  • By using smartphones more generally, people's lives become more convenient. However, many people complain of stress caused by the use of smartphones, further, the tendencies to reject it are appearing. In this paper, new conceptual word, antismart-resistance consciousness gained by experience before and after introduction of smart devices - is newly proposed as a research variable. In addition, we have studied to identify the relationship affecting continuous use of smartphones with technostress and antismart. To achieve this, a research model and hypotheses were presented and verified by using questionnaires data. The result showed that users who actively embrace innovative technologies were highly tolerant of technostress, whereas knowledge or experience of IT trends did not affect technostress or antismart tendencies.

  • The purpose of this study to analyze the relationship among three characteristics of O2O commerce and extended goal-directed behavior(EGB) model(trust, desire and intention to use). From June to July in 2015, the questionnaires were sent to Chinese customers using O2O commerce. Among 494 questionnaires gathered, 433 valid ones are analyzed using SPSS and AMOS. Among ten research hypotheses derived from prior research and the research model, eight hypotheses are tenable, while the rest hypotheses are untenable. Online features of mobility and Offline features of service quality. The Online features of mobility bring consumers convenience but also has some latent customer privacy issue. On other hand, because of the untenable hypothesis, there is inconformity between online service and offline service, and customer have distrust on the O2O commerce. To achieve continuous online consumption, offline businesses need to improve their service. The perceived quality of selling company exerts a significant effect on the customers' reliability for the brand equity of open market company and selling company, such as the brand awareness of the open market, open market image, brand awareness of selling company, and the perceived quality of selling company. Thus, selling company should improve self-brand service and quality in order to improve customers' reliability. In addition, the consumer characteristics of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control are all tenable. These results mean that O2O commerce is a favorite way of consumption by Chinese consumers.

  • Trust has been identified as crucial to intention to continue to use e-commerce systems. Although trust is inherent in relationship-based practices, most studies on trust have focused on influences on customer trust. From the viewpoint of mutual trust, few empirical studies have examined the effect of users' perceived trust from an e-commerce website on customer trust in that website, despite the obvious importance of this issue, particularly in the field of e-commerce. This paper empirically examines the role of customer perception of trust in the customer on the part of e-commerce websites. In addition, this study explores the ability of e-commerce websites' trusting actions to transfer positive impressions that encourage trust in those sites. The results indicate that in the e-commerce context, a website's trusting actions are important to customer perception of being trusted by and trusting in e-commerce websites.

  • This paper is to explore the success factors of the online public grievance redressal system in the Nepal. It empirically tests the conceptual path model developed by DeLone and McLean which consists of six social perception variables with regard to citizen's intention to use the system. The estimates from 577 respondents support all the 13 hypotheses generated from D&L model. People's attitude and social norms are the two most important factors on the continuous usage of the system. It is suggested that the social factors are as much important as technological aspects when it comes to the e-government implementation. It is also suggested that the government should pay more attention to human factors in upgrading the design and development of e-grievance system in the foreseeable future.

  • As the interactive AI speaker becomes popular, voice recognition is regarded as an important vehicle-driver interaction method in case of autonomous driving situation. The purpose of this study is to confirm whether multimodal interaction in which feedback is transmitted by auditory and visual mode of AI characters on screen is more effective in user experience optimization than auditory mode only. We performed the interaction tasks for the music selection and adjustment through the AI speaker while driving to the experiment participant and measured the information and system quality, presence, the perceived usefulness and ease of use, and the continuance intention. As a result of analysis, the multimodal effect of visual characters was not shown in most user experience factors, and the effect was not shown in the intention of continuous use. Rather, it was found that auditory single mode was more effective than multimodal in information quality factor. In the semi-autonomous driving stage, which requires driver 's cognitive effort, multimodal interaction is not effective in optimizing user experience as compared to single mode interaction.

In this study, the effects of benefits factors (perceived usefulness, perceived economics, perceived enjoyment, relative advantages) and sacrifice factors (perceived risk, technicality) perceived by unmanned store users on continuous use intention through perceived value. In addition, it is a study to test through empirical analysis what role the social risk from COVID-19 plays in the process of consumption through unmanned stores. The purpose of this study is to provide strategic implications for the activation of unmanned stores in the non-face-to-face era. In this study, a total of 293 copies of data were collected for users of unmanned stores for hypothesis testing. In addition, the collected data was analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 statistical programs. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, it was found that the perceived benefits (perceived usefulness, perceived economics, perceived playfulness, and relative advantages) of unmanned stores all had a significant positive effect on perceived value. Second, it was found that all perceived sacrifices (perceived risk, technicality) of unmanned stores had a significant negative effect on perceived value. Third, it was found that the perceived value of unmanned stores had a significant positive effect on the intention to continue use. Finally, the social risk from COVID-19 has been shown to play a moderating role when the perceived sacrifice of unmanned stores affects the perceived value.
