A basic study for the development of Integrated Seakeeping Performance Evaluation System on board the ship (선박탑재용 종합내항성능 평가시스템 개발을 위한 기초적 연구)

  • From a ship's safe operation point of view, it is very important to estimate the navigational safety in a seaway. The seakeeping performance can be defined as the ability of a ship to go to sea, and to accomplish its missions successfully and safely even in adverse environmental conditions. There are several factors presently adopted for evaluating seakeeping performance. But a hardware of the system considering all these factors has not been developed since some of them can not be measured by sensors. In this paper, a synthetic method of evaluating navigational safety is developed by measuring the vertical and lateral acceleration. An experiment by using real measuring carried out on board the T/S 'HANNARA' The equipment was measured every 4 hours for more than 30 minutes the acceleration by accelerometer, analyzed its acceleration values and calculated navigational dangerousness. As the results of this on board experiment, the system is carried conviction to be useful as evaluating seakeeping performance.

Analysis of Recurrent Gap Time Data with a Binary Time-Varying Covariate

  • Recurrent gap times are analyzed with diverse methods under several assumptions such as a marginal model or a frailty model. Several resampling techniques have been recently suggested to estimate the covariate effect; however, these approaches can be applied with a time-fixed covariate. According to simulation results, these methods result in biased estimates for a time-varying covariate which is often observed in a longitudinal study. In this paper, we extend a resampling method by incorporating new weights and sampling scheme. Simulation studies are performed to compare the suggested method with previous resampling methods. The proposed method is applied to estimate the effect of an educational program on traffic conviction data where a program participation occurs in the middle of the study.

  • 음성정보 산업은 오래 전부터 정보화 사회의 핵심 분야로서 잠재가치를 인정받아 왔지만, 불행히도 기술개발 및 시장 수요가 뒷받침되지 않아 먼 미래의 산업으로 인식되어 왔다. 그러나 최근 음성처리기술이 가시화 되고 인터넷 이용이 활성화되면서 보이스포탈, 음성 증권정보 등 음성과 인터넷이 결합된 서비스가 급격히 증가하고 있다. 현재 인터넷의 사용이 많아지면서 회원가입을 받는 사이트들이 늘어나게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 웹사이트의 회원가입에서의 고객의 신분 확인 및 회원의 검증과 청소년 고객의 고의적인 오류자료 입력 방지와 전화로 고객을 응대하는 업무가 집중적으로 많은 콜 센터 등의 응용 프로그램 환경에 있어서 전화 통신의 편리성, 응대 시간 축소, 전화 업무 자동화 기능 등을 가능하게 하기 위한 기술의 개발에 대해 연구하였다.

A Study on the Method of the Risk Management in the Housing Project (주택사업의 리스크 원인분석 및 대응방안에 관한 연구)

  • A housing project is very sensitive the changing environment. Therefor, a housing project is the high risk. Therefor in order to be succeed the project it becomes necessary to effectively manage the risk involved in the process of the housing project. This study analysed the risk factors that involved in the process of the housing project as compared with the precede research. The results of this research are as follows : First, complete feasibility study and verification with conviction in market and environment are required. And, securing organization and specificity for simulation and variation of environment are required in the process by step. And then, complaint and flaw are required in the final stage. The results of this study can be used as the guideline to make the risk management system for the housing project.

The Role Adaptation Process of Head Nurses in the General Hospitals

  • Purpose. The purpose of this study is to identify the role adaptation process experienced by head nurses. Methods. Data were collected from 10 head nurses with in-depth interviews about their actual experiences. All the interviews were recorded and transcribed. The collected data were analyzed by the grounded theory methodology of Strauss and Corbin. Results. The core category was identified as 'weighing and balancing,' and the role adaptation process was divided into six stages by time sequence: inquiring, approaching to others, bringing people into their fold, working with conviction, avoiding conflicts, and settling. Conclusion. The results of this study yield useful information for top mangers of nursing to identify, by stages, the demands of the head nurses in their role adaptation process. The findings of this study contributes to developing programs that facilitates the head nurses' role adaptation.

  • The induction machine has been used frequently for the system that needs static speed because of its simplicity, durability, credibility and efficiency. But it is nonlinear system for its multi-variable interference. Its controller is more complicated than DC machine's one. So vector control method is needed for its high Performance control. This paper shows that vector control algorithm could be more fast and stable by using Genetic algorithm (GA) based upon Darwin's evolution theory and Mendel's genetics. Methods proposed in here are used to design induction machine's vector controller and to use GA for optimizing the controller's parameter.   • This research approached the negotiation problem from the seller's perspective in the make-to-order manufacturing industry in order to solve the multi-attribute automated negotiation problem. To this end, more than 'two negotiation attributes are defined and a preferred value of each negotiation alternative is calculated based on the entropy value of each attribute. And then, the best option is selected according to the utility function of each negotiator, a penalty of negotiation delay, and conviction of possibility of negotiation success. The suggested automated negotiation methods in this study can be employed for the development of advanced automated negotiation systems.

  • The study is expressed on the web browser using virtual reality of developer manufacturing process and method or manufactured goods conviction for designer and developer with visualized model. This study purpose of basic feature with VRML file and Java and VRML with AWT to get WC code was presented. The study process is equal to the real thing modeling on using Pro/Engineer and exports on the VRML1.0. The condition converts VRML1.0 to VRML2.0 on the CROSS ROADS. And then Cosmo World is coding and manufacturing simulation is expressed on the Cosmo Player.

  • The functional diagnosis instrument should be preceded first to both the accurate selection of exact acupoint and discrimination. so the measuring and stimulating method are improved to SPAC pattern to evaluate impedance existed in the body. As a result, the resistance factor between skin and probe, the dipolization of cell was reduced so that the judgement of acupoint is advanced. After extraction of optimization parameter of SPAC pattern which the high discrimination efficiency and the lowest affection on the human body is controlled by using microprocessor to enhance conviction. The discrimination efficiency was confirmed by meridian visualization system. Also mechanism of probe was improved to increase efficiency of image recognition processing. The image of discriminated acupoint with probe is obtained by using a camera, the location on the tip of probe is recognized and processed. And then these are converted to virtual color by proportional to measuring current level of scan point on skin.

  • 무선 이동통신의 발전으로 인해 많은 사용자가 발생하였다. 그러나 1세대나 2세대의 경우 이동통신서비스는 기본적으로 음성을 기반으로 서비스를 하였기 때문에 다른 멀티미디어 서비스와 같은 고속 무선 인터넷 통신 수요자의 요구를 충족시키지 못하고 있다. 향후 무선에서 음성위주의 서비스가 아닌 데이터와 이동 멀티미디어 서비스와 같은 서비스를 통해 얻을 수 있다. 하지만 무선망은 전송로가 노출되어 있어 정당하지 않는 사용자에 의한 불법적인 절취 사용과 도청등에 많은 문제점이 발생할 수 있다. 악의적인 제 3의 사용자가 공유되어 있는 문서에 대한 문제점뿐만 아니라 양자간의 계약 혹은 과금 정보에 있어 악의적인 목적을 막는 방법이 필요하다. 다음과 같은 방법에 대한 해결책으로써 문서에 대한 내용증명과 시점확인이 바로 그것이다. 본 논문에서는 앞에서 언급한 문제점을 해결하고자 유선에서 사용중에 있는 시점확인 서비스 혹은 내용 증명 서비스를 향후 발전할 IMT-2000에 적용하여 보았다. 제안한 방식은 IMT-2000에서의 개체를 그대로 이용하면서 효율적인 방식을 제안하였다.
