This study attempted to verify the relationship among Job Attitude, Personality and Demographic Characteristics according to Dual Commitment Type. The groups were named 'very high dual commitment group(both highly committed to the organization and union)', 'normal dual commitment group(average level of commitment to both of them)', 'resisting dual commitment group(no commitment to both of them)', 'organization commitment group(only committed to organization)', 'union commitment group(only committed to union)'. This research was analyzed by 388 Hyundai and Kia motor company members and 'very high dual commitment group' and 'organizational commitment group' showed the highest Job Satisfaction and Job Involvement. Through group segmentations considering sub-concepts could contribute to design a strategy to increase the company's competitiveness in aspects of the direction to the HR policy.

Since the major requisite of software production is manpower, the core element of the competitive power of software is also manpower. However, economic treatments and social status of software manpower are in a very unsatisfactory situation. While Korean government has been continuing to drive the policy to foster the local software industry, the most cultivating policies of software industry are adjusted to the focus to create the local market in software field, reinforce the global competitive power, and intensify the competitive basis of small and medium size business organizations. So it is true that manpower which is key players and core elements of the software industry, have been shunned by the government policy. The purpose of this study is to initiate the necessity of the policy for technical manpower in the software industry and to suggest a policy program to uplift the treatment of them. To achieve this purpose, this paper will analyze the structural relation between variables about software policy and suggest policy programs to improve the treatment of manpower in the software field.

As the Internet is widely used worldwide, digital asset on the internet becomes to be critical to protect from illegal copying and piracy which is an unlawful action that download or upload copyrighted materials from the Internet without having a right to use them from the copyright owners. Such an illegal and unethical behavior are pervading and becoming a big concern in many industries and business sectors over the world. This study examines the effect of the user's perception for piracy regulation and moral obligation on online piracy intention. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to see the different effect of regulation and moral obligation on piracy attitude and intention so as to suggest an effective method of piracy protection and to bring an attention on moral and ethical education for online piracy. The result of this study showed both punishment and moral obligation toward online piracy are significantly associated with users' attitude on piracy, indicating that higher level of punishment severity as well as moral obligation lead to decrease piracy attitude. This research also revealed that the level of users' moral obligation has a stronger relationship with piracy attitude than punishment.

The advent of multi-cultural society and multiracial nation is a new change of the times and a new phenomenon. In this social change, a need for a new theory and a new policy appropriate for Korean conditions is surfacing. In case of Japan, they have been changed into stable multi-cultural society by establishing various policies. An investigation on the changing process of policy in Japan has a great significance, we think. This study compared and analyzed the reason of promoting multi-cultural policies, changes of the related laws and institutions and the policies between Korea and Japan, investigated characteristics and differences between them, deduced implications and presented a new theory for multi-cultural policy appropriate for Korean conditions. In order to establish a new multi-cultural policy in Korea, firstly, acceptance of diversity and mutual recognition, secondly, establishment of policy direction through social consultation and thirdly, establishment of multi-cultural regulations followed by reestablishment of economical and political regulations should be required.

The size of the market as the economy continues to evolve, in order to make the right decisions to accurately predict the economic problems the market has emerged as an important issues. To express the modern economic system, the largest of the various economic indicators, pillars stock indicators analysis and decision-making with a proper understanding of the problem for the application of the model is suitable for time-series data concealment HMM. Based on this time series model and the calculation of the time and cost savings dimension decrease techniques for the estimation and prediction of the model was applied to the problem was to verify the validity. As a result, the model predictions in both the short term rather than long-term predictions of the model estimates the optimal predictive value similar pattern very similar to both the actual data and was able to confirm that.

This paper focuses on the role of international standards related to industrial technology and to analyze determinants to affect ISMS and its performance. Particularly its financial and operational performance were measured by survey aiming at an influence of certification and its performances. The variables explaining the performance were drawn out from factor analysis and then critical variables to affect performance were discovered by ANOVA and regression analysis. As a result of the analysis considering heteroscedastic and factor analysis, type of business and firm size were not significantly related to the performance but the existence of information security unit, investment in information security and the status of security consciousness in executives and employees were positively related. As a result, this study shows that security certification should be implemented with suitable capabilities and the investments to protect from leaking industrial technology and proved the importance of the security certification as an infrastructures and system.

This study examined the factors affecting the intention to use the wearable device consumers and the factors that have positive effects on the intention to use the wearable device or the consumers who have not yet used the wearable device. The purpose of this study was to examine the perceived usefulness, perceived usefulness, consumer individuality (individual innovation, self-efficacy, subjective norm) and wearable device characteristics (aesthetics, compatibility) of technology acceptance model (TAM). The results of the analysis are as follows. This study focused on the effect of consumers on the intention to use. (TPB) and Davis (1989) proposed technology acceptance model which is applied to various fields to predict the intention to use as it is proved validity and usefulness as a theory explaining various social behaviors. TAM) in order to examine the intention to use. In addition, we added consumer characteristics and variables related to product characteristics of wearable devices, which have not been studied much in previous studies.

Along with developments in technology, National Competency Standards(NCS) education is rising as the new paradigm of change in university education. This study has the purpose of empirically investigating the factors on satisfaction of students before and after application of NCS. The SPSS 22.0 statistics program was applied for the frequency analysis, reliability analysis and t-test. The results and implications by analysis are as follows. First, academic environment and after application of NCS have statistically significant positive influence. Second, From general situation attribute, before application of NCS positively(+) influences regret to university life. It allowed for the developed application of NCS. Third, social satisfaction and after application of NCS were shown to the major variable except long for home characteristics. Through these, this paper suggest to reinforce NCS application. So I recommend that future researches should expand variable samples.

Europe, the US and Japan have acquired test results on impact coefficient for a long time and applied it to equipment design to secure safety of structures. However, Korean enterprises use the impact factor held by advanced business to design equipment as it is difficult for them to obtain it through tests. In this paper, NX/NASTRAN, was used to perform static load analysis and impact load analysis of a PCB Handler, semiconductor test equipment, and the result was employed to study how to calculate the impact coefficient with the finite element analysis. The calculation method was applied to the JIS(Japanese Industrial Standard), and the impact coefficient of the PCB handler was calculated as 1.27 for the sudden start or stop. The impact coefficient generated by the analysis is expected to make a great contribution to the industry as it can be used to improve the equipment structure and develop on existing equipment in the future.

The strong demand for corporate social responsibility has led to growing consumer boycotts of corporate misconduct. Although there are differences over the legality of the boycott, it is important to develop the boycott in an effective and correct way because of its positive effects in terms of consumer rights and society. This study identified the factors and their influences on the intention of continuing and stopping boycotts when the boycott was becoming popular. In addition, in accordance with the duration(low/high) and intensity(low/high) of consumer boycott participation, the relative influence of antecedent factors on the continuous and discontinuous intention of boycotts was examined. A total of 272 questionnaires were collected from consumers currently participating in the boycott and analyzed. The analysis showed that the preceding factors had discriminatory effects on the intention of continuing and stopping the boycott, and the effects of the preceding factors on the intention of continuing and stopping the boycott were different depending on the duration and intensity of the boycott. Based on the research results, this study suggested implications, limitations, and future research directions.
