LMS(Least Mean Square) algorithm requires simple equation and is used widely because of the low complexity. If the convergence speed increase, LMS algorithm has a divergence in case of sharp environment changes. And if a stability increase, the convergence speed becomes slow. This algorithm based on a trade off between fast convergence and system stability. To improve this problem, VSSLMS (Variable Step Size LMS) algorithm was developed. The VSSLMS algorithm improved the convergence speed and performance as adjusting step size using error signal. In this paper, I-VSSLMS algorithm is proposed tor improve the performance of adaptive noise canceller in real-time environments. The proposed algorithm is applied to adaptive noise canceller using TMS320C6713 DSP board and we did simulation by real time. Then we compared performance of each algorithm and demonstrated that proposed algorithm has superior performance.

This study was conducted to examine the convergence effects of a simulation-based handoff training program on nursing students' handoff performance ability and handoff confidence. A quasi-experimental study of pre and post-experimental design was performed on 104 nursing college students located in P city and A city and the developed simulation-based handoff training program was implemented for 2 weeks from October 30 to November 10, 2017. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 21.0 program with x² test, Fisher's exact test, independent t-test, ANCOVA with pretest value as covariate. The experimental group had significantly different handoff Performance Ability in comparison to the control group. The simulation-based handoff training program can be used as an effective handoff training program to enhance the handoff performance ability of nursing students.

Recently, accurate prediction of power consumption based on machine learning techniques in Internet of Energy (IoE) has been actively studied using the large amount of electricity data acquired from advanced metering infrastructure (AMI). In this paper, we propose a deep learning model based on Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) as an artificial intelligence (AI) network that can effectively perform pattern recognition of time series data such as the power consumption, and analyze performance of the prediction based on real household power usage data. In the performance analysis, performance comparison between the proposed GRU-based learning model and the conventional learning model of Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) is described. In the simulation results, mean squared error (MSE), mean absolute error (MAE), forecast skill score, normalized root mean square error (RMSE), and normalized mean bias error (NMBE) are used as performance evaluation indexes, and we confirm that the performance of the prediction of the proposed GRU-based learning model is greatly improved.

This study is a study on the effect of patent management on the performance of new business development, focusing on fusion expert collaboration. In the past, most studies on patent management have been influenced by the quantitative patent index on the business performance. Therefore, research on the effect of patent management on the performance of new business development through the cooperation of fusion experts was very insufficient. Therefore, this study examined the influence of existing patent management on the performance of new business development and the causal relationship between the influence of patent management on new business development performance, focusing on fusion expert collaboration. The results of the hypothesis empirical analysis are as follows. First, patent management showed positive (+) influence on convergence expert cooperation. Patents management has a positive effect on fostering convergence specialists and utilizing convergence experts. Second, patent management has a positive effect on new business development performance. Patent management has a positive effect on the success of the business, the achievement of target sales, the development of new markets, the development of new technologies, and the degree of reflection of customer requirements. Third, patent management mediated by convergence expert cooperation has a negative effect on financial aptitude among new business development outcomes. The results of this study are as follows. First, it is concluded that patent management through mediation of convergence expert cooperation has a positive effect on non - financial performance of new business development performance. Financial performance includes business success and achievement of target sales. Non-financial performance includes new technology development and new market development. Therefore, in order to continuously generate business performance of domestic convergence new business development companies, it suggests that we should make efforts to be linked with new business development performance through revitalization of patent management centered on convergence expert cooperation that has positive (+) influence.

Disturbance/vibration reduction is critical in many applications using machine vision. The off-focusing or blurring error caused by vibration degrades the machine performance. In line with this, real-time disturbance estimation and avoidance are proposed in this study instead of going with a more familiar approach, such as the vibration absorber. The instantaneous motion caused by the disturbance is sensed by an attitude heading reference system module. A periodic vibration modeling is conducted to provide a better performance. The algorithm for vibration avoidance is described according to the vibration modeling. The vibration occurrence function is also proposed, and its parameters are determined using the genetic algorithm. The proposed algorithm is experimentally tested for its effectiveness in the vision inspection system.

The purpose of this study was to research the perception and performance of patient private information protection(PPIP) of 76 nursing students with clinical practice of 18 weeks. The mean score of perception on PPIP (4.62 points/5 points) was significantly higher than the performance(3.84 points/5 points). There was a statistically significant positive correlation between perception and performance. In the future, it is necessary to study the interdisciplinary convergence study to understand the factors affecting the perception and performance of PPIP of nursing students and to Develope and apply of PPIP education program for nursing students. Also it is necessary to seek joint plans between medical institutions and universities to improve the perception and performance of PPIP.

This study is to constructs the model by the relationship between the most important ones of TPM's step activities which are derived from the result of AHP analysis and the management performance. And it is to analyze whether step activities have impact on corporate performance through the mediating variable from a convergence point. Also it is to choose four step activities - irrational field and loss improvement, preparation and system establishment for the basic conditions of 5S, initial cleaning, loss analysis of facility efficiency - as independent variables, and to analyze the effect of TPM activity level as mediating variable on management performance as dependent variable. According to the analysis, four step activities don't have direct effect on corporate performance but TPM activity level as mediating variable has a full-mediated effect on corporate performance. That is, TPM activity level has been shown to play a role as mediating variable. Therefore, higher recognition of confidence in facility, awareness of self-development and definitive management of individual work shows TPM activity can contribute to corporate performance successfully.

This study was conducted to investigate the job-performance of manual wheelchair post-management and to find out the relationship between job-performance and vocational ability of people with developmental disabilities. In this study, situational evaluation and vocational evaluation were conducted for 9 subjects participated in the vocational training program about manual wheelchair post-management. The data was analyzed by non-parametric statistical processing. As a result, the job-performance was an average of 80.87%. The job-performance had a positive correlations with visual closure, kinesthetic integration, and basic concepts(p<.05). The relationship between job-performance and vocational abilities can be used as basic data for vocational training program and job assignment. It is expected to be useful of spreading the post-management job for assistive technology devices in the local community activated through the convergence of assistive technology and vocational rehabilitation.

In order to commercialize technology, Korea is continuously fostering specialized institutions for technology transfer/commercialization, and it is composed in various forms. However, there are limited studies on corporate performance according to the type of technology transfer/commercialization specialized institution and the type of support. This study aims to measure the combined utilization performance and performance of companies that have adopted the technology by classifying the types of technology transfer/commercialization specialized institutions. To this end, a study was conducted on 380 companies that promoted the introduction and use of external technologies. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the more the combined use of technology transfer/commercialization specialized institutions has a positive effect on corporate performance, and has different effects on corporate performance depending on the items of external technology introduction. In addition, it was found that the earlier the industrial growth stage is, the higher the corporate performance. Through this study, implications of strategies for the use of specialized organizations for technology transfer and commercialization and introduction of external technologies of the company were presented at the corporate level.
