In the context of the convergence revolution that brings together culture, technology, and humanities, the fashion industry is aiming to form product strategies to create added value. The ultimate aim of these strategies is to satisfy consumers' diverse needs. Boosted by discussions on sustainability in the fashion industry, sustainability management activities are also emerging as a trend in product strategy. Therefore, it is important to consider both convergence and sustainability management activities together as drivers of fashion brands' product strategies. The main objectives of this study are as follows: (1) to examine the differences in sustainability evaluation by product strategy, (2) to determine how sustainability evaluation affects brand attitude and purchase intention, and (3) to identify how this effect varies according to the types of convergence and sustainability management activities. The main findings of this research are as follows. First, sustainability evaluation varies according to fashion brands' product strategy. Second, evaluation has a positive effect on brand attitude and purchase intention. Third, the effect varies according to the types of convergence and sustainability management activities. This study is an extension of previous research for combining fashion brands' convergence and sustainability management activities as a part of their product strategy, which, in turn, contributes to positive consumer responses on the marketing level. Moreover, results provide practical implications for fashion brands that enable them to establish efficient marketing strategies regarding to convergence and sustainability management activities.

Polymer materials are used in a wide variety of fields such as automobiles, aerospace, energy, IT, and as well as simple household products. Despite high interest in the technological convergence of polymer materials for the sustaining progress, there have been only limited analyzes on the topic. This research attempted to analyze the types of convergence and the level of technology in the polymer materials field. For this purpose, we collected patent information from the PCT database and implemented a co-classification analysis. The research shows that Japan and Korea have more section-level convergence whilst US and Europe focus on field-level convergence. In terms of the quality measured by patent activity, patent competitiveness, and patent effect, Korean convergence technologies seem to be inferior to those of other countries.

Recently, various types of information and communication technology (ICT) such as cloud computing, big data, and virtual reality have been progressed in the world. Also, it is expected that there are many domestic and foreign visitors in Gangwon-do due to the Pyeongchang winter olympic games in 2018. In this environment, it is necessary to improve the competitiveness of Gangwon-do in winter sports areas exploiting both existing IT infrastructure and application technologies. In this paper, for sustainable development of Gangwon-do winter sports IT industry after the Olympics, we propose efficient implementation methods of 3 winter sports IT convergence services and Gangwon-do ICT activation strategy. The proposed 3 winter sports IT service areas are as follows. 1) Realistic winter sports IT service, 2) Winter sports medical IT service 3) Winter sports record analysis IT service.

The production management is one of the essential capabilities of the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the information technology sector (IT). Therefore, this study empirically analyzed the effects of such important factors as external information network diversity and manufacturing capability on IT SMEs' production management capability. Based on the 310 data collected from Korean SMEs in the IT sector, the ordinary least squares regression results from this study by using the SPSS version 22 have empirically shown that IT SMEs' external information network diversity has a positive and significant effect on their production management capability and this effect is fully mediated by their manufacturing capability. These findings provide a meaningful implication that the positive impact of IT SMEs' external information network diversity is linked to their production management capability through their manufacturing capability.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of information system factors and organizational factors on procedural management performance in small and medium-sized venture companies in the Seoul metropolitan area. In the previous study was conducted mainly on large companies and general SMEs. In this study, the research was conducted considering the characteristics of SMEs. The results showed that system suitability, system quality, and IT assets had a positive effect on procedural management performance, and manager perception and human resource capacity had a positive effect on procedural management performance. But the evaluation and compensation did not have a positive effect on procedural management performance. The results of this study showed almost the same results as those of the previous studies. Venture firms have poor financial ability, technology, and organizational management ability than general SMEs. However, the introduction and diffusion factors of new information systems were not significantly different from those of general SMEs.

Recently, new types of security crimes have been steadily occurring in Korea due to environmental changes such as the development of IT technology, and responding to these threats has become a key national task for the establishment of a safe society as well as individuals and businesses. Meanwhile, as the Zero-Contact Era has arrived since the COVID-19 Pandemics, a new convergence security threat that combines the characteristics of the Zero-Contact Era with the existing IT development is threatening our society. Research to prevent and correct these new levels of threats is continuously required in this study. Chapter 1 examined the causes of new convergence security threats and Chapter 2 discussed cybersecurity, fake news, remote voting·work and video security threats as five major threats.

E-infrastructural economy for ICT Living-Labs is a need for economic and cultural changes in various types of cars in accordance with the supply of the electric car. Depending on the number of cases by analyzing the supply and demand of electric vehicles among Korea and Northern Europe countries. it was indirectly proved that it makes economic growth. The research design is analyzed with the data and how to respond quickly to focus on the possibility of potential changes to the infrastructure realization and commercialization of government enterprises or electric cars through the ICT Living-Labs in Nordic countries. The data indicates that the leading commercialization emphasize on the development of the electric economic convergence and scalability for electric vehicle. When It shows the time of the infrastructure as ICT Living-Labs being delayed, it lowered growth target results for the development of the electric car industry in the future. All this is from the reason of opening the E-convergence economy over time. It is required that Korea should prepare E-convergence economy. Public regional energy should be present through the consistent selection of development for energy linking E-economy and E-trans distribution. Korea needs to be many difficulties in building the E- infrastructure for ICT Living-Labs. Unlike the Northern Europe it is to prepare the active support of both government and business. The role of the government discovers that the power generation through the quick selection of the industry, as well as to connect with the growth of the smart cities with the EVs industry.

Due to global population growth and urbanization, water problems are expected to increase in severity. In response to this expectation, Smart Water Management that refers to implement intelligent water information systems by IT convergence is considered a new paradigm. In this paper, we try to study the Smart Water policy, especially Smart Water Grid, and technology development trends in major countries. On the basis of results from the comparative analysis with Smart Grid in power sector, we evaluate political. legal, economic and technological feasibility related with the Smart Water Grid. In the conclusion, we suggest some strategic recommendations for the promotion of the Smart Water Grid.

In a cloud computing environment, a cryptographic service allows an information owner to encrypt the information and send it to a cloud server as well as to receive and decode encrypted data from the server which guarantees the confidentiality of shared information. However, if an attacker gains a coded data and has access to an encryption key via cloud server, then the server will be unable to prevent data leaks by a cloud service provider. In this paper, we proposed a key management server which does not allow an attacker to access to a coded key of the owners and prevents data leaks by a cloud service provider. A key management server provides a service where a server receives a coded public key of an information user from an owner and delivers a coded key to a user. Using a key management server proposed in this paper, we validated that the server can secure the confidentiality of an encryption key of data owners and efficiently distribute keys to data users.

In 2011, Government introduced "IT Convergence Technology Prediction Survey 2025". This report includes 10 ICT industries. Convergence was combined with a word 'digital'. Digital convergence means a service or new product which appeared through fusion of unit technologies in information and communication regions. The effects of convergence technologies and social phenomenons are visualized in overall regions of society such as economy, society, culture, etc. In this paper, we described a prospects and technologies needed in digital convergence environment. And we described IT-Building, IT-Car, IT-Medicine, IT-Textile which was related with our lives in today among 10 ICT industries.
