This paper explores the relationship between network cooperation, innovation, internationalization and economic performance of manufacturing small and medium enterprises (SMEs) of engineering goods industry located in Bangalore city, India. At the outset, it is observed that SMEs receive the maximum assistance in the realm of product specifications. Moreover, they do not resort to manufacturing new products as much as they resort to product modifications or process improvements. Further, it is found (using Chi-square test of independence) that higher the network assistance received from an external network, greater is the innovation performance of SMEs. Subsequently, using analysis of variance (ANOVA), export intensity (proxy for internationalization performance) of SMEs is found to have a significant positive association with both the degree of their network cooperation and of their innovation performance. Lastly, it is observed that higher the degree of each of network cooperation, innovation performance and internationalization performance, better is the economic performance (measured by total sales turnover) of SMEs. These results have significant implications for the policy makers of the country to give due attention to network cooperation, innovation and internationalization as the means of enhancing the economic performance of SMEs.

In this study, the factors affecting the efficiency of 48 projects of private R&D institutes were analyzed using the Tobit model. Influencing factors were selected as open R&D network size, IT industry, interaction between R&D network size and IT industry, and type of R&D network cooperation. As a result of Tobit analysis, the R&D network size, the IT industry, and the type of R&D network cooperation were found to be significant. The larger the open R&D network size, the lower the efficiency, and the IT industry showed lower R&D efficiency than other industries. In addition, cooperation with universities and research institutes showed lower R&D efficiency than cooperation with companies. As a result of these studies, companies will be able to select and focus on cooperation with the outside in relations and investment allocation.

In this study, the network analysis of researchers, institutions, and research principal agent was conducted to understand structure characteristics of international cooperation research project implemented from 1997 to 2018. The network of researchers and institutions were decentralized structure. On the other hands, the network of research principal agent was centralized structure. The Soul National University is the leading organization of international cooperation research project. In terms of research principal agent, corporation is the leading principal agent. In additions, the results of the network centroid analysis of the researchers and institutions were correlated with the research funds. As a result, it was confirmed that the network centroid of research organization was linearly related to research funds.

기업들은 기술협력 네트워크를 통하여 새로운 고급기술과 지식을 내부화시키고 활용함으로써 규모 및 범위의 경제를 실현할 수 있고, 기술협력 네트워크의 파트너 기업과 위험과 비용을 분담할 수 있으며, 제품의 시장우위를 선점하거나 시장에서의 자사의 위치를 강화할 수 있다. 이러한 기술협력 네트워크의 이점에 근거하여 현재까지 기존의 관련연구들은 일반적으로 기술협력이 기업의 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는가에 집중되어왔다. 그러나 기존의 기술협력과 경영성과의 관계를 규명한 연구들은 단지 경영성과에 관한 기술협력 네트워크의 역할을 조명하는데 그친다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 연구들에서 간과된 기술협력 네트워크의 중간과정을 보호 메커니즘, 관계학습, 관계성과로 분류하고, 이를 자원기반이론의 일반적 구조인 자원, 역량, 성과에 각각 적용하였다. 실증분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 관계특유투자와 관계자본은 역량으로서의 관계학습에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정보교환, 공동의 정보이해, 관계특유 기억개발은 관계지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 나타내고 있으나, 정보교환이 효율성과 효과성에 미치는 유의성은 발견되지 않았다. 셋째, 관계특유투자는 관계자본에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으며, 효율성과 효과성은 장기지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 비대칭적인 기술의존 구조를 형성하는 기술협력 네트워크 관계에서 자원기반이론에 입각하여 기존의 연구들이 간과하고 있는 보호 메커니즘, 관계학습, 관계성과의 역할을 규명함으로써 보호 메커니즘과 관계학습의 중요성을 제시하였다. 또한 협력 파트너와의 관계에서 기업의 어떠한 행동변화를 유발함으로써 관계성과에 도달하는가를 살펴봄으로써 보호 메커니즘은 기술협력 파트너와의 관계학습을 통해 관계성과에 영향을 제공할 수 있다는 점을 분석하는데 의의가 있다고 볼 수 있겠다.

The purpose of this study is first, to find out what factors affect the cooperation and trust within the functions in the policy implementation network and in what mechanism these factors interact, second to investigate the whys to manage trust and cooperation successfully in the dynamic situation such as the network setting. For these purpose, this study reviews the concept and characteristics of policy implementation organizations, second, extracts the various factors affecting trust and cooperation in the network situation, third applies and analyzes the relationship among factors to system dynamics model based on the game theory. The results of this study could be summarized as follows: It was found that the utility change within the participants by persuasion ＆ mutual understanding and change of rule would be leading to success in policy implementation network. Also bureaucratic management such as power enforcement does not have any good impact in the managing network. In this study, system simulation method tried to analyze the hypothesis. Quantitative and case analyses were not accompanied and analysis was limited to two-person game theory. So there is some doubt this results could be generalized to actual situation which is N-person game.

In the IT(Information Technology) service, which supply the solutions related to business management and IT, network construction and application trends, the related service business are increasing according to the enlargement of project scope and the diversity of project types as the need of service customers. In this paper, I propose the significant effect factors on the network management of IT service firms. The key findings are from the analysis result about 94 IT service firms as follows. For implementation the high performance of network management in the IT service firms, the strategic elements in the process of network construction are more conceived highly than the basic element in them. Also the perspective of project objectives are considered than the nominal perspectives in the partner selection process. The competency of partner firms', the cooperation process between the partner firms', network relation operation management and network relation structure management are the significant effect factors of network management.

본 논문에서는 네트워크 분석방법을 활용하여 대학 중심의 산학협력 네트워크의 구조적 특성을 분석하였다. 최근 기술협력 및 공동연구가 성과창출에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것이 증명됨에 따라, 혁신성과 창출을 위하여 주요 참여주체(대학 및 공공 등)를 중심으로 다양한 형태의 협력활동 추진과 정부의 정책적 지원이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 노력에도 불구하고 성장동력 창출은 다소 미흡한 상황이기에 대학중심의 산학협력 활동강화를 위한 혁신 네트워크 구축 방안 마련이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 산학협력 유형(특허, 논문, 공동연구, 기술이전)에 따른 네트워크를 구축하고, QAP상관분석 및 QAP회귀분석을 실시하여 서로 다른 유형의 산학협력 네트워크간 관련성 및 연관성을 통계적 관점에서 분석하였다. 분석결과 공동연구 네트워크는 논문 네트워크와 밀접한 관련이 있으며, 다른 산학협력 네트워크와도 관련성을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 대학의 새로운 성장동력 창출에 필요한 산학협력 전략수립 및 협력 파트너 발굴 등과 같은 혁신활동을 지원할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

4차 산업혁명 시대에 따라 급변하고 있는 기술과 기업 환경에 대응하기 위해 주체 간 협력을 통한 혁신 네트워크의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 특히 인적·물적 자원이 부족한 중소기업이 당면한 문제를 해결하고 혁신하기 위해서는 협력이 필수적이다. 이에 기존의 중소기업 지원 네트워크의 현황 및 문제점을 분석하여 지역협력 네트워크 활성화를 위한 연구를 진행하였다. 그 결과 기존 협력 네트워크 재정비, 중소기업 맞춤형 정책 수립, 지역사업 연계지원 등을 통한 지역협력 네트워크 기반 조성 전략을 해결방안으로 도출하였으며, 지역 거점 네트워크 구축 및 기업 육성전략, 지역 데이터 활용을 통한 지역혁신 특화 네트워크 구축 전략을 연구 결과로 도출하였다. 본 연구 결과를 활용하여 지역사업과 지역 네트워크 간 유기적인 협력체계를 마련하기 위한 중소기업 지원정책을 수립하는 데 있어 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구는 자동차 산업의 기술협력 네트워크의 특성과 변화 요인들에 대해 분석한다. 전 세계 주요 자동차 기업들이 2000년부터 2017년까지 출원한 112,009건의 자율주행 관련 특허를 사회연결망 분석(SNA: Social Network Analysis, 이하 SNA)을 활용하여 기술협력 네트워크의 구조를 분석한다. 네트워크 분석지표 중 구조적 특성 분석을 통해 밀도 등의 네트워크 특성을 분석한다. 연결 정도 중심성, 매개 중심성 및 관계 중심성 등의 지위적 특성 지표 분석을 통해서는 기술협력 네트워크의 구조적 특성을 확인한다. 분석 결과는 토요타, 현대자동차 등 완성차 기업들과 부품 공급 업체인 보쉬, 콘티넨탈 등이 자율주행과 관련한 기술 개발 실적이 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 네트워크의 구조적 특성 분석 결과 자율주행 기술 개발의 협력 네트워크에 참여한 기업들의 수가 증가하고 다양해졌으며 지위적 특성 지표들은 모두 감소하는 결과를 보였다. 이는 기업 간의 수평적이며 보완적인 기술협력 형태가 증가하는 현상으로 해석할 수 있다. 그리고 자동차 자율주행 기술 분야의 참여자가 많아지고 네트워크가 더 복잡해짐을 확인하였다.

From the present geographical environment of Korean peninsular the Republic of Korea is worser than the an island country of Japan In the point of Northeastern Asia energy network. Therefore the energy cooperation with South and North Korea is direct connect to the Northeast Asian Energy Network. It is most important that North Korea promotes the economics by themselves through the solving of their energy Problem with South Korea. Therefore, at the moment it is necessary to support North Korea with the cooperation of energy technologies that could be useful to set up the Northeast Asia Energy Network and which is important to form the energy system of Korean peninsular. In this paper to importance of cooperation for energy technology and the present of economics and energy demand/supply in North Korea and energy technology of North Korea & the comparison energy technology level of the both countries and cooperation between South and North Korea is described.
