모바일 상거래의 성공요인 선정 및 평가에 대한 연구 (A Study on the selection and estimate of the Mobile Commerce's Success Factor)

  • 상거래 활동은 정보기술 발전으로 일반상거래에서 전자상거래 형태로 진행되었으며, 현재는 이동 중에도 상거래 활동을 할 수 있는 모바일 상거래 형태로 발전한다. 모바일 상거래는 일부 전자상거래의 특성을 갖지만, 차별되는 특성도 있다. 기존의 모바일 상거래 특성을 분석한 연구는 지역적, 분야별에 따른 특정 관점에 집중한다. 본 논문은 사용자측면, 개발자 측면 사업자 측면을 바탕으로 기능적 측면과 기술적 측면 그리고 시장적 측면등 다양한 측면과 특성을 고려하여 모바일 상거래의 성공요소를 추출하여 분석하였다. 추출된 요소는 관련자들의 주관적 특성을 객관적으로 평가하고자 계층분석방법(AHP)을 사용하였다. 본 논문에서 식별된 시스템 품질의 신뢰, 컨텐츠 품질의 이해 용이성 등의 분석결과는 현재에도 적용되고 있는 모바일 상거래 성공요인 중 하나이다.

  • 세계의 많은 기관들은 학술 정보 유통을 위해 디지털 리포지터리들을 구축해왔다. 동시에 디지털 리포지터리들은 증가하는 디지털 자원을 어떻게 장기적으로 보존하고 지속가능한 정보 환경 구축할 것인가의 문제에 직면해 있다. 하티트러스트(HathiTrust) 파트너십은 미국 연구도서관들의 디지털 리포지터리의 지속가능한 협력 모델의 필요성에 의해 시작하여 전 세계의 리포지터리들과의 체결을 통해 점차 확장되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 하티트러스트의 설립배경부터 구축, 운영 및 정책, 현황 및 이용 서비스에 이르는 전반적인 사례와 실질적인 운영 과정 등을 다루었고 또한 하티트러스트의 효과와 앞으로 기대되는 가능성 등을 파트너십 단위 기관의 시각에서 다루고자 하였다. 하티트러스트를 통해 파트너십 기관들은 효과적인 운영 비용, 디지털 콘텐츠의 공동 관리 및 장기 보존, 저작권 관리의 용이성, 접근성 확대 등의 특장점이 있으며, 향후에는 인쇄물의 공동보존서고 운영, 빅데이터 분석 토대 마련 등의 기회를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

  • 대학박물관은 대학의 중요한 교육지원 시설 중의 하나로서 문화재의 발굴, 연구 및 전시와 함께 교육, 학술 자료로 활용될 수 있도록 노력하고 있다. 그러나 현재의 대학박물관은 대학의 행정적, 재정적 지원의 감소와 대학 구성원의 무관심으로 인하여 낮은 효용성의 문제를 가지고 있다. 이를 해결하는 한 가지 방법은 대학박물관의 접근성을 향상하는 것으로써 물리적, 공간적, 시간적 제약없이 접근하여 문화재 관련 지식을 습득하고 교육 및 체험 프로그램을 이용할 수 있도록 모바일 도슨트 어플을 제공하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 조선대학교 대학박물관을 사례 연구로 분석하고 그 결과에 따라 안드로이드 기반의 모바일 도슨트 어플을 설계 및 구현한다. 또한 어포던스 기반 기능 분석 설문을 통해 제안된 어플의 기능성 및 유용성을 평가한다.

가정간호서비스에 대한 대상자 만족도 측정도구 개발 (The Development of Client Satisfaction Instrument in Home Care Service)

  • Client(patient) satisfaction has been used for a variety of purposes in different settings, yet, those receiving home care services have been the focus of few satisfaction studies. Satisfaction is considered an indicator of quality of care and is also being used to assess the performance of home care providers and home health care delivery at multiple levels. The aim of this study was to develop the tool for evaluating client satisfaction in several aspects with home care service while maintaining or achieving acceptable reliability and validity. Firstly, Client Satisfaction Instrument made preliminary of 43 items composed basic 6 criteria and 7 indicators, based on a review of literature, quality improvement and client satisfaction findings in home care. Secondly, there were consisted in two expert panel groups who were made in professionals of research and practice in home care field. The tool was modified to 6 criteria and 7 indicators, 25 items after reviewing by two expert panel groups. The content validity index of the tool was above 0.8 and the results of internal consistency was more than 0.8 in all items. Finally. The Client Satisfaction Instrument in Home Care Service was made up 6 criteria such as client satisfaction of nurses's instruction of home care educational need. knowledge/technique/attitude of homecare nurses's performance. interpersonal relationship and emotional support of nurse. easiness of homecare accessibility, continuity of homecare service. overall efficacy of homecare use, 7 indicators. and 25 items. The results of evaluating client satisfaction will be able to contribute in quality improvement and service marketing in home care.

항암화학요법 환자의 가정간호 이용 양상과 간호 만족도 (Home Care Services Utilization and Satisfaction for Clients with Cancer)

  • This study was to identify the utilization of home care service and home care nursing satisfaction for clients with cancer who had completed secondary and tertiary chemotherapy session. Raw data was collected by reviewing charts and questionnaire of 23 clients with cancer between September, 2002 and November 2002 at an university hospital located in Seoul. Korea. The result are as follows: 1. Characteristics in the use of home care: After applying for home care service, patients were visiting an average of 1.88 days later. The major purpose of using home care service was to help recovery after hospitalization or to maintain present health. The average period for home care service was 14.6 days, with 4 visits over this period, for 35.78 minutes per visit. 2. Content of home care service: A total of 47 items of service were provided - basic nursing care, education and counseling, and therapeutic nursing care. On every visit, an average of 19 items of home care service were provided, and the majority (7 items) were therapeutic nursing care. 3. Satisfaction with home care services: Satisfaction was very high, an average of 3.88 on a scale of 4 points. Both patients and families expressed high satisfaction with all sub-domains of nursing care: guidance by the home care nurses, knowledge, skill, attitude, interpersonal relationships, emotional support, and accessibility. In conclusion, home care served basic nursing care, teaching and counseling, and therapeutic nursing to clients with cancer going through secondary or tertiary chemotherapy. Therefore they changed knowledge and attitude to disease and treatment which were difficult to change.

A Qualitative Inquiry Into the Challenges of Medical Education for Retention of General Practitioners in Rural and Underserved Areas of Iran

  • Objectives: General practitioners (GPs) retention in rural and underserved areas highly effects on accessibility of healthcare facilities across the country. Education seems to be a critical factor that affects GPs retention. Thus, the present study aimed at inquiry into medical education challenges that limit their retention in rural and underserved areas. Methods: A qualitative approach was applied for the aim of this study. Data were gathered via 28 semi-structured interviews with experts at different levels of Iran's health system as well as GPs who retained and refused to retain working in rural settings. Interviews mainly were performed face-to-face and in some cases via telephone during 2015 and then coded and analyzed using content analysis approach. Results: Iran's medical education is faced with several challenges that were categorized in four main themes including student selection, medical students' perception about their field of study, education setting and approach, curriculum of medical education. According to experts this challenges could results in making GP graduates disinterested for practicing in rural and underserved areas. Conclusions: Challenges that were found could have negative effects on retention. Modification in student's perception about rural practice could be done via changing education setting and approach and curriculum. These modifications could improve GPs retention in rural and underserved areas.

인터넷을 이용한 보건교사 실무교육 프로그램 개발 -초.중.고등학교를 대상으로 (Development of Web Based Education Programs for School Health Nurses)

  • Purpose: The main objective of this study was to develop a continuing education program for school health nurses using the Internet, and evaluate the satisfaction of users. Method: A survey using a self reported questionnaire was done to identify areas where education is needed. A stratified random sampling method was employed to select 1.746 school health nurses and to receive the respondings from 584 school health nurses. The contents of the module for the education program were determined to be counseling and teaching techniques to meet health care needs related to sex, and cessation of smoking. The researchers wrote the educational content for the program, and the storyboards and illustrations appropriate to the module were constructed and the domain was registered. The web site was named 'www.healthyyouth.org'. Results: Three topics were identified where education is needed: youth and sex, youth and smoking, and counseling techniques for children, and programs were developed under the web site named. 'www.healthyyouth.org'. Over 90 percent of the respondents reported that the web site was useful and 100 percent reported that they would recommend the web site to other school health nurses. Conclusion: The web based program allowed school health nurses to study and improve their health care knowledge and skills. Since almost all schools in Korea have personal computers in the infirmary, accessibility to the program is excellent. Based on the results of this study, this type of education program will be a useful method for the continuing education of school health nurses.

디지털기술을 이용한 복식 문화유산의 콘텐츠화 현황 (An Analysis on the Digital Contents of Costume Cultural Heritage)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the current infrastructure of database on costume cultural heritage. The contents, kinds and accessibility regarding the digital contents of the websites of literature archives, museums and culturecontent.com by Korea Creative Content Agency were analyzed. First, it was evident that the quantity and quality of the database should be improved. The literature archives are mostly comprised of historical documents; however, the quantity of the database regarding the documents that are commonly studied in the field of traditional costume is not satisfactory. On the other hand, the quality of the database depends on the in-depth understanding of the terminology because errors occur when the contents of literature are transferred to an online database. Second, various information is required to meet the needs and interests of the digital environment. Most of the museums provide information on costume cultural heritage through their websites; nevertheless, it is not thorough and only partial. Third, the reliability of information needs to improve. The various contents provided by culturecontent.com lack reliability as it focuses on the entertainment values. To increase reliability, the source and origin of the information about the costume cultural heritage should be provided and the contents should be proofread before they are exposed to the public. Based on these findings, the researchers put forward the following suggestions: the quantity and quality of the databases should be enriched, and that more diverse information is required. Finally, more attention should be paid to increase the reliability of this information. This study will be an asset for the foundation to build solid databases and popularization of the traditional costumes.

소매업체의 멀티채널 전략을 위한 QR코드 활용의 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study of QR Code Utilization for Retailers' Multichannel Strategy)

  • With advances in QR code, mobile is becoming one of important channels in the fashion retail industries. This study attempts to understand the importance of QR code utilization in creating multi-channel business model. Study objectives are to classify types of multi-channel retailing by QR code utilization and to explore the role of QR code technology in strategic marketing elements for types of multichannel retailer. As an exploratory approach, a total of 78 news articles regarding QR code issues were reviewed and analyzed by focusing on 48retailers seleted in this study. The results found seven dimensions of QR code marketing strategies: abundant product information, additional information contents, transaction accessibility, connectedness to channels, location based service, loyalty program and multimedia advertising. Based a combination of channels and level of mobile apps' activation, multichannel retailers utilizing QR code technology were classified into four types; bricks-click-active mobile model, bricks-click-inactive mobile model, bricks-click model, and click-active mobile model. There were differences of using QR code marketing strategies among multichannel models. According to results, for bricks-and-mortar retailers, QR code was critical to integrate shopping experience with merchandise or sales promotions across channels. In addition, for non-store retailers, the QR code utilization was successful in expanding mobile channels, which can promote retail sales by a two-way interaction with customers via the mobile apps.

HTML 논리적 구조분석을 통한 본문추출 알고리즘 (Text Extraction Algorithm using the HTML Logical Structure Analysis)

  • 인터넷과 컴퓨터 기술이 발전함에 따라 정보의 양이 폭발적으로 증가하였으며, 이로 인해 다양한 웹 저작 도구 및 새로운 웹 표준의 출현과 웹에 대한 접근성이 보다 편리해지면서 매우 다양한 종류의 웹 콘텐츠들이 아주 빠르게 생산되고 있다. 하지만 웹 문서는 여러 블록으로 나누어 다양한 주제를 담아내고 있으며, 각각의 블록들이 서로 연관성이 없는 주제를 다루는 경우가 많을 뿐만 아니라 네비게이션, 단순한 장식물, 광고, 저작권 정보 등과 같이 콘텐츠로 볼 수 없는 블록들도 존재한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 HTML 웹 문서의 정확한 본문영역만을 추출하여 사용자 요구조건을 충족하고 효과적으로 정보를 학습할 수 있도록 하며, 추후에는 문서를 체계적으로 관리할 수 있게 최적화된 웹 검색 시스템으로서의 재구성 방법을 제안하고자 한다.
