After late 1980s, new approach is needed for satisfying with people's various information needs and better quality of life on Korean extension service. The United States began modern extension service at first and has influenced many countries. Cooperative extension service has helped people practically by searching into people's problem and developing various channel to diffuse. Cooperative extension adopts changes in extension service environment and puts them to use. Based on the extension service in the United States, following recommendations were suggested; 1) carrying out extension service to meet the changing needs of people, 2) strengthening the extension function of agricultural Colleges, 3) review of cooperative agricultural research and extension, 4) developing programs and management, 5) accumulation agricultural information and utilizing them.

In recent years, with the development of various transportation, railway evolved a lot. With advanced rail system, efficient communication system was required. for the delivery of accurate information of railway communications systems. Accordingly, railway communication system has evolved in a variety of ways. Cooperative communication method was proposed railway minimize the effects of fading in wireless communications and more efficient communication. This thesis has a research focus in effectively Practicing cooperative instruction where teacher-librarians play a role. The cooperative Instruction means to practice cooperatively with the subject teachers and teacher-librarians, in teaching subject matters(Korean, English, Social studies. Science, History, and so forth), using the school library. This thesis presents three steps by theory-model-support for a practice method through developing a cooperative instruction model. This is based on curriculum which is an axis of school education and an instructional design theory which is a base theory for subject matters.

The objectives of this study are investigate the satisfaction index and determined the characteristics of visitors. Also present the issues and direction for development of rural-experience village. This study area is seven villages of rural experience in Cheongwongun, Chungcheongbukdo. This place consists rural cooperative tourism model project that is pursued to Cooperative Tourism Model Project by the government. The projects are forming a network of towns and themes to be exhumed. The purpose of this project inner improves the ability of residents and external to contents diversification. This polling in the February-March 2008 was conducted between visitor 330 people. The question is personal information, satisfaction and rural tourism experience of detail as part of a total of 22.

건강, 운동에 관한 관심이 고조되고 레저를 즐기는 사용자층이 확대되어 감에 따라 다양한 종류의 레저형 시뮬레이터에 대한 개발이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 단순 운동을 위한 스포츠 시뮬레이터는 흥미를 반감시켜 지속적인 운동에 대한 저해하는 요소가 된다. 본 논문에서는 이런 시뮬레이터의 한계를 극복하기 위해 다양한 콘텐츠를 접목시킨 스포테인먼트형 자전거를 제안한다. 이를 위해 개인 신체 정보를 입력을 통해 프로그램 추천 및 이력관리가 가능하고 흥미요소인 게임, 음악 등을 동시에 즐기면서 운동을 할 수 있는 자전거 시뮬레이터 UXBike 시스템 개발한다. 이는 보편화된 운동 레저 시뮬레이터와 콘텐츠의 융합을 통해 사용자의 몰입도 향상 및 지속적인 관심을 갖게 하는 계기가 될것이라 판단된다.

The study Development of the Agricultural Cooperative in Cambodia seek to explore the progress of agricultural cooperative( AC) development in Cambodia and South Korea. The experiences of Korea AC development are used to improve the Cambodian ACs. The results of study gave a lessons that the Korea ACs, which were multipurpose cooperatives were formed and owned by the government and had been considered as a successful development strategy for rural and agricultural development. As the government directly managed the businesses and other operations, available budgets, close with monitoring, and active member's participation the AC in Korea progressed rapidly for both the members and business scopes and it hugely contributed to rural development of Korea. For the future development of AC in Cambodia recommendations based on lessons from Korea AC will give a message to government and NGO. Rural Development always related with farmer's life. To live well in rural area provide effective mechanism to income increase. To development of AC in Cambodia is future of rural development.

Confronted with increasing global competition and rising research and development risks, the global open innovation has receiving increased attention. This study empirically investigates whether or not international cooperative R&D is effective by evaluating the quality indicators with the patents with international co-applications. The number of patents with international co-applications has dramatically increased in recent years. According to the results, the outcome from international cooperative R&D is prominent in term of all the evaluation criteria such as the number of citation, patent families, claims, and et cetera, compared with that from domestic cooperative R&D. Based on the patent quality, the information technology sector holds the top spot and high-tech sectors such as bio and automobile industries show the better quality performances. By identifying high betweeneess centrality in the network analysis of international cooperative R&D, the US is indicated as the most central country in such cooperative activity, and then Germany, the UK, Canada, and France come after.

It is necessary to study creative problem solving(CPS) in cooperative level because numerous studies have reported that group approaches to CPS are more effective than individual approaches. There are also lots of researches that an online environment is effective to promote cooperative interactions among group members. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop an online support system for cooperative and creative problem solving. First, in this paper we created an integrated CPS model from existing CPS models. Second, we designed principles of an online cooperative CPS(CCPS) based on the integrated CPS model. Third, we developed an online support system for the cooperative CPS. Lastly, we conducted formative evaluations of the developed system and suggested ideas for improvement of the system. The developed system provides an effective and efficient online learning environment for CCPS. CCPS means the cooperative thinking processes to solve certain problems through identifying problems, stating problems, reviewing the data related withe the problems, producing creative ideas and making group decisions related with the solutions.

The purpose of this study was to developing a cooperative learning model utilize storytelling technique to the Preliminary childhood teachers whose learning was in order to improve ability and collaboration of making relationships a teams members by the cooperative learning which was performed on the basis of the confidence after understanding themselves and others. To achieve the purpose, the study was performed by dividing into two stages. First, the draft of storytelling based cooperative learning model was proposed by performing a literature survey and a case study. Second, the draft model was applied to the actual work. And the draft was modified and developed to the final model on the basis of the draft model's strenth and implemented to 39 students who were the sophomore of child care education department and enrolled the profession class of at B college P city for 8 weeks. From the implementation result of the model, it was obtained that there was the positive reaction on applying storytelling technique to the beginning stage of cooperative learning. And adding of 'Re-constitution role sharing team' step in the original steps was suggested. In the end, this model was modified and issued based on the research result. The researchers proposed a cooperative learning model storytelling based for Preliminary childhood teachers which consists 6 phases : (1) understanding cooperative learning (2) Building the team and role sharing team (3) theme setting and theme structuralization (4) Re-constitution role sharing team (5) announcement of the results and evaluating (6) reflection of general.
