The purpose of this study was to verify the mediating effects of shared leadership between team leader's facilitation competency and team effectiveness. To achieve the purpose, this study conducted a survey of 377 members in the team-operated organization. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 26.0. The results were as follows; Firstly, communication and creating of participation climate as a subcomponent of team leader's facilitation competency had a significantly positive effect(+) on team effectiveness(team performance, team commitment). Also the task and systematization had a significantly positive influence(+) on team commitment. Secondly, not only communication and creating of participation climate of team leader's facilitation competency but also task and systematization had a significantly positive effect(+) on the shared leadership. Thirdly, the shared leadership had a significantly positive effect(+) on team effectiveness(team performance, team commitment). Lastly, the shared leadership in the relationship between team leaders' facilitation competency and team effectiveness was confirmed to have a partially mediated effect. This study is meaningful in that it theoretically expanded the facilitation research by finding the relationship between team leaders' facilitation competency and other variables as well as suggested practical implications by presenting directions for the roles and competencies of leader and member required by the modern organization.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of gamification strategies on improving participation and motivation of shared electric scooter users. To this end, this study derived the user type through the first research question of how the shared electric scooter usage behavior and pulse are, and derived user tasks and scenarios. The second research question, a shared electric kickboard app with gamification, was tested by users to see if it helps increase user participation and form motivation. As a result of the analysis, it was found that users were induced to be considerate of other users by using a combination of the motivational, relational, and self-expression strategies of gamification. Second, it was found that the use of motivation, achievement and reward, and reward visualization strategy elements promotes user's voluntary behavior. Third, through relationship, achievement, and reward strategies, users participated to create a positive culture of shared electric scooters, drawing immediate feedback, indicating that convenience has increased. In conclusion, it was found that the user helped to play a positive role in voluntary participation and motivation through the use of the shared electric kickboard service with gamification.

This paper presents a hybrid blockchain-based Identity Management Framework for devices in Microgrid. It incorporates the use of a Public and Private Blockchain platform to store and authenticate Microgrid device identities. It also emphasizes the shared responsibility of the manufacturers to provide the first layer of authentication for the devices they produce. Identities of each device are stored in the private and public Blockchain and authenticated using physically unclonable functions (PUF) and cryptographic functions.

The Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) specification enables sharing of diverse multimedia contents among different devices. Contents discovered via UPnP are organized using directory hierarchy. If there are multiple sources of content providers and if the directory becomes large, managing and searching of the shared contents can be difficult. In this paper, an enhanced contents searching method is proposed by using semantic annotations. UPnP metadata is expanded to include semantic annotations to enable natural contents searching.

This paper examined the problems concerning recognition of business selection and operation, etc. and the presentation of the corresponding improvement measures. For this purpose, according to the results of a questionnaire survey on recognition of detailed business operation of the fire safety shared tax, satisfaction in business execution, financial operation measures for the subject of fire fighters, fire fighters have been shown to be indifferent to the detailed business field of fire safety shared tax, investment contents, etc. in the operation of fire safety shared tax. In terms of satisfaction after execution of the shared tax, reduction of the aging rates for firefighting equipment and improvement of dissemination rate was shown to be high with Fire Sergeant (M = 3.70) and a service duration of more than 16 years (M=3.64). To improve the measures of finance, there was considerable feedback saying that the reduction in state subsidy was inappropriate. In view of the diversification and development of the fire safety shared tax businesses being operated on a limited basis along with the overlap of most state subsidy businesses with safety field businesses, legal system improvement is needed for the stable securing of insufficient firefighting financial resources so that the full amount of shared tax can be invested in firefighting fields.

This study assumed that chef's shared leadership perceived by chefs in hotel culinary department affects self-efficacy, group efficacy, and job performance. Based on this, the causal relationship between each variable was analyzed through leadership sharing. And based on the results, we tried to suggest a manpower management plan suitable for the hotel culinary department and provide basic data. The subjects of this study were chefs working in 8 luxury hotels in Seoul and Busan. A total of 302 questionnaires were analyzed. For analysis, SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 statistical packages were used. As a result of empirical analysis, it was found that it had a positive effect on self-efficacy and job performance improvement of hotel cooks. On the other hand, it was found that the chef's shared leadership did not affect job performance through collective efficacy and collective efficacy. In conclusion, it was suggested that a differentiated and efficient manpower management plan is needed to enhance job performance by enhancing shared leadership and self-efficacy for cooks, where collaboration and division of labor are important, and individual ability is important due to the nature of their work.

The current global economy is changing from a proprietary commercial economy to a shared economy of value sharing. In modern society, single-person households have become common type of households. The reason for the increase in single-person households is due to the rising age of first marriage, the increasing number of elderly people, which is a result of the extension of the average life expectancy, fewer marriages, more divorces, goose fathers, the separation between dwellings for work, etc. Especially a significant amount of single-person households is occupied by young people, which is common in large cities. Along with the increase in the number of single-person households, the youth has created a new demand for housing demand for single-person households. The purpose of this study is to identify which factors influence the preference of a share house as an alternative to a single-person household by making an empirical analysis. As a result of the analysis, the accessibility of a share house, the characteristics of the building and the facilities all had a significant effect on the preference.

Today people adopt various contents from their mobile devices which lead to numerous platforms. As technology of 5G, IOT, and smart phone develops, the number of people who create, edit, collect, and share their own videos, photos, and articles continues to increase. As more contents are shared online, the numbers of data being stolen continue to increase too. To prevent these cases, an authentication method is needed to encrypt the content and prove it as its own content. In the report, we propose a few methods to secure various misused content with secondary security. A unique private key is designed when people create new contents through sending photos or videos to platforms. The primary security is to encrypt the "Private Key" with a public key algorithm, making its data-specific "Timeset" that doesn't allow third-party users to enter. For the secondary security, we propose to use Message Authentication Codes(MACs) to certify that we have produced the content.

It is important to consider not only audio/video but presentation way, in video conferencing, seminar, lecture based network communication. The method to transmit image of a chalkboard used in traditional seminar, conference, lecture are one of difficulties for remote environment since it requires techniques high-resolution transmission and talking films. In this paper we implemented real-time multimedia shared board system for shared effective multimedia presentation using connection-oriented socket of TCP. In this system, decreasing cost of related system construction, improve of data reliableness and interaction, presentation delay time be able to minimize.

The purpose of the PLSI(Patnership & Leadership for the national Supercomputing Infarastructure) is to maximize a utilization of public supercomputing resources by linking with each other. When someone performs a simulation and visualization of an application using it's resources on each sites, it needs to construct the infrastructure, so that afford to access the data globally. So, in this research, I implemented the global shared filesystem mutually to share remote filesystem's data between KISTI and Pusan National University's supercomputing center based on GPFS of parallel file system, and analyzed a performance of network and filesystem on 1Gbps WAN.
