The technologies related with information communication regions are progressing continuously. These technologies in today are converged with different industries in rapidly. Because of these properties, A number of data are made in our life. Through many devices such as smart phone, camera, game machine, tablet pc, various data types are produced and the traffic is increased. We called it Big Data. There are many efforts to create new worth creation through Big Data utilization. Therefore, we described current trends and future of Big Data in this paper.

In recent years, diversified demand for marine utilization has been increasing not only through the development projects for the utilization of the conventional coastal zone but also by the development of marine leisure sports and marine energy. It is very important to understand the characteristics of blue for safe and economical utilization of the ocean. Using the observed wave data, we derive the wave parameters to represent the irregular sea state proposed in the previous studies and examine the relationship between them to confirm the characteristics of the ocean wave.

The world has witnessed a phenomenal growth in information and communication technologies (ICT). The development of new broadband communication services convergence of telecommunication with computers and recent developments in the field of communication protocol have fostered challenges as well as offerings in the wide-ranging use of ICT to support the creation of dynamic and interactive teaching and learning environment. By emergence of ICT, most of education and training institutions are struggling to integrate ICT and education and training systems. It is so important to apply proper delivery systems for utilization of the computerized teaching and learning contents in the classrooms. It will be a preliminary activity for building open and flexible distance teaching and learning systems in developing countries. In this paper, we would like to suggest and recommend the proper delivery systems for utilization of the computerized teaching and learning contents in the classrooms for education sector reform in developing countries.

In most resource reservation strategies, which give higher priorities to handoff calls over new calls, new calls are often blocked even though there is plenty of available reserved resource. This causes inefficient resource utilization, especially when there are not so many handoff attempts. In this paper, we propose a new reservationstrategy called soft reservation in which new calls can be allocated to the reserved resource while maintaining the QoS of handoff acceptable. Using an M/M/c/c queuing model, we can see that the proposed strategy provides better performance than the conventional reservation strategy in terms of blocking probability of new call and dropping probability of handoff calls.

In accordance with importance of the economic value of forests and forest use, the paradigm of development and use has emerged as the dominant paradigm of forest policy. As forests are recognized as an important means of Wellness, the government pursues a policy convergence between forest use and conservation. So, this article analyzed whether the change of forestry convergence paradigm is reflected in policy or not. The purpose of this study was to analyze through content analysis and network analysis, whether the new combined text value are fused in how forest policy. According to the results, the function of utilization which is off the traditional forestry industry and recreation, wellness are acquired a greater importance in the 5th plan than 4th plan. But the 5th plan is insufficient to establish of foundation for forestry management and welfare functions. The evidence suggest a sign of sustained paradigm convergency in forest policy of Korea. As the policy implication in establishing national forest master plan, it is necessary to strengthen policy capability to pursue sustainable forestry utilization, which can converge forest use and conservation.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between smart factory utilization and continued use intention between UTAUT, dynamic capabilities of smart factory construction companies and present the company's strategic direction. Research design, data, and methodology: In this study, a structured research model was derived to confirm the relationship between UTAUT, dynamic capabilities, smart factory utilization and continued use intention and the difference according to Technology perception. For analysis a total of 223 valid questionnaires from e-commerce users were used. Confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equations were conducted to verify. Results: Both UTAUT, dynamic capabilities had a significant effect on smart factory utilization as well as continued use intention. It was found that the relationship between UTAUT, dynamic capabilities, smart factory utilization, and continued use intention. differed depending on the technology perception. Conclusions: Organizational members utilize the smart factory in anticipation of effects such as work performance and various improvements. Smart factory data will be used continuously when it is useful for business processes and operations. It is necessary to establish strategies and provide training to improve the technical level and capabilities of organizational members. Through this, a strategy is needed that can be continuously used by utilizing the information obtained through smart factory to improve work efficiency, productivity and efficiency increase is needed

This paper deals with the sequencing problem in the operation of the manufacturing systems with the constraint of buffer capacity. Some of studies for this theme have been progressed for several years. And then most of them considered only one objective, such as maximum lateness, machine utilization, makespan, mean flowtime and so on. This study deal with two objectives of the delivery for customers and the idle time of machines for producers. For the decision of sequence, the utility function is used. The developed heuristic algorithm presents a good solution. Through a numerical example, the procedures of the job sequencing is explained.

The utilization of Big data in the field of education has spread around the developed countries. However, in Korea, there are only experimental approaches related to Bigdata, yet for the related researches and services to appear. Therefore, it is the situation that needs to understand the reason for poor use of big data in the e-Learning industry, study and seek out alternatives to solve these problems. The result of this study shows that it was investigated that the high level of understanding of Bigdata has recognized large impact on e-Learning of Big Data and the more large-scale sales companies have recognized large impact on e-Learning of Big Data in the e-Learning industry. In conclusion, this study makes a proposal to expand the training and utilization policies of Bigdata relating to different sales scales.

In this paper, the degree of reflection of SW·AI elements and CT elements was investigated and analyzed for a total of 44 textbooks of Korean, social, moral, mathematics and science textbooks based on the 2015 revised curriculum. As a result of the analysis, most of the activities of data collection, data analysis, and data presentation, which are ICT elements, were not reflected, and algorithm and programming elements were not reflected among SW·AI content elements, and there were no abstraction, automation, and generalization elements among CT elements. Therefore, in order to effectively implement SW·AI convergence education in elementary school subjects, we will expand ICT utilization activities to SW·AI utilization activities. Training on the understanding of SW·AI convergence education and improvement of teaching and learning methods using SW·AI is needed for teachers. In addition, it is necessary to establish an information curriculum and secure separate class hours for substantial SW·AI education.

Health service quality is increasingly emphasized, and primary care service is no exception in this. This study identified patients' perception of quality considering convergence factors associated with increased utilization among patients over the age of 65 using community health centers. A total of 307 respondents were included in the analysis. The results showed that positive perceptions on facility and environment, patient-centered care, technical knowledge and skills of physicians, and emotional support with nurses and non-medical workers were statistically and significantly associated with higher utilization. In order to increase utilization of primary care service at community health centers, they need to manage and improve these factors.
