본 논문에서는 방송법과 통신법의 특성을 분석해 보고, 두 가지 법의 공통된 규제 특성과 차별적 규제특성을 도출해 냄으로써 방송통신 융합 환경에서 방송통신 통합법이 지향해야 할 핵심적 규제논거를 제시하고자 하였다. 또한 방송법과 통신법에서 고유하게 추구하고 있는 가치를 도출해 내고, 이러한 가치가 통합법에서도 지속적으로 반영되어야 할 필요성이 있는지를 살펴보고, 이러한 가치들이 통합법에서 어떻게 수용되어야 하는지에 대한 방향 성을 제시하였다. 연구결과, 방송법과 통신법의 공통된 특징은 두 산업 모두 전통적으로 강력한 진입규제가 적용되었고, 보편적서비스로서의 가치를 실현하도록 요구되어 왔다는 것이다. 한편, 방송법과 통신법에서 각각 추구하고 있는 고유의 가치는 다양성의 확보와 접근성의 확보로 요약될 수 있다. 방송통신 통합법에서는 방송과 통신의 전통적 규제논거를 유지하면서 융합 환경에 맞도록 다양성과 접근성의 의미를 수정 보완해 나아갈 필요가 있다.

본 연구는 다문화 가정 내의 고부갈등을 심화시키는 '갈등대화'를 통해 다문화 가정 내의 고부 간 '의사소통'의 유형을 보기 위함이다. 이를 위해 3편의 EBS '다문화 고부열전' 에피소드를 모니터링 하고, 대화 내용을 기록하여 융복합적 분석을 하였다. 분석한 결과 다문화 가정 내의 고부 간 대화에서 '역기능적 의사소통' 유형이 나타났으며, 이런 의사소통의 유형은 고부갈등을 더욱 심화시키고 있었다. 따라서 다문화 가정 내 고부갈등을 완화하기 위해서 순기능적 의사소통을 위한 융복합적 상담 프로그램 개발 및 가족 상담 필요성을 제언하였다.

경비업법이 제정된지 40년이 되었다. 그동안 시큐리티정책에 많은 변화가 있었으며 시큐리티 환경도 급변하였다. 경찰과 더불어 생활안전의 한 축을 담당하는 민간경비를 활성화시키고 지원하는 방향에서 전면적인 개정을 할 때가 되었다. 첫째, 시큐리티 환경를 변화를 반영하여 경비업법의 법명과 용어를 재정립할 필요가 있다. 즉, 시큐리티 컨설팅, 플랜너, 민간조사, 융합보안 등을 수용할 수 있도록 적절한 경비업무 범위 등을 확대할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 경비업법령의 오류를 시정하여 개정할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 경비업법령 중에서 불합리한 내용을 지닌 조항을 적절하게 개정할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 경비지도사의 선발, 교육, 선임 중에서 불합리한 문제를 시정하는 방향으로 개정할 필요가 있다.

In this paper the Baum-Katz law of large numbers for negatively orthant dependent random variables is studied. The complete convergence of negatively orthant dependent random variables under some conditions of uniform integrablity is also obtained.

The convergence properties of extended negatively dependent sequences under some conditions of uniform integrability are studied. Some sufficient conditions of the weak law of large numbers, the $p$-mean convergence and the complete convergence for extended negatively dependent sequences are obtained, which extend and enrich the known results in the literature.

The Paley-type inequalities for the complete convergence and lower and upper bounds in the Baum-Katz law of large numbers for i.i.d. random variables sequence are obtained. The results obtained generalize the result of Pruss [8].

Convergence rates in the law of large numbers for i.i.d. random variables have been generalized by Gut[Gut, A., 1978. Marc inkiewicz laws and convergence rates in the law of large numbers for random variables with multidimensional indices, Ann. Probab. 6, 469-482] to random fields with all indices having the same power in the normalization. In this paper we generalize these convergence rates to the identically distributed and negatively associated random fields with different indices having different power in the normalization.

In this paper, we proposed a variable structure controller with fuzzy PI-쇼pe reaching law. we fuzzified as inputs to fuzzy system Rf(representative point's orthogonal distance(rd) to switching surface and RP's distance(r) to the origin of the 2-dimensional space whose coordinates are the error and the error rate. The increments of the coefficients $k_{p}$ and $k_{i}$, of the reaching law are calculated appropriate by the simplified Mamdanl inference. The proposed fuzzy PI-type reaching law makes it reduce the chattering and has no need to tune the PI parameters of reaching law. The effectiveness of the proposed fuzzy PI-type reaching law is shown by the simulation results of the control of a Ball-balance System.

Some conditions on the strong law of large numbers for weighted sums of negative quadrant dependent random variables are studied. The almost sure convergence of weighted sums of negatively associated random variables is also established, and then it is utilized to obtain strong laws of large numbers for weighted averages of negatively associated random variables.
