The purpose of this study was to understand and describe the demand of applying an anger management program for university students, based on professor-student counseling activity. 2016, data was collected using five focus group interviews were recorded and transcribed. All interviews were recorded and transcribed, and data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. We extracted the following 9 categories across 3 main themes: 1) Views on applying an anger management program based on professor-student counseling activity: required or not required; 2) Competence of the professor: trust, counseling expertise, and receptive attitude; and 3) Effective program management plans: separation from the advisor or reducing the role of the advisor, program composition and contents, administrative support from the university, facilitating a supportive environment for counseling. In conclusion, enhancement can be achieved through an anger management program based on professor-student counseling activity by focusing efforts on increasing interactions between professors and students, and improving the counseling competence of professors. Additionally, administrative support from the university and steps to improve awareness in professors, students, and university authorities are necessary.

The Korean government's recent R&D policy has focused on encouraging government-funded research institutes (GRIs) to develop mid-term, long-term, and large-scale R&D projects. It is necessary to prepare thoroughly for the new R&D strategy, but there is no systematic accumulation of planning expertise, and there has been continued demand for good examples of research planning. Therefore, this study analyzes the reports of preliminary feasibility for government R&D programs through a meta-analysis of detailed evaluation items and contents to help researchers enhance their project-planning ability. The evaluation items that can be applied to R&D planning for GRI were reviewed, and twelve detailed evaluation items were selected through content analysis. The results of this study could contribute to practical R&D project planning and the improvement of evaluations.

This study is to look into importance and achievement on awareness of creative musical audiences, who use SNS, by the use of Importance Performance Analysis(IPA), and to find ways to improve the recognition of creative musical by performance enterprise. In other words, the study is to discover choice attributes, that need to be urgently improved, which importance is rated high but which achievement is rated low. As a result, it is learned that composition of content(memorable dialogue), admission fee(ticket prices, charges of using additional facilities), theater(parking), composition of stage(acoustics of the stage), staff services(ticket box staff, usher, and etc. are should be properly controlled by staff expertise) need to be consistently improved. In addition, it is learned for SNS non-user group that choice items such as creative musical choice attribute(admission fee), composition of stage(acoustics of the stage), production(overall music from a musical), admission fee(ticket prices, charges of using additional facilities), and theater(parking) need to be improved.

In Korea, local government officials are in charge of buildings, and as such are supposed to review submitted documents related to the architectural administration to ensure that they comply with the legal standards. However, these officials generally put a greater emphasis on the preparation of the set of documents required for the administrative work than the content the documents contain. For this reason, many experts point out that the shortage of officials specialized in buildings and construction, as well as the lack of expertise among the building officials in the local governments, may result in repeated safety accidents during building construction. The purpose of this study is to propose the operational direction of a Regional Building Safety (RBS) center to secure the performance and safety of buildings by utilizing private resources. In this study, we carried out a pilot project to verify the effects of an RBS center and to derive the specific number of experts required. As a result, the technical matters were resolved in approximately 15% of the total cases of the document processing procedure, and the level of technical specialization among the officers has also been improved through the provision of guidance. The research findings support the validity and effects of the introduction of the RBS center. Finally, this study proposes (1) the types of RBS Centers that should be established, (2) the roles and business scope of the RBS Center, (3) the specific number of experts required, (4) the qualifications of the experts, and (5) the business regulations of the RBS Center.

Although teacher preparation programs are important for prospective teachers to build a foundation of teaching expertise, there has been lack of research in this area. This paper analyzed in what ways prospective teachers' ability in describing and commenting on elementary mathematics instruction has been changed while they were taking in the course of teaching elementary school mathematics. The results of this study showed that in late description the teachers tended to notice the core flow of a lesson and the use of instructional strategies appropriate to the mathematical content to be taught. They also tended to comment on instructional strategies and mathematical discourse from the teacher's perspective and evaluated them without alternative approaches. A noticeable change occurred in late comments wherein prospective teachers considered both the teacher and students, supported their comments by theories they had learned through the course, and interpreted the classroom events they had noticed. Building on these results, this paper closes with implications of teacher education programs to enhance prospective teachers' ability to analyze elementary mathematics lessons.

Purpose: This study attempted to provide the basic data for the institutional improvement of the clinical practice of physical therapy department students. Methods: Research for this study included 390 participants used for the analysis of the present study. The statistical analysis was of the characteristics and satisfaction of the clinical practices of subjects, the reasons for major employment preferences before and after clinical practices, and the preferred institution and field of major employment before and after clinical practice. Results: The general characteristics of students of the physical therapy department include females in their third year of college at age 20~24 years-old. As well, no religion, usual satisfaction with major, and motivation of choosing a physical therapy employment rate were the most common. A residency type in the form where one would cook one's own food and a clinical practice with a general hospital grade were seen most often. Regarding preference of major employment before and after clinical practice, the preference of major employment was 88%, which increased by 5.2% after clinical practice from 82.8% before clinical practice. The preference for no major employment due to lack of interest and no aptitude increased 43.5% from 23.9% after clinical practice. Conclusion: The number of apprentices will increase despite practice institutions being limited; for practice of environment, content, etc., relatively changes are slow, and progress rapidly medical technology. It is a society in which expertise is required; in the present study, there is a value in providing the clinical data missing in physical therapy.

This study tried to identify the factors influencing the visual factors of fashion virtual influencers(FVI), on follower behavioral intention and addiction. As the number of fans of FVI is increasing these years, and the addiction phenomenon of social platforms is also increasing, researchers thought that a study to confirm the behavioral intention of fans and the path to addiction through the visual factors of FVI would be necessary. According to the research results, it was confirmed that among the visual factors of FVI, attractiveness affects authenticity through expertise. In addition, researchers confirmed that authenticity influences flow through relationship maintenance of behavioral intention, and authenticity influences addiction through flow. Thus, researchers verified the path leading to FVI's visual factors to behavioral intention and addiction, such as visual factors and authenticity, authenticity and behavioral intention, and behavioral intention and addiction. Researchers hope to conduct research with various content types of FVI, other social platforms.

In Korea, there are a total of 8 creative cities selected by UNESCO in 7 fields. UNESCO creative city refers to a network of creative cities with international level of experience, knowledge, and expertise in the field of culture and arts. Based on the PCSI 2.0 model, this study conducted a satisfaction survey of experts on Daegu's Creative City. Variables were composed of service quality, social responsibility, inconsistency, satisfaction and performance, and service quality was measured by dividing it into three categories: content quality, delivery quality, and environmental quality. Therefore, this study verified that the three types of quality, social responsibility, and inconsistency affect satisfaction, and that satisfaction affects performance. As a result of the study, it was found that the three service quality did not directly affect satisfaction, but rather affected satisfaction through inconsistency. So, 3 out of 10 hypotheses were rejected.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status and condition of continuing education to improve professionalism of school library and to suggest ways to improve continuing education. The survey was conducted for 69 librarians and school librarians teachers in elementary, middle and high school libraries in Goyang, Gyeonggi-do, and frequency analysis and cross analysis were conducted. The research results are as follows. First, the study found that librarians have a high interest in and participation in continuing education. Second, the type of continuing education with the highest percentage of participation was short-term training and training courses, and the link between educational content and practice was low. Third, managers' awareness needs to be improved, and regional constraints and the lack of suitable continuing education programs are the obstacles to continuing education. Fourth, preference for continuing education during working hours and vacation was emphasized. Through this, it was suggested that continuous and long-term continuing education, policy support for encouraging continuing education, development of continuing education courses for professionalism, manager's awareness call.

This study examines the practice of maeul community media as follows; Who, why, and how the role of participants is related to the operation of maeul community media, and the participation requirements. For this purpose, the maeul newspaper published in rural areas was approached by ethnographic Research, and participation observation, in-depth interview, and content analysis were performed. In conclusion, it was confirmed that harmonious participation of residents is the core condition of maeul community media practice. Residents' participation is based on the requirements of spontaneity, openness, talent donation, and local relationship. Spontaneity is a desire and effort for the activation of the community as a member of the local community. Openness is related to the operation structure of maeul community media where anyone can freely participate. Talent donation is based on their experience, knowledge, and expertise as a concrete practice of resident participation. Local relationship is the network of community that connects spontaneity and practice, and the operating structure of maeul community media. These requirements should be operated positively to ensure the function of maeul community media and sustainability.
