Information technology is a useful strategic weapon that can create competitive advantage and new business opportunity by applying it in the organization' value chain. IT convergence can be understood as an attempt of industrial level IT adoption to facilitate the innovation of the industry and the birth of a new industry. This study provides the comprehensive review of the Korean government' three IT assimilation programs, ubiquitous technology diffusion program of the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, u-service program of the Ministry of Public Administration and Security, and u-Defence cooperation program of the Department of Defense. The analysis is done through the interpretation of the existing literature and the logic model. The result proposes inter-agency cooperation and building of new technology road-map in the planning stage, flexible management in the execution phase, and failure tolerant evaluation system. The proposal for developing competencies and institutional foundations for IT convergence also presented.

본 연구는 기업의 윤리경영 활동과 마케팅 효과의 융합적 관계를 파악하고자 윤리경영 노력이 소비자에게 신뢰감을 형성하고, 그러한 신뢰감이 실제 구매행동으로 연결되는지 조사하였다. 가설수립 및 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 분석을 통해 제품 서비스 책임, 기업 윤리지침 마련, 사회공헌활동, 고객권리 보장으로 구성되는 윤리경영의 실천이 소비자 구매행동에 긍정적 영향을 미치며, 그 과정에서 소비자의 이미지 지각과 기업 신뢰가 매개적 역할을 하고 있음을 증명하였다. 이러한 결과는 윤리경영이 기업에게 사회적 압력과 비용으로만 작용하는 것이 아니라 기업의 이익 증가로 연결되는 선순환 과정에 있음을 보여주고 있고 있어 기업의 능동적이고 적극적인 윤리경영 실천이 필요함을 시사하고 있다. 향후 연구에 있어서는 윤리경영의 대상 범위와 실행 수준을 보다 세분화한 분석과 최근 대중의 관심도가 높은 윤리 이슈와 연계한 연구가 필요하다.

Recently, the Korean government has been actively promoting the smart city as their strategic agenda. However, to build smart cities that are greener, the authors believe it is essential to rapidly transit conventional energy sources such as fossil fuels to renewable energy. Although there is a big potential for Offshore wind in Korea, there has not been a full-scale commercial offshore wind farm until today. Since Korea is relatively a new market compared to the EU, it can be risky for developers. The authors will introduce risk management best practices in the offshore wind industry applicable to the Korean environment. This paper will mainly introduce an offshore wind project size of 99 MW. The project is expecting a Finance Close (FC) in Q3 2022, so the project team has prepared a risk register with over 150 risks and levers throughout the project lifecycle. Overall risks include risks with Development Expenditure (DEVEX) impact, a Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) impact, and an Operating Expenditure (OPEX) impact. Based on the identified risks, a more qualitative assessment of Cost and Schedule Impact was conducted. In conclusion, a Monte Carlo simulation was performed to propose a quantitative risk assessment to evaluate a benchmark contingency of the project cost.

Telecommunications-broadcasting convergence in the domain of IT is a representative phenomenon that is expected to provide the saturated existing markets with a new source of profit. Especially, T-Commerce combines familiarity of TV and immediacy of the Internet which are expected to cover all the users familiar with each media and expand the existing commercial transactions. Telecommunications-broadcasting convergence in Korea, however, is focusing on technical and regulatory aspects so that research on the real users is not up to the mark yet. This is the most fundamental problem in hampering growth in the corresponding service and market. Thus, we are proposing an adoption model on T-Commerce to rapidly expand the convergence service through understanding the potential users. Perceived utilitarian and hedonic values, perceived interactivity, media substitution and personal innovativeness have been examined as the factors influencing the users' intention to adopt a new convergence service. As a result of empirical analysis, it is verified that perceived utilitarian and hedonic values and personal innovativeness directly influenced the users' intention to adopt whereas perceived interactivity had indirect affect on them. T-Commerce service providers should not only emphasize on the benefit that the older media could not provide the users with, but also provide them with more pleasure and entertaining experience during the course of satisfying the users' needs to distinguish T-Commerce from the other existing media.

국가산업단지 내 위험물시설을 대상으로 위험물설비안전, 소방시설안전, 건축안전, 공간안전 분야에서 위험물시설의 안전관리 실태 조사 및 문제점 분석을 실시하였다. 대부분 법적 준수사항의 불이행 및 유지관리 상 화재 취약요인들이 지적되었다. 결과적으로 지적된 문제점 건수는 총 466건으로 이 중에서 위험물설비분야의 문제점이 가장 많이 지적되었다. 또한 위험물시설 중 제조소 및 일반취급소의 문제점 지적 건수가 상대적으로 가장 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 연구결과를 기반으로 안전진단제도의 융합적 도입 방향성 및 정밀안전진단의 제도적 도입 방안을 제시함에 따라 향후 국가산업단지의 안전관리역량의 강화에 기여할 것이다.

ICT(정보통신기술) 융합보안 환경에서 수많은 기업들이 회사 내에서 생산되는 중요 자료인 제품정보, 제조기술, 서비스 매뉴얼, 마케팅 자료, 홍보자료, 기술적 자료들을 외부공개 및 공유를 위해 웹 시스템을 운영하고 있다. 이렇게 인터넷에 공개된 웹 시스템은 사이버 보안 관리에 매우 큰 영향을 주고 있고, 상시 취약점을 가지고 있어서 정보보호 솔루션과 IT 취약점 점검을 수행하고 있지만, 외부 환경에서의 취약점 탐지 관리에는 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 개선하고자, 디지털 포렌식 기반의 시스템을 자체 구축하고 포렌식 기법을 활용하여 기업의 중요정보 유출 탐지에 대한 실증 연구를 수행하였다. 그 결과, 국내와 해외에서 운영하는 웹 시스템의 취약점으로 인하여 기업의 비밀자료 등 중요 정보가 노출된 것을 확인할 수 있었고 보안관리 개선 사항도 확인할 수 있었다. 결론적으로 최근 증가하는 해킹사고 대응으로 디지털 포렌식 기법을 적용한 시스템을 구축한다면 정보보안 취약 영역의 보안관리 강화와 사이버보안 관리체계 개선을 가져올 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of public data convergence capabilities of administrative organizations and to explore important variables in data-based organizational capabilities. The theoretical background was summarized on public data and use activation, joint use, convergence, administrative organization, and convergence constraints. These contents were explained Public Data Act, the Electronic Government Act, and the Data-Based Administrative Act. The research model was set as the data-based organizational capabilities effect by a data-based administrative capability, public data operation capabilities, and public data operation constraints. It was also set whether there is a capabilities difference data-based on an organizational operation by the level of data convergence capabilities. This study analysis was conducted with hierarchical cluster analysis and multiple regression analysis. As the research result, First, hierarchical cluster analysis was classified into three groups. It was classified into a group that uses only public data and structured data, a group that uses public data on both structured and unstructured data, and a group that uses both public and private data. Second, the critical variables of data-based organizational operation capabilities were found in the data-based administrative planning and administrative technology, the supervisory organizations and technical systems by public data convergence, and the data sharing and market transaction constraints. Finally, the essential independent variables on data-based organizational competencies differ by group. This study contributed. As a theoretical implication, this research is updated on management information systems by explaining the Public Data Act, the Electronic Government Act, and the Data-Based Administrative Act. As a practical implication, the activity reinforcement of public data should be promoting the establishment of data standardization and search convenience and elimination of the lukewarm attitudes and Selfishness behavior for data sharing.

최근 국내 건설 시장은 포화 및 성장률 둔화 등의 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 디지털 컨버젼스 시대에 맞춰 IT기술을 융합함으로써 당면한 상황을 타개하려는 움직임을 흔히 볼 수 있다. 하지만, 건설산업은 IT융합의 여지가 매우 적었으며 단순히 IT기술을 필요에 따라 사용해 왔다. 다시 말해 건설 프로세스 전체가 아닌 일부 공정 공종으로 한정적으로 적용해 왔다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 건설 전(全) 프로세스와 관련하여 포괄적 관점에서 융합기술을 분석하여, 건설 IT융합 모델 개발 및 활용방향의 지표가 될 수 있는 프로세스 단계 별 적합한 유망 IT기술을 도출하고 나아가 효과적인 건설 IT융합의 기본방향을 제시하고자 한다.

최근 다양한 불특정 다수의 해킹 및 반복되는 DDoS 사이버테러 공격을 이해하고, 그 해결책을 비로소 공격 기법에서 찾을 수 있었다. 공격자와 방어자, 공격 기법과 방어 기법의 접목이라는 자유로운 연구 방식은 항상 엉뚱함에서 가능성을 발견해가는 도전이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 "KWON-GA"라는 세계적인 화이트 해커들 개발진이 오랜 경험의 침투 및 진단을 통해, 공격이 최상의 방어라는 미명하에 방어의 목적으로 구현된 지식 정보 보안 솔루션을 고객이 운용 중인 시스템 환경에 맞추어 필요한 기술을 적용하는 커스터마이징 정책으로 맞춤 솔루션을 제공할 수 있으며, 독창적인 원천기술로 처리되어 탐색이 불가능하고 내부적으로 유출되는 경우에도 분석이 되지 않아 해커에게 분석되어 취약점을 노출하거나 해킹의 수단으로 악용되지 않는 ITC융합 보안 솔루션을 시험평가 하였다.

산업과 IT기술의 융합으로 현대사회는 급속하게 발전하고 있으며, 그 이면에는 기본 인프라를 제공해 주는 건설 공사의 역할이 매우 크다고 할 수 있다. 최근 들어 건설공사의 복잡화 및 대형화, 첨단화에 따라 품질향상을 위한 제도 개선 등 관리의 중요성이 더욱 높아지고 있다. 그러나 건설현장에서 품질관리의 이슈가 발생할 경우 이를 해결하기 위하여 많은 시간이 소요되고 있는 것이 현실로서, 건설 프로젝트를 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 다양한 시스템이 유기적으로 연결되어 최적의 의사결정을 관리할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 RESTful_API 기반의 GCM 푸쉬 알람 서비스를 이용한 품질관리 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 건설 회사의 품질관리실과 프로젝트 매니저가 의사결정에 이용할 수 있는 모델로서, 건설현장의 프로젝트 관리에 적용할 경우 더욱 효율적이고 안전한 건설공사 관리가 가능할 것으로 기대된다.
