  • Purpose: The first purpose of this study is deriving in-store characteristics that affect the experience of customers using unmanned stores and reveals the value of major services that customers feel and experience. Also, an empirical analysis is conducted on the effect of intelligent consumption value after using unmanned stores on consumption emotions and continuous use intention, and the modulating effect of customers' untact tendency on environmental characteristics and the value of intelligent services is verified. Research design, data and methodology: Samples were taken from 186 people who visited the unmanned store from April to June 2022 to investigate the research model. Results: It was found that the environmental characteristics of unmanned stores had a positive effect on the intelligent service value. Also, the higher the value of intelligent service, the stronger the influence on consumption emotions, and the higher the value of the intelligence service and consumption emotions, the stronger the impact on the intention to use intention. The untact propensity played a role in controlling the relationship between ease of using technology and the intelligent service value and the relationship between spatial arrangement and functionality and intelligent service value. Conclusion: In order to improve unmanned store service in the trend of spreading unmanned stores, it is necessary to not only improve the technology using convenience in terms of store environmental characteristics but also create innovative consumption experiences in terms of space layout, function, and convenience of payment.

  • Electronic payment is a very crucial function in electronic commerce. As electronic commercial transactions develop on a mobile basis, a variety of electronic payment services that can be conveniently used are appearing. In particular, mobile easy payment services improve the user's convenience of payment and give a positive effect on activating online transactions. In this study we investigate empirically the factors influencing the user resistance to mobile easy payment services. Especially, we compares the main acceptance factors of the mobile easy payment services with the main acceptance resistance factors of the services. By doing that, we derive the implications that could contribute to the vitalizations of the mobile easy payment service market. The research model includes "perceived risk" as a main acceptance resistance factor, and "easy of use" and "usefulness" as the main acceptance factors. The relationship among these three factors, "use conflict", and "user resistance" is expressed in the model. We analyze the model by Structural Equation Model. The results proves that all the research hypotheses are adopted except for the impact of "ease of use" on "use conflict", and that users of mobile easy payment services think of "usefulness" more important than "risk".

  • Ubiquitous computing is a study area explained in a myriad of contexts and technological terms. Payment, however, refers in nature to an act of money transfer from one entity to another, and it is obvious that a payment method will be valued as long as the transaction can be completed with safety no matter what technology was used. The key to U-payment is convenience and security in the transfer of financial information. The purpose of this paper is to find a desirable U-payment scheme by looking at the characteristics of seamlessness under the ubiquitous environments, strong personal device, and peer-based information transactions. We also propose U-SDT Protocol integrating technologies such as Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Bluetooth, Personal Payment Device, Account Managing Application and Transaction ID as a way to make transactions between users seamless and secure better privacy protection.

  • An electronic receipt (e-receipt) is a receipt issued electronically in place of a traditional paper receipt. This e-receipt, which can be accessed on a smartphone or online, allows for the exchange of goods, refunds, and other services without a paper receipt. The government is focusing on widespread dissemination of e-receipts to realize a society without paper by 2020. Introduction of the e-receipt has begun in mainly large marts and coffee shops, and recently, major franchise convenience stores. As a result, individual customer's transactions are being converted into electronic transactions, and the payment methods are changing to card-based electronic payment services or prepaid electronic payment services. The number of non-paper commercial transactions are also on the increase. In this paper, we try to identify the e-receipt industry ecosystem by analyzing the industries and markets participating in the process of receipt issuance from the perspectives of storage, management and disposal, and to analyze the domestic industrial and social economic effects expected from the spread of electronic receipts.

  • It easily collects information on purchased goods using IoT(Internet of Things). The collected data is updated directly to the smartphone for verification. The payment information is generated by QR-Code. As a way to implement a system, System was configured with two assumptions: IoT technology using Raspberry-Pi and mobile QR technology. First, RFID tags are attached to the goods instead of barcodes. Second, it has an IoT computer(Raspberry-Pi) built into its shopping cart. This system keeps traditional shopping method of face-to-face payment, but replace time-consuming tarditional barcode tagging method to QR-tagging system for time-efficiency. By debeloping the system of this paper, we maintain pleasures in offline store shopping and it provide convenience due to reduced waiting time for customers and providing prior information about the products.

A survey was conducted with questions including convenience and atmosphere attributes (5 factors, 24 questions), respondents' dining-out behavior (6 questions), and general characteristics. For the analysis, SPSS 20.0 was used for the frequency analysis, factor analysis and ANOVA. The findings of this research are as follows : First, new seniors considered cleanliness (4.23) as the most important factor when choosing a restaurant. Convenient facility (3.89), ease of use (3.68), atmosphere (3.33) and children amenities (3.18) followed. Second, the importance of factors were compared according to the general characteristics. • The place of local tax payment has a realistic meaning in determining the jurisdiction of local taxation. In deciding where to pay tax, the benefit principle, beyond the convenience of tax payment and the efficiency of tax collection, should be considered as the core criteria. The benefit principle seems to be well reflected in the payment place of most local taxes. However, in the case of the Local Income Tax that shares the tax base with the Income Tax, the payment places for business income and capital gains of real estate need to be changed from the place of residence to of business and real estate. Since the benefits of local governments' public services contribute to generating income through various activities such as working or conducting business, it is necessary to ensure that taxation is carried out in the benefit areas where such income activities are conducted. This reform seems to alleviate the tax imbalance among local governments to some extent, and certain positive effects are expected in the areas of tax payment and collection.

  • This paper introduces a development of the auto sushi conveyer-belt payment system using UHF RFID dishes. In a sushi bar, instead of counting the number of the finished sushi dishes, sushi dishes with the UHF RFID have been used in the auto payment system to have accuracy and convenience. To recognize each dish, the UHF RFID tag has been designed, and auto-payment system has been developed. The UHF RFID tag under the dish has been recognized by an RFID reader, and the auto RFID payment system shows the total price of the finished dishes based on the color and number of dishes automatically. The performance of the developed UHF RFID tag and auto RFID payment system have been measured and verified.
