Beam string structure (BSS) is introduced as a new type of hybrid prestressed string structures. The composition and mechanics features of BSS are discussed. The main principles of wavelet packet transform (WPT), principal component analysis (PCA) and support vector machine (SVM) have been reviewed. WPT is applied to the structural response signals, and feature vectors are obtained by feature extraction and PCA. The feature vectors are used for training and classification as the inputs of the support vector machine. The method is used to a single one-way arched beam string structure for damage detection. The cable prestress loss and web members damage experiment for a beam string structure is carried through. Different prestressing forces are applied on the cable to simulate cable prestress loss, the prestressing forces are calculated by the frequencies which are solved by Fourier transform or wavelet transform under impulse excitation. Test results verify this method is accurate and convenient. The damage cases of web members on the beam are tested to validate the efficiency of the method presented in this study. Wavelet packet decomposition is applied to the structural response signals under ambient vibration, feature vectors are obtained by feature extraction method. The feature vectors are used for training and classification as the inputs of the support vector machine. The structural damage position and degree can be identified and classified, and the test result is highly accurate especially combined with principle component analysis.

Railway intelligent transportation systems and related Ministry of Land and rail operating agency's railway informatization planning of information technology, effective through the use of management strategies to establish or run to support the systematic informatization investment that you want to execute work in progress, during and yet the institutional informatization of operations mainly in the form of efficiency is Chinhae. In this paper, the details of the plan goals, promoting convenient rail-based real-time information, to promote optimal gohyoeuleul railways, railway safety and comfort, was defined as three. Selection of each goal, because the direction of vision and ITS around the railroad center of road users by highlighting the benefits of the railroad's traffic information center user switching, real-time delivery of information diversity (enhanced content) that can increase the capacity of line train operating systems, enhancing the safety management system introduced in the monitoring system and is a railroad crossing. Because urban railway project in accordance with the goal of decreasing the annual rate of the train support, and the average passenger wait time savings, increased future demand for railway, rail safety, including securing the expected effects may occur.

This study is about the present condition of facilities for the disabled at elementary schools in Ulsan and improvement plan of facilities for the disabled. The important thing of tasks of societies and nations is rights to education for the disabled. If an education is natural rights that give people identification, Societies and nations do their best to adapting anyone no matter who has any circumstance to civilization. The more people are poor, the more Societies and nations support and give them chance to education. Among people who really need the chance to education, there was the disabled. Therefore, societies and nations support them carefully more than any others. Above all things, considering the fact that separation to integration of a education for the disabled, facilities for the disabled that can base on an integrated education must be improved as soon as possible. An integrated education contribute to growing sociality and security of human rights for the disabled. It is natural that basic facilities are necessary for the disabled. A systematic program development that make ordinary students look fairly disabled students is really demanded for that ordinary students give disabled students love and help.

Being able to enjoy leisure time for adolescents is a necessary activity, for it helps them relieve their anxiety and stress and develop their potential. It is necessary to incorporate such spaces in the housing plans in advance and support diverse community activities. The current living spaces do not hold proper spaces and facilities for community activities appropriate for adolescents. Community facilities should be planned so as to reflect the needs of these adolescents, based on a clear survey in advance. The current study has conducted a survey to find out about the level of satisfaction and requests from adolescents on the leisure facilities their current living spaces hold. Based on this prior research, this study looks for solutions that could solve the issue at hand. The current community facilities are not convenient to support a diversity of leisure activities to the adolescents. The community facilities should be able to supplement information on the various activities put in place for the youth and widely supply the programs in demand. Furthermore, the adolescents wanted to form their own community within the facilities to practice their leisurely activities. We can safely assume that the youth's desire for more community amenities will increase for their own development.

Mosts of export/import cargo has been moving using maritime transport means. Korea had been driven the system automation project using EDI document since the mid-1990s. However, this automation system comes upon about 40-50% against overall maritime business process, manual or paper document processing work is existing as ever. International e-business environment also has changing into electronic form document transaction from paper document-based transaction. International standardization organization, UN/CEFACT proposed UNeDocs for paperless jtransaction. UNeDocs is a specification to define XML data model as well as electronic form. With UNeDocs, it is not necessary to generate the duplexed data, and it can support user convenient and guarantee the flexibility. This paper defines the UNeDocs data model for EDI and Off-Line processing at the current maritime business. Then, it have to check XML syntax and structure for the defined data model through quality of document check system. Also, it explains the applying plan about the defined UNeDocs data model. It is possible to support paperless transaction as defining UNeDocs-based standard data model and converting into paper document, XML and EDI document using UNeDocs data model.

Purpose: To investigate the behavioural factors of the health promotion for caregivers based on a socio-ecological model. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional descriptive study using a self administered questionnaire. The survey was conducted in 219 people chosen through convenient sampling between September and December 2008. The collected information included general characteristics, individual, interpersonal, community, policy level. Results: For the statistical analysis, the t-test was used for the health promotion according to the general characteristics and to each level of the socio-ecological model, by assessing the high and low values and dividing them into mean points. The influence elicited by different health promotion factors was determined using the hierarchical multiple regression. At the individual level, the factors influencing health promotion in caregivers included perceived seriousness, perceived benefits, and self efficacy. Social support was important at interpersonal level, and the use of community resource was relevant for the community level. We found no statistically significant factors relating to the policy level. Conclusions: In conclusion, the socio-ecological models seems appropriate for explaining health promotion and its associated factors in caregivers. We suggest that, for caregivers, strategies should be developed for their social support and to offer information about how to use community resources in relation with factors relating to the individual level.

This paper presents improvement of consumer's access and convenience to Farmers Market(Local Food Shop). We analyzed case studies and proposed plans of Local Food Shop and related facilities. The results are described below. Thorough pre-education and public relations with extensive support for agricultural products in the area and external support are necessary. Most importantly, the consuming population was close. These factors were the factors of success. Tourists' visit is effective. Consumer distance should be within 10km. Long distance tourists need a way to attract tourists on weekends. It is an advantage that there are many consumers. And it would be nice to have a market in the vicinity. And it is necessary to develop various activities such as experience activities and programs. Also, a place convenient for cooperation with the government office, public health center, etc. is good. Accessibility is enhanced when ICs of frequent highway and highway are close to cars. As a suggestion of placing a direct sales place, we will set up a place for consumers to collaborate and relax and also consider the convenience of providers. For the convenience of consumers' shopping, including sales outlets, we set up booths for daily necessities and industrial products, and place other agricultural cooperatives (NACF banks), local cafes and farmer restaurants in front. Consider multifunction combined service center for consumers and farmers.

Purpose: This study was to identify the factors affecting utilization of clinical nurses' hospital information system. Method: Using a convenient sampling, 450 nurses from 9 secondary or tertiary university hospitals in B metropolitan city were selected. Results: The extent that nurses utilize the hospital information system was 3.22 point on average. The hospital information system utilization was positively correlated with personal information utilization skill, information-oriented education, attitude toward computer, and support of the chief manager, while as negatively correlated with the organizational atmosphere. The causal factors of influencing on the hospital information system utilization were personal information technology, education experience of the hospital information system, age, attitude toward computers, education level and support of the chief manager. The total eigenvalue of the variables was 38%. The major variables of influencing on the hospital information system utilization were the personal information technology and education experience of the hospital information system. Conclusions: Thus, nurse managers should provide training courses to improve personal information technology of nurses, and consistently promote them so that nurses can readily apply the hospital information system which have been recently introduced in various ways and thus improve the efficiency of nursing.

P2P 기술은 분산 환경에서 효율적으로 자원을 공유할 수 있는 개념으로 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다. 이러한 P2P 시스템에서 컨텐츠 정보 제공의 역할을 하는 서버와 피어들로 구성된 P2P 시스템은 일반적인 자원 보유 서버로 구성된 시스템에 비해 서버의 부하가 적다. 본 논문에서는 음식 메뉴를 제공함에 있어서 소셜 네트워크 기반의 공동 구매 정보와 연계되어 시기 선택의 편의를 제공하는 P2P 시스템을 제안한다. 소셜 네트워크 기반의 공동 구매 정보와 가격 알림 정보는 P2P 시스템을 이용하는 피어에 의해 제공되고, 이러한 중계 정보는 P2P 서버에 의해 제공된다.

Current design specifications prescribe that the upper and lower reinforcement mat is required in the same amount to resist negative and positive moment in bridge decks. This design concept is primarily based on the unrealistic assumption that the girder plays a role of rigid support against deck deflection. In reality, however, girders are flexible and the deflection of girders affect the behavior of deck slabs. In the present study, an analytical method was developed to take the effect of the girder flexibility on the deck behavior into account. The method was formulated based on the slope-deflection equations of plates and harmonic analysis. Unlike the conventional finite element analysis, the input and output schemes are simple and convenient. The validity of the presented study was verified by a series of comparative studies with finite element analyses and experimental tests. It was shown from the analyses that the negative transverse moments of decks were significantly reduced in many cases when the girder flexibility were appropriately taken into consideration whereas the positive moments tend to increase. This poses a strong need to improve the conventional design concept of decks on rigid girders to those on flexible girders.
