  • Recently, the trend in architectural forms has been toward taller and larger building. The building materials, therefore, are getting larger and heavier as wall. Most of the construction projects are, however, dependent on outdated equipment and human resources. Construction processes up to now face a number of problems, including dangerous work, high construction cost and heterogeneous construction quality. In various construction sites, automation in construction has been introduced to address these problems. This paper proposes a human-machine cooperative system in the construction site; the system utilizes construction of a curtain wall in tall buildings. The use of automation system at construction sites can reduce the need of human involvement. Construction time and cost can be reduced as well. The most important aspect of the use of automation system at construction sites is prevention of accidents.

협동로봇의 건전성 관리를 위한 머신러닝 알고리즘의 비교 분석 (Comparative Analysis of Machine Learning Algorithms for Healthy Management of Collaborative Robots)

  • In this paper, we propose a method for diagnosing overload and working load of collaborative robots through performance analysis of machine learning algorithms. To this end, an experiment was conducted to perform pick & place operation while changing the payload weight of a cooperative robot with a payload capacity of 10 kg. In this experiment, motor torque, position, and speed data generated from the robot controller were collected, and as a result of t-test and f-test, different characteristics were found for each weight based on a payload of 10 kg. In addition, to predict overload and working load from the collected data, machine learning algorithms such as Neural Network, Decision Tree, Random Forest, and Gradient Boosting models were used for experiments. As a result of the experiment, the neural network with more than 99.6% of explanatory power showed the best performance in prediction and classification. The practical contribution of the proposed study is that it suggests a method to collect data required for analysis from the robot without attaching additional sensors to the collaborative robot and the usefulness of a machine learning algorithm for diagnosing robot overload and working load.

A cache placement algorithm based on comprehensive utility in big data multi-access edge computing

  • The recent rapid growth of mobile network traffic places multi-access edge computing in an important position to reduce network load and improve network capacity and service quality. Contrasting with traditional mobile cloud computing, multi-access edge computing includes a base station cooperative cache layer and user cooperative cache layer. Selecting the most appropriate cache content according to actual needs and determining the most appropriate location to optimize the cache performance have emerged as serious issues in multi-access edge computing that must be solved urgently. For this reason, a cache placement algorithm based on comprehensive utility in big data multi-access edge computing (CPBCU) is proposed in this work. Firstly, the cache value generated by cache placement is calculated using the cache capacity, data popularity, and node replacement rate. Secondly, the cache placement problem is then modeled according to the cache value, data object acquisition, and replacement cost. The cache placement model is then transformed into a combinatorial optimization problem and the cache objects are placed on the appropriate data nodes using tabu search algorithm. Finally, to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm, a multi-access edge computing experimental environment is built. Experimental results show that CPBCU provides a significant improvement in cache service rate, data response time, and replacement number compared with other cache placement algorithms.

반환공여구역(캠프마켓) 활용을 위한 네트워크 거버넌스 모형 연구 (A Study on the Network Governance Model Using the Returned Area(Camp Market))

  • Based on the theory of network governance, this study aims to establish a n'work governance model and present strategic measures for the use of return donor zones. In a network society, it is difficult for the government to handle complex problems alone, so close cooperation between related agencies has become important. After the return of the USFK base, most of the policies established by the government have not been carried out smoothly, so it is necessary to introduce cooperative network governance.Accordingly, technical statistics were analyzed for camp market business institutions to examine the centrality and structure of network relations (information sharing relationship, idea exchange relationship, civil complaint sharing relationship). As a result of the analysis, the Camp Market Division of Incheon City had the most central role and great influence in the camp market, which was maintained even when the time changed. Currently, it is in the form of a vertical network centered on local governments, but in the future, a horizontal network is suitable to strengthen cooperative relations and must be systematically managed around managers.

일·생활 균형과 구성원간 갈등관계 : 직장 내 업무 특성을 반영한 WLB 효과 중심으로 (Work & Life Balance and Conflict among Employees : Work-life Balance Effect that Reflects Work Characteristics)

  • 최근 MZ세대의 사회진출과 여성인구의 사회참여로 WLB을 중시하는 직장내 그룹은 협업을 중시하던 기존 그룹과 업무지향점의 차이로 갈등이 발생하고 있다. 일·생활 균형 지원제도를 활용하고 있는 공공기관 및 기업은 업무성격과 일·생활 균형 지원제도의 활성화에 따라서 직무몰입에 차이를 보인다. 이에 따라, 회사에서 실질적으로 운영중인 WLB 지원제도의 효과성을 검증하고 보편타당한 기준을 제시하는 것이 필요하다. 일·생활 균형 수준 향상을 위한 제도는 남녀 노동자의 일·가정 양립 여건을 제고하고 MZ세대의 직장에 대한 이상적 가치관과 부합하며, 융통성 있는 경력 설계를 가능하게 해 여성의 노동시장 탈락을 예방하고, 일자리 나누기를 통한 일자리 창출 효과가 있다. 또한, MZ세대의 사회진출과 여성인구(Working Mom)의 사회참여로 WLB을 중시하는 직장내 그룹은 협업을 중시하는 기존 직장 그룹과 업무지향점의 차이로 갈등이 발생하고 있다. 회사 및 조직은 유연근무제도 등 일·생활 균형과 업무성격에 따라서 직무몰입에 차이를 보인다. 이에 공공기관 및 중견·대기업에서 실제 운영 중인 WLB를 위한 제도의 효과성을 검증하여 보편타당한 WLB 지원제도의 합의점을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 근로환경에 대한 정책과 인식이 변화하는 가운데 일·생활 균형을 위한 지원제도의 효과성을 검증하고 실무적 합의점을 찾고자 하였으며, 둘째, 일·생활 균형 수준 및 업무성격에 따른 직무몰입 영향을 분석하여 업무 특성을 반영한 WLB 운영에 대한 기준을 마련하기 위한 상호간의 영향을 검증하였다. 연구를 위해 일·생활 균형 수준과 업무 성격이 직무몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 2x2 매트릭스 모형으로 구성하여 상호간 관계를 분석하였으며, 4가지 갈등형, 주도형, 동조형, 협동형 그룹으로 분류하여 상호관계를 확인하였다. 연구의 가설검증 결과, 첫째 일·생활 균형 수준이 높고, 협업 지향적인 갈등형 그룹은 직무몰입의 수준이 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 전통적인 입장의 협업을 강조하는 업무 형태에서는 일·생활 균형을 위한 지원제도를 도입하는데 제한된 입장이 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 일·생활 균형 수준이 높고, 개인 지향적인 주도형 그룹은 직무몰입의 수준이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, MZ세대의 사회진출 및 여성인구의 고용률 증가를 반영하여 개별적으로 수행할 수 있는 업무처리 시스템을 개발하고 활성화하여 WLB 수준과 부합할 때 직무몰입에 대한 동기부여가 가능하며, 일·생활 균형 지원 제도의 적절한 활용이 가능함이 검증 되었다. 연구의 학문적 시사점은 일·생활 균형 수준과 업무 성격을 요인으로 구성원의 성격을 세분화한 것이며, 실무적 시사점은 공공기관 및 대기업에서 운영중인 WLB 지원 제도를 그룹화하여 효과성을 분석한 것이다. 마지막으로, 추후 연구에서는 연구 대상을 다양한 조직이나 산업에 적용할 수 있도록 폭넓게 설정하고, 일·생활 균형을 위한 지원제도와 업무성격을 세분화 하여 연구할 필요가 있다.

지역 체험형박물관의 사례조사 및 활성화방안 연구 (Cases Studies and Activation Method of Exhibition Working-Activity Satellite)

  • It is not entirely new tendency now that museum have to become 'participation and working activity style' in 21st century. A lot of museums are changed fast to that visitors participate and work actively in museum program recently in Korea. Cheongju city is building various museums which have interesting themes contributed precious inheritances and collections belong to citizens. And Cheongju city is pushing ahead long-term target which is Ecomuseum City Cheongju with citizen is progressing for cultural city continuously. Also to become public museums and facilities which visitors want to come again, Cheongju city is trying to secure various experience space and facilities to keep in step in trend that visitors take part in and work actively in museum program. In an area, there are various cultural, historical, natural and industrial heritages that express relation of human and environment. In meaning that do function of antenna of sending culture which understanding, studying, informing these regional inheritances and promoting activity, in Ecomuseum, those are called "satellite" included not only regional preserved inheritances but also various theme museums which have mutual cooperative function. Satellite(or antenna) is very important element composing Ecomuseum. So I want to provide that is "Exhibition Working-Activity Satellite" that are places having experience space or facilities which visitors can work actively there like that. Such study for Ecomuseum and Exhibition Working-Activity Satellite can be promoted Ecomuseum City which is city for learning lifetime with citizens.

미디어 객체 공유를 위한 디지털 캐로절 시스템에서의 오류 제어 (An Error Control running on Digital Carousel System for Media Object Sharing)

  • 디지털 캐로절은 사용자들에게 미디어 동기화 메카니즘을 통하여 미디어 객체 공유를 가능하게 한다. 본 시스템은 공동 작업에 참여한 사용자들이 다른 참여자들에게 같은 뷰로써 공유된 미디어 또는 오류 객체들을 참조할 수 있도록 구축하였다. 본 논문은 EC_DCS의 설계와 구축을 설명한다. EC_DCS는 멀티미디어 협동 작업 환경에서 소프트웨어 오류를 감지, 공유, 복구하기에 적합한 시스템이다. 이 시스템에 의해서 오류를 공유할 수 있다. 멀티미디어 공동 작업 환경의 관점에서 오류 공유는 협동 작업에 참가하는 참가자에게 상호작용적으로 오류를 공유한다.

  • 본 논문은 EC_NH의 설계와 구축을 설명한다. EC_NH는 멀티미디어 협동 작업 환경에서 소프트웨어 오류를 감지, 공유, 복구하기에 적합한 시스템이다. 이 시스템에 의해서 오류를 공유할 수 있다. 멀티미디어 공동 작업 환경의 관점에서 오류 공유는 협동 작업에 참가하는 참가자에게 상호작용적으로 오류를 공유한다. 디지털 캐로절은 사용자들에게 미디어 동기화 메카니즘을 통하여 미디어 객체 공유를 가능하게 한다. 본 시스템은 공동 작업에 참여한 사용자들이 다른 참여자들에게 같은 뷰로써 공유된 미디어 또는 오류 객체들을 참조할 수 있도록 구축하였다.

PML 기반 파라메트릭 해양플랜트 전장생산설계 지원 프로그램 개발 및 업무 효율성 연구 (Development and Working Efficiency of Supporting Program for the Parametric Electrical Outfit Production Design of Offshore Plant Based on PML)

  • Recently, because of the global recession of the offshore plant industry and low-cost orders, there has been increasing interest in strengthening the competitiveness of domestic companies for the design and production technologies of offshore plants. However, in the offshore plant design field, the Plant Design Management System (PDMS), which is a 3D CAD program for plant layout developed by AVEVA Marine, is already commonly used as offshore plant design software and widely used in large domestic shipyards and cooperative design companies. Under this background, we have been thinking about ways to design better with the existing software. In this study, we developed a parametric design program to maximize the efficiency and reduce the working time for offshore plant electrical outfit production design based on the Programmable Macro Language (PML) of PDMS. We also examined its performance. By applying the developed program to the offshore plant module selected as an application example, it was confirmed that a 50% improvement in the work efficiency of cable tray design could be obtained compared with the existing method, with work efficiency improvements of 80% or more in other field design work.

Network-based Cooperative TV Program Production System

  • A new DTPP (Desk-Top Program Production) system has been developed that enables multiple program producers (directors) working at different locations to collaborate over a computer network and prepare a single program for broadcasting. In this system, information is shared among users by exchanging data edited on non-linear editing terminals in program post-production work over a network in real time. In short, the new DTPP system provides a collaborative work space for producing TV programs. The system does not make use of a special server for collaborative work but rather multiple interconnected editing terminals having the same functions. In this configuration, data at a terminal which has just been edited by some operation is forwarded to all other connected terminals for updating. This form of information sharing, however, requires that some sort of data synchronizing method be established since multiple terminals are operating on the same data simultaneously. We therefore adopt a method whereby the system synchronizes the clocks on each terminal at the time of connection and sends an operation time stamp together with edited data. This enables most recently modified data to be identified and all information on all terminals to be updated appropriately. This paper provides an overview of this new collaborative DTPP system and describes the techniques for exchanging edited data and synchronizing data.
