비정형 데이터 분석을 통한 금융소비자 유형화 및 그에 따른 금융상품 추천 방법 (Financial Instruments Recommendation based on Classification Financial Consumer by Text Mining Techniques)

  • With the innovation of information technology, non-face-to-face robo advisor with high accessibility and convenience is spreading. The current robot advisor recommends appropriate investment products after understanding the investment propensity based on the structured data entered directly or indirectly by individuals. However, it is an inconvenient and obtrusive way for financial consumers to inquire or input their own subjective propensity to invest. Hence, this study proposes a way to deduce the propensity to invest in unstructured data that customers voluntarily exposed during consultation or online. Since prediction performance based on unstructured document differs according to the characteristics of text, in this study, classification algorithm optimized for the characteristic of text left by financial consumers is selected by performing prediction performance evaluation of various learning discrimination algorithms and proposed an intelligent method that automatically recommends investment products. User tests were given to MBA students. After showing the recommended investment and list of investment products, satisfaction was asked. Financial consumers' satisfaction was measured by dividing them into investment propensity and recommendation goods. The results suggest that the users high satisfaction with investment products recommended by the method proposed in this paper. The results showed that it can be applies to non-face-to-face robo advisor.

Conjoint Analysis of User Needs in Mobile Payment Interface Design

  • With the advent of the Internet era, consumer lifestyles have been changed tremendously, and mobile payment has carried out an increasingly extensive coverage of the people's life trajectory. Taking the design of the mobile payment interface as an example, we use a conjoint analysis method to survey college students in Guangxi, where questionnaires are collected from 270 people in different groups according to gender. The method separates the attributes that affect consumer choice of mobile payment interface design and the utility value of the attribute level to analyze consumer needs and preferences, and then obtains consumers' potential evaluation criteria for mobile payment interface design. The results of the study show that the attributes that influence consumers' choice of mobile payment interface design are, in order of preference: page layout, identification convenience, verification, module distribution, entertainment, and information encryption. Consumer groups of different genders show differences in their preferences in the mobile payment interface design and Consumer needs reflect consumer psychology. Several findings are obtained on the consumers' preferences on the mobile payment interface design, which may be used to improve future design processes.

항만물류서비스의 평가에 관하여 (On the Evaluation of Physical Distribution Service in Ports)

  • It is required to consider pricing and non-pricing factors and external economy in order to achieve the objects of physical distribution system in a port. Recently, among the three factors, much attention has been paid to non-pricing factor in the system. Although physical distribution service in a port(PDSP)has been frequently mentioned in documents and literature related to port and shipping studies, few study on it has not been systematically and scientifically made due to the following problems; $\circ$ there are not proper criteria to evaluate level and quality of PDSP and as a result it is difficult to set up a unified standard for doing so. $\circ$ algorithms to evaluate problems with complex and ambiguous attributes and multiple levels in PDSP are not available. This thesis aims to establish a paradigm to evaluate PDSP and to abvance existing decision making methods to deal with complex and ambiguous problems in PDSP. To tackle the first purpose, extensive and thorough literature survey was carried out on general physical distribution service, which is a corner stone to handle PDSp. In addition, through interviews and questionnaire to the expert, it have extracted 82 factors of physical distribution service in a port. They have been classified into 6 groups by KJ method and each group defined by the expert's advice as follows; a. Potentiality b. Exactness c. safety d. Speediness e. Convenience f. Linkage Prior to the service evaluation, many kinds of its attributes must be identified on the basis of rational decision owing to complexity and ambiguity inherent in PDSP. An analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is a method to evaluate them but it is not applicable to PDSP that have property of non-additivity and overlapped attributes. Therefore, probablility measure can not be used to evaluate PDSP but fuzzy measure is required. Hierarchical fuzzy integral method, which is merged AHP with fuzzy measure, is also not effective method to evaluate attributes because it has vary complicated way to calculate fuzzy measure identification coefficient of attributes. A new evaluation algorithm has been introduced to solve problems with multi-attribute and multi-level hierarchy, which is called hierarchy fuzzy process(HFP).Analysis on ambiguous aspects of PDSP under study which is not easy to be defined is prerequisite to evaluate it. HFP is different from algorithm existed in that it clarified the relationship between fuzzy measure and probability measure adopted in AHP and that it directly calculates the family of fuzzy measure from overlapping coefficient and probability measure to treat and evaluate ambiguous and complex aspects of PDSP. A new evaluation algorithm HFP was applied to evaluate level of physical distribution service in the biggest twenty container port in the world. The ranks of the ports are as follows; 1. Ergonomic Evaluation and Improvement of Bus Seat Armrest Design

  • Objective: The present study is intended to develop an improved bus seat armrest design by evaluating various bus armrest designs from ergonomic aspects. Background: An ergonomic armrest design which considers the sitting postures and body shapes of passengers can improve the convenience and comfort of a bus seat. Method: Subjective satisfaction of each of five design dimensions (length, width, height from seatpan, shape, and angle) was evaluated for seven bus seat armrest designs in various sizes and shapes by 58 participants (28 males and 33 females) using a 7-point scale (1: very dissatisfied, 4: neutral, and 7: very satisfied). Improved bus seat armrest designs adjustable in length and rotatable to the left or right (sliding and rotating armrest, SRA) with a concave, flat, or convex shape of the upper part were developed by considering the preferred design features and the body size and shape in sitting posture and needs of passengers and then compared with a conventional armrest. Results: A bus seat armrest with a wide width (40~50mm), a long length (360mm), a lower height (213mm), and a curved shape was found significantly preferred in terms of comfort. The proposed armrest designs (SRA-convex, SRA-flat, and SRA-concave) improved satisfaction by 46~62% for length suitability, 184~216% for width suitability, 205~214% for angle suitability, 138~181% for contact area suitability, and 49~64% for height suitability, 138~174% for comfort, and 93~111% for overall satisfaction. Conclusion: The preferred design features and passengers' needs of bus seat armrest were identified and the SRA designs were recommended for better usability. Application: The ergonomic design process of bus seat armrest employed in the present study can be applied to designing armrests in various vehicles for better convenience and comfort.

  • This study conducts a questionnaire with undergraduate students in the Dept. of Architecture who will lead the architectural field in future, examines environment and perception of CAD in their home and universities and aims at supplying the data required for setting CAD educational index and building its use environment, and it could obtain the following results. Individual CAD environment of undergraduate students in the Dept. of Architecture reach a considerable level in hardware part, but they don't have the same level in software part as the hardware and use illegal copy programs. It is shown that they spend their time in using CAD for five to eight hours a week and its main purposes are to perform a project related to architectural design or make report requiring drawing. Major places using CAD are CAD room in university or public PC room equipped with CAD compared to their own houses and most of them have a negative recognition of the convenience of its use. Their satisfaction with CAD use is considerably high and when they submitted their assignments of architectural design project by means of CAD, they had a positive evaluation from their professors and they have such hopes that 'Korean Support Strengthening', 'lowering price through version supply for students' and 'diversification of design symbol' in CAD S/W, and especially, most of respondents have an intention to purchase the original goods when version only for students will be marketed in future. Accordingly, for a qualitative improvement of CAD environment for undergraduate students in the Dept. of Architecture, universities must be equipped with the various types of CAD S/W and Applications and students' opportunity to access them should be increased. In addition, a method which can enhance using convenience of CAD room and PC room is required and CAD related S/W developers must market the version for students which consider the reality of undergraduates in Korea properly with an appropriate price level in order to settle a sound S/W culture.

Facebook의 Usable Security에 관한 연구 (Study on Usable Security of Facebook)

  • 최근 스마트 폰과 테플릿 PC를 통한 Facebook의 사용이 보편화되고 있는 반면, Facebook에서 공개되는 개인정보를 이용한 사회 공학적 공격과 악성코드가 포함된 댓글 및 게시물이 배포되는 등의 보안 위협 또한 증가하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 Facebook에서는 다양한 보안 기능을 제공하고 있는데, 보안 기능에 사용자의 편의성을 결합시킨 Usable Security 에 대한 인식이 부족하다. 그로 인해 실제 사용자는 다양한 보안 기능이 있음에도 설정 과정의 복잡함이나 부족한 기능 설명 등의 문제로 인해 적절하게 보안 기능을 사용하지 못하는 문제점이 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 Facebook의 보안 기능에 대한 사용자 편의성을 정량화 시킬 수 있는 방법을 제시하며, 실험을 통해 보안 기능 별 사용자 편의성에 대한 비교를 수행하였다.

  • 최근 발전되고 있는 정보통신 IT 기술은 자동차 시장에도 큰 영향을 미치며 발전하고 있다. 근래에는 운전자의 안전성과 편의성을 위해 IT 기술이 접목된 장치들이 장착되고 있다. 하지만 편의성이 증가된 장점과 함께 운전자의 주의 분산으로 인해 교통사고를 증가시키는 단점도 가져오게 되었다. 이러한 사고를 미연에 방지하기 위해 여러 방식과 종류의 안전시스템 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 두 개 이상의 센서를 이용한 레이더센서 와 카메라 융합 방식 및 Stereo Camera 방식을 이용하지 않고 하나의 단일 Camera를 이용하여 주/야간 차선이탈 경보 및 장애물 및 보행자 인식이 가능한 플랫폼을 구현 하고 차량에서 인식률 평가 및 유효성을 분석 하여 단일 카메라를 이용한 다기능 주행안전 플랫폼 연구를 제안 한다.

Development of Impact Table and optimum combination dedication module for green-remodeling advance business value assessment

  • Purpose: In case of existing building, A lot of attempts are being made like changing thermal system or using high efficiency products to decrease energy load and increase energy efficiency. However, (1) Absence of systemed database of green-remodeling technology and products. (2) Absence of comparative analysis system and qualitative/quantitative evaluation method of energy performance and energy reduction cost. (3) Existing remodeling was very hard to access for non-experts. So, in this paper, the authors developed data base for green-remodeling(Impact Table A, Impact Table B) and optimum combination dedication tool for user convenience. Accordingly, purpose of this paper validate usefulness of Impact Table and optimum alternative dedication tool. Method: For validate the usefulness of Impact Table and optimum combination dedication tool, the authors selected five test model office buildings. Next, through research investigation, the authors diagnosed the present state of buildings. In base of diagnosis results, select technologies for remodeling by qualitative comparison (Impact Table A). Next, evaluate quantitative price and performance technologies that selected in Impact Table A (Impact Table B). Lastly, through final evaluation of Impact Taba A and Impact Table B, determine the direction of the green-remodeling. Result: Impact Table and optimum combination dedication tool can use relative indicator for green-remodeling, especially through ROI by detail field.

실도로에서의 ACC 기능에 대한 시뮬레이션과 실차시험 비교 평가 (Comparison of simulation and Actual Test for ACC Function on Real-Road)

  • 세계적으로 환경문제에 관한 우려가 급증하여, 세계 각국이 온실가스 연비 규제를 강화하고 있다. 연비향상을 위해 첨단 운전자 지원 시스템을 이용한 연구를 통하여, 운전자의 편의를 위해 다양한 첨단 운전자 지원 시스템을 개발하고 있다. 그중 ACC, LKAS, AEB 등의 시스템에 대한 연구가 활발하다. ACC의 목적은 차량의 종 방향 속도와 거리를 제어하고 운전자의 부하를 최소화하여 사고 예방과 방지에 유용한 시스템으로 평가되고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본 논문은 선행연구에서 제안한 국내도로 환경을 고려한 시나리오와 거리에 대한 함수로 안전성을 평가할 수 있는 수학적 방법을 활용한다. 또한, 제안한 시나리오를 기반으로 시뮬레이션과 실도로 실차시험을 진행한 뒤, 이론수식을 활용한 이론 계산값, 시뮬레이션과 실도로 실차시험의 상대거리의 비교분석을 통하여 ACC의 기능적인 안전성을 검증하고자 한다. 이러한 방법을 통하여 많은 회사들이 ACC의 개발 단계에서 시나리오, 수식, 시뮬레이션을 활용하여 안전성 평가방법으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

  • 거푸집 공사는 부실공사의 예방 및 인력절감과 저비용 고효율의 공사관리 차원에서 공법개선이 요구되고 있으며, 자재 및 공법 채용과정에서 경제성과 합리화를 꾀하는 일은 전체 공사에 큰 영향을 미친다. 공사 효율성 제고를 위한 합판계 유로폼의 대체공법과 거푸집 폐자재의 재생기술, 고기능성 거푸집, 친환경을 고려한 재생 가능한 거푸집 등 경제, 시공, 안전측면에서의 효과적인 거푸집 개발 필요성이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 구조체 공사 공기를 단축하고, 인력투입을 최소화하여 원가를 절감시키고, 조립 해체 과정에서 작업의 생산성과 안전성이 확보된 사출성형방식의 합성수지계 재생유로폼 공법을 개발하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이에 1차적으로 제반 요구성능 및 필요기술에 대하여 조사하고, 이를 바탕으로 개발기술의 타당성 검토와 기존 거푸집 및 선행기술과의 비교 분석을 실시하고, 성능 평가를 실시하였다.
