Purpose: The purpose of the study was to develop a cooperative clinical nursing education model in response to the challenge to provide quality clinical instruction for nursing students. Method: A hypothesized model was developed based on literature review and Cho's partnership model of preservice teacher. Final model was refined with cooperative committee meetings, workshop and post clinical education meetings. Results: A Cooperative clinical nursing education model was developed with three phases(collaboration, planning, redefinition of major roles) and ten constructs(organization of cooperative committee, goal setting, partnership contract, planning objectives, and operating manual). Conclusion: The Cooperative clinical nursing education model support the need for continued collaborative partnership between nursing college and hospitals to foster quality clinical instruction.

Objectives : This study was performed to compare consciousness of doctors on cooperative practices of western medicine and traditional Korean medicine, and to provide policy implication for development of cooperative practices. Methods : The structured questionnaires were mailed to 132 doctors working in non-cooperative practicing university hospital and 77 doctors working in cooperative practicing hospitals in Busan metropolitan city. The response rate was 40.2% and 40.3% respectively. This survey was performed from 10 Oct. 2008 to 31 Oct. 2008. Results : The doctors working in general hospital had comparatively negative consciousness on basic concept, value and necessity for cooperative practices and traditional Korean medicine. In regards with disease treatment's effectiveness of cooperative practices, both groups evaluated musculoskeletal and immune disease were more effective than others. There were positive relationships between perception for cost-effectiveness and consciousness on intention to participate cooperative practices(p<0.05). Also doctors who experienced traditional medicine treatment had positive consciousness on cooperative practices(p=0.05). Conclusions : To activate cooperative practices of western medicine and traditional Korean medicine, some efforts should be carried out. These include promoting cooperative education programs in medical schools and traditional Korean medical schools, doing research on cost-effectiveness of cooperative practices, and trying to minimize legal and systemic restrictions for cooperative practices.

An effective solution to the problems caused by the explosive growth of World Wide Web is a web caching that employing an additional server, called proxy cache, between the clients and main server for caching the popular web objects near the clients. However, a single proxy cache can easily become the bottleneck. Deploying groups of cooperative caches provides scalability and robustness by eliminating the limitations caused by a single proxy cache. Two common architectures to implement the cooperative caching are hierarchical and distributed caching systems. Unfortunately, both architectures suffer from performance limitations. We propose an efficient hybrid caching architecture eliminating these limitations by using both the hierarchical and same level caches. Our performance evaluation with our investigated simulator shows that the proposed architecture offers the best of both existing architectures in terms of cache hit rate, the number of query messages from clients, and response time.

This study is to find out that the effect of class applied Jigsaw cooperative learning to self-directed learning skills and task commitment. This study has been aimed at 2 class 66 students pre-service teachers who take "Science and study of teaching materials I" enrolled in B University of Education located in B city. This study targets to 2009 revision of elementary school science curriculum of changes in earth's surface(3-1), the volcano and earthquakes (4-1), the solar system and the stars (5-1), the motion of the Earth and the Moon (6-1) sections. Clarify the subject of study for implementing a research topics are as follows. First, What is the effect of class applied Jigsaw cooperative learning to self-directed learning skills? Second, what is the effect of class applied Jigsaw cooperative learning to task commitment? Third, what is awareness of class applied Jigsaw cooperative learning? Results of the study were as follows: First, class applied Jigsaw cooperative learning was effective in improving self-directed learning skills. Second, class applied Jigsaw cooperative learning was effective in improving task commitment. Third, in the course of discussion, students got consideration for others with leadership in their discussion was good in the class applied Jigsaw cooperative learning discussion. There was a response that they would like to do the class continually.

The trend of an increasing demand for a high-quality user experience, coupled with a shortage of radio resources, has necessitated more advanced wireless techniques to cooperatively achieve the required quality-of-experience enhancement. In this study, we investigate the critical problem of rate splitting in heterogeneous cellular networks, where concurrent transmission, for instance, the coordinated multipoint transmission and reception of LTE-A systems, shows promise for improvement of network-wide capacity and the user experience. Unlike most current studies, which only deal with spectral efficiency enhancement, we implement an optimal rate splitting strategy to improve both spectral efficiency and energy efficiency by exploring and exploiting cooperation diversity. First, we introduce the motivation for our proposed algorithm, and then employ the typical cooperative bargaining game to formulate the problem. Next, we derive the best response function by analyzing the dual problem of the defined primal problem. The existence and uniqueness of the proposed cooperative bargaining equilibrium are proved, and more importantly, a distributed algorithm is designed to approach the optimal unique solution under mild conditions. Finally, numerical results show a performance improvement for our proposed distributed cooperative rate splitting algorithm.

Since the inception of the Paris Memorandum of Understanding 1982, Port State Control has been recognised as one of the most effective measures available to eradicate substandard shipping from the oceans of the world. This paper explains the basis, genesis and developmt of cooperative arrangements in Port State Control, and aims to suggest that Korea government and shipwoners should be ready to response to the adoption of cooperative arrangement in Port State Control of Asia-Pacific region.

This paper aims at suggesting realistic plans to vitalize the cooperative structures between hospitals by confirming effects and improvements in the cooperative relationships, as well as by identifying the current status and circumstance in the cooperative relationships between a university hospital and hospitals. The major results of this study are as follows; The cooperative relationships are mainly concluded under the highest opinion on the degree of perception and the brand value for hospitals. For details on their cooperation, the request and return on diagnosis and examination for patients were shown with the highest response. The emergency circumstances were the highest for reasons of requests on patients, and the completed cases for the necessary diagnosis and examination for reasons of return on patients were the most cases among details on their cooperation, whereas their satisfaction showed an ordinary level. Regarding the effects of cooperative relationships, responses to the increase of external image and to the possibility of effective diagnosis and examination for patients with higher risk showed an ordinary level, but other effects in the general fields showed lower levels.

Only a few researchers highlighted the implementation of Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) certification. These neglected the importance of analyzing the different trajectories of the relations of production in Indonesian palm oil development. As a result, there is a prevailing doubtful attitude on ISPO legitimation. This paper aims to identify how independent smallholder pilot projects give meaning to ISPO legitimation and implementation. It explores production relations in a smallholder community, focusing on land ownership, the formation of a cooperative, and response capability in cases of failure. This paper reveals that the project brought greater understanding to the community with regards to sustainability, as well as strengthened cooperation between the company and the cooperative. This, despite the community's confronting the same problems of land legality as other independent farmers, as the community is located inside the company concession (Hak Guna Usaha, HGU).

Recent patterns of diversification of a disaster, depending on the size of the larger trend, quick and efficient response to disaster prevention, to increase the importance and role of advanced equipment and technology of fire protection industry is becoming more, over market size 11 trillion won and 10 million workers in industries of national importance, but to exceed, As most SMEs compared to other industries are backwardness. Therefore, in this study closely the characteristics of the fire protection industry analysis, the systematization of theoretical models of the finance cooperative system considering the characteristics of fire protection industry and provider the fosterage, they will contribute to independent economic activity and industrial development for operators to use the finance cooperative system of fire protection industry.
