The purpose of this study was to explore the meaning of the teaching experience of middle school physical education teachers, listening to in-depth statements related to teaching experience based on the physical education teacher's teaching identity, and analyzing the meaningful content and meaning structure found therein. The study participants were four current middle school physical education teachers. The research method used Colaizzi's phenomenological method to analyze the meaning structure through in-depth interviews with research participants, group interviews, additional interviews, and field records. In order to solve the research questions, the interviews were conducted as semi-structured interviews, and the individual interviews were terminated when there were no more duplicate cases or similar phenomena related to teaching experience. As a result of the study, the meaning of experience was constructed based on narrative statements through interviews with research participants, and a collection of 2 items, 6 categories, and 12 themes were extracted by exploring concepts from the constructed meaning. The reasons for going into the teaching profession were categorized into 'motivation' and 'beliefs', and the meaning of teaching experience was categorized into 'mission', 'relationships', 'exhaustion', and 'overcoming'. In conclusion, although the research participants faced numerous difficulties, they experienced challenges and recovery by pursuing the joy and value of sharing within the school community.
In recent years, as more and more middle-aged people who worked at companies are retiring, they are becoming interested in starting their own businesses, and the rate of middle-aged people starting businesses is increasing. The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality and satisfaction of educational services and trust in educational institutions in providing entrepreneurship education to prospective entrepreneurs over the age of 40 who want to start a business, and to analyze the impact of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurship in the future. Afterwards, the goal is to establish an education strategy to improve the quality of entrepreneurship education. To achieve the purpose of the study, a hypothesis was established and an empirical analysis was conducted on educated prospective entrepreneurs and retirees over 40 years of age. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that confidence and reliability ultimately influence the factors that increase satisfaction with entrepreneurship education for middle-aged and older people. Satisfaction was found to play a meaningful role in trust. The research points out that entrepreneurship education institutions should provide education centered on the trainees rather than entrepreneurship education centered on support organizations. Moreover, due to the diversity of education, not only the content and method of education but also the education of employees working in supporting organizations is important.
In order to improve the effectiveness of carbon neutrality in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, this study identifies the current state of social environmental education through literature research, excluding school environmental education being implemented in elementary, middle, and high schools in the province, and identifies shortcomings or problems. The purpose is to establish a plan to systematically and integratedly operate social environmental education, and the derived plan can be used as a guide to change environmental awareness and induce eco-friendly behavior to improve the effectiveness of carbon neutrality. As a result of the study, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province established a consultative body with environmental education institutions, organizations and expert groups operating dispersed throughout the province through the substantial operation and support of the environmental education center currently being entrusted, to identify the current status and develop content necessary for establishing environmental education policies, establishing a platform to enable information sharing, role division, regular communication, empathy, and policy feedback, and on-site environmental education centered on the field to stimulate emotions and personalize environmental problems so that environmental problems can be properly recognized. In the field of domestic tourism, tourism trend analysis of tourism consumers, both international tourists and domestic tourists, is essential not only for the Korean tourism market but also for local and governmental tourism policy makers. e will explore the keywords and sentiment analysis on social media to establish a marketing strategy plan and revitalize the domestic tourism industry through communication and information from tourism consumers. This study utilized TEXTOM 6.0 to analyze recent trends in Korean tourism. Data was collected from September 31, 2022, to August 31, 2023, using 'Korean tourism' and 'domestic tourism' as keywords, targeting blogs, cafes, and news provided by Naver, Daum, and Google. Through text mining, 100 key words and TF-IDF were extracted in order of frequency, and then CONCOR analysis and sentiment analysis were conducted. For Korean tourism keywords, words related to tourist destinations, travel companions and behaviors, tourism motivations and experiences, accommodation types, tourist information, and emotional connections ranked high. The results of the CONCOR analysis were categorized into five clusters related to tourist destinations, tourist information, tourist activities/experiences, tourism motivation/content, and inbound related. Finally, the sentiment analysis showed a high level of positive documents and vocabulary. This study analyzes the rapidly changing trends of Korean tourism through text mining on Korean tourism and is expected to provide meaningful data to promote domestic tourism not only for Koreans but also for foreigners visiting Korea.

This study aims to identify the factors that affect customer satisfaction as the market growth of rental subscription services for living environment home appliances increases. Unlike previous research, which focused on online subscriptions (e.g., digital content, over-the-top (OTT) services, e-books, and mobile devices), this study expands the scope to include rental subscriptions for household environmental appliances. Specifically, this study analyzes the factors influencing customer satisfaction among rental subscription service users by examining the effects of perceived usefulness, reliability, and convenience. The results show that users' perceived reliability and convenience of rental subscription services for living environment home appliances significantly affect customer satisfaction. Perceived usefulness, however, was not found to have a significant impact, as it is an abstract and subjective customer aspect. The implications of the results are as follows: First, standardized services must be strengthened to increase the reliability of rental subscription services. Additionally, it is necessary to improve convenience by developing additional services when managing regular visits tailored to the characteristics of each product. Providing customized services by integrating products and Information and Communications Technologies (ICT). Furthermore, effective customer management to increase customer satisfaction is crucial, as it can lead to cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. Lastly, venture start-ups should actively apply a subscription service business model.
This paper examines how noblewomen during the Joseon Dynasty perceived incense and herbs, focusing on the 『Gyuhap Chongseo(閨閤叢書)』 a compendium edited by Yi Bingheogak(李憑虛閣, 1759~1824). The 『Gyuhap Chongseo』 is a classified collection of knowledge deemed essential for managing a noble household. By analyzing the content related to incense and herbs focused on 「Bongim Cheok」. This study reveals Yi Bingheogak's practical and realistic understanding of incense and herbs. For Yi, incense and herbs transcended mere cosmetic applications and luxury and served as indispensable tools in health and hygiene and domestic skills for traditional household management. While it may be challenging to generalize the perception of noblewomen solely based on the 『Gyuhap Chongseo』 the consistent transcription and transmission of the text suggest it resonated with the noblewomen's sentiments. With limited records left by noblewomen themselves, this study primarily explores Yi Bingheogak's perspective, who provided detailed knowledge and applications of incense and herbs across the compendium's sections. This reflects Yi's intention to broaden women's knowledge and cultural literacy, and contribute to improved quality of life through practical knowledge. This study demonstrates Yi's recognition of incense and herbs as vital commodities for the operation of domestic life, and illustrates how noblewomen of the Joseon Dynasty actively contributed to society and the household through knowledge and practical activities. The use of incense and herbs for beauty and domestic knowledge in various fields of traditional knowledge underscores a comprehensive understanding of noblewomen's perception and use of incense and herbs during the Joseon Dynasty.
Background: Recent years have witnessed increasing interest in the high amount of ocotillol-type saponin in Panax vietnamensis, particularly in relation to majonoside R2 (MR2). This unique 3%-5% MR2 content impart Ngoc Linh and Lai Chau ginsengs with unique pharmacological activities. However, in the commercial domain, unauthentic species have infiltrated and significantly hindered access to the authentic, efficacious variety. Thus, suitable analytical techniques for distinguishing authentic Vietnamese ginseng species from others is becoming increasingly crucial. Therefore, MR2 is attracting considerable attention as a target requiring effective management measures. Methods: An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was developed by producing monoclonal antibodies against MR2 (mAb 16E11). The method was thoroughly validated, and the potential of the immunoassay was confirmed by high-performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet spectroscopy. Furthermore, ELISA was applied to the assessment of the MR2 concentrations of various Panax spp., including Korean, American, and Japanese ginsengs. Results and conclusions: An icELISA using mAb 16E11 exhibited linearity between 3.91 and 250 ng/mL of MR2, with detection and quantification limits of 1.53 and 2.50 - 46.6 ng/mL, respectively. Based on this study, the developed icELISA using mAb 16E11 could be a valuable tool for analyzing MR2 level to distinguish authentic Ngoc Linh and Lai Chau ginsengs from unauthentic ones. Furthermore, the analysis of the samples demonstrated that Ngoc Linh and Lai Chau ginsengs exhibit a notably higher MR2 value than all other Panax spp. Thus, MR2 might be their ideal marker compound, and various bioactivities of this species should be explored.

The purpose of this paper was to develop and execute self-appraisal test items on secondary science teachers. Test items included 6 sub-fields-subject knowledge, teaching strategies, teaching skills, assessment, laboratory management, and professional development - and 77 items. Using these test items, science teachers were able to evaluate their ability as prescribed by a 5-point Likert scale. Furthermore, teachers were able to comprehend fields showing their highest and lowest scores among the 6 sub-fields. They could then place special attention on the lowest field insuring self-growth as a science teacher. Self-appraisal test items were developed by analyzing related references on teacher evaluation criteria and standards. 220 subjects composed the sample on which these test items were executed. The results of this study were as follows. First, content validity of the test items was 80.8%. The range of sub-field reliabilities was .76 - .86 and the reliability coefficient of the entire test was .95. The range of correlation coefficient between each subfield was .54 - .69 and that of subfields and entire test was .54 - .79. The correlation coefficient between professional development and the whole test was .79, the highest coefficient observed. Second, significant difference was found according to teaching experience. More experienced teachers had higher scores in all 6 sub-fields (p<.05). In addition, a significant difference according to gender was observed in subject knowledge and laboratory management (p<.05); male teachers had higher scores than female teachers. Also, the higher the level of experience, the higher the scores for subject knowledge (p<.05). Lastly, the teacher's major did not result in any significant differences.

In this study limnological characteristics of Lake Juam was surveyed from June 1993 to May 1994 in order to provides important information regarding water resources. Secchi disc transparency, epilimnetic chlorophyll a (chi-a), total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP) concentration and primary productivity were in the range of $2.0{\sim}4.5\;m$, $0.9{\sim}13.6\;mgChl/m^3$, 0.78$\{sim}$2.32 mgN/l, $11{\sim}56\;mgP/m^3$, $270{\sim}2.160\;mgCm^{-2}\;day^{-1}$, respectively. On the basis of TP, Chl-a and Secchi disc depth, the trophic state of Lake Juam can be classied as mesotrophic lake. The phosphorus inputs from non-point sources are concentrated in heavy rain episodes during the monsoon season. As a result, phosphorus concentration are higher in summer than in winter. TP loading from the watershed were estimated to be $0.9\;gPm^{-2}yr^{-1}$, which correspond to a boundary of the critical loading ($1.0\;gPm^{-2}yr^{-1}$) for eutrophication. From the results of the algal assay, both phosphous and nitrogen act as limiting nutrients in algal growth. The seasonal succession of phytoplankton community structure in Lake Juam was similar to that observed in other temperate lakes. Diatoms (Asterionella formosa and Aulacoseira granulate var. angustissima)fujacofeira BraHuJafa uar. aHgusHrsiaia) weredominant in spring and winter, cyanobacteria) were dominant in warm season. The organic carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus content of lake sediment were $9.5{\sim}14.0\;mgC/g$, $1.01{\sim}1.82\;mgN/g$ and $0.51{\sim}0.65\;mgP/g$, respectively. The allochthonous organic carbon loading from the watershed and autochthonous organic carbon loading by primary production of phytoplankton were determined to be 1,122 tC/yr and 6,718 tC/yr, respectively. To prevent eutrophication of Lake Juam, nutrient management of watershed should be focus on reduction of fertilizer application, proper treatment of manure, and conservation of topsoil as well as point source.
To date, contents' usability of most multimedia devices has been focused on developer not on user, which made difficult in solving the problems or fulfilling the needs while people using real system. Although user-centered UX and UI researches have been studied and have resulted in innovation in some part, it does not show great effect on usability as it is not easy to interpret human emotions and needs and to apply those to system. Usability is the matter on how deeply smart devices can interpret and analyze human mind not on how much functions and technologies are improved. This study aims to help with usability improvement based on user when people use smart devices in multimedia environment. We studied the interaction between human and contents by analyzing the effect of human emotions and personalities on preference and consumption of contents' type. This study was done by assuming that proper analysis on human emotions may increase user satisfaction on multimedia environment. We analyzed contents preference by gender and emotion. The results showed that there is significant relationship between 'Happy' emotion and 'Comedy Program' preference and men are more prefer it than women. However, it does not reveal any significant relationship between 'Sad' emotion and contents preferences but women are slightly more prefer 'Comedy Program' than men. This result supports the Zillmann's 'mood based management', which suggests that the needs for pleasant contents are revealed to relieve sadness when people are in a sad mood. In addition, our finding corresponds with Oliver's insistence on meeting all four factors, insight, meaningfulness, understanding and reflection, rather than just pleasure for more satisfaction. This study focused on temporary emotional factors and contents and additionally on effect of users' emotion, personality and preference on type of contents consumption. This relationship between emotions and contents study would suggest the better direction for developing smart devices with great contents usability and user satisfaction in the future.
