With the development of information and communication technology, we have been able to access and manage documents containing corporate information anytime and anywhere using smart devices. As the work environment changes to smart work, the scope of information distribution is expanded, and more efforts are needed to manage security. This paper proposes a file sharing system that enables users who have smart devices to manage and share files through mutual cooperation. Proposed file sharing system, the user can add a partner to share files with each other when uploading files kept by spliting the part of the file and the other uses an algorithm to store on the server. After converting the file to be uploaded to base64, it splits it into encrypted files among users, and then transmits it to the server when it wants to share. It is easy to manage and control files using dedicated application to view files and has high security. Using the system developed with proposed algorithm, it is possible to build a system with high efficiency even for SMEs(small and medium-sized enterprises) that can not pay much money for security.
Industrial control systems (ICSs) used to be operated in closed networks, that is, separated physically from the Internet and corporate networks, and independent protocols were used for each manufacturer. Thus, their operation was relatively safe from cyberattacks. However, with advances in recent technologies, such as big data and internet of things, companies have been trying to use data generated from the ICS environment to improve production yield and minimize process downtime. Thus, ICSs are being connected to the internet or corporate networks. These changes have increased the frequency of attacks on ICSs. Despite this increased cybersecurity risk, research on ICS security remains insufficient. In this paper, we analyze threats in detail using STRIDE threat analysis modeling and DREAD evaluation for distributed control systems, a type of ICSs, based on our work experience as cybersecurity specialists at a refinery. Furthermore, we verify the validity of threats identified using STRIDE through case studies of major ICS cybersecurity incidents: Stuxnet, BlackEnergy 3, and Triton. Finally, we present countermeasures and strategies to improve risk assessment of identified threats.
An internal and external threat against an information system has increased, and to reduce it, organization has spent a great deal of money and manpower. However, in spite of such investment, security threat and trouble have happened continuously. Organization has conducted information security activity through various policies. The study classified such activities into prevention-oriented activity and control-oriented activity, and researched how information security activity of organization affects members of an organization and obeys information security policy by using health belief model. As a result of the study, prevention-oriented activity has a meaningful impact on seriousness, and this seriousness affects compliance intention for information security. Control-oriented activity has a meaningful impact on benefits, and the benefits have an effect on compliance intention. When an organization conducts prior activities such as education, PR, and monitoring, this organization should emphasize negative results that can happened because of deviation. In addition, in case of exposure and punishment through post activities such as inspection and punishment, if the organization emphasizes the positive effects of exposure and punishment rather than emphasis of negative parts, information security activity will be more effective.

In the paper, we proposed an IM-ACM(Insider Misuse-Access Control Model) for preventing illegal information leakage by insider who exploits his legal rights in the ubiquitous computing environment. The IM-ACM can monitor whether insider uses data rightly using misuse monitor add to CA-TRBAC(Context Aware-Task Role Based Access Control) which permits access authorization according to user role, context role, task and entity's security attributes. It is difficult to prevent information leakage by insider because of access to legal rights, a wealth of knowledge about the system. The IM-ACM can prevent the information flow between objects which have the different security levels using context role and security attributes and prevent an insider misuse by misuse monitor which comparing an insider actual processing behavior to an insider possible work process pattern drawing on the current defined profile of insider's process.
In traditional approach, enterprise-wide consistent security policy enforcement for applications is very difficult task. Therefore, industry is now moving towards new unified enterprise application security concept that consist of centralized authentication and authorization mechanism. The eXtensible Access Control Markup Language (XACML); an XML-based standard defined by OASIS, is most suitable choice which can support centralized, role based, context aware access control mechanism. It is designed to provide universal standard for writing authorization policies and access control request/response language for managing access to the resources. This paper includes a brief overview on XACML and discusses its benefits, limitations and a data flow process. We propose a new generic access control architecture that supports enterprise wide centralized application level access control mechanism using XACML. The other benefits which can be achieved through this architecture are, reduce adnministration cost and complexity, support of heterogeneous computing platforms, centralized monitoring system, automatic fail over, scalability and availability, open standard based solution and secure communication.
Confidentiality is one of the most important requirements of information protection systems. The access control technique has been used to provide confidentiality, but it has fundamental problems in that it cannot prevent violations of confidentiality committed by authorized users. Information flow control is a technique introduced to resolve such problems, and many approaches based on programming languages have been proposed. However, it is not easy for a programmer to implement the technique at the source code level. Furthermore, the practicality of information flow control is difficult to demonstrate because it does not provide control over programs that have already been developed. This paper proposes a method that enables a practical information flow control through using a protected area, a separate part of computer system storage. Case studies are given to show its usefulness.
Cloud computing is the concept of providing information technology services on the Internet, such as software, hardware, networking, and storage. These services can be accessed anywhere at any time on a pay-per-use basis. However, storing data on servers is a challenging aspect of cloud computing. This paper utilizes cryptography and access control to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and proper control of access to sensitive data. We propose a model that can protect data in cloud computing. Our model is designed by using an enhanced RSA encryption algorithm and a combination of role-based access control model with extensible access control markup language (XACML) to facilitate security and allow data access. This paper proposes a model that uses cryptography concepts to store data in cloud computing and allows data access through the access control model with minimum time and cost for encryption and decryption.

IETF suggested AAA for safe and reliable user authentication on various network and protocol caused by development in internet and increase in users. Diameter standard authentication system does not provide mutual authentication and non-repudiation. AAA authentication system using public key was suggested to supplement such Diameter authentication but application in mobile service control nodes is difficult due to overhead of communication and arithmetic. ID based AAA authentication system was suggested to overcome such weak point but it still has the weak point against collusion attack or forgery attack. In this thesis, new ID based AAA authentication system is suggested which is safe against collusion attack and forgery attack and reduces arithmetic quantity of mobile nodes with insufficient arithmetic and power performance. In this thesis, cryptological safety and arithmetical efficiency is tested to test the suggested system through comparison and assessment of current systems. Suggested system uses two random numbers to provide stability at authentication of mobile nodes. Also, in terms of power, it provides the advantage of seamless service by reducing authentication executing time by the performance of server through improving efficiency with reduced arithmetic at nodes.
With remarkable growth of using Internet, attempts to try intrusions on network are now increasing. Intrusion Detection System is a security system which detects and copes illegal intrusions. Especially with increasing dispersive attacks through network, concerns for this Distributed Intrusion Detection are also rising. The previous Intrusion Detection System has difficulty in coping cause it detects intrusions only on particular network and only same segment. About same attacks, system lacks capacity of combining information and related data. Also it lacks cooperations against intrusions. Systematic and general security controls can make it possible to detect intrusions and deal with intrusions and predict. This paper considers Distributed Intrusion Detection preventing attacks and suggests the way sending active packets between nodes safely and performing in corresponding active node certainly. This study suggested improved E-IDS system which prevents service attacks and also studied sending messages safely by encoding. Encoding decreases security attacks in active network. Also described effective ways of dealing intrusions when misuses happens thorough case study. Previous network nodes can't deal with hacking and misuses happened in the middle nodes at all, cause it just encodes ends. With above suggested ideas, problems caused by security services can be improved.

In this paper, we propose a Designed and Developed home router management system. Through the fourth industrial revolution and development of IoT technology, now people can experience a wide range of IoT related services at their workplace or daily lives. At the industrial site, IoT devices are used to improve productivity such as factory automation, and at home, IoT technology is used to control home appliances from a remote distance. Usually IoT device is integrated and controlled by the router. Home router connects different IoT devices together at home, however when security issues arise, it can invade personal privacy. Even though these threats exist, the perception for home router security is still insufficient. In this paper, we have designed and developed home router management system using DEVS methodology to promote the safe use of home router. Through the DEVS methodology, we have designed the system and developed the mobile application. This management system enables users to set up security options for home router easily.
