This research aims to provide empirical basic data for the development of local communities through the establishment of efficient strategies for the formation of positive relations between the club and the region through the Creation of Shared Value (CSV) activities. We come up with the results of this study to show that CSV, social problem orientation, and core competency utilization affect the team trust of local community, and that CSV, long-term orientation, social problem orientation and core competency utilization affect community identification. The research should enhance the value of professional sports teams that promote their own path to self-sustaining as a single independent business area, and identify their trust through CSV activities for co-prosperity with their local communities, and thus their relationship with the community. Therefore, various strategies and efforts will ultimately increase the team trust and community identity of local residents in professional volleyball teams, while at the same time gaining positive effects on professional volleyball teams.

ASP (Application service provider) as a new type of information systems service has been popular recently and has taken a much attention of information systems professionals and researchers. One stream of the research on ASP performed by IS community dealt with utilization and benefits of ASP systems use. The other researchers argue the importance of ASP vendors' capability to provide users with appropriate services. Kern, Lacity and Willcock (2002) summarized the components of core competency of service providers based on their extensive case studies on application service providers. Also, Levina and Ross (2003) developed a value delivery process of application service Providers in their case study This study is developing Prepositions and an empirical model based on the theory of core competency from strategic management study. The dimension of core competency is composed of management competency, technical service competency and customer service competency. Each dimension is made up of competency items derived from previous studies and adapted by professionals in ASP industry. The validity of the dimensions and items in each dimension has been checked with factor analytic method for empirical test. The core competency dimensions are correlated with performance factors of application service providers including growth of revenue, asset and customer base.

Purpose: This study aimed to determine the core competencies for 119 emergency medical technicians (EMTs) and to provide evidence for the development and utilization of 119 EMTs, education and training programs. Methods: Data were collected with a questionnaire that consisted of items on the general characteristics of the subjects (8 items) and importance and satisfaction levels for 10 competencies, including 34 items on subfactors. The Borich Needs Assessment Model was used in designing the questionnaire. A locus for focus model was used to derive the top priority competencies for the improvement of core competency in the profession. Data were analyzed with by SPSS ver.21 (IBM, Armonk, NY, USA). Results: The core competencies for 119 EMTs were derived from technical competency, information competency, communication competency, problem-solving competency, self-development competency and interpersonal competency. In addition, among the sub-factors of these competencies, 16 abilities (including leadership), ability to apply technical knowledge, technical comprehension, conflict management ability, ability to create documents, problem handling ability, ability to think, technical selection ability, and computer literacy were included in the priority category. Conclusion: This study derived and presented the core competencies for 119 EMTs to enable them to meet the modern day requirements of their roles, which may contribute to enhancing their professionalism.

이 연구는 국내 스포츠계열 대학생들이 인식하는 핵심역량에 대한 중요도와 실행도를 분석하여 향후 미래사회가 요구하는 방향으로 스포츠계열 학생들의 역량을 강화시킬 수 있는 방향과 방법을 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 309명의 스포츠계열 전공 대학생들을 대상으로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스포츠계열 대학생들이 인식하는 핵심역량의 중요도에서는 자기관리역량, 대인관계역량, 의사 소통능력, 종합적 사고력, 자원정보 기술 활용역량, 글로벌 역량의 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠계열 대학생들이 평가하는 자신들의 핵심역량 보유 실행도는 대인관계역량, 자기관리역량, 의사소통능력, 종합적 사고력, 글로벌 역량, 자원정보 기술 활용역량의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 핵심역량의 중요도와 실행도의 차이는 모든 영역에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 차이가 큰 영역은 종합적 사고력, 의사소통능력, 자원정보 기술 활용역량, 자기관리역량, 글로벌 역량, 대인관계역량의 순으로 나타났다. 스포츠계열 대학생들은 대인관계역량과 자기관리역량, 의사소통능력은 상대적으로 높이 평가한 반면 종합적 사고력, 자원정보 기술 활용역량, 글로벌 역량은 취약한 것으로 나타나, 이를 보완할 수 있는 교육과정의 변화를 통해 미래 사회가 요구하는 인재로 거듭날 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 대학은 교육과정의 혁신과 교수자의 역량 강화를 통해 경쟁력 있는 스포츠계열 인재를 양성하는 것이 필요하며, 이것이 곧 대학의 경쟁력 제고와 연결될 수 있음을 인식해야 한다.

세계 각국은 급변하는 시대의 발전 및 개혁 요구에 대응하기 위해 미래에 필요한 핵심역량을 기준으로 정보교과과정을 설계하고 시행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 핵심역량을 비교 분석하여 초등 정보교육 핵심역량 프레임워크를 개발하였으며, 초등 정보교과 구성 방향성을 제시하였다. 각 국가 및 기관에서 제시한 역량 중 사회적-감정적 역량, 의사소통, 창의력, 책임감, 문화와 윤리, 문제 해결 능력, 협력, 추상 역량이 중첩되었으며, 국내 중·고등학교 정보 교과에서는 컴퓨팅 사고력과 정보기술 활용 능력을 중시함을 알 수 있었다. 이에 향후 초등 정보교과에서 제안된 핵심역량 프레임워크를 교과 구성에 반영하며, 사회적 책임감을 강화하고 융복합적 소양을 함양하여 문제해결력을 제고하는 방향으로 편성할 것을 제안하였다. 본 논문을 통하여 2022년 개정 교육과정에 핵심역량을 반영한 초등 정보교과 편성의 필요성이 확대되기를 바란다.

연구 목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 예비 유아 교사들의 인공지능 활용 교육역량을 높이기 위한 교육과정 편성을 위한 기초자료로써 인공지능 교육 활용 역량 요인을 구성하는 것이다. 연구 내용 및 방법 : 이를 위해서 선행연구를 탐색해서 7편의 역량 요인 및 모형과 관련된 연구를 선정하였다. 7편의 선행연구를 분석해서 인공지능의 이해를 포함하여 18개의 역량 요소를 추출하였다. 추출된 역량 요소는 코딩을 통해서 교과 지식 이해, 수업 준비, 수업 운영, 수업결과 피드백, 수업지도, 자기 계발로 구분되는 6개 영역이 구성되었고, 15개 요인이 추출되었다. 코딩을 통해 구성된 초안은 유아교육 전문가 3인의 검토를 통해서 개선하였다. 전문가 검토를 통해 개선된 요인은 교육과정 편성을 위해 지식, 기능, 태도로 구분하여 구조화하였고, 구조화된 역량 요인은 전문가 델파이를 통해서 타당성을 검증하였다. 델파이 검증 결과 1차 설문에서 모든 요소들이 수렴되었다. 이를 통해서 역량 영역 6개, 역량 요인 11개, 역량 요소는 지식이 19개, 기능이 10개, 태도가 5개로 구성되었다. 결론 및 제언 : 본 연구의 결과로 제시된 역량 요인은 예비 유아 교사들의 인공지능 교육 활용 능력 향상을 위한 교육과정 편성에 기초자료로 사용할 수 있는 것이 시사점이다.

본 연구는 델파이 조사 방법을 활용하여 영재교육 핵심역량을 개발하고, 역량별 정의를 토대로 행동 요소 선정 및 척도 문항을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 먼저 문헌 분석을 통해 영재교육 핵심역량을 선정한 후 각 역량의 정의가 역량명에 적합한지를 확인하기 위한 1차 델파이 조사를 진행하였다. 이후 2차 델파이 조사를 통해 핵심역량 함양을 위해 요구되는 능력을 행동 요소로 표현하여 세부 문항을 개발하고 타당화 작업을 수행하였다. 2차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 통해 태도와 실천의지, 의사소통과 협업, 정보처리와 도구 활용, 창의적 문제해결, 융합과 응용, 고등 추론, 공동체 의식, 학습성취지향의 8개 핵심역량을 최종적으로 선정하였다. 본 연구는 영재교육이 사회적 요구에 부합하는 목표를 추구하기 위해 필요한 영재교육 핵심역량과 행동 요소를 선정하고, 역량 함양의 정도를 측정할 수 있는 도구를 제시하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

In the Fourth Industrial Revolution era, creative ideas are creating enormous value. This study conducted a case study on curriculum management plans aimed at protecting ideas and their results, recognizing the importance of intellectual property (IP), and cultivating basic knowledge about intellectual property. In particular, this study looked at ways to quickly learn related issues regarding new intellectual property rights related to computer software and artificial intelligence. In addition, research was conducted on ways to learn about efficient protection and utilization of inventions through actual examples. This study checked the importance and necessity of the interaction and communication between instructors and learners through the status of distance learning in domestic universities and a case study of distance learning of convergence subjects. We aim to continuously research effective class management methods and contribute to academic development through case studies of convergence subjects.

지식 정보화 사회에서 가장 중요한 역량 중의 하나는 지식정보처리 역량일 것이다. 지식정보처리역량은 2015 개정 교육과정의 핵심역량이기도 하면서 과학 교과와 매우 관련이 깊다. 역량교육의 필요성에 대해서는 많은 사람들이 공감하지만 수업 내에서의 실천은 교사의 의지에 달려있다. 따라서 지식정보처리역량에 대한 과학교사들의 인식과 수업실태를 조사하였다. 조사 방법은 서울의 중학교 교사 32명과 고등학교 교사 32명의 객관식 및 주관식 설문과 지식정보처리역량과 관련된 수업을 진행하는 교사 3인의 면담 결과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 지식정보처리역량에 대해서 모든 교사가 그 중요성을 공감하였으며 정보화 사회라는 시대적 흐름과 과학적 역량 함양이라는 교과 목표와 연관지어 인식하고 있었다. 그러나 수업에서 실천하는 경우는 많지 않았는데, 이는 설문 결과는 수업 시간의 부족으로, 면담 결과에서는 교사의 PCK 부족을 꼽았다. 지식정보처리역량 관련 연수 경험은 절반 정도였으나 대부분 정보활용 교육에 관련된 것으로 수집과 분석 부분에 대한 연수가 필요함을 의미한다. 지식정보처리역량의 요소별 중요도는 정보수집, 분석, 활용 모두 매우 높았으며 그 중 정보분석이 가장 높았다. 대부분은 중학교 교사의 중요도 인식이 더 컸으나 그 차이가 유의하지 않았다. 정보수집 요소에서 정보원의 중요성에 대해서는 고등학교 교사의 인식이 유의 수준에서 더 높았다. 지식정보처리역량의 함양을 위해서는 과학 교과 수업시간에 정보처리역량을 강조할 수 있도록 과학 탐구의 의미를 확대하고 타교과와의 연계 방안도 고려할 수 있다. 또한 지식정보처리역량 함양이 교과 교육내에서 자연스럽게 이루어지기 위해서 제도적 뒷받침과 역량의 특성을 고려한 교수학습방법 개발이 필요할 것이다.

이 연구의 목적은 기술 교사에게 필요한 핵심역량의 요인을 추출하고, 추출된 역량요인에 대한 교육 요구도를 분석하여 교사 재교육 과정에서의 핵심역량의 적용의 방안을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이 연구는 문헌 고찰, 전문가 타당화, 교육요구도 분석 방법에 의하여 수행되었고, 기술 1급 정교사 연수에 참여한 기술교사가 대상이며, 92매가 최종 분석되었다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS 24를 활용하여 요인분석, 교육요구도, IPA 분석을 수행하였다. 교육 요구도가 높은 핵심역량 요인은 보리치 공식에 의한 산출점수와 IPA 분석에 의하여 선정하였다. 연구의 결과, 최우선적으로 도전, 기획능력, 의사결정능력, 이 미래지향, 지식재산 활용 능력, 의사소통 능력, 융합적 사고 등의 29개 요인이 선정되었다. 이 연구의 결론을 기초로 다음과 같이 제언한다. 초임 기술교사의 교육요구도가 높은 핵심역량을 중심으로 새로운 재교육 프로그램을 신설하는 것이다. 아울러 기존의 교사 재교육 프로그램에서 핵심역량을 방법론적으로 반영하는 전략이 필요하다. 그리고 향후 연구 과제로는 초임교사의 핵심역량 증진을 위한 프로그램 설계 및 교재개발연구, 그리고 프로그램의 적용에 따른 질적 양적 실험연구가 뒤따라야 할 것이다.
