Recently, with the enlargement of cloud computing, virtual desktop infrastructure(VDI) can be an alternative of the existing personal computer based information environment. For the case of partially introduced VDI coexisting with personal computer environment, we suggest a virtual folder based approach to control the overall digital contents within an organization with a case of implementation. Although a centralizing device was used for storage and sharing of organization's digital contents, it was not easy to accomplish centralizing digital contents completely. It is tried to prevent users from utilizing their own storage in their personal computers or virtual machines and to use virtual folder which transfer and store digital contents to and in EDMS. The virtual folder system of this paper looks like a real folder in a personal computer, but it is another virtual device for outer storage devices including EDMS. It can be an alternative and reference of digital contents control for future applications of cloud computing.

Recently with the advancement of local wireless communication technologies, digital trends of audio contents and devices are paving the way for new experiences to network-based audio streaming services. In this paper, we present the Wireless Audio Sharing (WASH) technology over Bluetooth and Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN). WASH system provides an audio sharing mechanism over multiple users and also provides stereo audio streaming between Bluetooth-enabled devices and Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) media devices connected to wired/wireless LANs. To achieve these, we extended the Bluetooth audio distribution profile and combined the extended profile with the UPnP AV architecture. With the implementation of this WASH technology, we show some experimental results of the stereo audio streaming in a real environment.

The Semantic Web has the objective of developing universal media in which machine-processable semantic information can be represented and shared, and it is therefore important to distribute ontologies that represent this kind of semantic information to the Web and make them available to multiple parties. However, the current ontology authoring tools are not operating on the Web, which makes it difficult to distribute ontologies directly to the Web and to create and edit them collaboratively with other people. This paper proposes a framework that facilitates the ontology construction and sharing, realizing easy distribution of ontologies to the Web. Wiki is one of the frameworks for collaborative construction and sharing of knowledge on the Web, and Wiki contents consist of natural language texts and simple markup language for visualization. For better collaboration in creating and sharing ontologies, this paper suggests the Semantic Wiki that embodies the Semantic Web features to the existing Wiki system. The Semantic Wiki framework facilitates the collaboration in ontology co-authoring and sharing for people, and at the same time, makes it possible for the agent software to easily manage the ontology information. Eventually, the Semantic Wiki system accomplishes various tasks including the semantic view, the semantic navigation, and the semantic query.

In recent times, increasing is the number of civic participation government policy decision models through the application of the service design process. It's because the effect of a policy is cut in half due to the low acceptance will for police execution, which could occur in the supplier-oriented policy-decision process in the past. For solving out such a problem, civic participation policy service design has been under way in the name of 'National Design Group' led by the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs starting 2014. A sharing village is a village community in a broad sense for the purpose of giving effect to sharing economy, aiming to maintain sustainability through sharing consciousness raising between village members, coexistence and cooperation. This study presented a solution to the 3 sorts of city problems, i.e. sharing village, urban generation and youth employment settlement in combination by grasping the problems of the existing sharing village, and using service design method Toolkit However, there needs to be a follow-up research through continuous verification, and improvement of problems for the time to come because the casual relationship between research subjects is extensive, and this study has limitations in the satisfaction survey for verifying the result satisfaction, which individual subjects have, consequent on the suggestion of the way of solution, and the research period as well.

Job crafting has gained prominence in organizational practice as an important factor to cultivate positive performance, the purpose of this study is to present theoretical and practical implications of job crafting by examination of the effective variables that induce job crafting. We verify the correlation between shared leadership and job crafting and the mediating effect of learning goal orientation and knowledge sharing in the relationship between these two variables. Hypotheses were established on the basis of precedent research and various theories including social cognitive theory and affective events theory. The data were collected by conducting online surveys of 318 office workers who have served in various domestic organizations. The reliability and validity of the collected data were verified by SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0, and the hypotheses were analyzed by SPSS process macro 3.0. The study found that shared leadership yields positive effects on the learning goal orientation, knowledge sharing and job crafting of participants respectively and that learning goal orientation and knowledge sharing have a mediating effect in the relationship between shared leadership and job crafting. The results of this study present the effectiveness of shared leadership to facilitate the job crafting and implications and future research measures for the organization to develop a system for activating shared leadership, and for strengthening learning goals orientation and knowledge sharing.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of outpatient cost sharing reduction on health care utilization of children under 6 years old. Methods : The data in this analysis was the health insurance claims data between August 2006 and July 2008. The study group was divided into two age groups, namely 0-5 years old and 6-10 years old. This study evaluated the impact of policy change on office visits per person and expenditure per visit. In order to do so, the double difference analysis is used. Results: The results showed that outpatient cost-sharing reduction has never really had a huge impact on office visits per person and expenditure per visit. Conclusions: This study showed that the outpatient cost sharing reduction for children under 6 years old policy is not working. Therefore, cost sharing of National Health Insurance by income class is needed.

This study analyzes the current status of research data management at NST-affiliated government-funded research institutes for the purpose of promoting the sharing and use of research data, and based on this, suggests methods for establishing a research data sharing and management system. The survey on the status of research data management was conducted twice in 2022 and 2023 for a total of 20 research institutes. In addition, difficulties and areas that need to be improved in the management and sharing of research data were identified, and based on this, methods for establishing a research data sharing and management system were proposed by dividing them into policy aspects, system aspects, and linkage system construction aspects. In order to establish a research data sharing system, it would be desirable to prepare a policy basis and present contents such as the definition of research data, scope of application, contents of management, utilization method, and leading institutes. In addition, for systematic and unified research data management, it would be recommended that each institute will establish and manage a repository and management system. By linking this with DataON, the national research data platform, and providing one-stop services, the accessibility and usability of data will be improved.

The Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) specification enables sharing of diverse multimedia contents among different devices. Contents discovered via UPnP are organized using directory hierarchy. If there are multiple sources of content providers and if the directory becomes large, managing and searching of the shared contents can be difficult. In this paper, an enhanced contents searching method is proposed by using semantic annotations. UPnP metadata is expanded to include semantic annotations to enable natural contents searching.

The purpose of the research is to analyze the status and problems of the e-Learning quality assurance system on e-Learning contents and service provider(institutes) in the field of enterprise education. In addition, the research is to suggest the direction and strategies for revising and developing the system. The research put emphasis on two systems of the e-Learning quality assurance(contents, service provider) which directly influence financial support of government. This study depended mostly on literature review, supplemented by expert panel meetings. In the case of the quality assurance system on e-Learning contents, the followings are suggested; (1)admitting the contents made of the combination of modules in the approved module set, (2)making easier the qualifying of modified contents for maintenance, (3)revising evaluation criteria, (4)providing substantial feedback. In the field of service provider, the followings are requested; (1)differentiating of qualifying system by industry and scale of company, (2)extending the qualifying cycle, (3)improving the feedback and sharing system.

The recent development of overlay network technology enables distributed sharing of various types of contents. Although overlay network has great advantages as a huge content repository, it is practically difficult to directly provide such Internet service as streaming of contents. On the other hand, the media server, which is specialized in content services, has excellent service capabilities, but it suffers from the huge contents that are constantly created and requires large expansion of severs and storages, and thus requires much effort for efficient management of the huge repository. Hence, the association of an overlay network of huge storage with a media server of high performance content service will show a great synergy effect. In this paper, a location-aware scheme of constructing overlay networks and associating it with media server is proposed, and then cache-based contents management and service policy are proposed for efficient content service. The performance is analysed for one of the content services, streaming service.
