The anorthositic rocks of the study area are divided into the northern Sancheong and southern Hadong anorthositic rocks depending on the different distribution patterns and lithologies. In order to evaluate the characteristics of the hydrothermal systems developed in the study area, oxygen and hydrogen isotopic compositions of the anorthositic rocks were measured. Oxygen isotopic values of the plagioclase exhibit an interesting spatial distribution. Plagioclase collected from the Sancheong anorthositic rocks in the northern part tends to have a relatively restricted range of $\delta$$^{18/0}$ values between 7.3 and 8.8$\textperthousand$, which are heavier than 'normal' $\delta$$^{18/O}$ value (6-6.5$\textperthousand$) typical for plagioclase of the fresh mantle-derived anorthosite, whereas plagioclase from the southern part is characterized by a wide range of $\delta$$^{18/O}$ values between -4.4 and 8.2$\textperthousand$ and much lighter values than 'normal' value for plagioclase of the fresh mantle-derived anorthosite. Plagioclase from the middle part has $\delta$$^{18/O}$ values heavier than the plagioclase from the southern part, but lighter than that from the northern part. The spatial distribution of $\delta$$^{18/O}$ values suggests that the decoupled hydrothermal flow systems might have been developed in the study area. Meteoric water dominated in the hydrothermal flow systems developed in the southern area, whereas magmatic fluid dominated in the northern area. The relationship between water content and hydrogen isotopic composition of anorthosites shows a positive correlation. The positive correlation indicates that fluids exsolved from magma during magmatic differentiation caused deuteric alteration of anorthositic rocks involving replacement of pyroxenes to amphiboles. After the deuteric alteration, hydrothermal system developed by meteoric water dominated the southern area, and erased record of the hydrothermal system developed by magmatic fluid at earlier stage. However, the development of meteoric hydrothermal system has been limited in the southern area only, and could not affect the Sancheong anorthositic rocks in the northern area. The abundant occurrences of secondary alteration minerals such as sericite, calcite, and chlorite in the southern Hadong anorthosite relative to the northern Sancheong anorthositc seem to be related to the overlapping of two distinct hydrothermal systems in the southern area.
We stored sweet pumpkins at $8^{\circ}C$, $12^{\circ}C$, $12^{\circ}C$ plasma curing and room temperature (control) for 180 days. During this time, the quality characteristics were analyzed within the different groups. No spoiling occurred in either of the storage conditions for up to 120 days, and the marketability was good. After 120 days, spoiling sharply increased by over 70% in the control group, while in the $12^{\circ}C$ group it decreased to 20~60%. Conversely, spoiling was completely absent in the $8^{\circ}C$ and $12^{\circ}C$ plasma curing groups during the overall 180 days of storage. The lowest moisture content was found in the $8^{\circ}C$ group and the quality of the pumpkins was excellent during the entire storage period. The color of pulp was better in the $12^{\circ}C$ and $12^{\circ}C$ plasma curing groups, with best results were found in the latest. Both the $8^{\circ}C$ and $12^{\circ}C$ plasma curing groups maintained their dark green surface colors, while both the $12^{\circ}C$ and control groups turned from green to yellow. All groups showed a reduction in their initial hardness, with the $8^{\circ}C$ group staying the hardest. Soluble solid and mealiness was increased to the storage during 90 days while decreased, that were long to maintain the mealiness texture in the $8^{\circ}C$ storage pumpkin. The overall acceptability from sensory evaluation was higher in the $12^{\circ}C$ plasma curing group, when compared to those of the $8^{\circ}C$, $12^{\circ}C$ and control groups storage conditions.
Aluminium sulfate solution was prepared by sulfuric acid treatment from gibbsite. Aluminium sulfate hydrate [$Al_2(SO_4)_3$ · $nH_2O$] was precipitated from aluminium sulfate solution by adding it into ethylalcohol. From XRD analysis as-prepared $Al_2(SO_4)_3$ · $nH_2O$ was confirmed to have mixed-crystalization water(n=18, 16, 12, 6). The average water of crystalization calculated from thermogravimetry(TG) was 14.7. Aluminium sulfate hydrate [$Al_2(SO_4)_3$ · $nH_2O$] was thermally decomposed and converted to $Al_2(SO_4)_3$ at $800^{\circ}C$, $\gamma-Al_2O_3$ at $900-1000^{\circ}C$, and $\alpha-Al_2O_3$ at $1200^{\circ}C$. Ni-doped $\gamma-Al_2O_3$, was synthesized from the slurry of as-prepared $\gamma-Al_2O_3$, with the ratio of [Ni]/[Al]=0.5. The reaction conditions of synthesis were determined as initial pH 9.0 and temperature $80^{\circ}C$ The basicity(pH) of slurry was controlled by using urea and $NH_4OH$ solution. Urea was also used for deposition-precipitation. For determining termination of reaction, the data acquisition was performed by oxidation reduction potential(ORP), conductivity and pH value in the process of reaction. Termination of the reaction was decided by observing the reaction steps and rapid decrease in conductivity. On the other hand, BET(Brunauer, Emmett and Teller) and thermal diffusity of Ni- doped $\gamma-Al_2O_3$, with various content of Ni were measured and compared. Thermal stability of Ni- doped $\gamma-Al_2O_3$ at $1250^{\circ}C$ was confirmed from BET and XRD analysis. The surface state of Ni-doped $\gamma-Al_2O_3$ was investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). The binding energy at $Ni2P_{3/2}$ increased with increasing the formation of $NiAl_2O_4$ phase.
The seasoned pork with soy sauce(SS) or Kochujang(SK) was manufactured using hind and fore leg as main raw material and the quality characteristics and shelf-life were investigated during storage at 5$\^{C}$ and 10$\^{C}$ after having packaged with air. The initial total aerobic plate counts(APC) of SS and SK were 5.24 and 5.75 log10 CFU/㎠, respectively. APC exceeded 7 log10CFU/cm2 after 10 days at 5$\^{C}$ and 6 days at 10$\^{C}$ far SS, and after 6 days at 5$\^{C}$ and 4 days at 10$\^{C}$ for SK, respectively. In the sensory test, the SS samples stored at 5$\^{C}$ and 10$\^{C}$ were assessed as lower than 3.0 points, the criterium of consumer acceptability, after 10 and 8 days, respectively. In the case of SK samples, the point of this time was at day 10 and 6, respectively when they were stored at 5$\^{C}$ and 10$\^{C}$. As storage time extended, pH and water content tended to decrease. Contrarily, the increase of TBA and VBN values was observed during storage and this was more pronounced at 10$\^{C}$ than at 5$\^{C}$ . The oxygen concentration in the package was 19.8 and 19.9% each for 55 and SK samples at the beginning but it was gradually decreased thereafter. On the other hand, the concentration of carbon dioxide was increased with the extension of storage. Based on the above results, the shelf-lives of seasoned pork were estimated to be 8 days for SS and SK stored at 5$\^{C}$ and 6 days for SS and 4 days for SK stored at 10$\^{C}$.

Various contents of Rosa rugosa Thunb. fruit(0, 10, 20%), which is grown along the seashore of Gangwon province, were applied to apple jams having different sugar concentrations(20, 40, 60%). The resulting jams were analyzed using a sensory scoring test as well as a response surface methodology to identify the optimum conditions for the preparation of high-preference apple jams. The sensory properties based on sense of sight, smell and taste appeared to be linked to the sugar contents. It could be attributed to the presence of flavor compounds and pigments generated from the caramelization of sugar molecules during heat processing. On the other hand, rheological properties such as viscosity and spreadability were associated with Rosa rugosa fruit content, which was also verified by textural analysis of the jams. As the contents of Rosa rugosa increased, the hardness, gumminess, and chewiness of the jams decreased, which eventually might have contributed to the less thick and thus more spreadable sensory characteristics. Sensory evaluation revealed that apple jams were preferred when prepared with $\leq$10% of Rosa rugosa fruit and $\geq$55% of sugar contents. In particular, apple jams containing 10% Rosa rugosa and 60% sugar showed better mechanical qualities as well as higher sensory preference among 10 jams formulated using central composite design.
This study was performed to investigate the antioxidant effect of Sansa (Crataegi fructus) extract in vitro, and to evaluate the functional effects of Sansa powder addition on the quality properties and storage characteristics of Tteokgalbi. Total polyphenol and flavonoid contents of Sansa extract were found to be 127.00 mg/g and 54.05 mg/g, respectively. The DPPH radical scavenging activity of Sansa extract was high and it was similar to the BHA and BHT. The Tteokgalbi was prepared by 0% (N), 0.1% (S1), 1% (S2), and 2% (S3) of the Sansa Powder. Addition of Sansa powder decreased the protein and lipid contents, but the ash content was significantly increased (p<0.05). Increasing the amount of Sansa powder in the pork Tteokgalbi tended to increase the water holding capacity (WHC) values and the cooking loss (p<0.05). The addition of Sansa powder increased the hardness and chewiness values, but did not affect the cohesiveness and springiness values. In the sensory evaluation, the S3 Tteokgalbi had the best score in color. Values of pH, total microbial counts, thiobarbituric acid (TBA) and volatile basic nitrogen (VBN) values decreased significantly added Sansa powder relative to the normal (p<0.05). The S3 Tteokgalbi was significantly (p<0.05) more effective for delaying lipid peroxidation than the other groups. Sansa powder addition increased the L (lightness) and a (redness) values. Therefore, the results demonstrate that adding the Sansa powder to the pork Tteokgalbi tended to improve antioxidative and antimicrobial effects during the chilled storage period.
$SiO_2{\cdot}B_2O_3$ was prepared by trimethylborate (TMB)/tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) mole ratio 0.01 at $800^{\circ}C$. PDMS[poly(dimethysiloxane)]-$SiO_2{\cdot}B_2O_3$ composite membranes were prepared by adding porous $SiO_2{\cdot}B_2O_3$ to PDMS. To investigate the characteristics of PDMS-$SiO_2{\cdot}B_2O_3$ composite membrane, we observed PDMS-$SiO_2{\cdot}B_2O_3$ composite membrane using TG-DTA, FT-IR, BET, X-ray, and SEM. PDMS-$SiO_2{\cdot}B_2O_3$ composite membrane was studied on the permeabilities of $H_2$ and $N_2$ and the selectivity ($H_2/N_2$). Following the results of TG-DTA, BET, X-ray, FT-IR, $SiO_2{\cdot}B_2O_3$ was the amorphous porous $SiO_2{\cdot}B_2O_3$ with $247.6868m^2/g$ surface area and $37.7821{\AA}$ the mean of pore diameter. According to the TGA measurements, the thermal stability of PDMS-$SiO_2{\cdot}B_2O_3$ composite membrane was enhanced by inserting $SiO_2{\cdot}B_2O_3$. SEM observation showed that the size of dispersed $SiO_2{\cdot}B_2O_3$ in the PDMS-$SiO_2{\cdot}B_2O_3$ composite membrane was about $1{\mu}m$. The increasing of $SiO_2{\cdot}B_2O_3$ content in PDMS leaded the following results in the gas permeation experiment: the permeability of both $H_2$ and $N_2$ was increased, and the permeability of $H_2$ was higher than $N_2$, but the selectivity($H_2/N_2$) was decreased.
We have studied on the preparation of $TiCo_xFe_{1-x}$(x=0.50~1.00) system alloy, the characteristics of $TiCo_xFe_{1-x}$(x=0.50~1.00) system alloy by X-ray diffractometer (XRD), pressure composition temperature (PCT) curve, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the $H_2-N_2$ gas mixture separation of $TiCo_xFe_{1-x}$(x=0.50~1.00)- stainless steel (SS) composite membranes. The formation of $TiCo_xFe_{1-x}$(x=0.50~1.00) system alloys with cubic crystal same as TiCo was confirmed by X-ray diffractometer. $TiCo_xFe_{1-x}$(x=0.50~1.00) system alloys showed the hysteresis at $120^{\circ}C$. As the Fe content of $TiCo_xFe_{1-x}$(x=0.50~1.00) system alloys increased, the hysteresis was increased both range x=0.90~1.00 and x=0.55~0.60, and the range x=0.55~0.90 gave decreased hysteresis. $TiCo_{0.55}Fe_{0.45}$ alloy was the one showed the lowest hysteresis among them. The lowest value of hydrogen permeation pressure of $TiCo_xFe_{1-x}$(x=0.50~1.00)-SS composite membrane was $TiCo_{0.55}Fe_{0.45}$-SS composite membrane with the value of 2.5 atm at $120^{\circ}C$; otherwise, $TiCo_{0.90}Fe_{0.10}$-SS composite had the highest pressure value among the membranes with the value of 10 atm. $TiCo_{0.55}Fe_{0.45}$-SS composite membrane was the best to separate the $H_2-N_2$ gas mixture excellently among the $TiCo_xFe_{1-x}$(x=0.50~1.00)-SS composite membranes since $TiCo_{0.55}Fe_{0.45}$ had the least hysteresis, and hydrogen permeation pressure was the lowest with value of 2.5 atm.

The rock-carved Buddha statue at Dosolam (Korea Treasure No. 1200) of the Seonunsa temple in Gochang is unique style sculptured on natural rock cliff of 13.0m height. The Buddha statue is composed of volcanic complex with tuff, dacitic tuff breccia, tuff bereccia and lithic tuff. Especially, the Buddha statue is characterized by hydrothermal alteration and fragmentation on the upper and lower part. As a result of damage diagnosis, exfoliation and detachment of physical weathering are high of 11.3% and 9.3%, respectively. Infrared thermography analysis, exfoliation and micro-cracks occurred in the measuring parts that have not been confirmed by naked eyes. Chemical index of alteration and weathering potential index of host rock for the Buddha statue are 55.16 to 64.01 and 6.14 to 9.92 which are represented within highly weathering degree. In surface, dark black, reddish brown and white discoloration are observed prominently in the lower. Brown discoloration 6.9% is highest. According to the P-XRF measurements, high concentration of Fe in common, in part of dark black discoloration was Mn, white and brown discoloration in part of S and Ca content were higher. Biological weathering that yellowish brown and dark gray crustoes lichenes appeared by 20.8% and 13.3%, respectively. Therefore, comprehensive deterioration rate of Buddha statue show physical damage by 21.2%, discoloration for inorganic contaminants by 10.8% and biological damage by 39.4%. Ultrasonic velocity measurement carried out of Buddha statue on the surface by 555 points. Measured value of ultrasonic velocity was about 2,273m/s(1,067 to 3,215m/s, and weathering coefficient is 0.5(0.4 to 0.8) that progress on MW(moderately weathered) to HW(highly weathered) grade of rocks.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the possibility of nutrient release at up and downstream of Kangchun weir, upstream of Yuju and Ipo weir in Namhan River. For this survey, we measured basic characteristics of the sediments (water content, ignition loss, TOC, TP, SRP, TN, phosphorus fractionation) and conducted nutrients release experiments under both aerobic and anaerobic condition. The overlying water from the sediment-water column was analyzed for nutrients (i.e. TP, $PO_4$-P, TN, $NO_3$-N, $NH_3$-N) everyday for 18days. Result of soil texture experiment showed that sediments are Sand. SRP concentration before the release experiment was different with the value after the release experiment. According to this result, we can find that there were more activated release processes in anaerobic condition. $PO_4$-P increased from 1 to 8 days and remained at the maximum value (7~8 days) afterward. The rapidly increase of $PO_4$-P was observed from 1 to 2~3 days whereas the TP continuously increase from 1 to 18 days. The $PO_4$-P release rate calculated by up to 7~8 days data highly correlated with initial SRP concentration with $R^2$=0.8502. $NO_3$-N release rate appears constantly decreasing trend as -5.7~-3.08 $mg/m^2{\cdot}day$, otherwise the $NH_3$-N release rate, by-product of a organic matter decomposition using nitrate as electron acceptor, was 0.57~2.41 $mg/m^2{\cdot}day$. Substantial portion in TN can be induced by organic nitrogen which originated from the tributary passing through non-point pollutant source. Compared with other similar researches, phosphorus and nitrogen release rates obtained in this study can be considered as relatively low values. Since this study targeted the sediments accumulated by one time of flooding season, there are limitation to generalize theses results. Therefore, it is necessary to consistently monitor and investigate the accumulation of nutrients in the sediment for understanding the effect of weir construction on the overlying water quality.

① 당 사이트는 회원이 서비스 이용내용에 있어서 본 약관 제 11조 내용을 위반하거나, 다음 각 호에 해당하는

- 기타 정상적인 서비스 운영에 방해가 될 경우
② 상기 이용제한 규정에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 회원에게 서비스 이용에 대하여 별도 공지 없이 서비스 이용의
일시정지, 이용계약 해지 할 수 있습니다.
제 17 조 (전자우편주소 수집 금지)
회원은 전자우편주소 추출기 등을 이용하여 전자우편주소를 수집 또는 제3자에게 제공할 수 없습니다.
제 6 장 손해배상 및 기타사항
제 18 조 (손해배상)
당 사이트는 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 회원에게 어떠한 손해가 발생하더라도 당 사이트가 고의 또는 과실로 인한 손해발생을 제외하고는 이에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 아니합니다.
제 19 조 (관할 법원)
서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기되는 경우 민사 소송법상의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

1. (시행일) 이 약관은 2016년 9월 5일부터 적용되며, 종전 약관은 본 약관으로 대체되며, 개정된 약관의 적용일 이전 가입자도 개정된 약관의 적용을 받습니다.
