The archival contents of the National Archives of Korea are organized so that anyone can easily use the records with a lot of social interest or request for reading. However, there are some problems in accessibility of archival contents, lack of detailed information, difficult to use and less interesting delivery method, and lack of customized content. As an alternative to this, this study proposed the utilization method of the archival contents of the National Archives through YouTube channel. For this purpose, we analyze the status and problems of the archival contents of the National Archives and understand the contents of the YouTube channel of the foreign agencies and the National Archives, and evaluate and compare them. Based on this, we propose and apply the process of the archival contents visualization using YouTube. Through this, We expect that the recognition and usability of the contents information of the National Archives of Records will be improved.

Our research team implemented and operated the system by analyzing the membership information and identifying the different preferences for each group and providing the results of the recommendation based on accumulated membership information and activity log data to the individual. The utilization log was followed up. We analyzed how many people use recommended services and analyzed whether there are any factors other than the personalization service algorithm that affect the service utilization of the system with personalization. In addition, we propose recommendation methods based on behavioral changes when incentives are given through analyzing patterns of users' usage according to methods of recommending services and contents that are often used based on analysis contents.

The effect of various rice bran extracts such as water extracts (RBW), methanol extracts (RBM) and protein-fiber extracts (RPDF) on serum and liver lipid contents were investigated in rats fed with high-fat diet for 4 weeks. The increases of body weights in RPDF group were lower than those of control group. Serum total cholesterol concentrations were significantly decreased in RPDF group compared with control group. The contents of liver lipid in all three experimental groups were decreased compared to control group. Especially, total cholesterol contents of liver in RPDF group were significantly lower than those in control group. Compared to control group, the levels of thiobarbituric acid reactive substance in the livers of rats in all experimental groups were significantly reduced, but there was no significant difference among the three experimental groups.

The recent cultural properties utilization projects by the Cultural Heritage Administration have no rational standards to pay reasonable prices to stakeholders participating in budget compilation or projects. Therefore, there are frequent conflicts when calculating budgets between the Cultural Heritage Administration supervising projects and local governments or private organizations. Especially, as the items or detailed standard of budget compilation from planning to completion of projects are unclear, it is hard to stably operate projects, and eventually, they are no more than one-shot events without being developed into long-term projects. Thus, this study analyzes the overall operational status, systems, and problems of current cultural properties utilization projects. A national-level budget compilation standard system is then suggested, for the stable operation of cultural properties utilization projects. In addition, this study benchmarks the items and detailed standard of budget compilation used in similar areas, and also puts together actual cases.

The increasing demand for various mobile telecommunication services calls for more spectrum resource. Considering the scarcity of spectrum resource and the difficulties of development of higher frequency band, the unique way to meet the increasing demand is to maximize the utilization efficiency of the current spectrum resource. Under the circumstances, various spectrum sharing plans have been in recent studies to dissolve the excess spectrum demand. In addition, spectrum efficiency measurement methods become more important to verify the effectiveness of spectrum sharing and estimate the performance of various wireless systems. Our research addresses measurement methods to estimate spectrum utilization efficiency in a rational manner. Based on ITU-R recommendations, various measuring methods for spectrum utilization efficiency are reviewed. Then a queueing based approach is newly presented as alternatives to the current models. By using the proposed model, the spectrum efficiency increment with the adoption of spectrum sharing plans can be estimated more properly.

Population concentration phenomenon of city need large-scale ride, and ride is important urea that develop area and is armed surrounding land utilization. but, it is difficult to evaluate effect that ride gets land utilization change and community development as quantitative. Therefore, this research evaluates change and effect of land utilization as political to subway station that is main ride of Seoul City, and chose standard and position for right place arrangement of electric railway station. Research contents analyzed subway station effect area interior and external land utilization change taking advantage of GIS's buffer function and RS's classification technique, and decide precedence at subway station establishment and chose position of subway station for effect area outside area.

This study research how beginner utilization guild is made of beginner utilization guild for expanding the V-World. We classified the subjects and investigated the purpose of the visit through satisfaction surveys, Depending on the purpose of the visit, we categorize a beginner, intermediate and advanced user of the V-World visit. This paper studies making beginner utilization guild in the majority of visitors of using map-based services. We carried out analyzing function of the V-World, configuration beginner utilization guild, creation contents, making guild. The V-World is a public service that the spatial information of having built of the country provide to Citizens.

The purpose of this study is to present the basic data for the active use of closed schools by analyzing the actual conditions of closed schools in Gyeongnam area. As a method of this study, we examined the population change in Gyeongnam area through the literature survey and the internet site survey, and grasped the characteristics of the policies related to the closed school. Through the homepage survey of the local education financial alerts, we analyzed the contents, location, period after the closure, land area, and total floor area of the closed schools that have been in use or invaluable as of March 2017. As the results, In the case of self-utilization, the utilization rate of educational facilities was overwhelmingly high. In the case of lease utilization, the utilization ratio was higher in the order of education facilities, income increase facilities, and cultural facilities. Overall, 62.8% of the closed schools are located in the base towns (urban areas). The average of the period after the closure was 16.2 years, the land area average was $9,291.1m^2$, and the total area average was $1,153.8m^2$.

Influenza A virus is a single-stranded RNA virus with a genome of negative polarity. Owing to the antigenic diversity and cross concrete shift, an immense number of novel strains have developed astronomically over the years. The present work deals with the codon utilization partialness among five different influenza A viruses isolated from human hosts. All the subtypes showed the homogeneous pattern of nucleotide utilization with a little variation in their utilization frequencies. A lower bias in codon utilization was observed in all the subtypes as reflected by higher magnitudes of an efficacious number of codons. Dinucleotide analysis showed very low CpG utilization and a high predilection of A/T-ending codons. The H5N1 subtype showed noticeable deviation from the rest. Codon pair context analysis showed remarkable depletion of NNC-GNN and NNT-ANN contexts. The findings alluded towards GC-compositional partialness playing a vital role, which is reflected in the consequential positive correlation between the GC contents at different codon positions. Untangling the codon utilization profile would significantly contribute to identifying novel drug targets that will pacify the search for antivirals against this virus.
