Reactions of mer, trans-$Re({\equiv}NC_6H_5)(PPh_3)_2Cl_3$, I, with $PMe_3$ and $P(OMe)_34 at room temperature, led to mer, trans-$Re({\equiv}NC_6H_5)(PPh_3)(PMe_3)Cl_3$, II, and fac-$Re({\equiv}NC_6H_5)(PPh_3)(P(OMe)_3)Cl_34, III, respectively. The crystal structures of II and III were determined through X-ray diffraction. Ⅱ crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group $Pna2_1$ with cell parameters a=19.379(4) ${\AA}$, b=11.867(2) ${\AA}$, c = 12.676(3) ${\AA}$, and Z = 4. Least-squares refinement of the structure led to a $R(wR_2)$ factor of 0.0251 (0.0621) for 2203 unique reflections of $I>2{\sigma}(I)$ and for 306 variables. III crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group $P2_1/n$ with cell parameters a=11.399(3) ${\AA}$, b=14.718(4) ${\AA}$, c=17.558(5) ${\AA}$, ${\beta}=97.79(2){\circ}$, and Z=4. Least-squares refinement of the structure led to a $R(wR_2)$ factor of 0.0571 (0.1384) for 3739 unique reflections of $I>2{\sigma}(I)$ and for 344 variables. Structural studies showed that the relative orientations of the two phosphines in both complexes are different, probably due to the differences in the coordinating abilities between $PMe_3$ and $P(OMe)_3$ to the 5-coordinate fluxional intermediate.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to present an analysis method to select priorities for areas where the traffic safety system is applied to reduce pedestrian accidents. Method: Using Kernel density analysis using the coordinate information of the accident point, we performed density analysis of elderly walking accidents and elderly jaywalking accidents, and analysis of the weight of two types of walking accidents. Result: As a result of density analysis of the weight considering elderly jaywalking accidents, it was analyzed that the density of pedestrian traffic accidents for th elderly was higher in Gunsan-si, Jeongeup-si, and Gimje -si compared to Jeonju-si, where the number of elderly pedestrian accidents were high. Conclusion: The analysis results of this study are judged to be possible to use objective indicators for the selection of target sites for the introduction of the traffic safety system.

The social problem-solving R&D is different from the goal and process in comparison with research aimed at scientific excellence and industrial innovation. It pursues social values and active participation of the end-user civil society. In this study, we try to derive its characteristics by analyzing the cases that are evaluated as successful social problem solving R&D project. In order to analyse the social problem-solving R & D case, these four variables are selected; 1) social and technological planning for problem solving 2) participatory technological development 3) law, system and delivery system development for innovation deployment 4) scale-up of new R&D process. Those are important issues identified through case studies: 1) the tools and support services needed to carry out social and technical planning effectively, 2) the role of the Living Lab to coordinate opinions with experts and users, 3) the legislative and institutional improvement activities as important as technological development, 4) researcher's change through interaction with end user.

In this study, in order to test the performance of the aircraft system, a threat signal simulator that can transmit a signal similar to the actual threat to the aircraft under test with high power was designed. The high-power threat signal simulator should be able to transmit broadband (UHF band, L band, S band, X band) communication signals and radar signals, and control to transmit signals accurately directed to the aircraft through interfacing tracking radar. The signal strength of the developed equipment is 63 dBm to 93 dBm or more depending on type of signal, and the tracking precision is less than 0.1 degree, which satisfies the required performance. And it was confirmed that the antenna of the high-power threat signal simulator can accurately direct the signal to the aircraft position through the tracking radar interfacing.

In this study, a deep learning-based network that can predict the aerodynamic characteristics of airfoils was designed, and the feasibility of the proposed network was confirmed by applying aerodynamic data generated by Xfoil. The prediction of aerodynamic characteristics according to the variation of airfoil thickness was performed. Considering the angle of attack, the coordinate data of an airfoil is converted into image data using signed distance function. Additionally, the distribution of the pressure coefficient on airfoil is expressed as reduced data via proper orthogonal decomposition, and it was used as the output of the proposed network. The test data were constructed to evaluate the interpolation and extrapolation performance of the proposed network. As a result, the coefficients of determination of the lift coefficient and moment coefficient were confirmed, and it was found that the proposed network shows benign performance for the interpolation test data, when compared to that of the extrapolation test data.

Reinforced polyurethane foam (R-PUF), a material for liquefied natural gas cargo containment systems, is expected to have different mechanical properties depending on its stacking position of foaming as the glass fiber reinforcement of R-PUF sinks inside R-PUF under the influence of gravity. In addition, since R-PUF is not a homogeneous material, it is also expected that the coordinate direction within this material has a great correlation with the mechanical properties. So, this study was conducted to confirm this correlation with the one between the mechanical properties and the stacking position. In particular, in this study, R-PUF of 3 different densities (130, 170, and 210 kg/m³) was used, and tensile, compression, and shear tests of this material were performed under 5 temperatures. As a result of the tests, it was confirmed that the strength and modulus of elasticity of the material increased as the temperature decreased. Specifically, the strength and modulus of elasticity in the Z direction, which was the lamination direction, tended to be lower than those in the other directions. Finally, the strength and elastic modulus of different specimens of the material found at the bottom of their lamination compared to the specimens with these properties found at positions other than their lamination bottom were evaluated. Further analysis confirmed that as the temperature decreased, hardening of R-PUF occurred, indicating that the strength and modulus of elasticity increased. On the other hand, as the density of R-PUF increased, a sharp increase in strength and elastic modulus of R-PUF was observed.

In this study, two-dimensional location of crops for auto weeding was detected using deep learning. To construct a dataset for soybean detection, an image-capturing system was developed using a mono camera and single-board computer and the system was mounted on a weeding robot to collect soybean images. A dataset was constructed by extracting RoI (region of interest) from the raw image and each sample was labeled with soybean and the background for classification learning. The deep learning model consisted of four convolutional layers and was trained with a weakly supervised learning method that can provide object localization only using image-level labeling. Localization of the soybean area can be visualized via CAM and the two-dimensional position of the soybean was estimated by clustering the pixels associated with the soybean area and transforming the pixel coordinates to world coordinates. The actual position, which is determined manually as pixel coordinates in the image was evaluated and performances were 6.6(X-axis), 5.1(Y-axis) and 1.2(X-axis), 2.2(Y-axis) for MSE and RMSE about world coordinates, respectively. From the results, we confirmed that the center position of the soybean area derived through deep learning was sufficient for use in automatic weeding systems.

Algorithms for predicting the optimal route of vehicles are being actively sudied with the recent development of autonomous driving technology. Companies such as SK, Kakao, and Naver provide services that navigate the optimal route. They predicts the optimal path with information from the users in real time. However, they can predict the optimal route, but not optimal lane route. We proposes a system that navigates the optimal lane path with coordinates data from vehicles using Lidar sensor. The proposed method is a system that guides smooth lanes by acquiring time series coordinate data of a vehicle after performing the Lidar-based object detection method. we demonstrates the performance using actual acquired data from the experimental results.

Ubiquitous computing requires timely supply of contextual information in order to upgrade decision quality. In this sense, this study is aimed at proposing a multi-dynamic decision support system for highly ill-structured problems. Especially, it is very important for decision makers in the ubiquitous computing to coordinate conflicts among local goals and global goal harmoniously. The proposed Multi-Dynamic Decision Support System (MDDSS) is basically composed of both central structure and distributed structure, in which central structure supports multi objects decision making and distributed structure supports individual decision making. Its hybrid architecture consists of decision processor, multi-agent controller and intelligent knowledge management processor. Decision processor provides decision support using contexts which come from individual agents. Multi-agent controller coordinates tension among multi agents to resolve conflicts among them. Meanwhile, intelligent knowledge management processor manages knowledge to support decision making such as rules, knowledge, cases and so on. To prove the validity of the proposed MDDSS, we applied it to an u-fulfillment problem system in which many kinds of decision makers exist trying to satisfy their own objectives, and timely adjustment of action strategy is required. Therefore, the u-fulfillment problem is a highly ill-structured problem. We proved its effectiveness with the aid of multi-agent simulation comprising 60 customers and 10 vehicles under three experimental modes.

This Study has developed the information system of the rivers based on 3D image GIS by converging the latest information technology of GIS(Geographic Information System), RS(Remote Sensing), GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System), aerial laser survey(LiDAR) with real time network technology in order to understand the current situation of all the four major rivers and support the administrative management system. The said information system acquires the high resolution aerial photographs of 25cm, aerial laser survey and water depth surveying data to express precise space information on the whole Youngsan River which is the leading project site out of the four river sites. Monitoring the site is made available on the transporting means such as a helicopter, boat or a bus in connection with locational coordinate tracking skill for the moving objects in real time using GNSS. It makes monitoring all the information on the four river job sites available at a glance, which can obtain the reliability of the people to such vast areas along with enhancing the recognition of the people by publicity of four Rivers Revitalizing Project and reports thereof.
