지하철 곡선부소음과 차륜 마모와의 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Relationship between Curving Noise and Wheel Wear in Seoul Subway System)

  • There are many curves in Seoul subway system. Therefore, the noise from subway system in curved line gives displeasure to passenger. The subway noise in curved line is affected not only by rail condition but also wheel condition and dynamic characteristics. The railway curving noise can be divided into 2 categories. The first is the noise due to stick-slip between wheel tread and rail head, and the second is one by wheel flange contact on rail side. Because of these phenomena - stick-slip and wheel flange contact - wheels are worn seriously. In this study the curving noise was reviewed by using eigen-mode of wheel and waterfall plot which shows noise level in time-frequency domain. And also those were reviewed in viewpoint of stick-slip noise and wheel flange contact noise. Finally, the relationship between curving noise and wheel wear was studied.

  • IGZO의 접합특성을 조사하기 위해서 진공 중에서와 대기 중에서 열처리를 하여, 전지적인 특성을 조사하였다. 진공 중에서 열처리를 한 IGZO는 비정질특성을 나타내었지만 대기 중에서 열처리를 하면 결정질 특성을 가졌다. 열처하는 방법에 따라서 산소공공의 함량이 달라지기 때문이다. 대기 중에서 열처리를 하면 IGZO의 산소공공이 증가하였다. 산소공공은 전류를 증가시키고 따라서 대기 중에서 열처리를 한 IGZO는 오믹 접합을 나타내었다. 그러나 진공 중에서 열처리를 한 IGZO는 쇼키접합을 나타냈다.

  • This paper deals with the on off arc characteristics of electromagnetic relay contacts contaminated by NaCl and $H_2SO_4$. In this paper, I have studied the characteristics of on-off voltage waveform. the contact errosion, contact surface analysis by SEM and EDAX under changed R-L parameter of testing circuit. After considers these result, I have tried to promote the diagnosis method and developed the contacts. As a results, (1) The arc duration and the numbers of arc occurrence characteristics are depended on contamination degree. The contamination degree is high when the arc characteristics is high. (2) Under clean condition, arc occurrence voltage, surge peak voltage, arc duration and the rate of contact errosion is lower than wet condition. (3) Surge peak voltage and arc duration is depended on L parameter. When L is High, the arc characteristics is high.

  • Hydroforming is a forming process enabling circular metal tubes to be produced in complex cross sections along curved axial paths With the availability of advanced machine design and control They offer advantages over stamped sheet metal in lower tooling cost and structural mass The technology is relatively new so that there is no large knowledge base to assist the fundamentals of tube hydroforming technology. The purpose of this paper is found that adaptive bending condition and contact condition for bended part has uniform thickness distribution.

  • We present a three-dimensional average flow model considering elastic deformation of pad asperities for chemical mechanical planarization. To consider the contact deformation of pad asperities in the calculation of the flow factor, three-dimensional contact analysis of a semi-infinite solid based on the use of influence functions is conducted from computer generated three dimensional roughness data. The average Reynolds equation and the boundary condition of both force and momentum balance are used to investigate the effect of pad roughness and external pressure conditions on film thickness and wafer position angle.

  • This paper treats accelerated life tests for automotive connector. The contact resistance of connector is explained by some factors; the use time(calender time, real cycle), stresses and loads adapted in auto test. The relationships between contact resistance and some factors are compared and analyzed by regression models in various test conditions; field use-environment, manufacturer's test environment, and accelerated test condition. The consistency between of manufacturer's test and field test is examined. Finally, the future study on accelerated test for automotive connector is presented.

  • Numerical methods are procured for evaluating the contact stresses, the dissipation of friction energy density and the fatigue cracking emanated from the contact surface under the partial slip condition. A rounded punch is used for the indenter pressing and slipping on the elastic half plane. Plane strain condition is assumed for the present analysis. Several sample calculations are carried out to investigate the effect of the punch roundness, the shear load path, and the crack obliquity and closure on the failure. It is found that the present methods can be a useful tool for studying the physical failure of the of the contacting materials such as fretting wear and fretting fatigue cracking.

저마찰을 위한 Micro-Scale Surface Texturing의 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on Micro-Scale Surface Texturing for Friction Reduction)

  • The aim of this paper is to investigate the effect of surface texturing on reduction friction and to understand the potential of friction reduction through micro-scale dimple to fabricate by photolithography on pin-on-disk test using flat-on-flat contact geometry. It was verify that the friction property with respect to the same pitch has been influence on the size of dimple under lubricated sliding contact. Also, we can recognize from Stribeck curve that the friction property has a connection with the size of dimple. It can explain a relationship between the friction coefficient and a dimensionless parameter for lubrication condition. The friction property has been an effect on the size of surface texture on reduction friction, not only because the density of dimple, but also because the ratio of diameter/pitch. This ratio of approximately 0.5 recommend under the tested friction condition. It suggested that the ratio of d/p is an important parameter for surface texture design.

  • This paper deal with maximum span calculation technique for 350km/h high speed catenary system. Considers a geometric interaction, possible maximum span length is between two pole. Wind condition and the train current collector is moving even to being pantograph does not escape while operating. Uses like this justice and possible maximum span length is follow next condition. (i) Operating range of pantograph fan head, (ii) The wind velocity which assumes from system, (iii) Width in pantograph from operation height moving, (iv) Type of processing Catenary system, specially tensile strength of overhead contact wire and messenger wire etc. When accurately calculates the maximum permission span, the dropper between of overhead contact wire and messenger wire and must consider the correlation.

  • Since a butt Joint is smaller than a lap type joint, it is expected to have smaller AC losses. The butt joint is produced by the diffusion bonding of the contacting surface under pressured and heated condition. It is important to find robust joining conditions, because butt joint has small contact area and has the shape by which the quality of bonding is hard to be checked. In this research, the loading pressure is considered as the joining parameter to find optimum joining condition. The DC resistance of the joint may be changed by the surface pressure during joining process, because the superconducting strands near the contact surface are failed by large plastic deformation. The range from 10 MPa to 18 MPa is expected optimum surface pressure in the conditions of 1 hour heating time and $750^{\circ}C$ temperature in the vacuum furnace.
