The core competence of the library originates from the huge analog collections and the high-quality digital contents. And when the interaction between two entities strengthens, it will be able to secure the identity as the time capsule and the gateway of knowledge information. Based on these prerequisites, this research analyzed the spectra of digital collection development and presented the various strategies about license of the electronic journals, internet collection development, institutional repository. When the library does not concentrate in digital collection development, the position as information common will be under losing.

This proposal is to present a campus landscape plan for PaiChai University. The site is located in 439-6 Doma-dong, Seo-gu, Taejon City and has an area of $208,499m^2$. The landscape plan covers the following: site inventory and analysis; integration of design program and site analysis; evaluation of design concept; schematic design including circulation form and spatial form; and design development including subarea design. In the design process, the author focused on the integration and interpretation of site conditions as related to the university buildings. He also collectively analyzed and considered the physical development of the outdoor spaces of Paichai University. The following are some of the major areas in the design of the outdoor spaces of Paichai University: 1) a main entrance space as a symbolic square, 2) Paichai central street, 3) a campus core as a greenish square, and 4) a 'Jajuro' plaza as Paichai 'Han' square. The outdoor spaces of Paichai university are created as a new type of campus realm with function, campus quality, original identity, symbolic meaning and images and beauty.

Porous hydroxyapatite has been widely used as clinical implanted material. However, it has poor mechanical properties. To increase the strength as well as the biocompatibility of the porous HAp based artificial bone, it was fabricated by multi-extrusion process. Hydroxyapatite and graphite powders were mixed separately with ethylene vinely acetate and steric acid by shear mixing process. Hydroxyapatite composites containing porous microstructure were fabricated by arranging it in the die and subject it to extrusion process. Burn-out and sintering processes were performed to remove the binder and graphite as well as increase the density. The external and internal diameter of cylindrical hollow core were approximately 10.4 mm and 4.2 mm, respectively. The size of pore channel designed to increase bone growth (osteconduction) was around 150 ${\mu}m$ in diameter. X-ray diffraction analysis and SEM observation were performed to identity the crystal structure and the detailed microstructure, respectively.

Considering the fact that PCK(pedogogical content knowledge) tends to guarantee the identity of mathematics education as a discipline and the teacher professionalism, PCK is one of the core concepts in the research on subject matter education. The purpose of this study is to review domestic and international researches on the definition and the components of PCK in mathematics. Based on the review, this study identified 3 knowledges which consist PCK; knowedge of mathematic content, knowledge of learner's understanding, and knowledge of teaching. Then this study provided some examples of PKC in the topic, the limit of sequences, and introduced the LMT and TEDS-M items, which were designed to measure the teacher's PCK. Lastly, this study attempted to evaluate the items on mathematics education included in the Teacher Employment Test administered for pre-service/. teachers in Korea based on PCK.

A Paradigm shift is in process in China's foreign policies during Xi Jinping's era. Such changes occur with changing national identities from developing country to great power, and from continental power to continental-maritime power. China's pursuit for sea power embraces its global strategy. Accommodating the new identity of maritime power, China is developing its maritime strategy. New silk-road strategy actively utilizes China's advantage in economy, while avoiding direct military challenges against the U.S. China seeks an associated balance of power with the U.S. On the other hand, China make its determination clear to protect its core national interests, particularly Taiwan straits issue, deploying Anti-Access and Area-Denial strategy. 'Pax-Americana 3.0' and 'China's rise 2.0' have convoluted and evolved in complexity. South Korea faces much tougher challenges ahead in its foreign and security environments.

FRT design aims at high-tech vehicles of high efficiency and cleanness, it must materialize the meaning and role as new added value by applying car design aesthetics of a new future-oriented concept. In addition, different from ordinary vehicle design, FRT involves invisible factors such as pleasantness, safety, accessibility, controllability, movability, conveniency, culture, identity, brand image and fashionableness. Because FRT vehicles are transportation means used by various groups of people, they must be approached with the barrier-free design concept. Therefore, in order to enhance the potential of future transportation culture emphasizing creativity based on diversity, it is important to establish core design factors that create new added values and to apply new concepts to their roles.

Let A and E be $m{\times}n$ matrices and W an $n{\times}m$ matrix, and let $A_{d,w}$ denote the W-weighted Drazin inverse of A. In this paper, a new representation of the W-weighted Drazin inverse of A is given. Some new properties for the W-weighted Drazin inverse $A_{d,w}\;and\;B_{d,w}$ are investigated, where B=A+E. In addition, the Banach-type perturbation theorem for the W-weighted Drazin inverse of A and B are established, and the perturbation bounds for ${\parallel}B_{d,w}{\parallel}\;and\;{\parallel}B_{d,w}-A_{d,w}{\parallel}/{\parallel}A_{d,w}{\parallel}$ are also presented. When A and B are square matrices and W is identity matrix, some known results in the literature related to the Drazin inverse and the group inverse are directly reduced by the results in this paper as special cases.

The core of the building is treated as a tower In vertically and white color is painted. And the rest parts of the building are treated horizontally and blue color is painted. The color of the building exterior shows the visual effects not only symbolism but attention.
