상황인식 시스템에서의 서비스 결정 방법에 관한 연구 (A Study of Service Decision Method in Context Awareness System)

  • 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 상황 정보 추론에 필요한 상황 정보 표현은 육하원칙에 의해 분류되어 4W1H의 상황 정보와 추론된 Why의 상황을 통합하여 상위 상황들을 추론하였다. 본 논문에서는 추론된 상황 정보에 Whom(특정 정보나 서비스)과 How much(정확성)를 추가한 팔하원칙(6W2H)에 의해 특정 상황과 서비스를 분류하고 분류된 상황들과 부정확한 지식에 대한 표현과 추론을 위해 러프집합 개념을 도입하여 특정 상황에 적합한 서비스 결정 방법을 제안한다. 서비스 제공의 정확성을 표현할 때 0과 1이라는 일반집합으로 표현하는 것은 한계가 있기 때문에 이를 위해 퍼지집합의 개념을 도입하였다. 또한, 러프 집합 개념을 이용하여 상황 속성에 대한 리덕션(reduction) 과정을 통해 불필요한 속성들을 제거함으로서 각 사용자에게 가장 적합한 서비스를 신속하게 제공할 수 있도록 하는 것에 그 의의가 있다.

실시간 컨텍스트 정보의 정량화 단계를 개선한 협력적 필터링 (Collaborative Filtering with Improved Quantification Process for Real-time Context Information)

  • 추천 시스템은 일반적으로 서비스를 추천하기 위해 협력적 필터링 단계에서 실시간으로 얻어진 컨텍스트 정보를 정량화하여 사용하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 추천시스템은 컨텍스트 정보의 부족으로 부정확한 추천 결과를 가져오거나, 정량화 단계의 단순한 분류과정으로 인해 사용자를 부정확한 그룹으로 분류하는 문제점이 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 실시간으로 획득되는 컨텍스트 정보 부족 문제를 내용 기반 필터링에서 사용하는 사용자 프로파일 정보와 실시간으로 획득된 컨텍스트 정보를 결합하여 해결하였다. 그리고 정량화 단계의 분류 과정을 절대적인 방법이 아니라 상대적인 방법으로 개선하여 협력적 필터링하였다. 실험 결과, pure P2P 환경에서 컨텍스트 정보를 이용한 실시간 추천 시스템보다 예측 선호도가 5.8% 향상되었다.

Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis with Position Embedding Interactive Attention Network

  • Aspect-based sentiment analysis is to discover the sentiment polarity towards an aspect from user-generated natural language. So far, most of the methods only use the implicit position information of the aspect in the context, instead of directly utilizing the position relationship between the aspect and the sentiment terms. In fact, neighboring words of the aspect terms should be given more attention than other words in the context. This paper studies the influence of different position embedding methods on the sentimental polarities of given aspects, and proposes a position embedding interactive attention network based on a long short-term memory network. Firstly, it uses the position information of the context simultaneously in the input layer and the attention layer. Secondly, it mines the importance of different context words for the aspect with the interactive attention mechanism. Finally, it generates a valid representation of the aspect and the context for sentiment classification. The model which has been posed was evaluated on the datasets of the Semantic Evaluation 2014. Compared with other baseline models, the accuracy of our model increases by about 2% on the restaurant dataset and 1% on the laptop dataset.

사물 인터넷 환경에서 사용자 요구를 포함한 상황 인지 모델 (Context-Aware Modeling with User Demand in an Internet of Things Environment)

  • 사물 인터넷 기기가 일반화됨에 따라 사용자의 상황을 파악하고 다른 사용자에게 알림을 주어 위급 상황에 대처하기 위한 서비스가 증가하고 있다. 이와 같은 시스템은 대부분 기기의 값이 일정 기간 이상 변하지 않거나 이상치가 발견되면 이벤트로 판단하고 분석한다. 그러나 기기가 비활동 상태라면 상황을 파악하거나 다시 서비스를 제공할 수 없다. 이 때 만약 사용자의 요구를 파악하고 주변의 다른 기기들을 통해 서비스를 제공하거나 다른 사용자에게 상황 정보를 알린다면 적절한 조치를 취할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 요구를 포함한 상황 인지 모델과 이를 반영한 기기 탐색 시스템을 제안한다. 시스템은 수집한 데이터를 기반으로 사용자의 상황과 요구를 분석한다. 만약 사용자 기기가 비활동 상태일 때는 다른 기기를 탐색함으로써 상황을 인지하고 나아가 사용자에게 다시 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 제안하는 방법을 통해 사용자 중심의 서비스 제공하고 여러 응급 상황에서 필요한 요소들을 분석, 대처한다.

중국 구이저우성(貴州) 자오싱(肇兴) 촌락(侗寨) 경관문맥 평가 (Evaluation of the Landscape Context of Zhaoxing Dong Village, Guizhou Province, China)

  • This paper takes Zhaoxing Dong village in Guizhou Province as the research object. The purpose is to study the continuity of landscape context in Dong Village. The research process includes specification on the evaluation system of Dong village landscape context by AHP method, and use of the questionnaire survey method in sequence, according to the specific situation of Zhaoxing Dong village, and this study develops a specific questionnaire that modifies the evaluation system suited to reflect specific problems. Through the analysis of the specific questionnaire and recycling in Zhaoxing Dong village, this study found that Zhaoxing Dong village as a whole is over commercialized due to the vigorous development of tourism service industry. As a result, whether it is experts, foreign tourists or local villagers, the rating of the village landscape is low. There are three problems in the village landscape context: historical continuity, invisible cultural heritage and contradiction in protection and development. The results of this paper provides a future direction for the protection and inheritance of Zhaoxing Dong village.

빅데이터로부터 추출된 주변 환경 컨텍스트를 반영한 딥러닝 기반 거리 안전도 점수 예측 모델 (A Deep Learning-based Streetscapes Safety Score Prediction Model using Environmental Context from Big Data)

  • Since the mitigation of fear of crime significantly enhances the consumptions in a city, studies focusing on urban safety analysis have received much attention as means of revitalizing the local economy. In addition, with the development of computer vision and machine learning technologies, efficient and automated analysis methods have been developed. Previous studies have used global features to predict the safety of cities, yet this method has limited ability in accurately predicting abstract information such as safety assessments. Therefore we used a Convolutional Context Neural Network (CCNN) that considered "context" as a decision criterion to accurately predict safety of cities. CCNN model is constructed by combining a stacked auto encoder with a fully connected network to find the context and use it in the CNN model to predict the score. We analyzed the RMSE and correlation of SVR, Alexnet, and Sharing models to compare with the performance of CCNN model. Our results indicate that our model has much better RMSE and Pearson/Spearman correlation coefficient.

User context conjecture system using location and schedule information

  • In recent years, with the spread of communication media, such as a cellular phone and E-mail, we are able to communicate with others without any restriction of position or time. However, complexity of communicative context has increased so that user has to guess a partner user's situation and status in order to use various medias efficiently. This problem will grow larger as new media are brought in the expanding communications network. To solve this problem, we propose the system that guesses the context in communication by a user's media from the position information on PHS (Personal Handy phone System) and schedule information from schedule application. In this system a user's agent guesses automatically the context that owner has set, and answers the demand of the context from a partner user. Moreover, the agent decides a suitable answer, when there is a demand of communication by the media, which cannot be used.

A routing protocol based on Context-Awareness for Energy Conserving in MANET

  • Ad hoc networks are a type of mobile network that function without any fixed infrastructure. One of the weaknesses of ad hoc network is that a route used between a source and a destination is to break during communication. To solve this problem, one approach consists of selecting routes whose nodes have the most stable link cost. This paper proposes a method for improving the low power distributed MAC. This method is based on the context awareness of the each nodes energy in clustering. We propose to select a new scheme to optimize energy conserving between the clustering nodes in MANET. And this architecture scheme would use context-aware considering the energy related information such as energy, RF strength, relative distances between each node in mobile ad hoc networks. The proposed networks scheme could get better improve the awareness for data to achieve and performance on their clustering establishment and messages transmission. Also, by using the context aware computing, according to the condition and the rules defined, the sensor nodes could adjust their behaviors correspondingly to improve the network routing.

사용자 상황 정보 관리를 지원하는 IoT 통합 제어 모듈 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of IoT Collaboration Module Supporting User Context Management)

  • Various personalized services are provided based on user context these days, and IoT(Internet of Things) devices provides effective ways to collect user context. For example, user's activity such as walking steps, calories, and sleeping hours can be collected using smart activity tracker. Smart scale can sense change of user's weight or body fat percentage. However, these services are independent to each other and not easy to make them collaborate. Many standard bodies are working on the documents for this issue, but due to diversity of IoT use case scenarios, it seems that multiple IoT technologies co-exist for the time being. This paper propose a framework to collaborate heterogeneous IoT services. The proposed framework provides methods to build application for heterogeneous IoT devices and user context management in more intuitive way using HTTP. To improve compatibility and usability, gathered user contexts are based on MPEG-UD. Implementation of framework and service with real-world devices are also presented.

Gender Differences in Continuance Intention of On-line Shopping Services

  • Given the extensive role of IS in everyday life and the increasing presence of women in IS users, understanding gender differences in individual technology continuance usage decisions is an important issue. Nevertheless, much of the large body of research on gender differences has just examined mean differences between women and men in terms of abilities, usage habit, and traits. Even though lots of psychology studies have shown that women, more than men, were influenced by affective factors, gender-affection-continuance use linkage has not been examined in the context of on-line shopping services. Therefore, the primary purpose of this paper is to seek to examine gender differences in terms of influence of affective factor in the context of IS continuance use. Meanwhile, IS continuance has been an important subject of study in the IT research area. To date, to explain why and how users are motivated to continue to use on-line shopping services, lots of theory-based research such as expectation-confirmation model (ECM) has been proposed. In particular, various affective factors have been proposed to explain continuance use of on-line shopping services recently. Affective factors have been regarded as essential factors for increasing relational strength and satisfaction. Several affective factors have been studied by prior IS adoption and continuance studies. Among them are enjoyment and anxiety. In IS continuance research, positive affect has been commonly and narrowly conceptualized and measured as the enjoyment which a person derives from using computers. Hence, in this study, we introduced intimacy factor, which was conceptually related to the quality of interactions and relationships in previous research. It also has been regarded as essential factors for strengthening human relationships. As a result, we have observed gender effect while examining intimacy-continuance bond. As expected based on the previous literatures, women seem to be more sensitive in affective factors. The contribution point here is that we find evidence in the context of on-line shopping services.
