두 가지 토양 염도 측정법간의 환산계수 추정 (Estimation of Dilution Factor between Two Soil Salinity Analysis Methods)

  • The electrical conductivity, EC is a major indicator of soil salinity. Measuring EC of saturation-paste extract of soil, ECe, is the standard way to evaluate soil salinity. However much of the data on soil salinity have been obtained by measuring the EC of the 1:5 soil-to-water extract, EC(1:5) or salts contents(%) which multiplied by conversion factor. And, thus we attempted to collect and analysis 90 soil samples at 9 reclaimed tidelands in Korea and to derive a relationship between ECe and dilution factor at ECe and EC(1:5), $DF_{1:5}$ of 3 soil textural conditions and 6 salinity conditions. Regression equations between ECe and $DF_{1:5}$ were obtained $ECe=1.4701ln(DF_{1:5})+5.0974(r^2=0.97^{**})$ in case of more than 50% silt contents, $ECe=2.1399ln(DF_{1:5})+5.3462 (r^2=0.99^{***})$ in case of below 50% silt contents, and $ECe=1.5927ln(DF_{1:5})+5.2486 (r^2=0.98^{***})$ in all cases, and then we suggested the $DF_{1:5}\;and\;DF_%$ of 3 soil textural conditions and 6 salinity conditions.

  • Background: TNF-$\alpha$ plays a major role in producing left ventricular dysfunction cardio-myopathy pulmonary edema and inhibits the compensatory mechanism of congestive heart failure. IL-6 is an acute reactant of immune reaction and also known to control immune reaction but its function in the myocyte was not clearly investigated. Author's performed this experiment to investigate the contents of TNF-$\alpha$ and IL-6 on the assumption that TNF-$\alpha$ and IL-6 may reside in nonfailing heart that has gone cardiac surgery and play some role in cardiac function. Material and Method : Right auricular tissues were sampled from 12 patients who had undergone total corrective surgery for both congenital and acquired heart diseases from January 1998 to June 1998 in Kosin Universcfy Gospel hospital. The quantitive analysis of TNF-$\alpha$ and IL-6 were assessed by ELISA method in right auricular tissue. Hemodynamic values about the pressure of ventricle atrium aorta pulmonary artery and cardiac index pulmonary and systemic vascular resistance and cardiac output were measured by echocardiography and cardiac catheterization and biochemical analyses of LDH & AST were done before operation. statistical analysis was by Paired Student t-test. Patients were divided into children(under 15 years olds) and adults groups and the data was compared beween two groups. Conclusion: Mild pulmonary hypertension and increased pulmonary vascular resistance were existed in both group. The contents of tissue TNF-$\alpha$ IL-6 in each group were independent of each data.

상피세포성장인자를 함유한 동결건조-재분산 리포좀의 입도분포 및 봉입률 (Size Distribution Characteristics and Entrapment Efficiency of Dried-Reconstituted Liposomes Containing Epidermal Growth Factor)

  • Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF), discovered by Stanley Cohen in 1960, has a potential healing effect for wounds and bums. Considering wound care, in order to avoid physical stress at the wound surface and efficiently apply EGF, the need for viscous spraying solutions was essential. Viscous spraying solutions containing EGF were prepared by utilizing viscosity-building polymer, poloxamer 407, and by introducing liposome systems. On the other hand, EGF is purified on reverse HPLC gradient program with the mobile solvent of acetonitrile. It is necessary to observe liposomal EGF changes as the acetonitrile contents varied in order to introduce liposome systems at the step of EGF solution (at the time of EGF purifying). By evaluating the size distribution and entrapment efficiency of EGF liposome, it was possible to detemine the limit contents of acetonitrile and establish the optimal conditions for solution formulations. It has been revealed that, as the acetonitrile content increases, mean diameter of EGF liposomes increased and the width of size distribution tends to decrease. The limit contents of acetonitrile were 10%, since there was little difference to the acetonitrile free liposomes.

교량 건설 문서의 강화된 XML 스키마 매칭을 위한 인공신경망 기반의 요소 가중치 선정 방안 (Artificial Neural Network-based Weight Factor Determination Method for the Enhanced XML Schema Matching of Bridge Engineering Documents)

  • Bridge engineering documents have essential contents that must be referenced continuously throughout a structure's entire life cycle, but research related to the quality of the contents is still lacking. XML schema matching is an excellent technique to improve the quality of stored data; however, it takes excessive computing time when applied to documents with many contents and a deep hierarchical structure, such as bridge engineering documents. Moreover, it requires a manual parametric study for matching elements' weight factors, maintaining a high matching accuracy. This study proposes an efficient weight-factor determination method based on an artificial neural network (ANN) model using the simplified XML schema-matching method proposed in a previous research to reduce the computing time. The ANN model was generated and verified using 580 data of document properties, weight factors, and matching accuracy. The proposed ANN-based schema-matching method showed superiority in terms of accuracy and efficiency compared with the previous study on XML schema matching for bridge engineering documents.

프랜차이즈 교육기관과 교육콘텐츠의 특성이 교육전이에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Characteristics of Franchise Educational Institution and Contents on the Educational Transition)

  • Purpose: As a research on the effects of the characteristics of franchise educational institution and contents on the educational transition, commitment, and recommendation intention, this study aimed to suggest the basic data that could be used for the performance of educational training of franchise headquarters, and also to suggest an empirical research helpful for the development of actual educational system and the operation of curriculum for franchise educational institutions. Research design, data, and methodology: This study selected the trainees who recently completed the training in a franchise educational institution as the samples. The survey was conducted for 20 days from October 1st to October 20th 2018, targeting total 230 people, and total 207 questionnaires were collected (Missing value 23). To verify the validity of the measurement tool used for this study, this study reviewed the factor loading of each factor by conducting the confirmatory factor analysis(CFA), and then verified the average variance extracted(AVE) and the composite construct reliability(CCR). Lastly, the structural equation model(SEM) was verified based on the research hypotheses and research model. The SPSS Win Ver. 20.0 & AMOS 20.0 were used for every analysis of this study. Results: The results of this study could be summarized as follows. First, the reputation and interaction of the characteristics of franchise educational institution had significantly positive(+) effects on the educational transition. Second, all the sub - variables of educational contents such as job relevance, education method, and instructors' professionalism had positive(+) effects on the educational transition while the educational transition had positive effects on the organizational commitment, career commitment, and job commitment. Lastly, the organizational commitment and job commitment had positive(+) effects on the recommendation intention. Thus, the trainees with higher organizational commitment and job commitment in a franchise educational institution, showed higher intention to recommend the educational institution to others. Conclusions: The results of this study imply that the franchise educational institutions could increase the actual performance of education such as educational transition, commitment, and recommendation intention by increasing interactions within educational institutions and also designing effective educational contents, so that the trainees could highly perceive the educational transition of education.

  • 전 세계적으로 3D콘텐츠 산업에 대한 활성화가 진행 되면서 글로벌 경쟁력을 위한 3D 콘텐츠 제작에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 국내에서도 많은 전문가들이 헐리우드를 중심으로 제작되고 있는 우수한 3D 입체영화에 주목을 하고 있다. 최근, <아바타> 3D가 해외 글로벌 시장에서 차별화된 3D 컴퓨터 그래픽스기반 디지털 제작기술들을 선보여 콘텐츠 산업에 많은 파급효과를 주고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 최근 주목 받고 있는 헐리우드 3D 입체영화<아바타>의 성공요인을 분석하였으며 국내와 헐리우드의 3D콘텐츠 제작 환경을 비교분석 하였다. 이를 바탕으로 한국형 3D콘텐츠의 위기의 요인과 기회의 요인을 분석하였다. 또한, 영화진흥위원회의 통계자료 분석, 한국영화의 선전과 정부의 강력한 정책 방향 등을 바탕으로 한국형 3D콘텐츠의 성공 가능성을 제시하고자 한다.

도.농촌지역 암 검진 수검률 영향 요인 연구 (Study on Factors that Influence Cancer Screening Rate in Urban and Rural Areas)

  • 본 연구는 도시, 농촌지역에 거주하고 있는 암 검진 수검자들을 대상으로 원하는 암 검진 서비스와 과정, 환경, 결과 등에 대한 분석을 통하여 암 검진 수검률에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구는 빈도분석, 교차분석, t-test, ANOVA, 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 결론을 도출하였다. 도시지역 암 검진 수검률에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 검진예약절차, 의료진전문성, 검진통보내용, 검진결과설명, 검진통보날짜, 검진예약기간이, 농촌지역은 검진통보내용, 총 검진시간, 검진결과설명, 의료진전문성, 검진예약기간, 검진과정설명이 주요 요인으로 분석되었다. 도시 농촌별로 암 검진 수검 시 수검률에 영향을 미치는 주요요인에는 큰 차이는 없는 것으로 조사되었다. 검진 절차와 서비스에 대한 요구파악은 지속적으로 실행되어야 하며, 도시 농촌지역간의 형평성을 고려한 차별화 전략과 정책수립이 요구된다고 하겠다.

지역문화축제의 서비스품질에 대한 중요도-성취도 분석(2013 평창효석문화제를 중심으로) (The Importance-Performance Analysis on the Service Quality of Local Cultural Festivals(Based on Pyeongchang Hyoseok Culture Festival in 2013))

  • 본 연구의 목적은 서비스품질을 활용한 측정기준을 설정하여 지역문화축제에 대한 인식수준을 파악함과 동시에 서비스품질에 대한 중요도-성취도 분석을 통하여 향후 서비스품질 향상 및 방문객의 축제이용시 이용극대화를 위한 효율적인 개선운영방안을 모색하여 지역문화축제의 질적향상에 도움이 되고자 한다. 중요도와 성취도간 대응일치 t-test 결과 1)응답성 요인에서는 휴식공간여부, 시설배치도, 의사전달, 화장실비치/청결도 2) 확신성 요인에서는 음식가격, 종업원의 친절, 3)신뢰성 요인에서는 (행사장까지)축제팸플릿, 안내시설/표지판, 친절도, 스케줄안내, 신속한 대응 등 모든 항목, 4) 유형성 요인에서도 지역문화인지도, 유익성, 스토리텔링 등 모든 항목에서 5) 공감성 요인에서는 행사의 다양성과 축제내용 항목에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

뇌신경생물학적 문제로 발생하는 학습 부진 (난독증)검사도구 개발 (Development of Measurement Tool for Students with Nurological Problems)

  • 본 연구는 중등학교 학생을 대상으로 난독증 선별 체크리스트 개발을 목적으로 한다. 내용 타당도를 확보하기 위해 선행연구 사례를 참조했고, 5명으로 구성된 전문가 자문을 받아 측정요인과 문항을 구성하였다. 예비조사는 충청남도에 소재한 중학교와 고등학교에 재학 중인 학생 265명을 대상으로 하였다. 신뢰도를 확보하기위하여 SPSS 21.0을 활용하여 탐색적 요인분석을 했고, 적합도를 얻기 위해 AMOS 18.0을 활용하여 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째는, 측정요인 8개와 문항 34개를 확보하였다. 둘째, 탐색적 요인분석 결과 신뢰도 통계량(Crombach ${\alpha}$)은 .922로 매우 높은 값을 얻었다. 셋째, 확인적 요인분석결과 절대적 적합지수 GFI=.920, RMR=.057, RMSEA=.062, 증분적 적합지수 CGI=.960, TLI=.977의 결과 값을 얻었다. 따라서 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서 개발된 중등학생 대상 난독증 척도검사 도구는 측정도구로써 적합함을 확인 하였다.

영산강 하구 표층 퇴적물의 중금속 함량 및 분포 (Heavy Metals in Surface Sediments of the Youngsan Estuary, West Coast of Korea)

  • determine the distribution of heavy metals in estuarine sediments, forty surface sediment samples were collected from the Youngsan estuary, and analysed for their contents of Fe, Mn, Co, Cr, Cu, Ni, Zn and Pb. Contents of most analysed metals were comparable to those in the near shore environment around Korean peninsula, and little anthropogenic effect was identified. However, there was a contrasting behavior among the metals with respect to their relationship with the grain-size of sediments. Contents of Fe, Co, Cr and Ni demonstrated a fairly linear relationship with the grain-size of sediments whereas those of Mn, Cu, Zn and Pb did not. This different behavior In these metals was Interpreted as being the result of the additional inputs. The R-mode factor analysis also confirmed the different behavior of Cu, Zn, Pb and Mn from that of Fe, Co, Cr and Ni.
