Analyzing the diffusion of a convergence product is a new and challenging research field. It is very difficult to find research dealing with this issue due to the inherent complexity and lack of data. In analyzing the diffusion of a convergence product, we should simultaneously take into account its relationship with related single-function products because of their similarities in terms of technology and functionality. In this study, we empirically analyze the diffusion of the convergence mobile phones in South Korea and find that the convergence products can affect the diffusion of MP3 players and digital cameras positively or negatively. This research may be significant for business strategies in technology management and product development.

본 연구에서는 품질경영요소(QM)가 카자흐스탄 제조기업의 경영성과(재무성과, 비재무성과)에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 알마티지역 287개 제조기업을 대상으로 연구모형을 이용하여 10개의 가설을 설정·검증한 결과, 8개의 개설만이 지지되었다. 최고경영진 리더십은 재무성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인으로 확인되었으며, 고객중심적 사고는 비재무적 성과에 가장 긍정적인 영향을 끼치는 요인으로 밝혀졌다. 임직원 참여와 품질정보요인도 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으나, 영향력은 타 품질요인에 비하여 상대적으로 적은 것으로 나타났다. 공급자 관리요인은 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 관련된 2개의 가설도 지지되지 않았다. 이러한 분석결과는 대상기업들이 고품질의 완제품이 아닌 석유 및 원자재제조, 건설 등의 업체들로 구성된 데에 기인한 것으로 풀이된다.

With the energy paradigm shift from supply side management to demand side management, many researches have been done on demand side resource management and demand response. At the same time, Obix, BacNet-WS and OPC-UA are popularly used in buildings and industry energy management system. However, it is not easy to interchange the data and information among the systems cause a variety of protocols are used in buildings and factories. Therefore, in this paper, we are proposing an open business platform not only to integrate and manage the demand resources using various protocols and standards, but also to allow to plug-ins a new business service on top of the platform.

최근 급격한 기술 발전 추세에 따라 스마트 폰, 태블릿 등과 같은 모바일 기기들이 최신의 통신기술에 접목되면서 다양한 분야에서 우리 삶을 혁명적으로 바꿔 놓고 있다. 특히, 스마트 폰의 응용 서비스가 매우 강조되면서 스마트 폰은 스마트 폰을 이용한 모바일 비즈니스 프로세스에서 중요한 역할을 담당하게 되었다. 이러한 디지털 융복합 시대에서는 모바일 기기들의 이동성으로 인해 새로운 비즈니스 모델이 탄생하고 있다. 스마트 폰의 위치를 기반으로 사용자 주변 지역 또는 상점의 관련 정보를 제공해 줄 수 있다. 또한 스마트 폰의 사용자 프로파일이 광고주와 제품 판매자에게 제공되고 광고주는 사용자의 프로파일을 기반으로 사용자가 관심을 가질 제품들을 광고한다. 사용자는 최저 가격비교, 관련 상품이나 유사 상품 등의 정보를 제공 받을 수도 있다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 시나리오를 기반으로 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 제안하고 이를 실현하기 위해 필요한 기술적 문제가 없는지를 검토하였다.

기업에서의 비즈니스 전략 및 정보시스템의 역할은 다양하게 나타나고 있는 정보기술 환경으로 인하여 다양한 변화 및 융합을 시도하고 있다. 특히 빅 데이터의 등장과 더불어 지식기반 분석은 비즈니스 정보시스템 구축을 위한 전략적인 계획분야에서도 중요한 의미를 지니게 되었다. 다수의 연구들과 실제적인 응용을 통해서 정보시스템 전략 프로세스에 영향을 주는 조직적, 기술적, 환경적 요인들이 구체적으로 소개되고 있다. 이러한 정보시스템 계획에 영향을 주는 요인들을 입력, 프로세스, 출력의 절차적인 계획 프로세스에 포함시키고 있다. 본 연구는 정보시스템 계획을 수립하는 데 있어서 요인들과 정보, 프로세스 사이에 존재하는 의사소통 구조 요소를 발견하고 그 융합에 대해 연구한다. 비즈니스 정보시스템 프로세스 융합을 통하여 전략 목표를 평가하기 위한 프로세스를 분석한다.

The information technology, in the digital economy era, does a very important role not only for the country's administrative management innovation but also for the business and for the everyday life. Specifically, the e-business for the company or organization is defined as "using the Internet and IT, rescheduling of business process management activities to increase productivity and efficiency and to create new business opportunities." Thanks to the Korea's recent efforts, overall level of informatization and digitalization is able to receive high praise. But the e-business readiness (e-readiness) level is still expected a lot of room for improvement. In this paper, I try to analyze the informatization level of Korea's by the EIU's e-business readiness index and IT industry competitiveness index, to prepare a full-scale e-business era of global competitiveness through any preparation that could do to improve the situation from the analysis of statistical data.

This study attempted to provide implications by analyzing the impact of business Owner's safety commitment on industrial accidents and examining the mediating role of management supervisors' safety leadership and worker participation. Analysis was conducted on 2,067 manufacturing sites with 20 to 50 employees in the 10th Occupational Safety and Health Survey data. SPSS waw used to secure the reliability of the measurement variable. Hypothesis vertification was carried out after securing the suitability and validity of the structural model using AMOS. The direct impact of three latent variables on industrial accidents was confirmed: the business owner's safety commitment, the management supervisor's safety leadership, and the worker participation. The employer's safety will and the management supervisor's safety leadership do not directly affect industial accidents, but it has been verified that worker participation has a diret impact on industrial accident reduction. In addition, it has been confirmed that the safety leadership and worker participation of the management. Supervior have a complete mediating effect on the reduction of industrial accidents by mediating with the safety leadership of the management supervior and the participation of the workers. This study analyzed the impact on industrial accidents by dividing the stakeholders constituting the workplace into three classes: business owners, superviors, and workers, but the results suggest that employers and all workers inside the workplace may be organically linked to achieving the goal of reducing industrial accidents. Therefore, in order to establish an autonomous safety management system for safety and health at workerplaces, efforts are needed to reduce industrial accidents in their respective location by forming an organic community among internal stakeholders.

Many firms are efficiently applying smart business technology and smart business model to their management activities in order to raise their business results in a smart business environment. Firm's smart business capability is very crucial for the efficient execution of its management activities and to improve the performance of business tasks in a global business environment. An evaluation framework is necessary for effectively evaluating a firm's smart business capability to manage and improve its smart business capability in a total smart business perspective. We generated the first 21-item based on previous literature. This research found an 11-item framework that can efficiently evaluate an enterprise smart business capability by verifying based on previous studies. This framework can be used for effectively evaluating a firm's smart business capability in a comprehensive perspective.

표준은 다양한 기회를 제공하며 내부적으로 사업 목표를 달성할 수 있는 효율적이며 효과적인 수단을 제공할 뿐 아니라 외부적으로 경쟁력을 강화시켜 주기도 한다. 그러나 중소중견기업은 자원과 인식의 부족으로 표준경영이 제공하는 혜택을 충분히 누리지 못하고 있다. 본 연구의 목표는 국내 중소중견기업의 사례연구를 통해 기업 조직 구조의 차원에서 표준경영의 역할을 조사하고 이를 통해 표준경영에 대한 인식을 높이고 전략적 활용을 위한 지침을 제공하고자 하는 것이다. 세계표준의 날 행사에서 수상을 한 중소중견기업 4개를 대상으로 자료 및 심층 인터뷰를 통해 해당 기업의 표준경영 활용 사례를 조사하였다. 결과에 따르면 표준은 기업의 경영목표 달성을 위해 전략적으로 활용될 수 있으며 특히 국제무대에서의 인지도 제고를 위한 유용한 수단으로 활용될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 글로벌 경영환경에서 표준경영이 경쟁력 확보를 위한 전략적 수단으로 활용될 수 있다는 인식 제고와 지침을 마련한 실무적 가치가 있는 연구이다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the strategic direction of organizations and their employees to efficiently utilize smart factories and enhance business performance among Korean manufacturing companies. Research design, data, and methodology: We derived a structured research model to check the mediated effect of utilization of smart factory between the characteristics of smart factory and the innovation activities. Results: Quality characteristics of smart factory and Innovation activities were all found to have a statistically significant effect on utilization of smart factory, utilization of smart factory was found to have a statistically significant effect on the business performance. And it has been shown that the utilization of smart factory is partially mediated relative to the quality characteristics of smart factory and business performance and relative to innovation activities and business performance. Conclusions: Smart factory builders can reflect the areas that affect utilization of the smart factory in their strategies by considering the quality characteristics of the smart factory and innovation Activities. Therefore, smart factory builders can identify the quality characteristics of smart factory and reflect them in the process and analyze active utilize measures through the innovative activities of the employees of the organization, thereby influencing business performance.
