetic field of 300A/m at 10kHz.

캉가루식 돌보기가 미숙아의 체중, 생리적 반응 및 행동 상태에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Kangaroo Care on Body Weight, Physiologic Responses and Behavioral States in Premature Infants)

  • This study was performed to investigate the effect of kangaroo care on body weight, physiological responses and behavioral states in premature infants. The subjects were 32 premature infants, fifteen for the kangaroo care group and seventeen for the control group, who hospitalized in a neonatal intensive care unit at a university-affiliated hospital. The kangaroo care was applied 8 times during the twenty five days with 40 minutes for each session. The kangaroo care provides the skin-to-skin contact during which a premature infant wearing a diaper and a hat is placed on its mother's chest. As for the measures, body weight was measured everyday. The levels of epinephrine, norepinephrine and 17-OHCS were measured twice, before beginning the first intervention and after finishing the last intervention. While each session of the care is undergoing, such physiological responses were measured periodically as heart rate, respiration rate, oxygen saturation, core temperature and skin temperature. The results were as follows : 1. The weight gain was significantly greater in the kangaroo care group than that in the control group during the period of performing the kangaroo care. 2. No significant difference was revealed between the two groups in heart rate, respiration rate, oxygen saturation and core temperature. The kangaroo care group also showed significant increases in the skin temperature. 3. The differences in the levels of epinephrine, norepinephrine and 17-OHCS were not significant between the kangaroo care and the control groups. The level of norepinephrine in the two groups was significantly increased over time. 4. Sleep pattern changed significantly in the kangaroo group from a very restless sleep to a very quiet sleep. These results suggest that kangaroo care is an effective nursing intervention for premature infants in gaining weight, achieving stable physiological responses and facilitating a quiet sleep.

  • This paper deals with optimum design of surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor (SPMSM) for automotive component. For a compact system structure, it was designed as a motor with a 14-pole 12-slot concentrated winding and hollow shaft. The motor is a thin type structure which stator outer diameter is relatively large compared to its axial length and is designed to have a high magnetic saturation for increasing the torque density. Since the high magnetic saturation in the stator core increases the axial leakage flux, a 3-dimensional (3-D) finite element analysis (FEA) is indispensable for torque analysis. However, optimum designs using 3-D FEA is inefficient in terms of time and cost. Therefore, equivalent 2-D FEA which is able to consider axial leakage flux is applied to the optimization to overcome the disadvantages of 3-D FEA. The structure for cost reduction is proposed and optimum design using equivalent 2-D FEA has been performed.

  • 병렬연결된 두 코일을 가진 자속구속형 초전도 전류제한기의 사고발생시 철심의 포화를 억제하기 위한 방안으로 공극을 도입하였다. 하지만, 공극의 도입으로 인해 자화전류가 증가하게 되어 자속구속형 초전도 전류제한기의 임피던스 감소를 초래하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 공극유무에 따른 병렬연결된 두 코일을 가진 자속구속형 초전도 전류제한기의 전류제한 특성을 등가회로와 실험결과에 대한 비교분석을 통해 공극도입의 장.단점을 확인하였다.

  • Flash boiling takes place when the thermodynamic state of the liquid deviates from its saturation limit over which the liquid temperature exceeds by a certain degree of superheat. The liquid jet introduced into the lower pressure zone than the liquid saturation pressure experiences a sequence of the atomization and disintegrated into numerous faster and smaller droplets. In the present study spray characteristics for a flash swirl spray were experimentally investigated. Injectant temperature is raised by a high frequency dielectric heating method and local spray characteristics are instantly measured by Global Sizing Velocimetry (GSV, TSI Inc.). Dependence of dimensionless superheat degree and injection pressure on total and local SMDs and mean droplet size is quantitatively examined. The flash swirl spray has the relation in the injection pressure and nozzle diameter in order to determine the spray quality, including the dimensionless superheat degree. Small droplets occur in the void core and local droplet size distributions largely depend on the dimensionless superheat degree and the injection pressure.

  • Interior permanent-magnet synchronous motors (IPMSMs) produce both magnetic and reluctance torques. The reluctance torque is due to the difference between the d- and q-axis inductances based on the geometric rotor structure. The steady-state performance analysis and precise control of the IPMSMs greatly depend on the accurate determination of the parameters. The three essential parameters of the IPMSMs are the armature flux linkage of the permanent magnet, the d-axis inductance, and the q-axis inductance. In the basic design step of an IPMSM, the inductance parameters are very important for determining the motor characteristics, such as the input voltage, torque, and efficiency. Thus, it is very important to accurately estimate the values of the motor inductances. The inductance parameters of IPMSMs have nonlinear characteristics along the magnet size because the iron core is saturated by the magnet and armature reaction fluxes. In this study, the inductance parameters were calculated using both the magnetic-equivalent-circuit method and the finite-element method (FEM). Then the calculated parameters were compensated by the saturation coefficient function, which was also calculated via the magnetic-equivalent-circuit method and FEM.

울릉분지 시추공 분석 자료를 이용한 가스하이드레이트 함유층의 3차원 공간 물성 분포 추정 (3D Spatial Distribution Modeling for Petrophysical Property of Gas Hydrate-Bearing Sediment using Well Data in Ulleung Basin)

  • 이 연구에서는 2007년, 2010년에 수행한 울릉분지 1, 2차 시추 지역의 시추공(UBGH1-1, UBGH1-4, UBGH1-9, UBGH1-10, UBGH1-14, UBGH2-2-1, UBGH2-2-2, UBGH2-6, UBGH2-9, UBGH2-10, UBGH2-11)에서 취득한 물리검층 및 코어분석 자료로 추정한 가스하이드레이트 함유층 주요 물성 자료를 활용하여 불균질성을 반영할 격자 수준의 3차원 공간 분포 모델링을 수행하였다. 가스하이드레이트 함유층 내 퇴적상의 공간 분포 추정을 위하여 퇴적상 추정 자료를 각 시추공별로 3차원 격자셀에 입력하고 순차지표시뮬레이션으로 3차원 분포를 모델링하였다. 가스하이드레이트 함유층의 공극률과 가스하이드레이트포화율은 퇴적상 분포 모델을 기반으로 순차가우스시뮬레이션을 통해 3차원 공간 물성 분포를 추정하였다.

카나다 보포트-맥켄지 분지의 일라이트/스멕타이트 혼합층 점토광물 연구 (Mineralogy of Illite/smectite Mixed-Layer Clays from the Beaufort-Mackenzie Basin, Arctic Canada)

  • 카나다 극지의 보포트-맥켄지 (Beaufort-Mackenzie) 분지에 분포하는 일라이트/스멕타이트 (illite/smectite)에 대한 광물학적 특성 연구가 육상 및 대륙붕의 석유시추공으로부터 215개 코아와 파쇄시료를 대상으로 수행되었다. 보포트-맥켄지 분지의 일라이트/스멕타이트는 구성층의 배열 양상에 따라 불규칙, R1-배열, R>1-배열, 불규칙과 R1-배열의 혼합으로 구분된다. 불규칙과 규칙적인 배열의 혼합 양상을 보이는 일라이트/스멕타이트는 불규칙으로부터 R1-배열로 변화하는 전이대에서 나타나는데 혼합층의 배열이 규칙화하는 과정에서 불안정하게 나타나는 준안정상으로 해석된다. 불규칙과 규칙 배열을 갖는 일라이트/스멕타이트가 함께 나타나는 현상은 느린 화학반응에서 흔히 관찰되는 반응물과 생성물이 공존하는 현상과 일맥 상통한다. K-포화 실험결과는 일라이트/스멕타이트 내의 스멕타이트층의 층전하가 다양함을 보여준다. 높은 층전하의 스멕타이트층은 K-포화시 준 일라이트층으로 변한다. K-포화는 일라이트/스멕타이트의 구성비와 배열을 변화시키는데 이는 자연에서의 일라이트화 현상도 기존 격자결합의 교란이 없이 일어날 수 있다는 것을 의미한다.

(Fe, Co)-Al-B-Nb 초미세결정립합금의 조성 및 열처리온도에 대한 자기적 특성변화 (Magnetic Properties of (Fe, Co)-Al-B-Nb Nanocrystalline Alloys on Composition and Annealing Temperature)

  • 급속응고법중 단롤법을 이용하여 Fe-B계에 Co 및 Nb과 Al이 치환된 (Fe/sub 0.85/Co/sub 0.15/)/sub 75/ Al/sub 7/B/sub 18-x/Nb/sub x/(x = 2, 4, 6)와 (Fe/sub 0.85/Co/sub 0.15/)/sub 75/Al/sub y/B/sub 21-y/Nb/sub 4/ (y = 3, 5, 7, 9)합금을 급속응고장치로 단롤법을 이용하여 리본상으로 제작한후, 이들 합금의 초미세결정립 제조 가 능성과 자기적 특성의 조성 및 온도 의존성을 조사하였다. 초미세결정립합금은 y = 9를 제외한 전조성에서 제조가 가 능하였다. 포화자화 값은 열처리 후 증가하였고 Nb 함량이 증가하면 감소하였으며 상대적으로 Al과 B의 영향은 적었 다. 50 kHz에서 조사한 초투자율은 초미세결정립이 형성된 후가 열처리 전보다 2배이상 증가하였으며, 항자력과 교류 자기이력손실은 반대로 1/2이하로 감소하였다.
