  • Human beings can represent state of mind such as psychological state, personality or emotional trouble by the pictures painted on one's own initiative. But in general, it is hard to understand a consulter's unconscious state through one's objective and intentional descriptions only. So one's psychological state and emotional trouble can be understood and cured by color and location information of objects drawn in one's picture. By this reason, a consultant can help and settle a consulter's growth stages of life and emotional trouble through treatment by pictures. In this paper, we proposed a method to find out state of sensitivity by analysis of color and location information represented in a picture and fuzzy inference rules. We applied the proposed method to the states of sensitivity from color information proposed by Alschuler and Hattwick and the psychological states from location information proposed by Grunwald. In the experimental results by the two applications, we verified the proposed sensitivity analysis method is efficient.

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the moderating effects of psychological flexibility on the relationship between perceived stress and depression in university administration staff. A total of 186 participants completed the questionnaire. This data was analyzed using the SPSS program. The results of the analysis showed that perceived stress, positive perception and psychological flexibility had significant effects on depression, but negative perception didn't have significant effect on depression. The results verified the moderating effects of psychological flexibility on the relationship between perceived stress and depression. We discussed that the stress of university administration staff was more closely related to positive perception such as a decrease in positive functioning than negative perception such as loss of control. We also discussed that psychological flexibility can reduce the effect of stress on depression and prevent it. We suggested acceptance commitment therapy to improve psychological flexibility as an intervention method for stress and depression issues in university administration staff.

Data were collected from 200 nurses at university hospitals, and the collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson's correlation analysis, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 24.0 program. The average age of the subjects was 29.8 years old, the hospital experience was 6.6 years, and the prevention of COVID-19 was high with 4.3 points. COVID-19 prevention behavior showed positive correlation with COVID-19 risk perception, resilience, and media dependence and negative correlation with socio-psychological stress. Factors influencing COVID-19 prevention behavior were COVID-19 risk perception, resilience, socio-psychological stress, and media dependence. To ensure that hospital nurses' COVID-19 prevention behaviors can be continued, it is necessary to appropriately manage COVID-19 risk perception and media dependence, and to develop and apply an intervention program to strengthen resilience and reduce socio-psychological stress.

  • As many government policies have been announced today regarding real estate, especially housing, interest in prices in the housing market has increased significantly. In this study, I would like to present the direction of government policies by analyzing the relationship among income instability, the psychological condition of real estate price changes and willingness to adjust real estate holding ratio. First, major variables were extracted through the prior study review, and using a survey, data were collected and path analysis was conducted. According to the analysis, the current income instability had a negative impact on the psychological condition of real estate price changes, and a positive influence on the willingness to adjust real estate holding ratio, but the psychological condition of real estate price changes did not have a statistically significant impact on the willingness to adjust real estate holding ratio. Thus, the difference analysis was conducted between groups by dividing the ages and the number of dependents respectively. According to the analysis, the impact of income instability and psychological condition of real estate price changes on willingness to adjust real estate holding ratio differed between groups divided by ages and number of dependents. The results of this analysis will help the government to establish real estate policies and help each household to use the analysis as basic data when they make a decision about real estate. On the other hand, this study has limitations that have only been conducted cross-sectional analysis and analyzing time series changes and differences in perception between regions are going to be conducted in a future study.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify factors that affect decision-making for e-commerce users and to present ecommerce companies with the company's strategic directions for consumer purchases. Research design, data, and methodology: In this study, a structured research model was derived to confirm the relationship between brand image, product liking, heuristic and purchase intention and the difference according to psychological power. For analysis a total of 212 valid questionnaires from e-commerce users were used. confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equations were conducted to verify. Results: Both brand image and product liking had a significant effect on purchase intention as well as heuristics. However, heuristics did not affect the purchase intention. It was found that the relationship between brand image, product liking, heuristic, and purchase intention differed depending on the psychological power. Conclusions: Companies should seek ways to increase the positive brand image and likability of products so that consumers can quickly purchase products. In the relationship between brand image and heuristic, the low-psychological group has more influence on heuristic, and in case of product liking, the high-psychological group has more influence on heuristic. In the relationship between brand image and product liking for purchase intention, both in the high psychological power group affect more influence on purchase intention. Since the process of purchasing products varies depending on the consumer psychological power tendency, it is necessary to identify the characteristics of consumers and establish strategies for purchasing promotion measures.
