  • Nowadays, nations cyber security capabilities play an important role in a nation's defense. Security-critical infrastructures such as national defenses, public services, and financial services are now exposed to Advanced Persistent Threats (APT) and their resistance to such attacks effects the nations stability. Currently Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) is widely used by organizations to mitigate and deter APT for its ability to proactively protect their assets by using evidence-based knowledge. The evidence-based knowledge information can be exchanged among organizations and used by the receiving party to strengthen their cyber security management. This paper will discuss on the business process reengineering of the CTI information exchange management for a nationwide scaled control and governance by the government to better protect their national information security assets.

특허 데이터 기반 비즈니스 모델 분야 융합 트렌드 파악 (Identification of Convergence Trend in the Field of Business Model Based on Patents)

  • Although the business model(BM) patents act as a creative bridge between technology and the marketplace, limited scholarly attention has been paid to the content analysis of BM patents. This study aims to contextualize converging BM patents by employing topic modeling technique and clustering highly marketable topics, which are expressed through a topic-market impact matrix. We relied on BM patent data filed between 2010 and 2022 to derive empirical insights into the commercial potential of emerging business models. Subsequently, nine topics were identified, including but not limited to "Data Analytics and Predictive Modeling" and "Mobile-Based Digital Services and Advertising." The 2x2 matrix allows to position topics based on the variables of topic growth rate and market impact, which is useful for prioritizing areas that require attention or are promising. This study differentiates itself by going beyond simple topic classification based on topic modeling, reorganizing the findings into a matrix format. T he results of this study are expected to serve as a valuable reference for companies seeking to innovate their business models and enhance their competitive positioning.

공급자와 구매자간 협력과 공급자 성과에 관한 탐색적 연구 : 공급자의 성과에 대한 협력의 매개효과를 중심으로 (An Exploratory Study of the Collaboration and Supplier Performance between Supplier and Buyer)

  • In this study, we conduct an empirical study to investigate the impact of the interdependence and trust between supplier and buyer on both their collaboration and supplier performance in automobile industry supply chain. The result shows that there is a positive relationship between the supplier's dependence and trust on the buyer and their collaboration. Moreover, it shows that supplier's dependence and trust on the buyer affects supplier performance through collaboration as a mediating effect. Therefore it is very important to notice that supplier and buyer in automobile industry should try to have a good collaborative relationship together in order to improve supplier performance.

이업종융합회 참여 중소기업의 사회적자본과 혁신활동의 관계에 대한 연구 (The relationship between social capital and innovation in small business of Convergence Federation)

  • This paper reviewed the relationship between social capital(interaction, trust, shared vision) and innovation(product innovation, process innovation), and the moderating effect of CEO's entrepreneurship in small businesses of Convergence Federation. Based on the responses from 252 responses, the results of multiple regression analysis showed that interaction and shared vision effect positively on product innovation and process innovation, but trust effects positively only on process innovation. The results of moderating analysis showed that entrepreneurship effects positively on the relationship between trust and product innovation, and the relationship between shared vision and process innovation.

Metadata model-centered cost management app for small business owners in the restaurant business in O2O environment

  • In this paper, we propose a system that allows small business owners focusing on the restaurant business to easily understand the management situation, and to manage the operation and management centering on the cost of food materials and profits and losses. In general, the metadata structure is different depending on the POS system, so it is necessary to first develop a standardized metadata model for a food material cost management system for small business owners in various industries. For that reason, the system proposed in this paper was applied to the cost management app by referring to the development of a data model using the metadata standard. In addition, in order to implement a cost profit/loss management system for small business owners in the restaurant industry, it was designed to support standardized metadata models from various types of POS systems, and is a hybrid app that can support a smart environment. Interface) was configured.

  • Indonesia is currently intensifying its level of awareness of the importance of starting a business as an entrepreneur. How to respond to technological developments to help support the growth of a start-up entrepreneur. Usually before buying a product, customers always think of many factors that can influence their buying decisions in online shopping. The two factors that most influencing are, Discounts and Promotions, which can greatly determine people's purchase intention, before finally buying the product. The researcher begin research with the aim to understand whether these 2 factors are factors that really affect someone's buying interest before doing online shopping. For this study, information and data collected by the survey by using means of questionnaires. And it standard measurements using a 5-point Likert scale, and processed by IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program. In this study, it has been found that indeed these two factors, Discounts and Promotions, are both influential in encouraging someone's purchase intention in conducting online shopping transactions. We found that both factors are significant and influence each other. The results of this study expected to help broaden the horizons of buyers and sellers about the benefits of discounts and promotions in online shopping.

  • Many firms have used e-business systems to efficiently perform their business in an e-business management environment. Firms have applied their e-business capabilities to management activities in order to raise the performance of business execution in a global market environment. In this business environment, the analysis and management for the performance of a firm's e-business execution need to efficiently build and improve its e-business capability and competitiveness. This research presents an analysis tool for a firm e-business performance to efficiently manage and improve the e-business performance in this environment. The analysis items for a firm e-business performance are developed and extracted from the major components of a general firm performance in previous studies. The generated analysis items were verified by factor analysis and reliability analysis through a pilot test. The developed twelve items were extracted from twenty items by these analyses. This study developed a 12-item tool that can totally analyze a firm e-business performance in an e-business management environment. The developed tool consists of four analysis factors and twelve items.

  • 최근 대규모 비즈니스 시스템을 효율적으로 운영하고 자동화하기 위해 기법으로 BPM과 SOA의 융합이 제안되고 있으며 운영데이터로부터 매일 의미 있는 정보를 생성할 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 BPM-SOA 융합을 통해 비즈니스 프로세스 자동화 방법론을 제시하고 실제 프로젝트 관리 비즈니스 프로세스를 구현하여 검증한다. BPM-SOA 융합은 약 결합된 시스템 구조를 통해 향상된 확장성과 생산성을 제공하며 잦은 변경과 프로세스 재사용에도 장점이 있다. 그 다음, 기존 시스템에 새로운 비즈니스 프로세스가 추가될 때 시스템의 확장성을 분석한다. 마지막으로 의사결정을 지원하기 위한 SAP 비즈니스 인텔리젼스를 이용하여 BPM에서 생성된 데이터를 분석한다. 비즈니스 인텔리젼스는 의사결정에 유용한 정보를 제공할 뿐만 아니라 비즈니스 프로세스 최적화 기회를 제공한다.

  • 본 연구는 컨버전스 유형별 비즈니스모델 개발을 위한 혁신도구 비교 연구이다. 먼저 문헌고찰을 통하여 컨버전스 유형, 비즈니스 모델, 혁신도구에 대한 기존연구를 학습하고. 이를 근거로 컨버전스 환경 하에서 혁신적 비즈니스모델을 개발하기 위해 혁신도구를 이용한 비즈니스모델 개발 개념인 컨버전스-비즈니스-혁신도구 큐브(CBI Cube) 모형을 개발하였다. 이 개념의 구체화를 위해 전문가집단을 대상으로 한 델파이(DelPhi)기법과 AHP기법을 적용하여 CBI Cube 모형의 구성인자를 도출하고 비즈니스모델 개발을 위한 혁신도구의 상대적 우선순위를 비교하였다. 본 연구를 통해 기존 비즈니스모델의 벤치마킹이나 단순 모방의 수준을 넘어 가치혁신형 비즈니스 모델의 개발이 가능하게 되어 혁신 제품 서비스의 개발 및 혁신 시장개발에 보다 쉽게 접근할 수 있게 될 것을 기대한다.

기업의 윤리경영과 소비자 신뢰, 구매행동의 융합적 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Convergence Relation of Corporate Ethical Management, Consumers' Perceived Trust, and Purchasing Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 기업의 윤리경영 활동과 마케팅 효과의 융합적 관계를 파악하고자 윤리경영 노력이 소비자에게 신뢰감을 형성하고, 그러한 신뢰감이 실제 구매행동으로 연결되는지 조사하였다. 가설수립 및 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 분석을 통해 제품 서비스 책임, 기업 윤리지침 마련, 사회공헌활동, 고객권리 보장으로 구성되는 윤리경영의 실천이 소비자 구매행동에 긍정적 영향을 미치며, 그 과정에서 소비자의 이미지 지각과 기업 신뢰가 매개적 역할을 하고 있음을 증명하였다. 이러한 결과는 윤리경영이 기업에게 사회적 압력과 비용으로만 작용하는 것이 아니라 기업의 이익 증가로 연결되는 선순환 과정에 있음을 보여주고 있고 있어 기업의 능동적이고 적극적인 윤리경영 실천이 필요함을 시사하고 있다. 향후 연구에 있어서는 윤리경영의 대상 범위와 실행 수준을 보다 세분화한 분석과 최근 대중의 관심도가 높은 윤리 이슈와 연계한 연구가 필요하다.
