The various sectors of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) have been addressing the evolution of thirdgeneration and future wireless systems in the context of a comprehensive International Mobile Telecommunications 2000 (IMT-2000) project, and within the ITU’s Telecommunication Standardization Sector (ITU-T) a Special Study Group on “IMT-2000 and Beyond” has been established to address the network aspects of these emerging wireless systems. The Special Study Group (SSG) is playing a global role in this general area, in which a number of regional standards development organizations and a variety of industry forums are also active. This paper provides background information on the SSG and describes the SSG’s ongoing work addressing medium-term issues relating to convergence of fixed and mobile systems and the harmonization of evolving IMT-2000 systems. The paper also addresses related mobility management aspects.

최근 고용 시장은 프리랜서 비율 상승과 근무 형태 다양화로 인해 변화하고 있다. 그러나 현재의 업무 관리 서비스는 여러 도구를 사용하는 불편함이 있다. 이 논문은 급여 유동성을 갖는 근무자를 대상으로, 캘린더, 메모 도구, 급여 계산기를 통합한 업무 관리 서비스를 제안한다. 이를 통해 한 플랫폼에서 업무 관리를 수행하고, 급여 계산과 기간별 급여 조회가 가능해진다. 또한 일정 공유, 채팅을 통한 의사소통과 자료 공유로 팀의 성과 향상을 기대할 수 있다. 더 나아가, 서비스의 확장 가능성과 추가 연구의 필요성도 언급하고 있다.

서버의 정보를 관리하기 위해서 직접 telnet, SSH 또는 서버 관리 프로그램을 통해 접근해야 한다. 이러한 불편함을 해소하기 위해 웹사이트에서 서버의 정보를 확인할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하였다. 이를 통해 사용자는 웹사이트에서 서버의 폴더 정보를 확인하고 관리할 수 있다. 또한 기존의 이기종간의 서버 관리의 불편함을 개선하며, PC와 모바일에서 모두 서버 정보를 확인할 수 있어 편의성을 높였다.

In a distributed environment, data fabric refers to the technology and architecture that provides data management, integration, and access in a consistent and unified manner. To build a data fabric, it is necessary to maintain data consistency, establish a data governance system, reduce structural differences between data sources, and provide a unified view. In this paper, we propose the Fabricator system, a technology that provides data management and access in a consistent and unified manner by building a metadata registry. Fabricator manages the addition and modification of metadata schemas and matching processes by designing a matching tool called MetaSB Manager that applies B+Tree. This allows real-time integration of various data sources in a distributed environment, maximizing the flexibility and usability of data.

As the convergence technology is developing rapidly and the portable mobile devices are spreading in ubiquitous smart healthcare, users were able to get medical information easily through the smart health platform. According to such rapid industrialization, wellness care, aging society, information society, changes in disease aspects and life style, user-centered healthcare, and health promotion contents are being offered. In this study, we proposed the mining based mental health and blood pressure management service for the smart health. The proposed method provides the mental health management service and the blood pressure management service for chronic disease patients within the mining based smart health platform. Users receive optimized healthcare services regardless of time and place in the PHR based smart health platform. For the performance evaluation of the proposed mining based mental health and blood pressure management service, F-measure verification are conducted.

In order to strengthen the disaster prevention phase and the management of social disasters, we will examine the plan of To-Be disaster management system interconnected by using intelligent information technologies such as IoT, Cloud, Big Data, Mobile and AI. The disaster management system can be upgraded by constructing an intelligent infrastructure based on Big Data analysis of the disaster signals before and after the disasters generated by private mobile and IoT. Big Data of disaster Signals can be customized to users in a timely manner through AI methodologies of supervised and unsupervised learning and reinforcement training. In the long term, it is expected that not only will the capacity of disaster response be improved, but the management ability centering on prevention will be enhanced as well.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of laws, systems, surveillance systems, and response management systems on organizational citizenship behavior and the moderating effect of organizational trust from the viewpoint of infectious disease prevention management for public hospitals. As a result of the analysis, the relationship between the monitoring system and the emergency response system showed a stronger relationship in the prevention management of infectious diseases. Therefore, it is expected that the effective management of the organization will be carried out in the field based on the theoretical foundation that the importance of the organization trust is paid attention and the firm the theoretical foundation in the future.

This study is concerned with the introduction and operation of smart factories. In order to accomplish the purpose of research, we made a standard system of smart factory and investigated the recognition system. This study was conducted as a grounded theory methodology among qualitative research methodologies. The results of the study are the necessity of a tool to appropriately evaluate the new manufacturing process management system and related management activities to achieve the successful introduction of smart factories and the management performance of the organization. In order to successfully implement the Smart Factory Certification System, it is necessary to establish a certification organization system, enact relevant laws and amendments, operate government-led pilot projects, train professional workers, and establish incentive policies.

SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) is a standard protocol for management of network devices, and it provides excellent features such as scalability, information management, authentication, encryption, and access control. However, SNMP has a structural weakness to fully support control functions for integrated management of digital convergence devices, and it has a limitation of message length in SNMP communication. In this paper, we present an extended SNMP scheme for integrated management of digital convergence devices with control functions. We modified the SNMP architecture by adding DDS (Device Driver Subsystem) to SNMP engine for controlling different devices and by defining CADM (Control Agent Driver Model), therefore we solved the ambiguity problem between 'set' and 'control' of SNMP. And the extended SNMP made it easy for SNMP applications to use various control functions. The extended SNMP can transport massive high-level information by adding three new SNMP commands which eliminate the limit of message length.

The purpose of this study was to confirm if self-management and self-efficacy of diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis patients were influencing factors on the hemodialysis-related symptoms. A cross-sectional study was performed on 254 patients based at 3 University hospital hemodialysis centers and 7 hemodialysis clinics from September 2017 to November 2017. The data was analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that patients with stable economic condition and no complications from diabetes, the higher patient self-management and self-efficacy led to lower hemodialysis related symptoms. Therefore, the government should provide financial support, a management process needs to be set up to prevent complications from diabetes, and disease-specific patient self-management program should be implemented to increase patient's self-efficacy.
