우리나라 선박투자회사에 대한 투자성과 분석 (Analysis on Performance of Ship Investment Companies in Korea)

  • 본 논문은 일반투자자들의 선박투자회사에 대한 투자성과를 초과수익률과 누적초과수익률로 측정하였으며, 선박금융 운용회사간, 투자대상선박의 신조 여부간, 그리고 투자대상선박의 컨테이너선 여부간 초과수익률과 누적초과수익률의 차이를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 선박금융 운용회사간에는 최초공모주의 초과수익률, 초기 30일 누적 초과수익률, 장기 누적초과수익률에서 유의적인 차이가 나타나지 않았고, 투자대상선박이 신조인 선박투자회사와 중고인 선박투자회사간에는 최초공모주의 초과수익률, 장기 누적초과수익률에서 유의적인 차이가 존재하지 않았지만, 초기 30일 누적초과수익률에서는 유의적인 차이가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 컨테이너선박에 투자한 선박투자회사와 컨테이너선외의 선박에 투자한 선박투자회사간에는 초기 30일 누적초과수익률, 장기 누적초과수익률에서 유의적인 차이가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 3개월별 누적수익률 추세에서 신조 선박에 투자한 선박투자회사가 중고선박에 투자한 선박투자회사 보다, 그리고 컨테이너선박에 투자한 선박투자회사가 컨테이너 선외의 선박에 투자한 선박투자회사 보다 더 안정적인 추세를 보였다.

국제여객터미널의 컨테이너화물 기종점 분석 - 인천항을 중심으로 - (The Origin/Destination Analysis of Container Cargo in International Passenger Terminals - Focused on Incheon Port -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 인천항 국제여객터미널의 컨테이너화물 기종점 분석을 통해 향후 한중 카페리 컨테이너 화물유치를 위한 마케팅 자료와 인천 남항에 신축 예정인 국제여객터미널 개발에 필요한 정책적 제언을 하는데 있다. 인천항 국제여객터미널 화물 기종점 분석결과 컨테이너화물 처리량은 인천항 전체의 20%를 차지하고 있으며, 인천항 화물의 증가와 더불어 증가하고 있다. 화물의 국내이동 경로는 인천, 서울, 경기 등 수도권 지역에 집중화 되어 있다. 수출화물 물동량의 경우 전체화물의 71.4%가 수도권으로부터 유입되고 있으며, 수입화물은 전체화물의 87.7%가 수도권으로 이동하고 있다. 이에 수도권 화물의 편중현상이 강한 국제여객터미널 카페리 항로의 물동량을 늘리기 위해서 수도권 이외의 지역 물량을 유치하기 위한 마케팅 전략을 제시하였다. 또한 인천항은 남항에 신규 건설 예정인 국제여객터미널의 개발에 필요한 시사점과 세계적인 공항인 인천국제공항과 인접하여 있어 해륙간 육송(Sea & Air)화물의 신규창출을 위한 글로벌 마케팅전략을 제시하였다.

열전소자를 이용한 활어 수송용 무수 컨테이너의 개발 (Development of a Waterless Container Utilizing Thermoelectric Modules for Live Fish Transportation)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a low temperature waterless container for live fish transportation which is economical and efficient The principle of the waterless transportation is that a live fish becomes asphyxial at about $5^{\circ}C$can survive without water for a long time. A low temperature waterless container is developed for this purpose, which utilizes thermoelectric modules for rather smaller and lighter cooling system with precise temperature control devise compared to the existing mechanical system. At first, we succeeded in making flounders alive in the waterless container for 24 hours. Also when flounders were transported in a round trip from Inchon to Pusan in the waterless container, carried in a car, they survived in the waterless container for over 21 hours.

  • It is said that the effect in wheels of freight car varies with the type of freight, the condition of operation, the braking device, and the type of bogie. The hardness of open wagon, gondola car, propylene car, covered freight car, container car and hopper car has been measured according to the mileage through this research. As a result, the wheel with more mileages after shaving off the wheel tread has a higher hardness than the others in the case of same type of car.

  • LMTT(Linear Motor based Transfer Technology) is a new type of transfer system used in the maritime container terminal for the port automation, and largely consists of a controller, shuttle car, and rail. The shuttle car is divided into the frame part, the driving part, and wheels. In order to design this system, various researches on each part of it must be conducted. In this study, we dealt with the optimum design for the mover of the shuttle car designed from previous studies on the strength of the frame with respect to the number of cross beams to minimize the weight of the shuttle car and to satisfy design criteria of cargo-handling systems in container terminal. For the optimization of the mover, thicknesses of each beam were adopted as design variables, the weight of the frame as objective function, and stress and deflection per unit length as constraint condition.

  • Domestic freight car holding amount is possessing much amount than other vehicle model about 14,000. Problem is happening in bogie device of cast steel structure because is structure that there are many wear departments. Therefore, the KNR is restricting running speed of empty car by 70km/h low. In this research, presented speed elevation way as dynamic characteristic analysis result that use ADAMS and confirm running safety by main line test.

  • Pumps arre used extensively for transporting fluid in many ships. However, the present state of pumps used in the large merchant ships has not been studied. In this paper, we have reported the general description of the operating pumps according to the different ship types(Bulk, Container, Car-Carrier, Tanker, LNG). Moreover, the pump total powers are compared with the main engine Normal Continuous Rating power and the pump total weights are also compared with the ship deadweight.

  • A domestic's freight stock is about 14,000 cars. Most of them is consisted of casting bogie type. Casting bogie type has some problems such as maintenance, part abrasion, running safety etc. Now a day casting bogie type have replaced with welded type bogie for high speed. The maximum speed of the container freight car is 70km/h limit at empty weight condition in case of casting type bogie frame. So there are some difficulty in commercial service for high speed coaches. Then we should re-decide whether the casting bogie type has speed up 90km/h limit at empty weight through out the vibration characteristic.

  • There are many exclusive freight cars in railway freight transportation system. Gondola is one kind of freight cars. Gondolas have a role to carry bulk-type cargo such as coals and ores. A few problems are occurring due to exclusive freight cars. Operation company has redundant freight cars because exclusive freight cars can carry limited items. And purchasing cost of freight cars is higher and higher because of irregular bid. Operation efficiency of gondola is very low because return time of gondola is much longer than that of container car. In this study, we analysed the introduction effect of hopper-type container for through transit. First, we identified the characteristics of spatial distribution on freight stations. And we provided the effect of hopper-type container in terms of operation efficiency, cost reduction, new demand excavation and image enhancement of eco-friendly railroad.
