일 지역 간호대학생의 재난간호 핵심역량에 관한 연구 (A Study on Disaster Nursing Core Competencies of Nursing College Students)

  • 연구 목적은 간호대학생의 재난간호교육 요구도와 재난간호지식, 재난준비도, 자기효능감, 재난간호 핵심역량의 관계 및 영향 요인을 파악하기 위해 일 지역 간호대학생 144명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석은 기술통계분석, 상관분석, 다중 회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 연구결과 재난간호교육 방법 요구도에서는 시뮬레이션 실습수업이 가장 높게 나타났다. 재난간호 핵심역량은 재난준비도, 자기효능감, 재난간호지식과 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있음을 나타냈다. 간호대학생의 재난간호 핵심역량 영향요인으로는 학년(β=.343), 자기효능감(β=.329), 재난준비도(β=.282), 응급실 실습경험(β=.159)순으로 확인되었으며, 이는 53.2 %의 설명력을 보여주었다. 따라서 재난간호 핵심역량 영향요인 및 재난간호교육 요구도를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 재난 발생 시 대처능력을 향상 시킬 수 있는 맞춤형 재난교육프로그램 개발과 지원이 필요하다.

대학생의 핵심역량 강화를 위한 독서지도 과목 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of the Reading Guidance Course for Strengthening Core Competencies among College Students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들이 취업 후 조직 내 핵심인재로 성장하기 위하여 갖추어야 할 핵심역량과 하위요소를 파악하기 위하여 국내외 5개 기관에서 개발된 대학생 핵심역량 모형 사례와 선행연구를 분석한 후 대학생들이 갖추어야 할 핵심역량의 9개 영역을 제시하였다. 9개 영역은 논리적 사고력, 문제해결력, 정보 기술 활용능력, 의사소통능력, 협력관계 형성능력, 글로벌 역량, 자기관리능력, 가치관 및 태도, 리더십 영역이다. 그리고 9개 핵심역량을 습득하기 위하여 핵심역량 강화를 위한 독서지도 과목을 대학 교양과목으로 개발하여 학생들을 대상으로 1학기 동안 수업을 실시한 후 수업 내용과 학습효과 등에 대한 질적 분석을 실시하였다. 질적 분석 결과에 대한 일반적인 결론과 추후연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

핵심간호능력 중심 간호학실습교육목표 개발 (Development of Objectives in Nursing Clinical Education based on the Nursing Core Competencies)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to set up a Nursing Core Competencies required for staff nurses and to set up Objectives for Nursing Clinical Education based on the Nursing Core Competencies. The objectives in this study are to be achieved ultimately through clinical practice because it is a common avenue of work and the basic objective regardless of the education system and curriculum. Method: A nursing Core Competencies were established by literature review and verified by 15 experts. Nursing Clinical Education Objectives were established by literature review and analysis, and a survey for validity using a five point Likert scale was given to 257 nursing professors, 503 head-nurses, 509 staff nurses who had less than 3 years clinical experience in 34 general hospitals and 738 senior student nurses from 81 nursing colleges. Result: Nine nursing core competencies were set up. In addition 39 Objectives for each of the nursing clinical core competencies were set up. Conclusion: In conclusion, this study will contribute to professional nursing education to provide comprehensive nursing care by applying knowledge to nursing practice to achieve the Nursing Pore Competency as a professional nurse.

이공계열 대학원생 핵심역량 진단도구 개발 및 타당화 연구: A연구중심대학 사례 (Development and Validation of Core Competency Scale For Graduate Students in the Field of Science and Engineering)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the core competencies of graduate students at A research university in the context of graduate education in science and engineering, and to develop and validate a diagnostic tool to measure them. To achieve the research objectives, first, 6 factors and 18 sub-competencies of core competencies were derived based on a review of domestic and foreign studies, cases of excellent research-centered overseas universities, and interviews with members of A University. Second, a theoretical model was constructed by deriving behavioral indicators based on the core competencies and sub-competencies, and a preliminary survey was conducted on 188 graduate students of University A to verify the statistical validity of the theoretical model. Results of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, the core competencies of graduate students at A research university consisted of 6 factors, 16 sub-competencies, and 77 items. Specifically, it included "Independent research capability(13 items)", "Social Entrepreneurship(10 items)", "Academic agility(15 items)", "Ingenious Challenges(15 items)", "Collegial Collaboration(9 items)", and "Mueunjae leadership(15 items)". This study contributes to the development of theories related to core competencies of graduate students in science and engineering, and has practical significance as a basis for a data-driven competency-based graduate education system.

  • Objectives: This study derived the core competencies for developing a curriculum for advanced practice dental hygienists in the elderly. Methods: A Delphi survey was conducted thrice times with 12 subjects engaged in dental hygiene-related activities for the elderly. Results: The item with the highest average in each domain was 'understanding the elderly (mean=5.00)' in basic qualities and attitude competency, 'understanding the oral health characteristics of the elderly (mean=5.00)' in the job competency, and 'development and evaluation of oral health programs for the elderly (mean=4.75)' in job support competency. Conclusions: The core competencies of dental hygienists specializing in the elderly are divided into 3 'basic qualifications and attitude competencies', 'job competencies', and 'job support competencies' 27 sub-competencies are presented.

대학 군사학과 훈육 모델에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Disciplinary Model in Div. Military Science)

  • 본 연구는 우수 장교양성을 목적으로 시행중인 군사학과 학생들의 자질과 품성 함양을 위한 훈육교수의 역할과 훈육을 담당하는 교수의 핵심역량을 어떻게 어떤 항목으로 할 것인가와 이를 개발하기 위한 역량 모델을 제시하고자 하였다. 이 연구를 통하여 군사학과 교육운영체계의 전반적인 발전방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구는 기존 훈육의 개념에 대한 선행연구와 이론을 기초로 발전방안을 제시하였다. 여기에 제시된 내용은 사관학교 위주의 선행연구를 기초로 하여 훈육요원에게 필요한 핵심 역량인 교수 평가 생활 지도 학급경영 역량을 일반적 운영절차에 따라 계획 준비 실시 성과분석단계로 구분하여 어떻게 진행하고 조치할 것인가에 대한 모델을 제시했다는데 의의가 있으며 여기서 제시한 연구결과는 일반대학 군사학과의 훈육담당 교수의 역할과 역량을 효율적으로 발휘하기 위한 모델을 제시하기 위해 연구되었다. 훈육에 관련된 모델은 사관학교에서 부분적으로 연구되었으나 본 연구는 민간대학 군사학과 학생들의 훈육을 담당하는 교수들의 역량을 효율적으로 극대화하기 위한 모델을 제시했다는데 그 의의가 있다. 그러나, 여기서 제시한 모델은 최근 군 교육기관에서 연구된 일부 내용들과 일반적인 훈육관련 선행연구들을 기초로 만들어진 모델이기 때문이 이것을 모든 대학이 그대로 적용하기에는 약간의 제한 사항들이 도출될 수 있다. 따라서 이 연구를 출발점으로 하여 민간대학 군사학과 훈육담당 교수들이 이 모델을 기초로 하여 실증적인 검증과 보완이 필요하고 지속적인 분석과 보완이 되어야 할 것이다.

병원 간호단위관리자의 핵심직무 ­- 핵심역량 매트릭스 개발 (Development of the Core Task and Competency Matrix for Unit Managers)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to develop the nursing management core task and competency matrix for hospital unit managers. The perceived level of importance and performance of identified core competencies by unit managers were also investigated. Methods: Literature review and expert survey identified nursing management core task and competencies. Subsequently, the core task and competency matrix was developed and validated by expert panel. A survey of 196 nurse managers from 3 cities identified perceived importance and performance of core competiences. Results: Thirty-eight nursing management core task and thirty-seven nursing management core competencies were identified comprising five categories; Clinical practice knowledge, Evidence-based practice, Employee development, Strategic planning and Initiative. Based on the core task and competencies, the task and competency matrix for unit managers was developed. In the analysis of importance and performance of core competencies, the mean score of importance ($3.50{\pm}0.30$) was higher than the mean score of performance ($3.03{\pm}0.34$). Conclusion: The development of core task and competencies for unit managers in hospitals provides a guide for the development and evaluation of programs designed to increase competence of unit managers.

핵심역량과 과학과 교과역량에 대한 초등 교사의 인식 분석 (Analysis of Awareness of Teachers for Core Competencies and Scientific Core Competencies)

  • The purpose of this study was getting the information for successful application to the national curriculum and students' core competencies enhancement, through investigation about competencies discussed in 2015 revised national curriculum development process and analysis about perception of 150 elementary school teachers in study. The results were as follows : Communication skill is considered to be the most important. Thinking ability what has been important traditionally is the middle of the rankings. Elementary school teachers think that a competency is specific to a subject. From this point of view, Creative/Scientific Problem-Solving Ability is the most important in science. They think that the enhancing of the ability of inquiry performance is highlighted in current science class. On elementary school teachers' awareness, inquiry model is the most effective in enhancing of scientific thinking and the ability of inquiry performance. And STS instruction model is in the other. PBL learning model and experimental inquiry model is the most effective in enhancing a competency has the highest feasibility like scientific thinking or the ability of inquiry performance.

CM단장 핵심역량 발굴에 관한 연구 (Identification of Core Competencies of Construction Managers)

  • CM시장이 성장하면서 CM기업의 수도 증가하고 기업 간의 경쟁이 심화됨에 따라 경쟁력 향상을 위한 노력이 필요하게 되었다. 특히 유능한 CM단장을 보유하는 것은 CM기업의 경쟁력 향상을 위한 중요한 현안으로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 CM조직의 리더이자 발주자 만족과 프로젝트 성공을 위해 중추적인 역할을 담당하는 CM단장에게 요구되는 핵심역량을 발굴하는 것이다. CM단장에게 요구되는 역량은 다양하지만 문제해결능력, 신뢰도, 협상능력 등이 가장 중요한 핵심역량으로 나타나고 있다. CM단장 핵심역량에 대한 이해는 우수한 CM단장 육성과 CM단장의 자기계발을 위해 중요하며 궁극적으로는 CM기업의 경쟁력 향상을 위한 중요한 전제조건이다.

전문직 간 핵심역량 중요성 인식 측정도구의 신뢰도와 타당도 검증 (Reliability and Validity of Perception on Importance of Interprofessional Core Competencies(PI-ICCP) Scale)

  • Objectives: This study evaluated the perception on importance of interprofessional core competencies (PI-ICCP) scale. Methods: Data were collected from 353 college students of health. Content validity was tested using the content validity index for individual items(I-CVI) and for scale(S-CVI). Criterion validity was tested using the professional competencies scale developed by Choi. Reliability was evaluated using Cronbach's coefficient alpha. The goodness-of-fit of the construct validity was determined through exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses. Results: The I-CVI of each item was .8 or higher for all items, and the S-CVI was .98. The reliability of the PI-IPCC was Cronbach's α=.98. The goodness-of-fit indices of the model were χ2=1811.54(p<.001), the comparative fit index (CFI)=.91, and root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA)=.08, which satisfied the criteria. Conclusions: The construct and criterion-related validity of the perception for PI-ICCP scale were a good fit, so the instrument is appropriate for measuring perception on importance of interprofessional core competencies. Further research will be required using this instrument to investigate perception of interprofessional core competencies of health professionals.
