This paper describes implementation contents contents of manual/automatic complex redundancy control mothod for control of a modulation system of a Paging earth station in redundancy stracture. The existed redundancy control method usually is a automatic local control method in which the redundancy switching, including display or alarm beeping through operation of display devices or audio devices, is performed by the co-action of components or modules when the abnormal status is occurred in a modulation system. However, this method introduced in here is designed to enable use of three control modes;1) Manual mode by an operator, 2) Auto-remote mode by the Network Maagement System, through implementation of the redundancy control system composed of the redundancy control board and the redundancy switching circuit.

Major purpose of this study is to explore effect of presentation modalities of Television and print on children's and adult's recall. So An experiment was conducted by comparing children's and adults' recall of information stories presented in three different modalities: "television moving Image1(auditory-visual redundancy)", "television moving Image2(auditory-visual redundancy)" and "print text". Results indicated that children remembered more infornation from the television moving Image than from print versions regardless of auditory-visual redundancy. But for the adults advantage of television was only found for information that had been accompanied by redundant pictures in television moving Image, providing support for the dual-coding hypothesis.

Focusing on the information sender, message, channel, and receiver, the existing information theory deals with the noise, information contents, and probability of choice, which involve in the process of information transmission. In the current digital environment, besides simply conveying information itself through media, the important issue is how to efficiently convey information. Therefore, we need to analyze the theory in different perspective, and to research the Information redundancy for the methodology of information design. The redundancy causes the receiver to have attraction to the information and to reduce its contents due to its supplement and repetition. So it can play a role of efficient communication method. The concept of redundancy is applied to the communication of art such as literature, architecture, painting, and design to accomplish efficient communication. In order to get persuasive information design for the receiver's perspective we need to make use of this concept. The redundancy can be applied with the technical aspect of multimedia and Interaction, which add supplemental expression, or sort of event for the receiver's experience and memory. In the process of constructing information it can be applied with the structure of gaming redundancy, entropy, the accumulating communication code using entertaining feature, and storytelling methodology. The noise and entropy could be used for the means of making redundancy, not the obstacle to information. The redundancy gives the receiver attraction on the information and makes them have strong will of interpreting it so that the purpose of conveying information will be accomplished efficiently.

Various contents are needed by many users as more developing the internet technologies. However, the conventional contents service structure can't support these requirements sufficiently. Therefor, the UCC that novel contents type is made based on the Web 2.0 concepts. It is needed the contents authoring tools that can use easily for creating multimedia UCC. In this paper, we analyze problems of exist ActiveX based contents authoring tool and local application based contents editor. we design and propose new authoring system that solve problems of exist system.

In the current high network-centralized computing and enterprising environment, it is getting essential to transmit data reliably at very high rates. Until now previous client/server model based NFS(Network File System) or AFS(Andrew's Files System) have met the various demands but from now couldn't satisfy those of the today's scalable high-performance computing environment. Not only performance but data sharing service redundancy have risen as a serious problem. In case of NFS, the locking issue and cache cause file system to reboot and make problem when it is used simply as ip-take over for H/A service. In case of AFS, it provides file sharing redundancy but it is not possible until the storage supporting redundancy and equipments are prepared. Lustre is an open source based cluster file system developed to meet both demands. Lustre consists of three types of subsystems : MDS(Meta-Data Server) which offers the meta-data services, OST(Objec Storage Targets) which provide file I/O, and Lustre Clients which interact with OST and MDS. These subsystems with message exchanging and pursuing scalable high-performance file system service. In this paper, we compare the transmission speed of gigabytes file between Lustre and NFS on the basis of concurrent users and also present the high availability of the file system by removing more than one OST in operation.

The gifted Education has been grown up a lot although it has several problems in terms of the quality of the gifted education programs after legislated the Promotion of Education for the Gifted and Talented Law during the last ten-year period. So the purpose of this study was to investigate teachers' perceptions of the national standards gifted education program and the problems in managing of the gifted education program. The conclusions according to the analysis are as follows. First, it has analyzed that gifted teachers recognize the lack of teaching and learning materials, regional level difference of the gifted children, Redundancy of program in the grade and school levels in managing of the gifted education as the problems. Second, it was found that perception of most gifted teachers about necessity of the National Standards Gifted Education Program development was very positive. Also, it has shown that gifted teachers expect the education with the overlapped contents and teaching methods would be managed differently, the difficulty of the topic selection could be resolved, and the quality of the gifted education by the programs development of various aspects would be increased. Especially, gifted teachers expect that the problem from the lack of gifted education continuity of school levels could be resolved by development of the National Standards Gifted Education Program. Therefore, for the improving quality of gifted education with resolving the problem from the Contents Redundancy and the lack of gifted education continuity of school levels, the national standards gifted education program should be studied developed as soon as possible.

For elucidating the key role of hidden neurons in information processing of Multilayer perceptrons(MLPs), we prove that the correlation coefficient between weighted sums to hidden neurons decreases under element-wise nonlinear transformations. This is verified through training of MLPs for an isolated word recognition problem. From this result, we can say that the element-wise nonlinear functions reduces redundancy in the information contents of hidden neurons.

The major purpose of this study is to explore the effect of the presentation undo combined by main four media(moving Image, audio, turf image) of web contents on the children's information processing process. So children were assigned to one of five experimental medium conditions: 'moving Image1 (auditory-visual redundancy)', 'moving Image2 (auditory-visual dissonance)', 'text', 'text-with-image', 'audio'. Results indicated that the moving image was found to be the most effective transmitter of internet news information for children's recall. And the recall advantage of moving image was found to be particularly pronounced for verbal information supplemented with redundant visual.

Virtual router redundancy protocol (VRRP) was designed as a solution to support fast fail-over in case of network failure. There exists virtual router which acts as default gateway in LAN, and the virtual router is dynamically elected between master and backup router. Through this protocol, end-hosts can be provided seamless network service. However, it needs expensive license fees and maintenance costs to adopt current commercial network operating systems. Furthermore, they are commonly enterprise proprietary software and inherently closed source. In order to tackle these problem, Open N2OS which is open source based open network software platform was developed. It has no dependency on hardware equipment, and provides high availability, scalability, various networking functions. In this paper, we handle VRRP operation and mechanism with related command line interface (CLI).
